Tasty and simple dishes. Momos were flavorful and the tofu chili rice spiced right. Worth a stop for good eats if you are in the neighborhood

Street food right on the street. Tongue-burning spicy momos as it should be. Their sauce is a must with the momos. Also try some toppings sprinkled over momos to make it yummier. They have it all.

I've actually wanted to try Tibetan momos for a long time, but there are not many place that sell them and certainly not places that are easy to get to. I've not been to Brick Lane and Hipsterland for a long time, so why not? There's not much to say, in that they're very yummy. I thoroughly recommend and I'd definitely come back. I recently had some stodgy momos by a local Indian/Nepali takeaway. They were not good and it's more to do with the chef.

Had such a nice meal here - the best dumplings I’d ever had. The lady who served was so lovely and even gave us an extra dumpling. I don’t usually leave reviews but thought I had to as our experience was so good!

I ordered the chilli tofu with a combination of rice and noodles which was lovely. The tofu is the best I’ve had so I definitely recommend this dish.

Ordered 8 fried momo dumplings (half beef, half pork fillings) - unfortunately they’d sold out of prawn dumplings. It was my first time trying momos and these were some of the best dumplings I’ve ever tried. The dumplings came with momo sauce and soy sauce on the side, but they taste great with or without the sauces. We went for the fried option, and the dumplings had just the right level of thickness with plenty of fillings. We will so there again but order 10, and hopefully try the prawn next time as well as the steamed versions of them. Great food and well worth the visit!

I have tasted the food very tasty and one of the best momo I have tasted so far, I always don't mind the waiting in the cold just to get a bite of the delicious mouth watering momo with hot chilli sauce. I rate it 5 star all the way

I loved this drink, perfect amount of sweetnees and the cheesy foam on top made it even better. Definitely a must visit.

Over the years like much of East London - brick Lane has been transformed into a hip - arty neighbourhood where Asian food courts and Street food have crowded out the old hole in the wall Bangladeshi eateries. Gram Bangla remains a gem - tucked at the deep end, a no frills outlet for those looking for authentic, home style Bangla cuisine. Undoubtedly- the high point is the medley of “Bhortas”.

This was recommended by Rick Steeve's travel guide. Rick rarely disappoints but this place was a real letdown. Service not great and food not great either. Chicken mosalla was dry and sauce boring. A good Indian sauce should be complex and wonderful. Samosas were tiny. The one good thing was the chutney was delicious. Even though every other restaurant in London that we visited willingly gave us free tap water, the server here claimed that they did not have tap water. Really? What are they using back in the kitchen? You can bet that they are not using bottled water for all of their cooking. So your choice is to go thirsty or pay for bottled water, $3.75. This ploy is obviously just an effort to increase their revenue stream. Maybe they don't realize that water should be a human right, not just for those that pay. I am 67, took my niece on a trip to London, my treat, she is 34. The server here did not make eye contact with me, only my niece. Then when he brought the check, he didn't put it in the middle or give it to me, he gave it to my niece as if I were some elderly dependent and there was no doubt that she would be paying. Very odd. Or ageist?
