Awful customer service, I will not be returning. I’m appalled by the attitude of the red head barista who had the nerve to shout across the cafe at 15:59 exclaiming the shop was shut. I was startled, shocked and physically jumped. I’m in disbelief that a worker thinks it’s appropriate to bark at customers, making me and my cousin feel unwanted by such poor treatment, and in orderly fashion should have politely walked over and let us know it was time to leave. Sainsbury’s store lights were already closing and we were about to leave so it was incredibly unnecessary to rush us out like that. The nerve to shout at customers is disgraceful and beyond appalling.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The clock strikes 4pm on a Sunday and we were shouted at across the cafe by a red haired employee “WE ARE CLOSED” this is a completely unacceptable way to speak way to speak to customers and not polite in the slightest. We understand that you close at 4pm, as we could see by all the closed lights and everyone else leaving but we are customers and not dogs. My cousin and I were completely startled and felt very disturbed as we were leaving as we’ve never experienced anything like this before. I am disappointed in Starbucks for employing individuals who do not have basic customer service skills. I don’t think I will be returning.

With only 6 tables being occupied, 3 members of staff on, waited 10 mins for coffees (2) then when served it was wrong, down to staff too busy chatting and not concentrating.

Sorry but wasn’t that busy but I/2 the tables were dirty with items still on and crap over the floor. Needs to be managed a lot better in a food place. Why are these big chains nearly always dirty and uncleaned

Drinks always prepared well and food tasty but I really don't like to see such dirty uncleared tables every time I go in and sometimes the staff are slouched over the counter which isn't a good look.

Coffee is always good and service friendly but there seems to be a struggle keeping the tables cleared at busier times.

Dirty and stained crockery and the lady on the till can't be bothered

I asked for a hot chocolate with soya milk and vegan cream as my friend is allergic to milk and they gave me a hot chocolate with semi skimmed milk. Unfortunately i had left the premises and travelled back to work before i saw what they had done. The lady serving us asked for details and i told her of the allergy. Luckily my friend had spotted the mistake before she drank it or it would have made her extremely ill.

The staff were so kind, despite having arrived a couple minutes before closing. A lovely experience!

I was asked when I ordered if I wanted to take my coffee away or drink it in. I hate paper cups so said I'd drink in. My coffee was delivered to me in a paper cup. I pointed out that I wanted to drink in and I ask for a mug. The reply I received was 'we don't have any clean mugs we've been busy'. I looked round to see no more than 12 people sitting at tables. Not acceptable

Really nice place! Coffee is delicious and well prepared! Toasties were amazing! Plenty of parking outside.

Great coffee. Shame that they don't accept AMEX payments. Would be nice if they offered more in the way of cake slices.

Nice place, the sun shines through the window, making it very relaxing. Its Large so lots of room for push chairs and people to sit and natter enjoying the coffee ☕️

First visit this evening , Paige was so helpful and welcoming Her colleague whose name I didn't catch also lovely What a great asset to the store

Nice big open space, easy to get around with a pushchair or wheelchair. Friendly staff. Clean shop.

Lovely new shop with really nice staff, but unfortunately, some of them don't seem to know what drinks are available as I asked for something shown on the website, word for word, and they tried telling me that what I asked for wasn't available at all, despite it even being on their cash registers as an option.

I've become a bit of a frequent customer in the first couple of weeks of this branch being open. In this time the staff have been very lovely, energetic and knowledgeable. Such great vibes. Amerigo is a particular asset: he offers fantastic service brings total passion and creativity to what he does (full of ideas for tasty hacks!) Always greeting customers with a smile and seems like a fantastic ambassador for the Starbucks brand. Thank you Amerigo and your lovely team!
