Great service from Vicky , so friendly and absolutely amazing with my daughter. Food also lovely. Clean and tidy environment.

This is our 2nd time at beefeater in Newport Shropshire and must say lovely freindly atmosphere has soon has we walk through the door. A member of staff by the name of vicky greeted us and was really pleasant 🙂look forward to our next visit.

Regularly go in for the amazing curry at lunchtime. Vicky always says hello and makes conversation. Nothing but friendly. Will definitely go back.

Be careful on a sunday evening as resaurant seems to shut between 8.30 and 9pm. Meal was spoilt on 2 occasions as both meals was rushed when the table was booked for 7.30pm. Also some staff are very rude.

Came in for food last night on our regular visit and couldn't say a bad word (never can) our waitress was Kim again and she didn't disapoint she's very smiley very attentive and puts 100% into making our visit worth while food was amazing as usually,I do have one slight negative comment about a couple of guests that were eating they were very rude and obviously don't appreciate the hard work the staff do but we do thank you 😊

A longer than average wait to be shown to the table which wasn’t even laid. Floor around us was filthy with squashed food, empty sachet sauce packets. Pie crust was burnt, quality of food was average and the most recent change in decor leaves the place feeling cold with no warm atmosphere.

Our hosts Laura & Kimberley looked after us very well this evening. We are regular users of the Three fish & we always find the staff very pleasant & welcoming. It was very busy so we did have a little wait on the food but as always it was very very fresh & tasty. We came with our son & granddaughter so it was nice to spend some quality time in pleasant surroundings. Looking forward to our next visit.

We found the food was great on arrival we were met at the door by Elizabeth she showed us to our table when we sat down Vicky took over and looked after us through our visit the staff were lovely the mixed grill was really tasty and my wife said she would go back for the lasagna every day it was a really nice experience thank you very much

Vicky and Amy we’re very kind and friendly. Nothing was too much for them, and they made our dining experience very enjoyable. I was asked for ID as I ordered an alcoholic drink, Amy noticed it was my birthday the following day and informed Vicky who wished me happy birthday and gave me a box of chocolates and a treat bag. I had my young nieces with me and they were also provided with a treat bag. We really enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely return.

Cold, draughty. Cramped seating because most of the tables were already set for breakfast, despite being 7pm. Sauce over hot with calamari, chicken rubbery, steak ok - but just ok. Felt completely underwhelming, staff dismissive of customer requests.

Once again, Fantastic breakfast had at the Beefeater. Food was hot, fresh and cooked great, service from the staff was polite and friendly, nothing too much trouble! Only pity was some of the guests need to remember their manners at times!
