Great food … kids loved it brilliant choice …. Carvery was delicious.. helpful staff .. clean and tidy restaurant… would definitely eat here again next time I’m in Torquay

Been meaning to write this review, we had family visiting 2 weeks ago & decided to book a table as there was quite a few of us. We ordered from the bar, where Liam was very helpful & patient with our large order. The food was lovely & I recommend the carvery. Liam checked in on our table, making sure we had everything we required. We all had a lovely evening with delicious hot food & good friendly service. Thank you Liam & the rest of the team that made our family evening so enjoyable.

Always five stars. Popped in last Tuesday with a family of 8 and we all had a great time thanks to Chloe, Karen, Ria and I suppose Liam did alright 😜. Food was hot and very tasty. We all went home happy bunnies.

Liam is always so kind and friendly, I bring an elderly friend to the willow tree once a week he always makes an effort to chat to us, the elderly man loves to see Liam

I came in for a few pints and food and was served by a chap called Owen he was very pleasant and a girl called danni cooked my food it was banging too marks all around well done guys

Here on holiday, lovely place to come for a family meal, Gemma worked well on carvery during the hot weather and good customer service from Tania will defo come back and highly recommended

Great service, delicious food, wonderful venue.

I took my wife and my mum out for a meal to use a gift voucher from a friend. We took advantage of the pizza promotion as it was a Thursday evening. The food was lovely and the service was excellent. I especially enjoyed being served by Ria, who also took a photo of us that I will send to my friend!

Had a very nice roast yesterday.

The Willow Tree always pull the stops out when we make a large group booking. The buffet was generous and full of variety. Everything we asked for was ready on time and everyone enjoyed it, particularly those yummy sandwiches and delicious roasties! A nice welcome from Kelsey and the bar staff, too. The dining area was not as expected on arrival, but soon resolved.

This place has improved so much because of the current owners , nice staff and food is good value

Had Tania as a server today she was a pleasure to have. Gemma served some lovely carvery with a mixture of meats and the rest of the table had burgers which were amazing.

The help yourself breakfast is just delicious. Great choice of food and cooked just how I like it. It's so tasty and the price makes it even more enjoyable. The staff are always welcoming, polite and helpful.

Avoid!!....Popped in for breakfast, dirty disgusting plates, long waits stood in queue, empty serving dishes, don't bother!

Child friendly, activity sheets provided, great selection of kids food for all ages. Gemma on the carvery was lovely and polite. Tania was an incredible host and provided lovely service to us all, especially the kids.

I will be back All you can eat breakfast was £5.99 mushrooms 49p extra Drinks extra Always been to the anchorage hotel in babbacombe but all their food is swimming in oil not good at all and their price is £7.50 Would recommend this place Lots of seating and parking Keep up the good work guys

Go here for breakfast with the whole family, always welcoming, fab food. Recently went to watch the football final, great atmosphere, attentive staff. Also returned for the Friday quiz night, alot of fun, can't repeat enough how friendly and welcoming the staff are especially, Andy the chef and Liam, will be returning for the quiz for sure, manager made it a great laugh.

Great carvery. Staff work really hard and 90% are friendly. A couple are not but to be honest I think that’s because they’re so busy. Great food 27/08/2023 Although we are regulars I thought I’d leave another review because the beef today was, I don’t say this lightly, possibly the best beef I’ve ever eaten and my grandad was a chef. A good chef as well. It actually melted in my mouth. My wife was gutted because she opted for turkey. I gave her a few morsels, she was lost for words. The staff are great. We asked how it was cooked so my wife can try and replicate it and they were really helpful. Thanks to all at the Willows. 👍👍
