Thyme Restaurant in Wirral

Just had breakfast here. All items were cold, bacon way undercooked. Asked for 2 poached eggs, these came out and we're like soup as they too were way undercooked. Very disappointed. Left with a slice a toast ha ha. I stay at the premier inn at Edinburgh airport regularly and it is always great.

Stayed in a lot of premier inns as i travel the country training colleagues must say this the worst run place I have been... breakfast 6.30am... nothing out people taking food of hot plates soon as chef puts it out 3 days here still seen no eggs.. for breakfast..? 5 or 6 people in restaurant and they have asked if you have booked a table..? Possible long wait for food by member of staff who asks for room number and only one chef available they tell you.. food is like micro wave warmed up frozen food is this a management issue or premier inn don't now first night can I have fish and chips sorry no fish..?second night pie and cauliflower and broccoli sorry no veg..? had to accept pie n chips and kettle gravy staff are good but managed by a business who are not exactly caring for there customers after 3 day people in area have said what are you staying there for .. it's well known. ,?after my company has paid £660 for 4 night stay I can't wait to get back home.. very poor place to stay your comments are very welcome regarding feedback.

Stayed at the hotel for a week and this restaurant was really nice and the burger was lovely, the one night I ate here. I would have eaten here more as it was winter and I was alone so nice to get out of the room but you had to book and times were limited which isn't ideal for residents. Staff were pleasant, but more flexibility is needed. Lack of bar and restaurant capacity made my stay a bit depressing stuck in my room
