Brilliant value for a meal out with the grand children. The salad starters are always fresh with an excellent choice of ingredients. My haddock and chips was super tasty and the kids' entertainment pack is very well designed. Service was friendly and efficient. Lucky to have one very close by!

Lovely meal at the Yeoman this evening, the service was extremely good, Molly was so lovely, polite and quick with service. The waitress serving us was extremely nice and so professional. Our meals on the other hand were very hit and miss. My grandaughter had the chicken which she enjoyed but was not very hot. My husband had the gammon which had onion rings that you could use as a door stop with cold chips. I had the surf and turf with prawns. It came swimming in grease with again doorstop prawns that couldn't be removed from the skewer, they were so burnt and freezing cold chips. Our waitress with no hesitation changed my meal for the gammon and bought fresh onion rings. Unfortunately the eggs on top of the gammon were snotty and not cooked and swimming in grease. So I scaped of the raw eggs and gave my husband the gammon and I ate the lovely hot chips. The salad bowls were delicious. Not sure if the chef was having bad day or there was a new chef as we have been to this particular harvester a few times but will not go there again.

You go into chain restaurants and expect a standard form of service, but this Harvester is absolutely one in a million. The staff were incredible and very friendly (particularly our server Lynsey). Special shout out to the food too, perfectly cooked by Rijan and Charlene. Everything was hot, out quickly and incredibly delicious. Lastly, I was served possibly the best pint of Guinness I’ve ever had. No exaggeration.

Hadn't been to a Harvester since lockdown but was not disappointed. We were served by the lovely Ella S who, due to the corona virus, was not only our waitress for the evening, but also got our salad from the salad bar for us exactly as we wanted it. She was friendly, attentive and chatty. The food was good and plentiful, so much so that we couldn't manage a pudding so settled for a liquor coffee instead.When we left all the staff who had served us drinks etc during the evening thanked us and wished us a good evening as we made our way out to the car park.Highly recommended, will be back again soon.

My wife and I have eaten at the Yeoman Harvester many times, but this was our first visit since lockdown. The food and service was as good as ever, our waitress even recognised us from previous visits, which made us feel welcome. Our one concern is that tables were (in our opinion) not spaced apart enough. Our waitress moved us to a safer table, agreeing that some chairs were a bit too close together. They need to take a few tables out of use to strengthen their compliance. K

Stopped here for dinner whilst staying at the Hilton, down the road. The staff were very friendly and the food was really good. There were a couple of items sold out but it was quite late on. One of my daughters is vegetarian and felt there was not enough choice on the menu. The system for the salad bar was well managed and I felt confident about their overall approach to Covid hygiene. Nice meal and would definitely eat here again.

Booked online a day or so in advance and received a courtesy call from the manager just to clarify the offer that was in place following the end of the eat out to help out scheme. If you download the app you can currently get 50% off main meals which meant that our meal with drinks only cost around £25! Such a bargain! Yes, it’s not fine dining but you get what you pay for and as a quick, midweek treat, this Harvester is great! We used to go to the Puttenham branch before it closed but I would have to say that The Yeoman is much more well maintained and run. Staff are lovely, tables were socially distanced with lots of hand sanitiser available to use. I was a bit concerned about the salad bar as it’s our favourite bit about going to a Harvester, but there was no need for concern. Salad was still on offer as are free flow soft drinks- once you’ve ordered, your waiter/ waitress will now just invite you up to the cart and ask what you’d like, then dish it up for you as necessary (seems like lots of extra work for the waiting staff but it’s quick and convenient for the customer). Drinks were then delivered separately to the table directly. Thanks again to the team for a lovely night- we’ll be back again soon!

Just returned from this restaurant first time in over a year and doubt I'll ever return ordered the original combo and the chicken was very undercooked when we complained the waitress said all the food was cooked to specific needless and after consulting with her supervisor/manager removed the food from the bill chicken served like this could easily lead to food poisoning

Been here each week and had the same girl serve us Ella I think her name.is and she's brilliant I've had surgery and cannot eat alot so I always get a take away box like any other restraunt would have and do but this time I asked another lady who each time we have gone my family have witnessed the way she is with customers and it a very disturbing and not at all friendly I asked her for a take away box for basically my whole meal and she said we don't give out boxes they for take away she could clearly see it was my whole plate along with some of my kids.plate she come.over with a plastic bag????? I said how am I expected to put my.whole food salad jacket potato and meat inside that I always get a take away box she stormed off chucked the plastic bags and got a box to that she shouted at me and said I will get into trouble now smashing the box down so I didn't want to get anyone in trouble I said get your manager or I will pay for the box which you shouldn't have to do she said no bother I said it's not coming out tour pocket is it she then shouted well u give me a pay rise then walked over to me.as I said who do you think you are talking to after getting all the abuse before that she come right up to behind my table.lent forward swinging her arms and said I will talk to who I want how I want right in front of my frightened kids then went to the manager and lied and said I threatened her other guests agreed with me that nothing of the sort happened and was so shocked at what happened over a take away box the manager then come didn't care at all couldn't answer questions that clearly was common sense and then said and accused me.of him.not tolerating me treating staff which then my father said I am 58 and one thing I won't have is you speak to my daughter like that and accuse her of that behaviour which hasn't happened your staff has just been shouting and got into my daughter's face in front of my grandchildren who are sitting here scared and a ruined end to a birthday nothing got done we paid the bill and left it is disgusting the way I was treated and won't be spreading my every Wednesday there anymore she needs sacking the week before she nearly had a young girl in tears over a burger she is terrible and the standard of the food yesterday was not how it is normally I would like management to contact me.over this

The issue that I have experienced was: We ordered, drinks 4 x full rack of Ribs and The Chicken Triple combo for my daughter. Drinks was served food delivered and not seen a waiter since for 30 min checking on us. We called a waiter as my daughters chicken looked under cooked and very pink she's 12 so do not want to risk anything with chicken). The waitress started to argue with us saying the chicken is not under cooked or raw at this point i asked her to feel the texture of the meet and she continued to argue with us saying nothing is wrong with it in front of other customers. We asked her to take it to the chef as my daughter will not eat it.She then returned saying they will cook a new piece. At this stage we have all lost our appetite as the negative attitude and arguing was not necessary at all, we were just concerned of our daughter not falling ill or getting sick.I asked to see a manager only for her to do exactly the same thing to us and argue that the chicken was not under cooked and the redness was blood from cooking the food (not something to say in front of a child i'm sorry, as she then completely lost her appetite).We asked for all the food to go into a doggy bag and this was just now given to the cat and dog. £92 worth of food as we did not want to eat the food after the unprofessional altercation with Harvesters and felt embarrassed to stay and eat our food with other diners watching us. And the food arrived cold after waiting 45 minutes.We frequently visit this harvesters and the staff (older ladies are always friendly and we always tip £10 whatever we spend). This time their was younger waiters and the service from being served to leaving was unprofessional, argumentative and even the manager was a wast of time to talk to. If this is how customers are treated we might as well pay little more and get better service and food from your competition Miller and Carter (Ottershaw) (same group better service and food)..You might want to send the Harvester waiters their as the service at Miller and Carter are professional from start to finish with waiters actual creating the atmosphere.Sadly we will not be returning to harvesters again, the experiences was disappointing and embarrassing for us as a family. Should the service continue you will soon not have many customers going to your restaurant in the current economical climate as service is what sets you apart from your competition.We felt embarrassed, our intelligence insulted, unwelcome and a meal as a family was ruined by someone who felt like arguing over nothing and cause a seen in front of other customers.Hopefully you can train your staff to be more professional when serving customers and have a floor manager that actually now what to do and listen to customers not argue and shrug their shoulders. We take our kids out when we can afford it but seems this harvesters is not child and parent friendly anymore.

Our 4th year of having our Christmas Lunch here. Everything was just perfect. Our waitress went above and beyond. Nothing was to much trouble. Our party of 9 had a various lunches. I personally couldn’t fault the turkey, the fillet steak was cooked to perfection as was the rib and steak duo, the vegetarian was very good. I really can’t fault our meal. From start to finish it was very pleasant.

Had a meal booked for 7-45pm last night. didn't get served untill 8-30pm.it wasn't busy like it usually is, so had to keep getting up to ask for sald bowls. Food arrived which was average,had a side salad which consisted of two pieces of limp lettuce leaves a small pot of coleslaw that looked like it had been sat around for hours overall a very disappointing meal also to add,my plate which my desert came was dirty on one side with old food marks and the underneath was dirty. Very disappointing they to need to up there game on cleanliness and make the food look more appealing.

Came here last night for our work Christmas party. The woman that served us looked after us so well and was friendly and professional. We really appreciated her offering us dessert menus even though it was closing time. We were made to feel welcome. The pub itself is in a lovely old building with exposed beams, brickworks and trendy light fittings. We had a brilliant time, thank you!

Was in the area so decided to stop for some lunch at the Harvester. We entered the restaurant and waited for a table with an older couple who told us they had been waiting a while to be seated. There were 2 team members stood behind the bar moving coffee cups around, but neither came to help. We were then greeted by what seemed to be the manager or even the area manager, who looked around and within seconds multiple team members appeared to seat us. We were served by a lovely young lady called Jordyn who was very polite and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed and that our meals were alright. I ordered the Camembert and Cherry Tomato tart, which was delicious (a lot better than it looked) and would 100% recommend it! Both meals were really good, will probably come back again.

A very cute looking harvester! We were greeted by the manager who was lovely! We had Juliette a new waitress who had great customer skills! Very chatty. The food we had was Lovely, the was a slight miscommunication However it was dealt with pretty fast. Compared to Frimley Green this harvester was cleaned and we have no complaints about this place! We will be returning again.

Firstly for men of a certain age, they have stopped serving draught bitter! There were seven if us for lunch and there was a problem with every meal. Firstly the only good bit was the tomato soup! The potatoe skins ( which the kitchen forgot to send out initially)were dry and tasteless . The fish pie was just a runny mess and the French beans were inedible. The steaks were tough and virtually inedible ( one was sent back and a refund given) the gammon steak although reasonable was missing the egg requested. We all reckoned they were about to close down!

Waitress introduced herself to us and asked what drinks we wanted, drinks then took 30 minutes to come out and when they did come out the waitress spilt half of one all over the table. She apologised but then never came back to clean it up. Was then waiting for about an hour for her to come and take our food order whilst we could see her just gossiping to another staff member. When she did come and take our order she didn’t have a clue how to work the machine they take the orders on. Salad bar was pretty much empty which was really disappointing. Food was average and tasted really bland and certainly wasn’t worth the wait. Only reason I’m giving a 2 star review is because the desserts were nice even though we had to wait 20 minutes to order them.

Visited with my husband Monday 06/05 approx. 2.00 - 2.30pm. Waiting area very congested, blocking entrances to toilet facilities and bar. Could not see many staff and those I did see were very good at avoiding eye contact. The seating host was gone for considerable periods of time given the amount of people waiting leaving the desk empty - not brilliant when apparently there was no one else available, capable or bothered to either assist or update the waiting customers. When we were finally seen there was no availability. I do not have a problem with this, it was busy and we had not booked. I do, however, have a problem with the gentleman's dismissive attitude. You had a virtually empty bar area that surely could accommodate two people ? I appreciate it was a busy Bank Holiday but we have visited on several occasions with much, much better service. What a shame ! We did not wait and I would be reluctant to visit again.

Not very happy at all come in to the front door was standing for 15 minutes all the staff was walking around and the assistant manager that told us he's the general manager when he's not he's the assistant manager pavel was so very rude to the 3 of use we had to go and find a member of staff to ask were can we site down and the menber of staff called THEODORA comes up to use and said to use what food do you won't that is not good I had a burger called the BBQ King it come out cold and still red no check back I called THEODORA over and told her about it she said what to do with it I then told her to get the manager then THEODORA went in to the kitchen the come out to see the manager the she come over to me table and said come to nothing then I told her to get the manager he come over to the table and said what I told him he's customer service is not good and that you can't be the manager he said I AM THE MANAGER he said the burger is cooked good when it was ice cold and red they wood not help with nothing and DO NOT GO THE KEEP AWAY FROM HERE

Let me start with the waitress, she was fantastic and very friendly. The issue we had was that we were sent to the bar area where there were about 5/6 groups waiting, as they said the restaurant was full. We were told we had to wait for 30mins. We waited an hour and had other parties of our size without bookings walk into the restaurant and be seated straight away. We had to approach the front desk to enquire how much longer where we were then seated straight away amongst 6 free other tables and walking past an additional 4 clean tables.

Just dropped in here for dinner as a family after a late finish at work. Haven’t been for 10 years . Great service, really friendly waitress very helpful. We all enjoyed our meals. I had the Cajun chicken salad and we all used the soft drinks refill option which worked great for us. Was told about the car park registration system immediately upon arrival so we quickly did this. Would go again.

We booked for table of 8 which included 2 toddlers. We were given high chairs and there was plenty of room. Toddlers were also given a little pack of wax crayons and avtivity sheets. You can get refill drinks and there is an ice machine. Salads come free with main meals which includes bread rolls. We didn't have to wait long for the food which was excellent. Everyone enjoyed it.

Get your Staff to inform customers about the need for recording vehicle registration numbers...... Its not difficult!! We were aware before we got there, however when we arrived, no staff highlighted the above. I was told we needed to wait 20 mins and given a pager. No problem. However i watched customers going in and no prompt given about parking. There are 2 terminals on the walls by the restaurant entrance and not obvious. People just walked past unawares. Thats why you are getting crap reviews. We had a table for six, the food was very good and plenty of it, served hot. Our waitress was spot on. However, lots of food on the floor/chairs from greedy people. A once over before sitting down would helpful. You had 20 minutes head start.

We have been here a few times and as usual the service was brilliant. Verity couldn't do more for us. I ordered the rump steak. There was a fair amount of gristle but i didn't like to complain as I know rump is fairly fatty. At the end of meal when Verity collected our plates she noticed I had left a fair bit. She offered a free desert or coffee but I didn't want anything else. I was extremely impressed when she brought over the manager who insisted on a discount. I have definitely be going back soon.

Unpleasant experience. They fined me £85 while I was using their service. Car park was dark and empty and none inform me that I should register car before ordering food. ☹️

Normally we enjoy popping to the harvester with the kids, it is what it is at the end of the day, but there is one thing I find irritating,they are constantly changing the menu , and the prices have steadily increased and the portions definitely decreased! The new thing is "would you like regular chips or large chips?" If you opt for the former you get approximately 10 chips, my son's portion was such a joke we had to ask for more, which the waitress got immediately without question (presumably she must be ask this frequently)! Also the chips are now chunky and not nice- sort it out harvester!

We are becoming regulars here! The dinner was ok ( ribs and chicken) the pudding was great idea (baileys sundae), the service was really good, as it always is. The only negative was that the dishwasher does not seem to have washed the plates very well they felt like they needed a good rinse off. See you all again soon.

I went here for a drink between 7 & 9pm on 7.1.19 and am very disappointed that I now have a parking ticket for £85.00. I absolutely had no idea you had to pay in this car park when visiting this restaurant. So disappointed. Beware parking isn’t free for customers and so I won’t be going here again!! Very expensive night out. Didn’t even see the signs in the dark. What a joke!!

We visited here with friends for our Christmas lunch, and it was honestly lovely. Food and staff were lovely, and couldn’t fault anything. One of the best harvesters we have eaten in. Will be returning :-)

We have been regulars here for some time but the last few visits have been very disappointing. When we have been in the evening, the salad cart is virtually empty apart from a bit of wilted lettuce and when we have been for breakfast, everything is empty and there is usually a couple of waitresses desperately doing their best to look after everybody.

I popped in for a drink, and I have to say rhe service is always amazing. The manager Sara is always attentive, and the staff in the restaurant always acknowledge me as they are passing, Sarah, betheney, shayla, kiera, Yvonne, Sandrand really everyone. Always feel welcome and makes my day.

We waited what seemed like ages to be seated even though it was empty, the salad cart didn't look to fresh most of the stuff was empty!! To be fair for once the food was OK but the service was terrible they all walk round with an attitude and we were kept waiting ages for the main coarse even though all the food was cooked and sat on the side waiting we couldn't believe it. The table wasn't cleared from the starters, it always seems to be that the service is rubbish in this place and has been for years this is why we hardly come to this place and when we do we always think the service can't be as bad as the last time but to there credit they consistently manage to keep the trend going!!!!

The waitress Carol was brilliant with her service but a pity about the other staff. Had to stand around the salad bar waiting for bowls. Our meals were great but as usual did the mistake of indulging with the salad bar.

Seated quickly but service quickly went down hill, waiter just didn't care, asked if we could order desserts came back 15 minutes later and said have we ordered yet, gave him order then 15 minutes later asked about desserts he disappeared and then cleared tables and laid them even though the restaurant was emptying. Asked again another waiter came over 10 minutes later to clarify what we had ordered then said they didn't have it.no apologies

Earlier on today my family and I went for a disappointing meal at the yeoman harvester in West Byfleet. My father ordered an medium/well done rump steak which was infact rather rare which he clearly didn’t ask for , when he asked the manager to recook him one but clearly stated he wanted it with along side his meal they took far to long and he had finished his meal before the new steak even came. When he questioned the manger about the speed of service she was very uneasy to approach as she came across extremely rude and was giving dirty facial expressions.Even though the waitress was extremely helpful and friendly that still was not enough to cover the disappointing quality of our food. I will not be returning back this restaurant which is very disappointing as my family and I are normally very regular customers but this experience has put us off completely. At the end of the day it won’t be us missing out it will be the company.

We visited here on the day of my brother in laws funeral. The atmosphere was good . Plenty of room ten of us . They catered for not only the children but for my daughter who is vegetarian. The menu was good plenty of choice at a good price

Visited here for the first time in ages. Was impressed with the cleanliness compared to other harvesters I'd visited in the past. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The salad is all you can eat and was really nice and there is a good selection - bread rolls too!

What a lovely meal, the food was great we enjoyed every bite, and was able to take our leftovers home (as the portions were generous!), and our server Amelie was amazing and so accommodating, making the whole experience out with my family very special.

This place continues to be amazing and for years and years consistently. In particular Janes A La Carte upstairs is wonderful with classic old traditional condiments and quality you always hope for. Not forgetting the home made traditional English puddings too. I also remember how popular this Superfish was during COVID times and even gets queues now in peak times too. Very popular and I would say, the best in Surrey and we have tried a few.
