The experience was really fun! Agents Truffles and Thong were the funniest! We really enjoyed, totally recommend and we'll do it again with more friends and a different mission ;)

Where to start.. 1st off they messed the booking up 2nd they expected 16 people to have eat on 2 tables 3rd the server's were ignorant 4th bad service over all Wont be returning

Stumbled across this place by accident will definitely be returning it's amazing. Great music, great atmosphere and the staff are just brilliant. Dannika told us all about the place, it's history, and gave us a tour, it is just incredible. Lewis was great when we were being a bit ditzy over what to drink.

Lovely meal. We came in pretty late but they were very happy to serve us. Delicious steak and lamb chops! Couldn’t have been nicer!

Got ourselves tucked into corner near bar and had a great evening well looked after by bar staff who kept the service flowing. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, good banter with bar and really enjoyed our evening.

Don't judge a book by its cover, whilst it looked promising....the service was awful (service without a smile) the prices were expensive (£11 for a basic gin/tonic, no choice of tonic) the range of beer was very limited (An IPA straight from the 1970's) and nothing really to commend it...look for somewhere else...

Great established English Steak and Seafood restaurant with a great menu and a great staff. Food was well prepared and presented promptly. Our waiter was Joseph and was a pro. Only criticism is that they need to spend some of their profits repairing their leather seat cushions. The wood paneled elegance is quickly withered by ripped seat cushions. That said I would go back and turn over the cushions.

We went to the Bletchley expérience, which is an escape room twist to a cocktail bar. While this combo slightly undermines both experiences, it can be a nice trust to your average cocktail place. Don't expect to find any real challenge in the escape room side of things

Good service with welcome recommendations from the very friendly waiter. Food was cooked and presented well. We were a table of four and all enjoyed our courses. Twelve and a half percent service charge was added to our bill which we were happy to pay but the waiter told us this did not include a tip for him??? Never known this before, we left a little extra but it slightly marred what was a very enjoyable meal.

We had a joint birthday dinner had the sword fish steak along with cocktails had a great evening. Recommend.

We decided to enjoy dinner here before going to the Bletchley. Service from Ewa was great - super friendly and timely. The mocktail I enjoyed was perfect and tropical. I also ordered four small dishes for my meal - prawns, Mac and cheese, a tomato salad, and mashed potatoes. The Mac and cheese was absolutely amazing! It wasn’t a typical Mac and cheese because it had a spicy sauce on it too. Absolutely divine. The mashed potatoes had truffle on it but that flavour could have been stepped up a notch for my liking. I would definitely come back for this meal and another night at the Bletchley.

Came across this restaurant by accident an absolutely loved it! Im not certain why there are reviews about it being expensive. We had dinner for 2 last night and it was 65 pounds for a 2 course meal with drinks, the portions were so large, we had no more space left for desert! I think the value for your money is great. We will be definitely back again. Super healthy delicious food!

Surprisingly expensive but the food is nice. The open kitchen works well and makes it interesting to see your own fish being filleted, prepared and cooked. Friendly staff

It was one of my favourite places, as the quality of the food, service and atmosphere was amazing. Went there around 8 times with Tastecard, never had problem until new manager ( Female ) started to work there. The service and attitude which I received from this manager was Disgusting to that level that one of waiters came to me and apologised for her. I would recommend this place, as long as you don’t have to deal with a manager, as she will leave bitter aftertaste. Business will go down just because of her!!!

The steak is of fantastic quality and melts in your mouth. Good selection of sides. The caramelised banana & salted caramel Eaton mess is absolitely delicious! Have visited twice.

We went there for Saturday brunch and it was wonderful! Great food and drink selection! If you go there, make sure you save place for butternut milk pancakes! They are so delicious! We ended up getting 3 or 4 portions between 6 of us (after having a main dish each).

Guess the clue is not nearly full on a Saturday night . Service was not great and patronizing. Food was expensive and average. For that sort of cost you expect more.

Teniendo en cuenta que era el momento ideal para un almuerzo tardío el viernes, el lugar estaba vacío.La comida era normal, el cerdo de mi amado era bueno, mi filete era bastante pobre, no estaba bien cocido y era grasoso, y los lados son caros a unos 5 cada uno - el puré de patata era muy mantecoso y bastante bueno, pero seguramente una selección de papas o papas fritas Debe venir con un bistec cuando pagas casi 30 por uno.Incluso el postre estaba por debajo de la media y era excesivamente caro en más de 7 para los helados con bourbon y nueces; sin embargo, llegó sin nueces y cuando pregunté por ellos me dijeron que no tenían ninguna. Ummm, ¿qué?Teniendo en cuenta que nuestra factura era de más de 100, y bebíamos cerveza, no vino o cócteles, no recomendaré este lugar, ya que hay mucho mejor comida y una buena relación calidad-precio.

Superbdronk, served by very impressive and imformative bar staff. Watching them is entertainment in itself. They will concoct any combination to your request. They also have a selection of house cocktails, prepared individually, with great care and in an entertaining style. Great ambiance and surprisingly reasonable prices. I would heartily recommend.

Great selection of drinks, the goats cheese starter was great. The main beef burger was also better than expected. Worth a visit when passing. Staff really friendly.

Went on a recommendation of someone who really enjoyed it a year or so ago. Lovely room, nice atmosphere but that's about it. Starter cold ( charred octopus) - in fairness I wasn't charged for it in the end. Mackerel average, again on the cold side. Service very poor. Family beside us left in disgust as they were waiting over an hour for a main course and the place wasn't full. Not cheap either. Could be great but needs a major shake-up.

Visited with great expectations. Looks like a great place (nice interior), however neither the service nor the attention to customer service do match the very high prices they charge. While the food is very good it is overpriced looking at the total experience. Also the team still needs to learn how to set things right after making mistakes (which can happen; but if they happen it would be nice to be shown some sign of appreciation and apology). Wait for food was very long (although restaurant was maybe 30% full). Service was understaffed (1 server plus the reception person for the full restaurant).

El personal es estupendo y muy servicial, la comida era genial y muy sabrosa. El lugar es caro pero dada su ubicación que se esperaba. Tal vez tuvimos suerte o algo ha cambiado. Lo recomendaría para un almuerzo de domingo y bebidas.

Food and cocktails were great, the steak is asa amazing as they claim! Service was a little slow but I do think they were under-staffed on the night I went and anytime we questioned about delays with our food etc the servers were more than apologetic and still made the experience a positive one. It definitely didn’t put me off and I will be going back again.

Questo locale si trova a Chelsea, in fondo a King's Road (partendo da Sloane Square). L'impressione dall'esterno è quella di un bistro pub, all'interno è molto carino e c'è un bellissimo banco con il pesce fresco. I prezzi sono ottimi considerando che viene servito solo pesce e carne fresca alla griglia, i camerieri sono molto professionali (simpaticissima la ragazza di origini filippine che mi ha dato anche dei consigli per un viaggio!) e la ciliegina sulla torta è stato il tiramisu ai frutti di bosco, OTTIMO. Credo sia un posto valido anche per bere cocktails.

I made a booking about a month ago for two people for lunch and then today, out of the blue and with absolutely no explanation, I receive an email telling me that my booking was cancelled. I selected the re-book option and received the same thing. This is not the way to do things, guys! Huge disappointment.

Posto carino ma purtroppo non siamo rimasti per nulla soddisfatti del cibo che ci hanno servito. In particolare le 2 sogliole ordinate risultavano non perfettamente diliscate, piuttosto indietro di cottura e al interno non cotte a sufficienza e cosa ancora più grave non completamente eviscerate. La cosa è stata fatta presente al cameriere chiedendo se era normale che fosse così e anche a suo parere ci diceva che era piuttosto strano che non fossero state eviscerate, ovviamente il cameriere lo ha fatto presente al manager ed è tornato ad informarci che loro le servono così e che anzi qualche cliente lo apprezza. Noi no! Infine il prezzo pagato per la cena è risultato piuttosto caro in relazione a quanto mangiato!! Non lo consiglierei a un amico!!

We came for a meal on a trip to London. We were booked in to do the Bletchley Experience at 6pm so we booked a table for 4:45 pm to give us just enough time to eat. I booked this on the Quandoo site that’s linked for their restaurant bookings. The time slot was one that was listed as a choice so I was very surprised when we came in that they were not happy that we had arrived at that time. They said we had to order right away as they were about to change over between Day and evening staff.

It was my friend's birthday dinner I didn't make noise but I have rarely left an establishment so bitter and angry. The Spanish meat is priced 15.95 per 100g. But we are told that there is a minimum 1.5kg threshold to order it. I of course ask how much meat (versus bone) there is on such a piece and the lady (helpful and gentle who is also very welcoming and professional at the front of house) helping us just doesn't come back with an answer. Which is not a coincidence. We finally order it and are told, another 10 mins later - that the piece will be 1.8kgs. This is a misrepresentation in the world of restaurants: if you only intend to serve food starting 1.5kgs, you do not put a /100g price. We are shown - again later - the piece - maybe it's me being biased but I felt like it was from on top and fast. It was served a full 1h10

Definitely the worst culinary experience of 2018 so far. Went with friends and family and none of us was happy with the food served. Fish was killed twice; burnt and overcooked. Burgers were overdone and tasted of nothing, The "Chuleta de Vaca" was served after a 2h1/2 wait and didn't meet the expectation. Poor service and shockingly expensive bill.

Hi all.. meat is great but all around terrible.. We wanted to cut meat form side we liked but.. master sad only this side.. expensive XXXX not agreed what.. .. there are much more better meats..Avoid and go to Zelman meats or Howksmore..

Superb staff . Starter - Pan fried scallops. Main - Rib eye steak Fries with truffle and parmesan and tomato salad . Dessert - Chocolate brownies and custard. STUFFED !!! Oh and of course a brilliantly created Old Fashioned . Great atmosphere and caters for all appetites .

This is a hard review to wright as the two starters I had were outstanding streak tartar and tuna tartare . Now on to my main my scallops were cooked perfectly and tasted Devine , I Had the sollomillo de Buey steak as well , here is the disappointing bit , the steak was dry and really chewy it was really hard to eat and it had no seasoning on it , I did mention this to the staff who then showed the chef who said that’s is the way it is .

A reasonable place that really should be a proper pub but is more like a modern bar. Very pleasant staff and in fairness a nice pint but the clientele was not my cup of tea.

We went to the Bletchley (underneath the Worlds end), after we finished we were peckish so decided we would try and get some dinner. The manager managed to squeeze us into the restaurant, which was really nice as they looked very busy. The service was great, very attentive and not overbearing. We all had steaks and they were all cooked to perfection. I will definitely recommend and we will certainly go back.

Visited this beautiful restaurant by accident and ended up loving it! The food is impeccable and very fresh. We ordered the jumbo prawns, the ox burger, potato fries (YUMMMYYY), sweet potato fries, along with a few other things. Great for groups! Great service.

Me fui hace unas tres semanas con amigos y todavía estoy enojado. Leer algunas de las críticas recientes, parece que hay un problema serio con la persona tipo director. Cuando mi amigo, que es en la industria alimentaria, recibió el trozo de carne mal y luego procedió a decirle al director del problema de manera tranquilo, el director le gritó. Después de 10 minutos de espera, volvió con la misma carne, pero fue cortado para él y él nos regaña que no saben cómo cortar nuestra comida. En ese punto, la carne estaba muy fría, así que pedimos otra. El director ponía sus manos sobre los hombros de mi esposo y se inclinaba sobre él y siguió chillando a nosotros! Entonces para que sea peor, la segunda pieza de carne, cuando finalmente llegamos y todo el mundo se había terminado con su cena, era una losa de grasa. Él debe haber pensado que era algún tipo de broma. El punto final propinas fue que nos cobraron por la carne que no comer. Así varios cientos de libras más tarde, nos fuimos s casa y con los huevos. Por favor, no vayas aquí - ahorra dinero e ir a uno de los otros muchos lugares en Londres.

Not pleasently good impression. Food took way to long, they forgot one of the side dishes, the bread was dry, and the host stood outside chatting for over 30minutes. At least the chicken was not dry... Would not eat here again.

Al principio me gustó mucho el lugar, pero fue puesto por el extremadamente grosero y reticentes, mayordomo. Experiencia/Butler también gritaron otro cliente que tenía que pedir sus bebidas dos veces aunque las bebidas descansamos en el bar durante 10 minutos. No volver y no lo recomiendo. La comida estaba bien.

We went to the Bletchley Bar downstairs with my colleagues (very very fun), and then we were starving. Didn't have any expectations, but my God, the food there is AMAZING. The seafood was fresh and super tasty, desserts as well! Next time, I'll try the steaks ;)

Amazing food will definitively go back! Loved the sea bream and we want to go back to try the meat ;) Steak tartare was great and octopus too! The only thin was our main dishes took a long time although the waitress was very persistent on trying to get them out faster.

The food is as great as the restaurant looks! I had the filet which was fantastic! My wife had a sampling of vegetarian sides cooked to perfection. Friendly staff and a lovely place for a romantic evening. Loved it!

10 muy buenos amigos, todo por un día precioso en el Chelsea Flower Show, eligió este lugar para empezar los procedimientos porque era como "un ambiente informal y relajado" descrito experiencia culinaria en su sitio web. Parecía perfecto. Todos estábamos de buen humor y charlando cuando nos acercamos a la puerta para ser recibidos por un portero/gerente/maleducado (camarero? A gran incredulidad) que nosotros, en nuestra idoneidad cuestiona del establecimiento, yendo tan lejos como a punto de un dedo (literalmente) a un miembro del grupo acusándola de estar borrachos. Nos pareció que estaba teniendo una broma, pero cuando todos nos dimos cuenta de que él estaba siendo mortal en serio, nos impresionó más allá de creencia. Esta persona se puso terriblemente equivocado y felicidad y jovialidad a malinterpretar completamente significa borrachos. Estamos todos en nuestra 40 s/50 s y lo suficientemente sabio viejo/manejar nuestras copas. Además, y lo más importante, es que ciertamente no borracha en 8. 30:00 en la noche tener sólo dieron juntos en nuestro hotel una hora antes. Él destacó nuestro amigo porque ella tropezamos fuera de un taxi que no era porque ella era tan borrachos que no podía levantarse, pero por la razón simple y más lógico que ella simplemente encontré en sus tacones! Esto sucede. Todo el episodio era como un boceto de comedia. "Permite", pero nos encontramos con la decisión de quedarse O IRSE. Él había causado una escena y otros comensales podía ver eso. Fue vergonzoso y nos sentimos incómodos pero sabiendo lo difícil que sería para acomodar a un grupo de 10 en otro sitio sin previo aviso, de mala gana, decidimos comer y ir. Tengo que decir que no me sentí cómodo gastar dinero bueno en un lugar donde nos hicieron sentir muy incómodos y toda una decepción completa episodio puso en la noche. Mi amigo acusado y su marido no estaban teniendo nada y decidimos llamar un día y bueno para ellos. Después de una palabra con el chico sobre su actitud, nos ofrecieron dos botellas de prosecco en la casa - una cosa extraña para dar una fiesta de 10 personas borrachos! El personal que nos servía era bastante agradable, después de todo, no era su culpa, pero he de decir que la comida no era muy buena y tomó un tiempo increíblemente como pretende así que no comimos y fuimos.- En resumen, una noche bastante desastrosa y realmente vergonzosa, ya que era de actitud mediocre de una persona y completa incapacidad para leer sus clientes. Formerly an old-fashioned pub, now an atmospheric and relaxed restaurant specialising in steaks, burgers and fresh fish. Food, wine and service were good on my visit.

Estábamos mal preparados y no hacer reservas en cualquier lugar delante de nuestros viaje a Londres. Reservamos este una hora antes según grandes críticas en la mesa abierta. Nos quedamos totalmente encantados con todo de principio a fin. El ambiente era espectacular y el servicio era genial. El tenía una buena carta de vinos y menú para elegir. Pedí el salmón y fue uno de los mejores piezas de pescado que he tenido en un rato. Sin duda volveremos!

I am a bit surprised at some of the negative reviews of this establishment. Perhaps they have altered many of their practices or I am just more happy-go-lucky. I did go for an afternoon date/lunch. It was a nice sunny day and we sat by the windows facing the street which I always enjoy. The interior is nice wit dark woods and tiled kitchen. You can also (uncertain parts of the restaurant) watch the cooking activity which is always a plus to me. I was doing a low-carb diet at the time so this was a great choice for me. When I got there (immediately at 12 when they open) I did tell two people I had a reservation; there wasn't one person greeting at the door at that moment. I was told to pick whatever table I wanted. Several people filtered in immediately upon opening. Our waiter was new and had to go ask a lot of questions but I didn't mind. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. My food was beautifully presented (I had the green gazpacho w/salmon tartar and Ox carpaccio). I love that the ingredients are seasonal and are top notch. That means the most to me when I am dining somewhere, simple dishes were packed with loads of flavor. The ingredients were allowed to shine. I did have an issue getting my points redeemed as when I told a third person I had a reservation and wanted to be "checked-in" so they'd count he returned and said my reservation has disappeared from the system. I am sure this is because it was about 30 mins after my reservation time, by then. That's no big deal to me but if you go first thing (noon) they may not be totally ready/organized but you will have your choice of seats 🙂 None of these were a big deal to me as I loved the food and love more that this is in my neighborhood. One last note, it does say on Opentable they are 15 mins from Sloane Square or South Kensington. This is not by walking. I live about 13 mins walk from Sloane Square and 10 mins from South Ken and the restaurant is a further 18-20 mins walk from me.

We happened upon The World's End Market from reviews on Open Table and had a fabulous experience. The atmosphere was cool, but cozy and the service was great! The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I would definitely go back on my next trip to London.

Booked a table for dinner on a Saturday night, food was great and they have a good wine list to chose from. Everyone at the table went for the steak except one who chose lamb - it looked very fatty - but the steaks were all perfectly cooked and as you'd expect.

A very expensively decorated ex pub serving good steaks and wonderful chips. The rare Spanish beef is the jewel in the menu, but you need deep pockets. Surprisingly good.

Service was rather poor. We had to wave and wave before even being noticed. We had to ask for appropriate glasses cutlery and bread repeatedly and the waiter were rather incompetent and scarcely proactive. It really seemed they were rationing bread. some meat cut on the menu are priced for 100g like Chuleta de Buey, unfortunately we were told the minimum cut was 1500g which comes at 234£. Totally ridiculous especially in consideration of the place you are. No wonder it was half empty on Friday night.

Ate here as we were going to the Bletchley bar afterwards. The food was mind-blowing and the ox burger was easily the best burger I had ever had. Reasonable price too! Will definitely be coming back. Bletchley was amazing.

Dro hit med moren min og kjæresten min for lunsj. Helt fantastisk mat og ypperlig service! Yasmin som var servitrisen vår var veldig blid og flink. I tillegg var lokalene veldig flotte og maten var tilberedt med mye ekspertise. Kjæresten min sier at burgeren er den beste han har smakt

I.love this restaurant also the Berkeley underneath is fab (speakeasy which you need to book). whiskey bar upstairs also. The food and service is amazing! I love thier steaks and oysters. All the fish is fresh and you can see the kitchen and food. recommend! you can also use tour gourmet dining card monday to thursday

Went here following a visit to The Bletchley. Their steaks were really amazing--They have Jose Gordon meats--beautifully aged oxen and beef cooked to perfection. They had a great assortment of fresh seafood and an excellent dessert menu. Solid wine list.

so good they bave a netflix documentary about their steaks! loved thier oysters. great staff and service. beautiful tables. only let down was the children.. lots of them during weekend daytime. love their food and they accept gourmet society card monday to thursdays.

Appena si entra c'è il ristorante e al piano di sopra il bar. Quel venerdì c'era anche musica dal vivo. Abbiamo bevuto dei drink veramente ottimi, il barman è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha consigliato cosa ordinare. Il bar è accogliente e le luci sono soffuse. Chi ama bere con gusto allora è nel posto giusto. Assolutamente ritornerò!
