Our last night in England was here and it was by far the best of the entire trip! We had wanted to stay in an old world inn and The Woolpack did not disappoint! The staff was incredibly accommodating as we had a late check in. Upon entering our room we were met with so many thoughtful touches like waters, wine, and a personalised note. The bed was so comfortable and the absolute best part was the claw foot tub! It was like something out of a fairytale! The breakfast the next morning was delicious and expertly prepared! We will be returning and cannot wait to stay longer!

We had a wonderful evening at the Woolpack last night, as a celebration for two family birthdays. The Woolpack is a beautiful old inn, largely unspoilt, and very atmospheric. We were sad, though, that we didn't meet 'Frederick'! The staff are warm and friendly, and very efficient. As to the food, it was delicious. As it was a special occasion, we didn't mind that it was a little above our normal price bracket, but it was well worth it. We each chose a different dish and that gave us an excellent cross-view of the chef's capabilites. Believe me, they are excellent! Beautifully presented dishes and really tasty food. Look forward to coming again.

Sunday lunch at the Woolpack with our family was superb. We loved the roast, and the fruit crumble with custard was so tasty. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We will, without a doubt, be back at the Woolpack.

A great stay away for a night. Staff so lovely, stayed in The Niddy, fantastic room , quaint , quirky most comfy bed. Breakfast was great, evening meal even better. Beautiful place in a quiet location, opposite a really old grave yard with sheep 🥰 loved it, hope to come back x

We had a lovely lunch last Thursday. The service was very good an£ our waitress was charming and attentive. We were the last to leave. I stupidly left my two rings in the loo and didn’t realise for a couple of days but the lovely staff had found them and kept them safely, waiting for the owner to retrieve them. Thank you everyone at The Woolpack Inn!

I have been here on many occasions and until the last visit it has always been excellent. On arrival 5 members of staff just ignored us for at least five minutes. The scallop starter was tiny, 3 minute scallops with 3 scraps of bacon you could barely see. Burgers were not on the menu as they hadn't received them, so went with the pasta, huge portion with a few pieces of mushroom, it was stodgy and stuck to the roof of your mouth. On a positive our waitress was lovely so did pay the service charge, it wasn't her fault. The bill for two starters, two main and two non Alcoholic drinks was £89 in my opinion too expensive for what we had. I will not be rushing back, such a shame.

We visited last night to celebrate my wife’s birthday, on first impressions didn’t go very well, we stood at the bar whilst 4 team members all behind the bar, and it took over 5 mins for one of them to acknowledge us, We were then shown to our table, we ordered drinks and food. About 20 mins later (which was not a problem) when the food arrived. We sat in front of a very poorly installed window with daylight showing through all the gaps, as last night was cold and windy each time the front door was opened it stuck on the mid point causing realLympne cold drafts, I made 3 trips to go and close the door. The food was excellent although the Dauphinoise potato were poor and only a very small portion.

It was a lovely evening. We sat outside listening to church bells. 2 of us had the chicken ham hock and leek pie. Pastry was good along with the flavour. The 3 rd person had Mussels that looked over cooked. The complete let down was the wait of probably about 45 minutes for our meal. We were told that they were busy with only 2 chefs. Not an excuse in my mind!

Brilliant old pub with fantastic rooms to stay in, and the most helpful and friendly staff you could wish for. We booked on a bit of a last minute whim, and when we got into the room were left laughing at our good fortune - great layout and facilities with quirky decor that's a million miles from corporate hotels, and a comfy bed for a great night's sleep. Food and drink downstairs in the bar / restaurant was superb, and we've already recommended the place to fiends and family.

We had dinner and spent the night. Excellent food, and accommodation immensely characterful - beams and sloping ceiling and a bathtub in the corner of the bedroom. Great view towards the church. I particularly liked the local products: a wool throw made from Romney Marsh sheeps' wool and toiletries (delicious smelling) also from a local producer.

I’ve been to this pub a few times before so l was looking forward to it as it was a treat for me on Father’s Day. Unfortunately it wasn’t as good as all the other times I’d been. Couldn’t believe when the server told us that they didn’t have any roast potatoes left ! It’s Father’s Day and a Sunday and there was no roast potatoes left ? Then there was no lamb shank left , then in my opinion the portion size of the Sunday dinners seemed smaller than before. Short on vegetables maybe? Then when l ordered the rhubarb crumble, yes you’ve guessed it there was none left! Very disappointing visit the thing that had brought me back was the efficiency of this place and today in my opinion it was well short. Also what thought was missing was awareness of the senior staff. My point is no one offered a financial discount as way of an apology for all of the disappointment. But they did remember to put on the 10% service charge. We didn’t pay it. Disappointed visit

Went for dinner last evening, the second time we've been there in the past year or so. The sevice was excelent but the food was, on the whole, dissappointing. My wife had the scallops for a starter which at £16.50 were not cheap. All very underwhelming, three little scallops with no real sign of the advertised caviar or much else to be honest, although each one a a single kale leaf with it. I had the black pudding scotch egg which was very nice but again quite pricey at £9.75. We both had the skate wing for our main which was supposed to come with crispy potatoes according to the menu. In the event it came with very dry semi-boiled potatoes, not at all crispy. When I questioned this, the waitress explained that they should have been boiled and then deep fried but apparently didn't get the deep frying bit of the process. It came with a green pepercorn sauce which I didn't have as I thought it wasn't particularly suited to the fish so the whole thing was pretty dry. Together with the dry and tastless potatoes it was all very dissappointing. They offered us a dessert on the house which I suppose was a lot cheaper for them than doing the right thing and offering to pay for our main course at £25.50 each! We said that it wasn't the reason that we pointed out the problem in the first place, so when the got the bill they included the two rather average desserts that we had so serves us right I suppose. £147.00 was a very high price to pay for very average food so we won't be hurrying back.

Visited yesterday and had a great time with a fab lunch. The food was really really great and tasty with proper portions and a good selection. Cosy ‘maze’ pub with fab outside area this place must be great to visit anytime of year with large open fireplace and lots of nooks and crannies. Vegetables cooked and seasoned especially well. Roast potatoes were either having an off day or definitely need a re-think which was a shame (I've never left a roastie on my plate in my life until yesterday!) The cherry sorbet was simply epic. We WILL return.

We stayed overnight before heading across to France for jollibobs. What a brilliant find. Such an eclectic cool place to stay, the food was just delish and the staff were a bundle of fun. Both in the evening and at breakfast. We stayed in the ‘Frederick’ room. The bed and its trimmings were like sleeping on a cloud. Bliss after a boozy supper. We were given a breakfast pack up and probably one of the best coffees we’ve had in a long time, for our journey. It’s a win win …. You won’t regret it x

This is our second visit , this time we had booked to stay after a mooch round rye ( 15 mins away ) the pub manager was very pleasant and welcoming , we were in the room honey child , all rooms are dog friendly . We took Gertie . The room was wonderful , very quirky and creative decor as you would expect . Nice toiletries , tea and coffee making facilities etc super comfy bed , the headboard was fashioned from an old church pew very inventive . We dined at 6.30 pm after drink in the bar ,as this is an old building the steps to the rooms were on the wonk and therefore may not suit people with walking issues . Dinner was very nice , and a warm bath in the room and a complimentary glass of rubis port meant for a great nights sleep . Warehorne is more of a hamlet , we went to the church which had a great honesty bookstall and came away with some great books . Brekfast was at 9.30 am we had a great full English ! All in all a cracking 24 hours ! We will be back I’m sure .

Lovely food and service, we were sat on the Table near kitchen which was nice but there was drum and bass music playing loudly which let the overall experience down. Someone did ask them to turn it down but the kitchen ignored this. I do think that they need to be mindful of how this impacts on the dining experience especially when the kitchen is open to the restaurant.

A big thank you to Pavla and her catering team for their hospitality today in helping myself and my wife celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary in style with a superb Sunday lunch with family. 23 guests in a separate room were expertly catered for and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The food as always was amazing and served with punctuality and professionalism- everyone received their food on time and considering there were so many of us and there were other guests in the Inn as well it was all hot and everyone received the correct meals ! This is a beautiful Inn with amazing food and a convivial atmosphere- full of charm it is particularly nice in the summer months when you can sit outside at the plant bedecked tables in front of the building. I cannot recommend the Woolpack highly enough and it will not be too long before my wife and I return for another lovely meal ! Thank you Pavla and team !

Bucolic Inn dating back to 1700's. Attentive waiting staff. We had Sunday roast beef which was good but bit skimpy on vegetables. My gripe is about the minimalistic size portion of the croissant bread and butter pudding. For an adult serving, it was only approx. 5cms x 9cms at a cost of £8.50! Another dessert was an acceptable normal size. The Dirty dog frankfurter in a roll was a ridiculous price nearly £16! My grandaughter's choice. We didn't feel we wanted to make a fuss at the time to cause ripples in our get-together. Won't be rushing back to be ripped off again.

We stayed overnight at the Woolpack and so were able to sample both food and accommodation. The rooms are charming and quirky and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly and made us feel most welcome. The menu gave us a good choice and they run themed food nights, so their "specials" give a good variety. The chef was very informative and interested in our choices and experience. The village offers plenty of places to explore and walk off the wonderful food.

On trips to England we always like to find a nice cosy English pub for lunch, and so discovered the Woolpack in Warehorne. It was exactly that, cosy and friendly, and excellent food. We were however surprised by the included 10% service charge, and wondered if that is now normal for pubs in England. Also the beer was awful!! Of course we live in Belgium which is beer paradise and will never understand why beer in the UK has no head and is flat. My husband drank cellar head flapjack, it looked so inviting on the pump, and I also tasted it, yuk!!! But everything else was perfect. My husband said afterwards for beer, he should have opted for Guinness, which is always served with a head, and has life in it, or maybe an imported bottled beer. I really enjoyed the turkey roast, all perfectly cooked, and my husband the pie with steak and Kentish blue cheese. English desserts are also always better than in Belgium, more choice and different, so of course we also ate dessert. Also very good.

Four of us went on Saturday night and as we hadn’t been for a while we were really looking forward to it. We all live locally. Unfortunately the meal wasn’t good. The prawns in the prawn cocktail were off so they went back and the flatiron steak was inedible. They did knock the prawns and steak off the bill but to be honest the evening was ruined. They did swap the steak for fish and chips but basically the meal was very poor and the waitress was very abrupt especially with the young girl who was learning. There didn’t seem to be much concern about serving up off seafood.

Beautiful location. Pub is very quirky (in keeping with all the other pubs in the chain) but you get a sense that in pursuit of the quirkiness some practicalities have been overlooked. Our room was very tiny and despite the 3 air conditioning units provided was unbearably hot (although the weather was exceptionally warm for September). Very low ceilings (yes I know we were in the attic but I’m just over 5ft and had to stoop whilst moving around the room). Very small toilet (felt it was actually in a cupboard). One mirror at the weirdest angle and no where near a plug socket to dry hair. Dinner though was amazing as was breakfast. However front of house staff lacked experience. The guy who appeared to be in charge was very flustered and when told by one of the young waitresses we had arrived and were waiting to be seated he said (well within our earshot) “they will have to wait”.

We stayed in the Noddy suite on the 14th Feb. The room was compact but well equipped. Other reviews had described the room as ruining their stay which I would disagree with. I do have the advantage of being vertically challenged and could imagine that if you are over 5ft 8in then this is not the room for you. My partner who is 5ft 9 banged his head 3 times and did have to sit down to have a wee due to size of the toilet. I choose to see this quirkyness as quaint and part of the charm of staying in such an old building. The Bloody Mary ingredient set and the decanter of port were are very lovely touch. Also being valentines our bedroom was sprinkled with little red flowers which was very thoughtful. Throughout our pre dinner drinks we were never left with an empty glass with an offers of refills plentiful. We were sat next to the kitchen and heard all of the customers comments being fed back to the chef which reassured me that all the staff really cared about giving each diner the best possible culinary experience. We had a fabulous meal with my partner enjoying the Romney marsh lamb which was exquisite. After a brilliant nights sleep in an incredibly comfortable bed with good quality pillows and duvet we were keen to see if the breakfast could live up to the quality of the evening meal. We were not disappointed. We had a lovely fruit and yogurt granola which was incredibly special followed by a vegetarian breakfast. I would value the breakfast experience itself at least £30 making the £100 we paid for the bed and breakfast stay seem absolute value for money. Our host was charming and lovely with just the right level of attentive service but not overbearing. I would absolutely recommend a romantic break at the wool pack and shall certainly be returning to enjoy another of the themed rooms.

Breakfast was very good.Staff were helpful and engaging. We were in one of the two attic rooms (Noddy & Niddy). Our room really spoiled the whole experience. No amount of creative decorating can disguise the fact that you can't stand up, or that only a contortionist could fold themself into the loo.Overall, an enjoyable experience, but the room was just a joke - and not a funny one.

Once we had been seated we had to wait a considerable amount of time to be acknowledged again, we had to ask at the bar if it was table service as it didn't appear to be at the time. We were told by a gentlemen behind the bar that it was table service, but we still had to wait another prolonged period of time before our drinks order was taken and we were given menus. When our order was eventually taken, service seemed to increase. I had the battered fish and chips with broccoli instead of mushy peas, and it was delicious. Tasted fresh and a great portion size. We waited so long after getting the menus I had to ask if it was table service? But food was very good, my lamb was very nice. The waiter brought three little fudge with candles for my Mum which redeemed them. I took a vote from the family to if we should pay the 10% service charge, but they won 4-2. First went here over 40 years ago when we bought our home down here. We were looking forward to trying it out under what I believe is new management. Firstly, the service was very good although I’m nonplussed that none of the staff had face masks. The 2 ladies had fish which they enjoyed. My friend had steak and ale pie plus trimmings that he found disappointing I had roast sirloin that I found absolutely tasteless, along with a carrot plus some unpleasant roasts potatoes , cauliflower cheese, mediocre and a decent Yorkshire pudding. I love roast beef, how is it possible to spoil it? I don’t know.Without embarrassing others it was impossible to criticise at the time. Management should perhaps look at how much was being left on customers plates.£120 for the 4 of us , I had one tonic water and an Eaton mess, inedible. What a pity, it’s a very pretty place.

One of my favourite pubs ever along with their sister pup... The Five Bells in Brabourne Lees. Although still really enjoyable I feel they're standards have slipped since their take over. We've been to both several times since their take over and although its nothing significant there always seems to be something minor wrong. A couple of weeks ago although we booked well in advance (the five bells) they had run out of roast potatoes for their Sunday roasts. Their excuse was that a couple of large parties had turned up beforehand that hadn't reserved tables. Poor excuse... make sure you have enough roasties for those that bothered to book or just put more on. Last Sunday (woolpack) our roasts came without any Yorkshires. Also feels that the quality of the food and variety of the menu (especially veggie options) has slipped a little. Won't put me off going but is a little concerning.

We sat at benches set up to face the same way for COVID distancing but that didn’t impact on or detract from our experience. Tasty starter of Cumberland scotch egg that we shared, followed by Hastings Smokey Cod with champ and wholegrain mustard sauce and pizza with black olive and pepperoni dressed with fresh basil followed by apple and blackberry crumble to share. Picpoul de pinet for the wine and pale ale for the beer. They know exactly what they are doing, and they do it very well. Thank you, we’ll see you again.

We called and had an early evening meal and found it better than expected. A mistake was made with our order and amply put right by the very efficient staff. Food was fresh and tasty at a good price. Reasonable selection of wines and beers.

This was great. We were treated so well, food was delicious, a lunch of prawn cocktail, burrata, pie, pizza - not our usual choices, but faultless. Such a lovely remote spot, beautiful inside and out. Support this pub :)

Stayed overnight in the Frederick. A*** Food/Drink/Room/Staff were all fantastic. Theo was great. Couldnt do you enough for you. All staff were very friendly and always helpful. Room was amazing! (Previously stayed at who'd of thought it and cave. This seemed much more comfortable and special) We had dinner and breakfast which were both amazing! Have booked again already for my parents to stay! 100% would recommend to everyone.

Traditional pub part of a small group of pubs in the area. Real Ale (limited choice at the moment) and high quality food using ingredients sourced locally. We have been a number of times over the years and this is now our favourite locally (we live 6 miles away). The staff are lovely and are managing the current situation well. We asked to add one cover to our booking which was declined politely to ensure appropriate space usage. Our 3 had squid, borratta and hit scotch eggs to start then fish and chips, burger and toad in the hole. All very good...

We enjoyed a weekend dinner at the Woolpack this month. We had booked in advance as a treat after a long day of walking and touring, and when we arrived slightly earlier than arranged, expecting to enjoy a drink before supper, we were happily surprised to be led to our table.Interiors are very comfortable, even though the decor looks like it may have been the same for a while (!), but the service was attentive and the food was uniformly excellent. We chose pies for our mains – fish, and steak with blue cheese – and were delighted that neither came with chips! Smooth mash and minty mushy peas were just right, and left room for a bread and butter pudding with apricots that was just right.I can imagine this pub would be heaving on a summer's evening, but we were glad of the relative peace and quiet, and will look forward to another visit.

Have been here and eaten here many times in the last 5 years, and it has always been spot on! However!!!!! went here for Sunday lunch with my husband, waitress, un-welcoming, and un-attentive. I had roast beef and had to send it back as it was bleeding on my plate, sent it back to be cooked more...... It was as tough as old boots. My husband (who could eat a rubber band said it was even chewy and tough for him!!) Vegetables were over cooked and was extremely expensive. The beer and food are the most I've come across in Kent - London prices for bad quality food, and un-friendly staff....... We will definitely not be returning.

The last time we ate out as a family was March 15, also at the Woolpack. It's obvious that a lot has changed in the world in that time, including ownership of the Woolpack. But it's not a change for the better.Slow, inattentive service.Lost drinks order - and when the glasses were collected no one asked if we'd like more.No plant-based options at all. It's 2021.Two-thirds of the menu is given over to drinks.Awful cauliflower "kedgeree" was actually a sloppy and tasteless risotto.Ploughman's at £11.50 is shocking value. There's clearly a different set in there now; didn't spot any locals at all. Maybe it will appeal to those who go there once but for us locals it's a loss. We won't be back until you concentrate on getting the basics right.

The food was absolutely terrible and the staff only interested in us ordering the minute we had sat down. Stopped in on Sunday Mid afternoon, loads of tables available outside so we grabbed one, left the kids At it, and popped in to see if we could either go to bar or get served at table. Just wanted a drink outside on a nice day. Ignored at door by several staff members - eventually a woman aggressively asked if we’d booked, no we just wanted a drink outside is that ok... No! We have no time to serve you so you will have to wait a long time!!!Exceptional Warm and friendly customers service, cannot see how any pub can be any busier than before Covid, we will NOT be back.

I don’t often leave reviews unless exceptionally good or bad but the horrendous customer service by “manager” has swayed me. Before we arrived we rang ahead and was told we could have takeaway food (The only reason we came to this chain over a nice local independent) , mentioned this a second time when we’re were greeted by “Chris” and confirmed it was us that had just rang and nothing was mentioned. Ordered our first drink from a James who was very pleasant and were served by a female member of staff (who was also very helpful) Sat down and a family were being spoken to rudely by the manager as a child had a bottle of Lucozade in his pocket, they were visibly annoyed by this, left their drinks and left, this also made us uncomfortable. I then ordered another round and asked about the takeaway food which I was then told was not possible, unless I was staying in the hotel. When I questioned this (as I’d been told on the phone it was fine) I was rudely spoken to and told “you can argue with me all you like it won’t change anything” as someone that has worked in hospitality, I wouldn’t dream of speaking to anyone like is let alone 2 different tables within 10 minutes. Very upset and won’t be returning to any beefeater restaurants if this is the sort of character they want to represent their business. I’d rather have a Jack Russell greet customers to my business.

I rang this morning to try to book a table for Sunday. It’s my step fathers birthday and I had heard good things about this pubs roast dinners. I rang up to book for 2x tables (myself, husband & our 3 children) and then another for my mother, step dad and 2 younger sisters. I appreciate that large party bookings are not allowed so was happy to have 2 separate tables of which I was planning on paying for as a birthday treat. The man on the phone shot me down in no uncertain terms and accused me of being like “all the rest” and not planning on sitting at my own table and that me and the rest of my “party” would ruin it for others because of this. He then went on to say his locals had already complained about tables mixing and was putting them at risk? I said I didn’t need to sit with the other table just have dinner and he refused to book it over the phone and said I would have to do it online instead as he would have my card details for any problems incurred!!!! I mean with customer service like that who needs enemies? I will not be visiting now or ever and will make sure I spread the word of the lovely customer service I received too. I’m honestly lost for words. I just wish the phone call was recorded to show others the utter contempt and rudeness that just occurred.

Have been here so many times, including Christmas Day 2018, when run by the Ramblings Group. After that we started to notice that this and the other Ramblings restaurants were starting to deteriorate in terms of menu choice and cost; they sold out to the Rocksalt (Folkestone) owners sometime in 2019 and I was hoping for some regeneration. Covid got in the way so today was my first visit for a long time. Sadly, the menu choice has got even worse and, as for the Sunday roast, they weren't even able to offer a gluten-free gravy. Bog standard Sunday roast and three pints, no starters, no dessert, total cost for two around £53. Nice location, might have a pint there occasionally, but not a meal again unless they do something about that menu and start to cater for intolerances.

We have used this pub for several years - for business and pleasure - and always enjoyed a cheery welcome, good ales and food.I wasn't sure about the recent change of management, but I'm now certain it wasn't for the best: most of the staff are miserable and the manager seems really grumpy! We just popped in for a beer - OK, it's not going to get the pub's post-lockdown finances motoring, but it all counts - but that didn't seem enough to please our friend.Fortunately, there were some exceptions in the ranks of the staff, notably the waitress who cheerily organised a water bowl for our dog and bantered with customers out on the sunny forecourt.Nevertheless, the manager and his team must recognise that the lockdown is over and it's time to really welcome customers back. Until I hear that the demeanor has improved (from the top) I shan't be drinking or eating there again, nor recommending the Woolpack to friends as I used to do.

My boss recommended me this restaurant, as she does to most of the guests and I was so happy with this!! When we arrived, there was an error with our table reservation. The staff were so understanding and managed to seat us, and were so polite and friendly. Despite this, we were seated outside in the sunset lit beer garden where the service was prompt, friendly and an all around pleasure to experience. The food was exceptional, the mains my partner and I had (I had the plaice, he the steak with Kentish cheese sauce) were a delight to eat and so tender. The portions were just right, so we also had dessert which was wonderfully delightful also. The drinks were delicious and the staff were so pleasant. Social distancing was enforced, but not in a scary way. I highly recommend. The cat pictured was very friendly and the cherry on top of a lovely evening!

Lovely, beautiful pub situated in a beautiful village. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in the area. The only reason that I’m not rating this a 5 star is due to the menu. So glad to be back here. We booked and took a sat outside (management are taking corona seriously as they absolutely should!) so we sat side by side on a glorious summer evening. It’s so hard for places right now and they are doing a really brilliant job. They have made the menu a little smaller and as a result the food is fantastic! We shared 5 started. Each and every one beautifully presented and delicious. Can’t recommend enough will be back as a son as we can!

I thought very hard before writing this as I know how damaging bad reviews can be and I’ve have had many a pleasant visit and stay at the Woolpack, but if make the effort to turn up on a bike (cycle) the experience is very touch and go. In the last month I have visited 3 times with various friends (after cycling 30 miles to get there) to be told 1. That they are not open until 11 (this was at 10.48 ) and “no we can’t do 2 coffees until then” despite 2 couples eating fry ups and enjoying coffees on the next tables 2. “We are only serving staying guests” even though the place was empty (this has happened twice). All times we were seated outside with the blackboards saying that all were welcome. .....Covid or no Covid I feel we once regular guests should be treated much much better when we show loyalty in such financially difficult times. COULD DO MUCH BETTER!

This pub is in a beautiful location and has a truly unique feel. The Sunday roast was fantastic and prepared using local suppliers as were the desserts. The staff are great and offered an amazing service, even more so with the current challenges. Another high is the decor, as they have managed to give a modern twist a traditional English pub without it feeling twee. It also has a very pleasant outdoor space at the front of the pub offering views over the countryside.....In summary a belter of a pub.

We thought we would look in at this very old Pub which has changed hands since our last visit. This was the first Saturday post Covid-19. The staff were pleasant enough. The main course menu was extremely limited and. in my opinion expensive. No starters or desserts, other than a scoop of Ice Crea. Beer prices about average but wines, prosecco etc very expensive. To be fair they are perhaps opening under difficult conditions. I don't anticipate returning, at least until things have settled down. Disappointed

This quirky old fashioned but stylish pub is well worth the journey, and with a recent menu change meets the needs of all at any time of the day and excites the palate. Open logfires, hanging hops and rustic furniture are not unusual in Kent, but the attentive young staff and varied and interesting menu make the Woolpack a special place. i had a dish of loaded fries and it was LOADED with flavour and delights.

The place is very pleasant because the store is really big and offers a lot of products and a wide variety.
