My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at Three O Two restaurant. Food quality was very good and the service was excellent. Md, Poorvesh, & Dharmsala and Chef - Mahir served us very good quality of meals with excellent service. It was my 60 years birthday celebration dinner and they gave me a special Happy Birth day Chocolates on a lovely plate and Champagnes and sang happy birth day song for me. I was very happy and very satisfied. I strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone

Loved the H10 Waterloo hotel. Felipe and the team in the restaurant at breakfast were fabulous. They were so friendly and helpful. The dining room is run so professionally. The food is of a very high standard with so much choice. I would definitely visit again.

We stayed for a weekend at the H10 Hotel Waterloo. We had breakfast at Three O Two, the hotel restaurant. The welcome by Poosvesh was warm and pleasant. We ate well, there is a wide choice of buffets: bread and pastries, cereals, hot buffet, cold buffet, vegan buffet. In short, something to satisfy all tastes. The only downside is that the hot dishes are not very hot once you serve yourself.

Service was excellent, including accommodating gluten free and dairy free milk alternatives. Thank you Felipe and the team!

Super delicious breakfast, wonderful start to our days on a city trip in London. The service was top notch, Felipe and his team were super friendly. The only downside was the broken lamp to keep the churros and pancakes warm.

My husband and I are regular guest with H10 London. We normally have breakfast over our stay. The service, food selection (especially for vegetarian) is excellent. Staff are attentive and very friendly especially lovely Poorvesh, polite and helpful always greets you with a happy smile.

Very friendly and helpful Team each morning during breakfast. The breakfast has a wide variety of fresh foods from the Spanish, English and International cuisine. In particular the fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as vegetarian and vegan offerings, are really good.

You can really feel that it is a 4* hostel when entering the breakfast room, the quality of the food, the service where you get welcomed with a smile, they explain everything to you, they answer questions with pleasure, as a vegetarian I was really enchanted to see so many vege and vegan options, maybe I'd say that It just lacks a little of vegan option in the English breakfast section, aside that, they serve coffee, tea, plenty of fresh juice (their homemade limonade is delicious), you also have a bunch of French pastries, and also some nice other deserts. Regarding the service, I don't have anything to say except thank you. It was perfect.

This is a large restaurant and therefore needs plenty of occupied tables to create atmosphere. The breakfast service is lively, busy and extremely professional. The evening menu is very varied and beautifully cooked with many options including Tapas. Well worth a visit.

H10 London Waterloo will stay in my memory for the rest of my life. We are Australian and visited London on our holiday, unexpectedly my husband has been admitted at the first day to hospital and stayed there for the next 9 Days. I was very hard time for me but all staff of the H10 hotel was very nice, polite, helpful and understanding in every way. Specifically young man Filipe from the restaurant. He lifts my spirit by talking to me and wishing my husband speedy recovery and nice woman at front desk Violeta. Thanks to both of you and all the rest of the staff.

Really nice terrace view of London, with many of the skyscrapers visible. Nice vibe. Was served by Poorvesh.

An excellent stay from August 22 to 24, 2024 at H10!!! Excellent welcome upon our arrival and possibility to leave our suitcase while waiting for check-in. Beautiful spacious room, well equipped and comfortable. Hotel well placed for discovering central London and its main monuments. Excellent and generous breakfast with impeccable service. Special dedication to Felipe and his entire team! We also tried the rooftop bar. A superb view of the London skyline, a blanket provided for freshness and once again a caring team! The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection and leaves nothing to be desired. Our waiter Olindo was courteous and provided us with perfect service. We would definitely book here again.

We were staying at the hotel, and booked in for dinner. After a drink at the amazing roof top bar we went to the restaurant to eat. It was quiet, but still had a nice atmosphere. The food was really, really tasty. It was a totally enjoyable couple of hours eating and drinking. Everything was great but the waiter, MD, made it brilliant. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and very accommodating. All the staff were really nice, but I have to single him out as he really looked after us. Would come back (and probably will do), and would recommend.

Restaurant d’hôtel très pratique. Salle moderne et spacieuse. Décoration épurée et de bon goût. Plats variés proposés au dîner, légers et équilibrés, bien cuisinés et pas gras. Le petit-déjeuner est proposé également dans cette salle. Un large choix de produits permet de commencer la journée de façon légère ou de façon plus conséquente si vous voulez faire un brunch. Différents « vrais » pains proposés, blancs et complets, ce qui change des toasts, unique choix parfois dans de nombreux hôtels/restaurants en Angleterre.

Longing to eat Spanish food in London, @quedelugares approached the Three O Two Restaurant It is a modern a la carte restaurant located on the 1st floor of the H10 London Waterloo Hotel and with large windows overlooking the street. Good atmosphere, cozy and well decorated. Fast and very attentive service. For London the tapas were not bad at all, lots of variety, correct quantities, Spanish wines and beers and prices not exorbitant. 🔸  Potato omelette, passable. 🔸  Brave, delicious and very spicy. 🔸  Improved ham croquettes. 🔸  Very delicious little tips, well made. 🔸  Anchovies on roasted pepper, very delicious 🔸  Anchovies, somewhat small, in Spain we eat larger ones but they were delicious. 🔸  Smoked sardines on roasted pepper, very delicious 🔸  various beers victoria beer sanmiguel_es 💰 €30/40 person 👍🏻 Kindness, speed, simplicity in food. Typical Madrid tapas. 👎🏻 It's not at the level of Spain but it's enjoyable.

Had such a lovely time, our waiter Dharmil was amazing and the kids loved the 3 course kids menu! My wife and I had a couple of cocktails each and the food quality was nothing short of fantastic!

The diner here was amazing. It tasted good i really liked my main and dessert alot. Im happy i only order thats as i would have been so full. The waiters were very nice as well and are very skilled.

Le restaurant nous a offert une bouteille de vin et le Chef a même été jusqu’à écrire le mot anniversaire en français pour le dessert. Les mets servis étaient succulents, les sauces délicates et la présentation des plats raffinée. Nous avons passé un agréable moment et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce dîner d’anniversaire.

Unfortunately cannot be recommended. Unfortunately the paella is just rice with meat on top. The ratatouille is less than an appetizer. The lava cake is cold and the chicken breast is a thumb piece of meat plus half a wing, extremely dry. Very bad price-performance ratio.

We had a selection of Spanish tapas to share and a lovely bottle of Rose wine. We shared the white anchovies, tomato bread, Iberico jambon, shrimp and garlic croquettes ane the fried baby squid. All was delicious but the anchovies and jambon stole the show. Service was excellent and we were even offered another glass each of the same Rose after we had finished our bottle (free of charge). An excellent dinner experience. Afterwards we went to the rooftop bar for a nightcap which was lovely. Blankets provided to stay snuggly warm. At super spot around the corner from our flat. Very glad someone recommended it to us!

We walked in with a party of 8 at 10p and the restaurant was empty. The kitchen was about to close at 10:30. Despite this, all of the wait staff was very polite and accommodating. They took our orders quickly and our meals were put on the table in short order. The food was hot and delicious. We were very thankful and would like the staff to know it!!!

Not very pleased, croquettes were to thick and had to little filling (2 days earlier in the sky-bar they were excellent) and the paella was the most boring one I ever tasted. Rice with 3 not very fresh shrimps and 3 little pieces of some unknown fish. It was a disappointment because room service and breakfast in this hotel are great. Better have diner anywhere else. Service was good, we had a nice and polite waiter.

Staff was great, professional and friendly. Dharmil & MD were excellent hosts to our table. The food was very good. We enjoyed the pork platter and the lamb leg.

Nice tapas - good range of croquetas, and lovely bellota Iberico ham. Range of nice Spanish wines. A bit expensive, but nice restaurant surroundings.

Great food, decent portion sizes and service was impeccable. They even brought out a little complimentary dessert and Prosecco for my girlfriends birthday at the end. Blue cheese croquettes were the highlight of the meal. Highly recommend.
