Great experience at The Windsor! The food was on point—I had a wrap that was perfectly crispy and full of flavor, while my friends really enjoyed their pizza. The beers were cold and refreshing, just what we needed. Brigitte and Dale provided top-notch service, making sure we were well taken care of the whole time. Their friendliness and attention to detail really made a difference. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

Went in to watch football and eat Food ok. Drinks ok. Not great for watching football. No sound and not enough TV's. TV's too small and not well placed

The Windsor is an off the main path of the high street of Brum town centre. Very busy nice atmosphere. Drinks reasonably priced. Food. Was ok. But had the Philly steak sandwich with chips. steak was warm. Onions and mushrooms were very cold. Bar was too busy to talk to them about it. But hey 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Would I recommend going there. Of course. But think I won't have the Philly steak next time.

A very busy pub of the main high street of Birmingham. Great atmosphere drink is reasonable priced. Food was ok had a Philly steak and chips. The chips were hot but steak was warm and onion and mushrooms were very cold. Shame. Would I recommend going there of course but I will avoid the Philly steak. The bar was too busy to go up and make a point. However 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

Fui a tomar el té con mi pareja La comida no estaba tan mal de precio, pedimos una hamburguesa de ternera con papas fritas y pescado con papas fritas Esperamos mucho tiempo para nuestra comida a pesar de que era tranquilo! Cuando llegó el bollo de hamburguesa era negro no comestible y el pescado era tan duro que no podía comerlo, no me quejé ya que a mi pareja no le gusta que lo haga, dejé la mayoría del pescado y obviamente no podía comer la hamburguesa, nadie vino a preguntar si nuestra comida estaba bien , soy Chef así que soy crítico con la comida pero esto fue horrible! Definitivamente no va a volver

Teníamos pescado con patatas fritas y un sándwich de carne de Filadelfia. Lamento decir que las patatas fritas con el sándwich y el pescado estaban mal cocidos y el pescado estaba demasiado cocido. Muy decepcionante ya que la comida es normalmente muy buena. Probablemente la próxima vez que estemos en la ciudad. 30 / 12 / 2024

Great city centre bar, friendly staff, good pub food and footy on TVs . Used to come here 5 years ago when staying in town for work and it's still the same good value and decent enough food. Happy to recommend.

Great traditional Birmingham pub. Fantastic staff. All so welcoming & friendly. Food really tasty and excellent value. We both had the chicken tikka masala. Spotlessly clean pub including the bathroom. My Mom and I enjoy our lunch & drinks in the Windsor. We especially enjoy it when the 80’s and 90’s tunes are playing away in the background. Keep up the good work. Great friendly atmosphere in the Windsor. Can’t wait until next time.

Great place to go for a quick bite to eat

Decent city centre pub, centrally located just off New st & Corporation st. Took my mom there for lunch (Wednesday). Good selection of beers on pumps. Opted for the 2 for £10.95 offer. I had Fish & Chips, mom had 7oz Gammon. Both of us were pleased with the meal - good portions for price - tasty & well presented. Definitely a recommended place for a relaxed lunch.

8 of us had lunch here today, and I cannot praise the Windsor enough. The staff were so obliging, nothing was too much trouble, and they were both super efficient and friendly. I would like especially to mention Jordan. With 2 meals for £10.00, with a good choice, including fish and chips, gammon, or a chicken burger, what more can you ask? Also, the portions weren’t skimpy. Bravo all round.

I watched few world cup matches this month, the telvelsions were mostly big enough except I would like to suggest the staff / management to turn on the sound when the matches start. Do not switch to other channels between 2 consecutive matches or even play music, songs when the match is playing...thank you.

First time at The Windsor. The staff need re- training in customer service. No warm welcome, no curtousy, the young lady looked at us with contempt.. old friends meeting up for the first time in months and it took the fun out of it. I wouldn't recommend or return.

We popped in for breakfast. It wasn't so easy ordering on the app at the table if you needed to tweak what you wanted, but it was very easy to just go to the bar (like you did in the old days😂) and order exactly what you required. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was hot and well presented.

I have only been to the windsor once in my life, but my God was the service the best thing I have ever experienced. I was being served by a splendid and might I add handsome gentleman named Josh, Josh was ever-so polite and his service was attentive and quick. This man was nothing short of a miracle, honestly if i had to compare him to a person from history, it would probably be that Desmond Doss fellow that saved all the soldiers during WW2. It was as if God himself had sent down a second son to bless us with his splendour the only difference was that this time the sequal was better. I have been thinking about it ever since. I was compelled to leave this review through a sense of sheer duty to this Josh. It can not be a coincidence that in hebrew the name for josh means "God is Salvation" because he was my salvation. I hope this Josh fellow has a wonderful life and other are blessed by his presence as was I. I would recommend if at all possible you email the vatican and have him canonized as Patron Saint of Service. I apologise for dragging this on, I am overwhelmed with emotion have a wonderful day.

However, guess you get what you pay for - for me the downside was the FLAVOURLESS WATERY🐠 🐟 that was most likely CHEAP 😖😵‍💫 Although I understand seasoning can be unpredictable for individuals dietary requirements and inflation ect.. Having said that, although my friend agrees with the above and unlikely to go back for a meal - apparently all previous meals, including 🐟 🐠 have been 💯 👌🏽👌🏽 and querying if there has been a change of 👩‍🍳 and 🚚
