Shocking, British people don’t eat snacks when drinking,, naturally. I wonder if I can taste it...? So, all tables only have Noanju and Yes Beer. You can order via QR, but pickup is self-service. You can order by qr code placed in every seat. Always crowded

Helpful and polite staff who delivered great service and delicious food. We had such a wonderful Christmas catch up with friends. I highly recommend this venue.

Went here after an event for a couple of drinks with friends, We shared some side dishes shared between us. Busy but not overcrowded. I think you can reserve for dinner at least. Very nice place, will return.

Great vibrant location near Waterloo

The Fire Station is near Waterloo Underground Station. It is spacious inside but has a tired decor. The staff are frantic. The prices are the usual overpriced amount for Central London. Friday nights are very busy and loud with the after-work crowd. The place resembles a meat market for that particular crowd. It is impossible to talk and not for socialising. I would recommend looking elsewhere if socialising is your main aim for an evening.

We had breakfast here but the poached eggs were actually hard-boiled... But the staff was really friendly.

Good food, although the portions were pretty small. The lady who took all the water glasses away from our table so we couldn't have our table water was a bit weird though.

Pretty good, went here before a Rugby match at Twickenham as it's convenient for Waterloo. Was very busy but that was fine and didn't cause an issue. Beer tasted nice. Service was good bearing in mind the amount of people who needed attention.

Busy pub with lively atmosphere. Menu is very, very limited, however. We ended up ordering a bunch of smaller plates instead of a proper meal such were the lack of options. We received excellent service from Elizabeth, who was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Good place to go for a drink, but not so good if you are hungry.

We found the fire station by searching a nice bar on google and we ended up having a really nice night! The atmosphere was really nice and even though they were totally booked out, they managed to get us a table. We enjoyed some nice finger food, the beer was great and the staff super friendly. We were very glad for the experience!

Great place for a drink or brunch/lunch. Good atmosphere, top notch customer service and the food was delicious. Added to which they couldn’t do enough to meet our individual requests. I’ve been here countless times and will go again!

Fabulous breakfast, we had the full English. Our waitress Aniela was lovely and very efficient. She even moved our tables so we could accommodate all of our guests. Visited with friends

Really good food and great atmosphere most days. Some days are just too busy which affects the service a bit and can make things a bit cramped. But it's a great venue most days.

My first time at The Firestation and it was a great experience. As an American, I felt very welcomed and the atmosphere on a Wednesday night was great! I ordered the chieken tenders and sweet potato fries which were both crispy and delicious. For drinks I ordered a margarita which has to be one of the best margarita I ever had. 10/10 I will be returning. Our server Angelo was kind and brought our orders promptly.

My friends and I decided to try this restaurant for my birthday. We had Angelo as a server and he was amazing and made my birthday very special. The food was amazing, and the drinks were excellent!!!! My favorite was the Pina Colada! If you come here you will really enjoy the food.

Angelo is the greatest. The ambience of The Fire Station is amazing, will come again before my vacation is over?

The manager is my angel indeed. She has such a kind heart. I needed to print out 3 pages at waterloo station and go to fetch my ID document however I can not find out any printing shop. I asked many shops but no responses. The manager said she would love to help me for my urgency. she brightened my day

Service was brilliant, myself & my friend’s coffee was too strong so the waitress took them away without fuss & brought us a delicious milky replacement at no extra cost, generous & tasty food

A good venue to meet up prior to going to Twickenham for rugby

Popped in here on the off chance of having food. We all shared the small plates menu and every dish was delicious! Highly recommend trying. We had a lovely waiter (Howel) who was really friendly and engaging with the table. Plan to come back when next in London. Thank you

Pleasant welcome and not bad decoration in an old fire station. However, we waited an hour and had to report our waiting time so that they finally decided to serve us a margarita pizza and three tapas dishes. Go your way.

This place was a gem in the middle of a bustling neighbourhood near waterloo station. Great food, amazing taste, wonderful service by Aniela who waited our tables. Would definitely visit again n highly recommend

The mushroom could have been tastier, the beans portion was tiny and they never had a coffee selection. The waitress was really good and the atmosphere nostalgic.

We were greeted by a clueless member of staff who apparently couldnt find our booking. We said it was in the name of Dawn. The hostess insisted that it was in the name of Malcolm and showed us to our table. The table was already fully seated, presumably by Malcolm and his guests. Our hostess then seated us at a table that had no prior reservation. Thankfully the lovely Pippa then arrived and the service then went up a few notches - smoothly and with a lovely smile. We ordered food from the tapas menu. The food was good, but largely covered in sauces, rather than dips on the side. This meant that two of our party of three were very restricted as to what they could eat because they don't like sauces.

Excellent as always - for years The Fire Station in Waterloo is our Go-To location to start our day when being in London. Highly recommend!!

Our Servers Were extremely polite personable with a lovely sense of humour and making our experience memorable and enjoyable. The Food Was served exceptionally well and ever so filling. a perfect hotspot for eating At Waterloo Located close to all hotspots and transport links. A welcoming convenient and personable restaurant I Cannot recommend highly enough.

Aniela is an absolute diamond, and my breakfast bap was delicious. I won't be going anywhere else for breakfast when I'm in Waterloo.

The visit was a disappointment. The culinary experience did not match the price. The vegan burger was undercooked with some horrible yogurt-like dressing, the fries were edible. The brownie is also unbaked as if they were served raw dough. The place is noisy, the cleanliness of the table and the tray is objectionable. In the heart of London, I expected a little better service.

The table you gave us was perfect for kids, which there were 4 of, I would certainly market this as it was absolutely ideal and Sundays in generally quiet. Great experience, thanks.
