Lovely lady who delivered to us . Food was lovely and hot

being honest i only came here as my usual restaurant was closed. however, brilliant food. awsome taste. I will be ordering from here from now on.

Nice food, disappointing delivery time, at least 25 mins late, and that was after they had already said it would be an hour! I wouldn’t mind but when I placed the order it said it would be 30-45 mins!!

Food undercooked or overcooked soggy and tasteless

It was within the time stated right on the end of the time food delicious.

Meal was nice however I had chicken curry and I only wish the chicken wasn’t so processed as didn’t taste like chicken

Very disappointed this time, food wasn’t as great as the last time we ordered. Do understand it was a Saturday night and they must have been busy. Did get a £4 deduction as they were slightly late.

Some had leaked out over pots, but tasted delicious and was lovely and hot

Unfortunately waited two hours for our order of 5 items, when it arrived it was luke warm.

Took 2hours to arrive, no apologies nothing. Won’t be ordering from here again.

food was cold and not nice at all. salt and chilli chicken had no spice to it. rice was cold and all stuck together and the chicken curry had uncooked pieces of chicken

Absolutely the best and tasiest Chinese food we've eaten in a very long time. The Chow mein in particular has the most amazing Wok Hei smokiness. We loved it so much, were ordering again tonight. 10/10 Highly recommended to all. Not to be missed 😊

Still the best Chinese in the bay. The peanut satay sauce is to die for. Perfect.

Really beautiful flavour. We had crispy chilli beef, chow mein, kung po chicken. All the food was excellent. Only slight disappointment was the kung po could be bit more spicy and chicken battered. however, we loved the food!

Hard to judge atmosphere as we had delivery via just eat. It’s lovely to get properly tasty Chinese food locally. Deliver was bang on time and all was piping hot.

food tastes amazing biggest let down is the satay chicken no sauce so very dry!!! everything else hot full of flavour!!! our favourite Chinese will just not order satay again!!!

Myself and my partner are staying in herne bay for the weekend and decided to have a Chinese tonight. This was honestly one of the nicest chineses I have ordered. The food was cooked beautifully and was full of flavour! Highly recommend if you are considering ordering in the area :)

Absolutely outstanding food. Just moved to the area from Yorkshire and looking for a decent Chinese. Had all the family over so took a chance on Zhang. So glad I did. Food arrived early and was piping hot and fresh. Ordered a wide variety of dishes for 9 people and every one of them was delicious. This will definitely be my go-to Chinese from now on. Five stars.

Best chinese in the Bay. Everything tasted fresh and succulent, nothing was dry. Every chinese seems to have a weakness in their menu in the Bay but I’ve not found one yet for this place. Would recommend.

Very disappointed with how long the delivery took. We ordered at 7.00, was meant to be with us 8.05-8.25 and it didn’t arrive till 9.10. Really bad when we have children hungry and guests round.

food was what ordered, but said was on way, then at least an hour after that. rang twice .

It was delivered 2 hours early at 5:30pm. instead of 7:30pm.. My husband wasn't home from work yet..... We had to reheat it which isn't ideal.

ordered my food around 9.15pm. The app gave me and hours estimate for delivery. Not even 30 minutes later and there's a knock at the door with my order! Very impressed.

Food was nice but service was awful. It wasn't delivered, in the end we had to go and collect.

Already waited 1 hour 20 then 45 minutes late and turns up freezing cold. Been ordering from here for years last few times have been shocking. Absolutely changing Chinese. Restaurant still not answering the phone.

Ordered at 1810. Was given a delivery time of 1910 to 1930 (that’s over an hour). I pressed the support button and got a text back saying it would be with me at 1950. Just delivered at 1940 - an hour and a half after order.

Horrendous!!!! By far the worst Chinese we’ve ever eaten. My partner stopped after eating pork that she described as tasting like armpit!! The crispy beef was not crispy and the only flavour was onion, the rice was stodgy and bland, and the chicken was so cheap and chewy that the entire meal was inedible. Never ever again!!

Salt and pepper ribs just pure gristle and no flavour. Stodgy rice, nothing special about the special. Kung po chicken was not what its supposed to be. Every Chinese here is poor. Zhangs has joined the list

Ordered a large order for my family and friends round. Was really quick and was ready on the collection time. My family and I always order from here as we know the quality of the food is the best and delivery and collection time is very quick!

Wrong food was delivered. Chicken balls arrived instead of the chicken satay ordered. Enjoyed anyway, but would’ve preferred to eat the more costly satay!
