Great Experience! We had a great Champions League Night with good beer and great food. Raj, one of the staff members, was really nice and made a great beer recommendation.

Ridiculously overpriced given the tiny portions of horribly tasting food they serve. Staff is ultra friendly and courteous which has made up for the horrible dining experience.. Music is not in style with the ambience

A traditional pub close to Notting Hill station. I'd come here just to get a pint of Estrella Galicia, another favourite of mine. We didn't stay too long but I think a DJ plays on the weekends, which could be great fun.

Hamburger was awesome as well as the chip!! Great pour of Guinness!!! And you can watch sports.

Great staff, very hospitable, open latest in area if you’re looking for a night cap or even a quiet place to watch the sport is always there for you.

Decent English pub, atmosphere is ok, service is a bit hit or miss. Someone kept leaving the door open in 0 degC weather. Also the fish and chips was not great. Very oily and mushy...the natural peas were fine. Don't spend extra for bread and butter! It's literally white loaf bread slices with some butter....

Beer was flat, didn't attempt to take back but was rubbish and should be lively from 1st pour, as a very experienced bartender I wouldn't risk again without sample 1st, dead beer.

Good beer, good environment, good screens to watch sports.

Pretty much a daily regular here. Staff have always been great and making an effort. Solid drinks selection will definitely give their roast a go

I waited for around 30-40 minutes on my food. When it came out my tomato’s were slightly burned and my bbq chicken wasn’t seasoned but drenched in cheddar cheese. Fries were good.

The pub itself is nice, the beer is good, but in terms of the meal, it's really far from that!!! However, we chose a burger with cheese and bacon, normally nothing could be easier! Alas, we have to believe that no: perfectly cooked steak, completely dry bread, cold fries, I'm still looking for the cheese in the burger and my husband didn't have any bacon... The table, sticky, obviously didn't have not been cleaned either...

We came as a group for a Christmas lunch last week. The staff were super friendly and the service was great. However, the Turkey Dinner and most other food my group was served was one of the worst meals we have ever had to pay for. Turkey was cold and not fresh, brussel sprouts were so undercooked we couldn’t cut through it, potatoes looked frozen then microwaved and the stuffing was a burnt square that was unrecognizable. The food was barely edible. The staff were super apologetic. I would go back but only for drinks.

Elise was great bar woman. The best and most immaculate pints were served along with the food. I can’t thank Elise enough for everything she did for our trip to this pub in Kensington. Happy Christmas to all, especially Elise.

Place to be on the weekends. Open till 01:00 🕐, but on weekdays 23:00 🕚. Had some epic times here, chilled 😎 staff and the super 👌 crowd 🤝 of course. Cheers 🍻

Had a beautiful time over here, little hidden gem with traditional British food and lovely atmosphere. Definitely recommending to visit and try fish and chips or steak and ale pie. Lovely selection of beers and gins as well. 🥰

Typical British pub with great selection of beers. Loved the level head session IPA and fling eye lager we've been recommended, these are directly coming from their Brewery and they're tasty. Definitely worth to visit and try yourself, staff is very friendly and efficient.

Maybe it’s because I came on an off day but this was sadly pretty mid. Service was very slow considering it was half empty and our fish & chips took SO long to come out only for it to be a bit soggy. ☹️

Theft at Old Swan – Not Recommended On October 4th, 2024, I was robbed at the Old Swan – my bag was stolen. I was seated at a table near the bar and a pillar, a relatively secluded spot where staff frequently came by to check if my friend and I were okay. Their attentiveness during our meal, however, sharply contrasted with their inaction and lack of assistance following the incident. It was a quiet day, not crowded at all. The manager, Luce, was initially hesitant to provide information but mentioned they had CCTV cameras, though they would only show the footage in the presence of the police. While that is somewhat understandable, on October 16th, I was informed that despite what I had been told on the day of the theft—about the footage clearly identifying the culprit—they claimed to the police that no CCTV footage was available. I am extremely disappointed by this lack of transparency and the handling of the situation. I will never return.

My friend got her purse stolen while we were there. The staff refused to show us CCTV, said they would only do it with the cops. We got the cops involved and they told them the cctv doesn’t exist. The pub didn’t help us and this is an unsafe place for woman!!

Stay away from this place if you don’t want to get robbed! A robbery happened and the establishment did absolutely nothing to help, even denying the sharing of security footage, which prevents you from identifying the criminal.

We had been two years ago and now that we are back in London, we returned to enjoy the food and atmosphere of Old Swan. Everything was delicious and spectacular and Eli's attention was very warm!

I recently visited the Old Swan and had an absolutely wonderful time! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Elieze, always with a smile and makes sure you have everything you need. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

I was pickpocketed on my way from the buffet where I ordered the food to the table in the almost empty pub. The manager didn't react. The lunch was not very tasty. Avoid this place.

Typical English pub. Very good food, not at all greasy and very good value for money. The bathroom area lacks a bit of cleanliness and for that reason I don't give 5 stars. The attention was magnificent from a girl and a boy who attended to us. We would return without hesitation.

Cozy and friendly pub. We had mac & cheese and a sandwich, all very delicious and quick to serve. They decorated the Guinness foam, small gestures that make you smile. We enjoyed the food in a good environment.
