Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after our two nights in Wells Somerset. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Our special gratitude goes to the chef Raymond who made our breakfasts entertaining and who went above and beyond the service expected. All our meals were cooked to perfection and piping hot. We are already planning a return visit, we were so impressed.

Slow service in the evening whilst there were still empty tables, had to wait 15-30 mins just for the dessert to come out, then to make matters worse at breakfast a mouse ran across the restaurant floor Infront of me, not exactly what you want to see nor is it very hygienic to see one, the good bit is you get a very decent variety of choice for breakfast.

Excellent service and fabulous food big thanks to Ajins,Gabi,Kamille ,Lexi for looking after us our son had the wings said they were amazing we both had burgers really not expensive for London will definitely return.

Ok, waitress on entering was brilliant. She was lovely and friendly. Food took a while and when it came we asked the waitress for some vinegar, which never appeared. Chips were supposed to be skin in fries. They were definitely not and were just overcooked hard fries.

Avril 2022 : cela fait deux fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, notamment pour la qualité de son petit déjeuner qui présente un grand choix de plats salés et sucrés. Les croissants ne sont pas de la meilleure qualité mais il y a du choix dans les différents pains à toaster, les pancakes, les bagels pour ceux qui sont plutôt "sucrés" comme moi le matin ! Cette année en revanche pas de nutella ni de "hot chocolate"...pour mes ados. Le personnel du matin est agréable. Il y a 3 ans de cela nous avions pris un repas également dans ce restaurant avec plats typiques indiens qui étaient vraiment très bons malgré une attente assez longue. Cette année les plats proposés étaient des gros burgers ce qui est trop conséquent pour un plat du soir...

Excellent evening meals at a very reasonable price for central London. The food was cooked to perfection and presented with care. Friendly service from Brenda and her Manager (lady with the Blonde hair). The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and was a comfy place to relax and eat our meals.

Stayed at the hotel and had a meal deal , great value and was pleased with the variety of food. Its basic fare but well done . Reception staff and food staff very pleasant.

We very much enjoyed the meal deal of breakfast + evening meal as it fitted in well with our hectic visit for 4 days. The staff are very prompt at spotting any issues, clearing vacated tables and we had to queue only once in 8 meals.

Have eaten here before but last nights meal was substandard. Vegetables were cold & the skins on chips were skinny overcooked fries. The steak & ale pie was also cold in the middle, needless to say we won’t eat here again, apparently they have a staffing problem!

When we arrived, this restaurant was pretty empty. We were not surprised, as it is hidden away within the Premier Inn, County Hall. Even though it was not busy, our food was delayed without explanation. When we queried this our waiter disappeared and did not let us know what was happening. Those around us had starter and main course and we had not received our starters. When the food finally arrived two of the four meals were wrong. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told that there was not one on site, which was surprising. So we raised our concerns with another waiter who was very helpful and resolved the mistakes. We have eaten here before but this was not a great experience. Hard to tell if it was a waiter error or problems with the kitchen. I think we were just unlucky, as other tables served by other staff did not seem to be having any problems. Despite the issues, the food itself was good and is good value.

Came here after a cold welcome at the other premier Inn restaurant at Waterloo hospital. A freindly waiter and good food with a warm atmosphere.

Wir sind für 3 Nächte im premier inn und haben uns spontan entschlossen im Hotel zu essen...leider wurde uns relativ deutlich mitgeteilt das keine Reservation mehr angenommen werden kann obwohl ca. 50% des Restaurants und 90% der Bar nicht besetzt waren. Schade das man Gäste so behandelt!!

We had very good service but were there at 5pm, it was quiet in the restaurant and there was a bar next to it. Our dinner was really nice and tasty, we had a meal deal and it was very reasonable with breakfast included the following morning. The breakfast buffet has a huge choice for full English, I've never seen bubble and squeak available before and it was lovely. there is also unlimited Costa Coffee although the Americano didn't taste quite as strong as a normal Costa.

Part of the Premier Inn, Thyme Restaurants offer a restricted menu but generally good value and good quality.

Had a meal on our 1st night in the hotel. Good menu, friendly and efficient staff and the food was excellent

Good food reasonably priced. We were staying tat the Premier inn during our visit to London and ate in the hotel a couple of times. Both times the food was good. Simple "pub grub" nothing fancy.

Big breakfast just about anything you can think of . Even if your not staying at the hotel it’s worth getting here for breakfast. Atmosphere service and value,with enough food to feed a small army excellent!

Only here for one night and only ate breakfast but it was excellent and the service was also excellent. The cooked choices were the usual fare but with the addition of boiled eggs which I hadn't seen before, and I do enjoy their back bacon...

We ate dinner and breakfast here during our recent stay at the premier inn county hall. We got meal deal for 26.50 pounds, which gets you a two course dinner including a beverage and breakfast the next morning. For an extra two pounds you could...

The bar area was quite busy on the first night, but ther seemed to be nobody clearing tables.. And there were plenty to be emptied and cleaned.. total chaos...I had to go to reception to request that someone go next door to help clean up.....

It was a cold evening so we decided not to go out for a dinner and we didn't regret our decision. The restaurant is on the basement of Premier Inn Waterloo hotel where we stayed for some nights on our city break to London.

If you get the meal deal for a 2 course evening meal, a drink and breakfast it works out to be good value. Food was good quality although evening service could have been a bit quicker. Breakfast gets very busy but the service was good,...

I ordered the fish and chips but the batter was very thick and soggy - inedible, and there were very few chips served - had to ask for more
