Food was great, waitress was great, unlimited brunch drinks were great, ambience was great. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

We arrived and were not really greeted. My two children were excited to eat there but our table was not even set up to the point where the front of house asked us to help push two tables together! It was not clean or laid! We left!

Was staying close by as going on a Salsa boat trip. Had been here before with friends many years ago and again was not disappointed. Also I need a quick service. It was a quite time and all the staff were professional and very caring especially Annaliese who was my waitress and very helpful. The meal which the cheese burger complete with fries was very enjoyable.

As usual, the dishes prepared by Chef Hamza are a joy for the palate. This restaurant deserves more than five stars. I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

Had a really lovely meal here. The food was cooked to perfection. Great price and really nice setting. Lovely smiles from the staff and manager very welcome atmosphere. Clean and tidy place definitely worth it to go highly recommended.

Stumbled on the fire station on route to the underground, what a great place, staff, food and atmosphere brilliant, we had the butter chicken burger, can highly recommend and great looking building, will definitely call again when in London, thanks.

Service at the Fire Station Restaurant is generally prompt and friendly, with staff eager to share recommendations. The drinks menu, which includes both local craft beers and creative cocktails, complements the food nicely. Highly recommended the cauliflower bites, stick chicken, the feta cheese, spicy pepperoni pizza chicken tenders and fries. The nacho with barbecue was delicious. Great beer selections.

The small plates menu has a good variety, my husband loved the burger, and the 2 for 1 drink special was great! The service is fantastic (especially Elizabeth) and the decor is very cool. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and family friendly bar. We had a great time there as family if 9 including 5 children. The manager Edyta was very accommodating and made sure that both children and adults were entertained. Highly recommend this place.

This was our first visit to Fire Station Waterloo. We enjoyed excellent service from our friendly and efficient server Elizabeth. The food was good and the old fire station building made for a nice ambiance.

If you’re going to the Fire Station at Waterloo fingers crossed that you get Annaliese as your server. Attentive without being overbearing, great menu recommendations and anticipates the need for drinks refills too. Plus the truffle and bacon Mac’n’cheese is amazing! This is a wonderful place to start the evening

Our first stop after arriving in London in the morning. It was a ‘late breakfast’ but we were still offered the option to an ‘early lunch’ if we wanted. Both ‘Breakfasts’ were spot-on, even down to the toast and soft butter. Faultless. A special mention to our ‘server’ , Elizabeth. She was polite, friendly and very professional 👍🏼

Four of us had a delicious lunch here today - great food, several veggie choices and a lovely atmosphere. Server Elizabeth was very friendly, cheery, super efficient - and put to one side the paper train tickets we'd inadvertently left behind. Many thanks, Elizabeth!

Customer service was amazing. Quality of the food was terrific, but portion size was inadequate for the amount of money paid.

The bartender alex made great cocktails and the place had a lovely atmosphere. Our hostess was very on top of everything whilst we ate and ensured we had everything we needed. I didn’t get her name but if you can make sure the blonde waitress here serves you !

Had great service on the food all evening. I would highly recommend the pizza and Halloumi fries. I must especially thank Annaleese as she did not miss a beat at any point of the evening and dealt with might allergies very professionally. I also must mention Alex for one of the best old-fashioned cocktails I’ve had in London !

Waitress was really fab. Lovely environment. Great food & drinks. Only negative was that quite a loud table of diners for some reason chose to sit right next to our table, even though lots of tables free! Fortunately they didn’t stay long & our conversation could resume to normal volumes! We will be back for sure!

The food was SO good. Sticky chicken is a must, and the chili cheese fries were great. Service was on point and would highly recommend this spot.

Nice pub but don't bother with the food! Ordered 6 meals. 3 arrived after 40 minutes. Having chased, one more arrived after another 30 minutes. Having chased again the final two arrived after another 30 minutes. Staff were apologetic but overrall a shocking experience. Dont bother!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful dining experience here. Angelo greeted us with a warm friendly smile. We delighted with every recommendation he made. We took 10 for £62.00 and foods were amazing.

A place with excellent burgers and a good assortment of beers, we were served by a Peruvian waiter who was very friendly and pleasant, an excellent option at the exit of the Waterloo metro.

Excellent service from Elizabeth. Great breakfast. Did ask as it was an old fire station if there was still a fireman's pole but, unfortunately, there was not. Will be back when I'm next in Waterloo.

Had a lovely time, food was very good but the main highlight was how fantastic our waitress was! She nudged us to not be too late on cocktails, handled loads of complicates orders and was generally just really nice and attentive. Thank you Elizabeth!

If you have the temerity, no strike that,the audacity, to charge me £7.15 for a pint of lager then can I ask that it includes a smile or at least welcome indicative that I am a valued customer. Several young men need guidance. Glad my older wife isn’t around to see it .

Nice and tasty food, we shared the small bites. Sara was our very nice & friendly host. We were a little early, so the restaurant was still quite empty. A full restaurant will of course improve the atmosphere.

Wife has been here with her brother on Saturday. Thanks to chef Sandeep for a tasty Pizza Margarita and Buddha Bowl and lovely service from Elizabeth.

We had to wait ages at the front desk for someone to come and show us to our table. Never comfortable standing in front of a load of seated drinkers. After that though the meal was fine.
