Good food and on time excellent value with the discount - sides a little small and wouldn’t be happy with that amount of meat in the dish if not discounted - overall happy and good quality

food was freezing cold after being 30mins don't order from this restaurant they will only leave you disappointed with rubbish food that is cold

Rice was missing keema nan was gritty tiny portion of vegetable side dish disappointed

Two of the dishes were not what was ordered (vegetable samosas instead of meat and korai lamb instead of Tewa Lamb) The mixed grill was dry, and I've had better paratha from the supermarket, it was dry and falling apart. It also arrived more than 45 minutes after it was supposed to. All in all pretty disappointing.

First time trying Tiffin Choice. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Superb Butter Chicken, it’s so hard to find a take away that gets it right. The flavour was spot on, everything tasted fresh.

Most of the time I order the Naga chicken, I can tell it’s been made with Naga chilli (or most likely Mr. Naga Chilli Sauce) which taste awesome and probably the best Naga chicken I’ve had. However twice I’ve ordered this and I can tell the chilli flavour is not from Naga Chillies but from red chilli powder! Which does not taste nearly as good! Every time it happens I end up not ordering from Tiffin Choice for a while, until I decide to try again. Just keep the recipe (or chef) consistent!

Best mixed grill in Bromley, price still really reasonable. Massala sauce is unreal and they deliver quick

First time ordering an Indian as new to the area. Glad I chose this restaurant- food was on time, and hot. Great portions! I did the meal for one - good value for money! Only complaint was the coating on the king prawn starter was a bit soggy.

Always fresh fresh and friendly service

This is a genuine review. Tiffin Choice is simply the BEST CHOICE for you. We have lived here for 13 years in the Village and sadly we only discovered Tiffin a few years ago (having constantly used the Shampan and Pink Garlic). The food is EXCELLENT ALWAYS and portions are consistent even now, during times when we know everything costs so much more. THE BEST TASTING food you can get. You WONT be disappointed. They opened for Valentines day and even gave us a Box of Chocolates. They are a business like any, but they deserve your support because they DONT put profit above the quality OR portions of their food. They deserve your custom and YOU deserve their food! Hard working people giving the BEST curry you will ever have. There is simply no other `CHOICE`. The delivery people ALSO work very hard; so a couple of quid or more that you`d spend on a beer wouldn`t go amiss because we don`t deal much in cash anymore and they are struggling too. The BEST thing is the `meal for two`. If you`re drinking for the night? It will last 2 days. If you`re not? you will be FULLER than a barrel of beer. Give these EXCELLENT guys a go, and then ANOTHER and ANOTHER and ANOTHER.... SIMPLY. the BEST. I should have left a review years ago. But I`m doing it now!

Deliver guy very rude, he did not sent me any rice for chicken tika and even shouted at me when I called. I just waisted time and money as I lost my apetite with so much rudeness. Never again .

Great variety of mains and side dishes. Great value for money. It always tastes fresh and spicy. You can taste the difference in all the dishes. Some places are bland and seem to use the same sauce for everything. Never greasy. I’ve had a few curries in my time and this place tops them all for home delivery.

Egg fried rice was awesome. Madrad Chicken was okay .mango chutney was very tasty.

Very tasty but quite low on heat. Rather a lot of sauce. Overall portions sizes sensible, not too big or small. Nothing wasted. Extra pappadums were a nice surprise. Will use again

Fresh ingredients, plenty of veg and great value! Perfect spice ratio with plenty of flavour. Today was the best cooked to date so will continue to choose this restaurant over the competition. The only criticism is I’d love to see more dietary labels e.g ‘contains dairy’ for those wish specific diets or those with intolerances. Otherwise, I can’t fault these guys. Top service, super tasty :)

Food tasted ok. Very small portions. I usually order the same thing from an Indian and I can never finish the whole meal. On this occasion not only did I finish it but I was actually still hungry as well. Food containers were smaller than other restaurants and only 3/4 full. I'm not in a hurry to order from here again.

Had already made dinner by the time it arrived as it arrived 2 hours after ordering without so much as a sorry. When it arrived one item was incorrect. The rest was cold.

I usually love the Naga chicken and spinach paneer from Tiffin Choice but this time it’s like a new recipe. The Naga chicken didn’t even taste of Naga chillies it was covered it red chilli power to make it spicy, and the paneer was undercooked. I keep finding the consistency of quality keeps changing with Tiffin, it’s a shame because when they get it right it’s the best Indian takeaway. Please keep the standards high or we’ll have to look elsewhere.

Late due to NYE. Restaurant service was great, food was amazing especially the masala chips and roti wrap. Will definitely recommend! Delivery girl was very nice and found our flat (which is difficult to locate!) in no time and must have followed our directions very well.

Wasn’t keen on the main dish but the rest was nice. The driver had a bit of trouble finding me so the food wasn’t as hot as I would have liked.

I’m not really a fussy eater , but this is the worst Indian I have ever eaten , it’s bland , chickens over cooked, rice is hard , and tasteless, I’ve ended up throwing it in the bin and eating a pot noodle , and trust me , the pot noodle was so much better , and if you look at the restaurant from the outside I don’t think anyone would choose to eat there

Arrived nice and early and food was hot. Everything was lovely except my dansak was a lot hotter(spicier) than usual. It was a little difficult to eat, usually it’s really good.

Been going to Tiffin choice for around 5/6 years now and the food quality is only improving. For the price £15.95 you get a great selection of food too, I was in shock at how tasty the food was this time, slightly better than the last, still amazing though. Thoroughly enjoyed my food, will be using again in the future most definitely

The delivery arrived after 21:00, when expected delivery was 19:55. They say delivery was at 20:15-this is not true. Phonecalls at 20:05, and 20:30 said the food was only just being prepared. Food quality is always good, but not worth waiting over 2.5 hours for.

I ordered from Tiffin’s for the first time about 4 weeks ago and I have to say it was the best curry I had, had in a long time. Therefore I decided to order from them again. I wasn’t disappointed! The food was exceptional! As was the service! It was also extremely good value for money! I took the time to call them and tell them in person as people are all too quick to criticise but not always quick to compliment. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend to friends and family! Well done Tiffin! Keep up the good work!

We have used Tiffins every weekend for over a year we have loved the food but after tonight we will NOT be using them anymore!!!when we called we were told 2 hours delivery time which I said was too long and that I would go elsewhere, but he assured me he would try and deliver in 1 1/2 hours 2 1/2 hours later we received our meal minus 1 dish ! That’s it !! Such a shame

Really bad experience when ordering through just eat. Clearly the restaurant was busy, but the delivery times were not adjusted to anything close to realistic, so this couldn't be taken into account when ordering. Told it would be an hour. Pushed back to 1 hour 45 minutes later. Then rang up after 2 hours and 10 minutes to be told it was being made currently. This was a lie, as when I rang up after nearly 3 hours I was told the same lie. Person manning the phone was incredibly rude the whole time and didn't apologise once. They also made it difficult to get a refund and were rude again the next two times I had to call up. I'm baffled as to why this place has such a good rating given this experience. In future, adjust your delivery times to something realistic or take your restaurant offline until you get on top of the orders. Other restaurants have no trouble doing this on just eat...

Ordered from them at 18.45 On 18th April, they said 1 hr, 30 mins..... we called at 2hrs,they said 'bear with us we are busy' we called again after 2hrs 30 mins... He says it will be a another 20 mins.. we call after 3 hrs and ask for a refund at which point the guy on the phone gets argumentative and tells us we have go in person and get a refund in person to get our money back, which we did - no apology or anything. Shocking service and will NEVER order from them again!!!!

Have been using Tiffin Choice a good while and always pleased with the quality and quantity of the food. What seems to be letting it down more and more is the delivery time. Whatever they quote for delivery (usually 45mins to 1hr), add at least another 30 mins to. We ordered and went in to collect to see whether that would make any difference, but the estimate of when it would be ready was still way off and just meant waiting in the shop. Would suggest that a much more realistic and truthful estimate of the preparation/delivery times would really manage customers expectations.

Food average. Customer service worst ive experienced. They got my order wrong and called me a liar. First and last time i use this place

Last Saturday night my boyfriend and I felt like an Indian takeaway. My boyfriend recommended this place as he has had fantastic meals from Tiffin Choice. So we ordered at 8 and they told us it be an hour and half which I was ok waiting for as I knew it be busy because of Saturday. Anyway an hour and half came and went. My boyfriend rang and he was told it was just being packed then twenty minutes later no sign, by then it's nearly 2 hours when we were promised an hour and half. Of course we were getting impatient so we rang again and the guy on the phone was so rude to my boyfriend and near enough told my boyfriend he was liar and that he never told him that the food was prepared yet he did and now the new thing was the guy said only now they are preparing. This was at 10pm now, 2 hours after we ordered. By the time we received the food it was 10.20pm. The food was okay like I would give it 6 out of 10 but the customer service was so atrocious and obisiomal that it has put me off using this Take away ever again. I worked in customer facing environments in the past so I know you can have bad days but one thing you cannot do is take it out on the customer and because of the guy on the phone Tiffin Choice has lost two loyal customers.

We ordered a takeaway on a Saturday night. I chose this place as I am pescatarian and I could get my usual Dhansak with king prawn for only £7.95. Everywhere else it's about £11. It was all excellent. Very impressed. Would give 5 stars but having asked them to deliver at 7pm they turned up at 6.30 and we weren't ready. However they gave us two free poppadums and free mint sauce and chutney so all is forgiven!
