We ordered a mild green curry but a hot one turned up, it was so hot it was inedible:( Tried to call the restaurant but the number doesn’t exist? Very disappointing as we’ve had good meals from there before

Second time eating here... I truly enjoyed the food...they are so nice... So generous and goes the extra mile. I really love the green curry and tom yum... They don't skimp out on the ingredients... So tasty... I can't wait to visit again and try new dishes from the menu... thanks for the ice cream sundae this afternoon...my daughter was really impressed and totally surprised by how beautifully presented it was. Many thanks again Salamat!!! 💖💖💖💖🙂

Ordered a Tom Yum soup and chicken wings. Probably one of the worst foods I have eaten. The soup lacked any real flavour all I could taste was MSG. The mushrooms in the soup were hard and there were only 2 tiny prawns in the whole soup. The chicken wings were worse than KFC. There was 0 seasoning on them. This place is awful I'd be embarrassed to sell food this low quality to people. Please save your money and go anywhere else.

A great restaurant with freshly cooked authentic food. I just wish they do a selection of smaller dishes at lower prices as a lunch menu. Can’t fault the service or the quality of food though!

We came in tonight with our girls and our dog and were made immediately welcome. Fantastic front of house service, fantastic food. We’ll definitely be returning.

Food was tasty, restaurant looks great, and dogs are allowed too. Prices were great too. The only downside is the fact that there’s a room next door with Billard and a tv with football on it, which attracts loud groups of people that you can hear all the time while fooding, but that’s not the restaurants fault.

Fantastic place for traditional Thai food. They even have chang beer for authenticity. The food takes you right back to Thailand holidays, makes you want to book a flight.. will definitely be going back for more.

The food is excellent really very very good, but the clientele is shocking. I was at a table on my own and there were two other woman at another 12 feet away. There was a table with six lads behaving like they were at football match loudly shouting vulgarities and using foul language with no concern for the environment they were in... The staff did nothing to assert themselves or show any sense of pride or standards for the establishment. The experience was ruined! I will never eat in again knowing that they don’t care about the experience offered.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! Please do not waste your money. Ordered a takeaway which was cold and arrived an hour last. Shocking customer service from manger. Took a week of constantly calling and my brother inlaw had to eventually go down there. Manager lied and made excuse after excuse. Just Shocking for a restaurant in Sandgate to treat there customers like that. No refund was given just verbal abuse.

Food came cold, restaurant gave an excuse saying we were miles away for delivery and it would never get cold anyway, took a week of calling every night to the owner who kept dodging calls, the owner didn't apologise once NOT ONCE! Stood his ground AND GAVE EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE and ACTUALLY called me a liar. We will not go there again!!!

I love Thai food and I know how to cook it, it's the first time in my life I've ever had a Thai green curry with a table spoon of dried chilli seeds on top, this has completely disguised the flavours that should be in the dish, unfortunately there were far too many to seperate. disappointing 😞

Terrible never will go.there again, rude staff food was disgusting i woupd have been better of with a micro meal at home the manager was useless he acted like he should be working in a woking mans cafe , also. There was a rowdy swearing group of lads eating and nothong was said to them. Avoid avoid

Friendly service and excellent food. Effort has been put into decoration which contributes to the overall experience. Cooks seem authentic, with options for western bits added for those who want it (chips / childrens food). Haven't had 'Jungle Curry' before and would highly recommend. Not tried any of the tasty looking starters, but safe to say the usuals are great (red / green thai curry) and the pad thai comes in a pretty generous size. It seems that's a popular one. Hot / medium / mild available on request. Take aways were very popular but personally I would stay in for the full experience, also staff are nice, so good to support them also.

Awful service from the manager. The food was ok but really disappointing response from the manager when I called to ask if there was dairy in the green curry, after a strong taste of condensed milk. He couldn’t care less when I said it’s quite unusual to add dairy to Thai, he couldn’t care less that we weren’t told it didn’t come with rice and weren’t offered it and only realised once we’d taken away that there was no cutlery with the bag. We ended up having to drink the condensed milky curry like soup from the tub and he just fell silent when I suggested it would be good service to ask ‘would you like rice with that? Do you need cutlery to takeaway? ‘ I would suggest going somewhere else with consistently good reviews

We are currently are having our kitchen refitted, as such thought since we have no kitchen facilities, sink etc. We would treat ourselves to a takeaway. Whilst it arrived incredibly early (which I suspect is why this occurred), the delivery driver said the food had spilt out all over the bag, so the whole of the bag was a goopy mess. The driver wanted us to take the order, and wipe it up but given the lack of kitchen, and our current situation, we had to refuse the order, so cannot speak for the quality of the food itself. I am somewhat resentful, that I was only refunded the cost of the food, and not the delivery charge, given I never actually took possession of the order.

We were pleased with the prompt delivery and the food was hot on delivery. This was the first time that we had ordered from them. The food was tasty but there could have been more meat in the Pork Green Curry and the Chicken dish was a bit dry. The coconut rice was delicious.We will try them again

We were pleasantly surprised with this take away, food looked healthy (not too greasy) and well made, fish was lovely. We had a thai red curry that was packed with vegetables. Really tasty side dishes too, I'd recommend the satay chicken and prawn spring rolls.

Ordered a green curry and massaman curry with rice and prawn toast. Massaman curry arrived curdled and like porridge oats. We called and they sent out another one.... which was exactly the same. Rang again and ended in an argument with the man on the phone who said they hadn't had a complaint in 9 years.... which on checking tripadvisor and Google i can see was very untrue. Had to get a refund via justeat. Will totally avoid in future.

I enjoy a pint and green curry here and some of the starters are great too. Friendly staff too that want to impress.

Authentic Thai food. The manager spares no effort when sourcing fresh Thai ingredients. Recommend the seafood Tom Yum soup.

Ordered food and was little disappointing due to the meal was meant to be mild but was spicey hot, rice was very sticky and came in a bag as though its boil in a bag and was enough for one person for the price, the prawn toast didn't taste like prawn toast an was very spicy couldn't taste the prawns or toast, the chicken satay was nice.

I am 25 minutes waiting the food and my beer is heating 😒, what disaster!!!👎

Myself and my partner have been regular customers at this place for 2 years, we went on Saturday night and and right at the beginning of eating our main course I found a black hair in my dinner. I quietly called the waitress over and explained I found a hair in my food and we didn't know what did she had come from as I had three different dishes on my plate. after finding a black hair with my dinner we didn't want to eat anything else from this restaurant so we asked for the bill and said we didn't want to pay for the food we had to send back because we would have to go and have dinner elsewhere as we were still hungry. They refused to discount the three main courses we didn't eat off the bill and when we said we weren't paying for them the kitchen staff who is also the owners stormed out and started shouting at us in front of all the other customers in the restaurant. we can't believe how we were treated as loyal customers and how they had the nerve to shout at me when I have found a hair in my dinner. we will not be returning and I do not recommend this place at all they obviously have some sort of hygiene problems in the kitchen

2 stars for food only. The service was awful, unenthusiastic woman who didn't seem to want to be there and told us several times that she wasn't supposed to be working that night. We pre-ordered our food over an hour before we arrived. We'd been advised to get it over to them in advance to avoid delays as we had a large group including 10 children. Except the kitchen had never received our order, leaving us needing to order again. Such a long delay which we had tried to avoid. The other members of staff were very helpful but there was such a sense of disorganisation and when they asked if everything was okay, 2 of us hadn't even been given our food. So disappointing. I've heard the same complaints from others who have been. Shame

Tried the new venue last night. We were told we would have to wait an hr for food, which we said was fine- would have some drinks and prawn crackers while waiting. Later found out they had run out of crackers. Had to continually ask for updates. There were only 2 or 3 other tables in so I can only assume they were concentrating on the take away side of things. The food wasn't that great either when it did arrive...2 hrs later! Oh, no discount or apoolgy for the wait. Preety expensive.Hope this is just teething problems.

Had a vegetable red & green curry here (twice in 6 days) and a friend got a Thai salad. Brilliant. Very hot and fragrant. Lovely. Service good both times. I will be back. Please keep up high standard. Mmmmm m!

Just no. It really isnt that nice. Yes its Thai food of some resemblance, but it really is not good quality. We moved house from an area that did authentic Thai food, so thought lets give this a try. Indian/chinese here is the way forward.

Horrible! Firstly the wrong food was delivered! Then the ‘right’ order was delivered but horrified by the message of ‘ we ran out so added nuggets’ .... awful chicken nuggets instead of southern fried filets.... will not use again, ever! Had to give a star when none deserved. In a restaurant, I would not be paying!

Pretty good takeaway with friendly delivery well within the allotted time. Great Tom Yum soup. The Pad Thai was a bit bland. Good green curry. It was certainly good enough for me to go again.

Awful had to wait over two and half hours for a delivery. Will never order again from them. No refund no offer. Never again ...when it finally arrived not only was it cold, it was horrible, pancake roll was stodgy and tasteless. Chilli and garlic chicken wings had no flavour and were dry & over cooked. And to top it all of the pad Thai had hair in. Just awful service and awful food.

Ti-Luck's food is always excellent. It's my favourite takeaway in the Folkestone area.

Since I specificly wanted Thai food, I googled this place and decided to try. Once I arrived I was greeted with a note on a door "I'll be back in 35 min. Sorry". The note might had been put on hours ago but since I arrived specificly for Thai food I waited for those 35 min. Eventually I left hungry and really angry. I believe the food there is good, but you can't put notes like that on your door, it's irrisponsible!

My seafood stir fry was delicious but the prawns on the cold side, ended up with food poisoning and missed a 9 hour shift of work. Service was mediocre too, will not be going back.

If you want a great breakfast 🍳 freshly cooked to your requirements, with quality produce. Good value, friendly owners. Local caught fresh fish 🐠...served 5* cheese on toast in afternoon tea ☕ time. ***** rated Hygiene certificate. Will go again next time I visit Folkestone, Try evening menu.

I eat here weekly, food is always fresh, tasty and well priced. If you love Thailand 🇹🇭 then you'll love this place. I recommend eating in as its laid back, relaxed and you get to use the condiments as you would in Thailand. 5***** for service, price, food and authenticity.
