Excellent service, staff very friendly, tables constantly cleaned, toilets clean. Prices reasonable.

Only having a full brunch offer is ridicolous

We were served by Yuvraj, he was great! We loved the atmosphere, the service and the food! The friendly staff really made the experience even better and compliments to the chef for the great food and ice cream!

Lovely bar however...the prices of pints are premium which I don't generally mind but all the beers on tap are absolutely lifeless (flat no gas) and it's like you're drinking a shaken up beer and sometimes you get that rancid sour beer bottom of the barrel stuff. I've been numerous times after work and I've stopped. Not good enough when you're paying £7+ a pint of lager. Not at all impressed.

Estación de bomberos Waterloo... Ambiente y comida, combinación perfecta para pasar un buen rato con amigos. . El restaurante estaba lleno, pero aún así no era demasiado ruidoso. El servicio fue muy rápido y Yuvraj era la persona a cargo de nuestra mesa y fue una delicia. Muy agradable, muy profesional, listo para acomodar el pedido de comida de 7 mujeres y explicar los platos. Gracias Yuvraj por la paciencia y profesionalidad. La comida era increíble. El servicio fue rápido, considerando que era un restaurante completo. El baño estaba muy limpio y muy bien decorado.

The drinks and atmosphere are good but the English breakfast was very disappointing for its price.

Fish and chips were good. Unfortunately the service was not. Waiter was inattentive. We had to get up and go to him for a second drink. I asked for a diet coke and was brought a Pepsi max. I told him it was not a diet coke. He said bar tender insisted it was the same. I sent it back and he later said bartender was mistaken. Also, all four stalls in the women's toilet had no paper. I do not recommend this place for dinner.

Staff were very accommodating and welcoming for our party that had booked a table for post marathon celebrations. The manager also very kindly let us have a couple of free uses of the photobooth, which was very kind, and really fun! Drinks and food were very good, as always! Thank you :)

Wir waren auf dem Weg zum Hotel und wollten noch einen Absacker trinken. Es kam auch gleich eine junge Dame mit einem Tablette mit shoots. Angeboten im Plastikbecher, eine Pfütze voll. Es war wohl Tequila mit irgendwelchen roten Zeug. Sie hat sich natürlich gleich mit bedient und dann auch abkassiert. Der riesengroße Schock war der Preis. Wir sollten doch glatt für sowas schlechtes 45£ bezahlen! Wir fanden schon , dass das eine Unverschämtheit war. Sowas ist uns nirgendwo weiter passiert. Auch war es kurz vor Ladenschluss. Wahrscheinlich hat mit unserer Unterstützung die Kasse dann gestimmt 🤔

First time here and the menu is really good! Got the sandwich steak myself, wasn’t the best i’ve had but the plate was cleared haha. Aniela, our server was lovely too!

Realmente estaba deseando este hallazgo... Lamentablemente se fue sintiéndose muy abrumado por toda la experiencia. La comida estaba bien, el cóctel estaba bien... Estaba bien. Parecía haber más de un ambiente en la barra delantera cuando nos fuimos! El restaurante trasero tenía un olor distintivo a ella, cada vez que se abrían las puertas del inodoro, que era muy malo poner y te sentías como la pobre pariente. ¡Hubiera preferido sentarse en el frente, donde había luz del día, ambiente y sin baños! Lo siento 😔

The food is ok, they have a very good kids menu and a very good sticky toffee pudding. The ambiente is nice and the service is great. They are all very friendly and attentive, especially Laura.

Great spot. Busy, but the service was fast and the food was great.

The service was slow - I had to ask for water three times and the drinks took ages to come out. The quality of the food and portion sizes were excellent.

It Is a nice pub but very loud. Difficult to get a beer and have a conversation.

Had a very lovely fry up, the staff were very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and so close to Waterloo. Love that they serve breakfast from 9am 7 days a week!

WE came with friends for a dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Chef Camil& Sandeep made the best burgers we ever had. Many thanks definitely will be back

A good place near Waterloo to meet up with friends over a drink. Can get very crowded so you need to pick your time if you want a table.

Amazing food at a reasonable price. I'm not keen on the automatic service charge on the bill. Although it's optional, it's not very nice to have to ask for it to be removed. Although on this occasion the service was worth the tip.

Met up with son and friend from Scotland before they took the train to Twickenham for the Calcutta Cup. As a Debenture Ticket holder for 10 years in the '80's and '90's our group used this restaurant regularly before the Internationals and I was keen to return. When booking, I had asked for a quiet corner table as I recall it could be very noisy. Full marks to the restaurant for the warm greeting and for reserving the best table in the house for our small party of three. One of the waitresses soon asked me for my order which was for a pint of (pedigree cask ale) draught bitter beer (£6.10). This arrived the colour of the Thames and, as the dregs from a finishing barrel, should never have been served. It was quickly replaced by a pint of Guinness (£6.75) but i was disappointed to find when I checked the bill at home the charge for the defective beer had not been removed!! We all opted for the Fried chicken burger (£!7.50) with skinny chips though some had the side of battered onion rings (£1.50) and swapped potatoes for sweet potato chips (£1.50). The lunch was fun, the food just fine and the draught Guinness delicious. It was just so annoying that we were charged for the dud beer. Overall cost with 10% service was £119.65

Love this place, we always stop by when visiting London. Good food and drink.

Looked forward to revisiting and enjoying brunch. Train delays meant lunch instead. Server was attentive and thoughtful. Food was three small plates .. chicken tenders, kofta and the the superb salt and pepper calamari. I didn't eat anything the rest of the day. Only slight disappointment was an order for a large fresh orange juice came as a small tumbler ..with an apology ...but the bill charged for a 14oz size ...but hey, it's not going to stop me visiting again every time I get a chance.

This was an old haunt of mine when I had an office near by. I was just looked after by a lady called Sydney while dealing with an important meeting. She was charming and extremely professional. Thank you. Very much appreciated.

We booked a table for 5. We were given menus and a waitress came to take our order. More than 50% of the items on the menu turned out to not be available. As we asked for something we were told its not available because we are changing the menu and running things down One of us was told this 3 times as they tried to find something on the menu they actually had in and ended up getting something they didn't really want. When the food came it was poor - my chicken burger was over cooked and the chips had an old cooking fat taste. The staff were very nice and apologetic. I felt really sorry for them being put in this position by management. They should have produced a simple menu of the few dishes they did have. It was very poor and we will go elsewhere next time.

It is central, delicious, good portions and a fantastic price. Highly recommended.

Was made to feel welcome on arrival even without a booking. Really pleased we chose to eat here after a busy evening out, lovely and relaxed environment.

Really pleasant evening. Nothing fancy but the atmosphere was pleasant, we weren’t rushed and the service from Tiana was exceptional. She took what could have been a decent night out with the family and elevated it to an extremely pleasant evening. The Firestation are lucky to have such high quality staff.

Stopped off for a drink after visiting a local exhibition, decided to get something to eat as well, Food was amazing, venue was well presented and staff were really pleasant and helpful. Absolutely loved the 2 for one cocktails, which finished our day off beautifully. Thank you for great service and a welcoming atmosphere.
