The Willow Walk Pub in City of London, Westminster

Food was okay, garlic cheese pizza bread was the winner! Staff were very attentive with the cutlery they couldn’t give us enough and were happy to just bring more and more.

It's an institution to go to Willow Walk for the British breakfast. There is a great variety, the hot drink is £1.61 and you can refill as much as you want. Very good value for money for central London.

2 for £12 drinks, way better than all the pubs in the area. Environment is better too, got slot machines, if you're into those kind of things

The staff are good the witherspoon atmosphere is not for me whiskey the Natural History Museum was open at 9 am narrow included

As a fan of Spoons breakfasts, decided to give the Willow Walk a go whilst meeting friends. Service was it's usual high quality but sadly let down by a not so good breakfast, a little over cooked ingredients would be a fair comment. Otherwise a well located branch next to London Victoria.

Love this wetherspoons. Good food, friendly staff, huge inside and clean. Only downside is if your a bit claustrophobic, the toilet cubicles are really tiny

A typical Weatherspoons experience. You find the number on your table and order at the bar and they bring the food to your table. I gave the wrong table number and had to intercept my food, which I succeeded in doing. Location was very busy and very loud. As we ate, we were increasingly pressed in by men standing and drinking although we were over in the dining area. Probably not a place for a quiet dinner, but OK if this is what you are after.

Might as well gone to McDonald’s and saved a few quid. At least give us some more chips next time?

A Wetherspoons like many others, it is in a convenient location close to Victoria station. And it is generally neat and clean

I have to give 5* for "old times sake." I have spent many hours here waiting for the cheap evening trains out of Victoria Station opposite. What I saved on trains I spent on the beer. Madge and Casta never been before. The staff were the best trained in the Spoons empire. Even on a rammed Friday home time staff used eyes and ears to know who to serve next. A skill sadly lacking in many pubs where " who's next?" rings out. Still great service and great real ale selection. Casta chose for me, Twickenham Grandstand 3.8% session bitter. Super. London Spoons prices at £4.44 but used a CAMRA 50p discount voucher. ( GK IPA only £2.79) Madge and Mrs took Strongbow dark fruit then raspberry vodkas. Stayed for three pints. Ten real ales to chose from today. Cask Marque. CAMRA regular. One of the smaller Spoons accessed from the street at both ends.

Nice little Wetherspoons. Friendly staff. Quick service. Good food (though the pizza could use just a little more spice).

Only down side was the very squeaky door that made it super loud and there was a small portion of chips.

Excellent service. Hot food served. Lovely cold drinks on a warm day. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

We didn't eat, just enjoyed a cuppa whilst waiting for our coach home. But the food looked good and service was swift.

Pop in for dinner with friends ,we always come here when around Victoria. Also, this time, the food was cold. Unfortunately, I'm a bit disappointed as twice in a month we eat not the beat quality of JD pub's. Sad as the quality of food in this place is going down. Anyway, a good choice always walk in a JD.

Can be busy some evenings but it's a classic spoons.

A nice place to come and have lunch or a drink. The curries are very good, excellent value for money. No more reservations on certain burgers.

Not the best Spoons we've been in. Building nothing to write home about. Very noisy and the sun shining through the window (yes I know, should be grateful for warm sunshine at the beginning of March) directly into eyes was a pain, maybe reconfigure the tables another way. Did the ordering on the app then had to reorder at the bar as it wouldn't connect when it came to paying, annoying. Menu choice is much reduced so couldn't have the fish and chips one of our Party had wanted. Only one serving at the bar and had to wait a while to get served. The food wait was longer than usual but was cooked to Spoons usual standard. The tables were cleared quite quickly after people had left so that was a plus. Although pricier than some Spoons, still good value for London.

The Willow Walk - JD Wetherspoon is an excellent option for eating or drinking on a budget in London. The prices are quite moderate for what it usually costs in the city, and in addition, the portions are generous, which makes it an alternative with very good value for money. The service is fast and efficient, since you can easily place your order through the mobile system, which speeds up service and makes the experience even more comfortable.

Très mauvaise expérience dans ce pub londonien ! Quand nous sommes arrivés en famille, la table n’a même pas été nettoyée de la famille précédente, la serveuse n’a pas été souriante et les plats étaient affreux. Nous sommes repartis en laissant nos assiettes et sommes allés ailleurs … un conseil : fuyez !

One of the better Wetherspoons. Bang centre of London in Victoria not far from the Thames and Westminster. Reasonable cheap alternative to the pricey venues all around you.

Quick and convenient with some good offers on the drink and food menu. We didn't eat but drinks were fairly priced. Very busy, but I guess that's to be expected.

It’s another classic J D Wetherspoon restaurant, but the selection was more limited compared to others. They didn’t have a grill menu, which significantly reduced the available options, especially for celiacs. While the overall atmosphere and drink selection were good, the limited food choices were a bit disappointing. If you’re looking for a wider variety, especially gluten-free options, this might not be the best choice.

Very nice branch of Wetherspoons near Victoria Station. Went for the haggis, neeps and tatties which was A class.

I've ordered cheese pizza and it came out as if the cheese shrinked on the pizza almost 2 inches from the border. I've complained to the manager and he laughed and said" it supposed to be like that" and walked off really quick. Well, I always eat at different Wetherspoon restaurants and the cheese goes all the way to the border.. by far The Willow Walk has been the worse..

That's a cool Wetherspoons, way more authentic and nice-looking pub than the one that's inside of the Victoria Station, but the distance between them is like 2 min of walk. In general, it's a nice place where you can eat, drink, chat with friends even to play some "fortune games" at the machines. You can't beat a Wetherspoons value for money in 2025. Everything was delicious, and I felt very good inside .

I usually quite like a Wetherspoon, but found this one very cramped. Also, the reduced food menu meant there was very few vegan options. The only one my wife would eat (noodles) was not good at all. Should have chose somewhere nicer for pre show during Veganuary, but we were having to watch our spend at the time. Wouldn't return or recommend.

Service here is the absolute worst. Manager walking behind the bar whilst we’ve been stood here 10 minutes blindly asks someone who just got to the bar and asks are you waiting. Have you not seen the two men waiting ages. Always expect the worst service in here

Friendly staff and fantastic hot chocolate

I was in this Witherspoons on Thursday last week with a group of friends. The service was good and the atmosphere was good as well. However the food was god awful 😖 it didn't taste nice and I can't really say much more.

A very nice pub outside of Victoria train station making it a but quieter than the Wetherspoons within the station. The staff were pleasant and there were plenty of drinks/food options

Some have said it is the most expensive Spoons in the world, it might be, but it is still one of the cheapest pubs in the area and has the best selection of ales in the area. I liked it. Couldn't give it 5 stars because it is a Spoons and the atmosphere is a bit meh.

The easiest restaurant in the world to order from and you don't have to tip wait staff, as all they do is bring it to your table. They have a website you can order from, or go to pay at the bar, and you have a table number at your table so they bring it to you 🇬🇧👍😁

An excellent choice near Victoria

Just behind Victoria Railway Station with beer being significantly cheaper than in Wetherspoons in the station itself which is all down to their position and station landlord profiteering. Decent sized pub with the usual good selection of food and drink. Serving staff were quick and friendly.

The food was very tasty. We tried specialties from the Christmas menu. Beer Mad Squirrel and Angry Orchard cider are great.

Apparently the most expensive Witherspoon's in London or even Britain according to the Metro. Food is what you would expect for the price. Most of the The staff are nice. The WiFi is awful, drops off or takes an age to connect, not impressive for central London. As it is next to Apollo theatre it can get very busy in the afternoon and evenings. Lots of football fans use this place at the weekends.

Great place to go if you need to work or study whilst waiting for a train or theatre.

This has to be the worst weatherspoons I've ever been to over priced for a spoons limited menu no grill chips oven cooked not fried burgers are very small for the price all in all a shambles.

Food was really delicious. I am a weatherspoons girl, cheap and cheerful if a bit crowded and scuffed at the edges but I couldn't fault the food this morning. I had chicken nuggets and salad, my friend had chips. Hot, crispy, very good indeed.

The food was absolutely terrible! Chips freezing and the burger red hot! I was refunded, but that's not the point, I go there on my lunch break from work, I only get 1 hour, so I didn't have enough time to get anything else. Updated 4/12/2024. Didn't have food this time, but it did look good! The service was excellent, and the pub was buzzing. The drinks aren't as cheap as the Wetherspoons outside of London, but it was still pretty reasonable compared to the other bars in Victoria.

Comparatively cheap pub thanks to good combination offers (food + drink). Unfortunately it's not quite as comfortable as it's loud and busy. However, we were also there on a Saturday evening.

Pretty typical Spoons. Not far from Victoria. A little dearer than some other Spoons, but great value for the area. Service via the app was great. Food pretty good as well.

Great Wetherspoons just outside the side of Victoria station and well worth the visit. A great pub with quick service. Our Pizzas were great...hot and tasty. A few glasses of nice red wine?...why not! The walls of the pub give pictures of history around the area. Very happy to visit and will be back next time we are in London. Well done Wetherspoon's ....and now the chain is doing accommodation....brilliant!

Pub is in an office block ideal location train station one door. Door with steps is opposite bus stop . Bus stop is on other side of road. Buses go to Vauxhall.

I always come from my office and my boats and have meals coffee unlimited and alcohol drinks I entertaining big important clients here and in. Lancaster square today Sunday 13 October 2024 me and my security consultants only have hot drinks as we are eating in Dulwich tonight but one member of staff not seen before od Indian nationalnaliy said we have had more than 3 cups of milk and and more coffee excuse me but is this not unlimited refills or do I have to air to air this on lbc and my sister global media CEO all media to show how Rude staff are here
