Good range of beers especially darker ales. Dark and dingey inside, in the evening can be very loud, staff do nothing with rowdy drunken customers even when asked, have witnessed many people leave due to loudness. Food not as good as other Wetherspoons often cold and poor attention to presentation.

Large wetherspoons on the seafront. Yes, it is spoons so the food isn't fabulous however it is always quick , cheap and perfectly fine. Staff are friendly too. Got to give it 5 stars just for overall value.

Visited several times during a recent break in Weymouth. Excellent meals, served promptly and good value if ordered between 2pm and 5pm Monday to Friday with the afternoon special including a drink. Staff are pleasant and seem efficient in both serving and clearing tables. Happily visit on our next trip to Weymouth.

Only had a drink, always a good price

Nice place for a quick bite to eat or a few drinks on a budget. Service is great and is always clean in there.

Food was brilliant here - Wetherspoons can be hit and miss but everything here was consistently good. Food was quick and they have refills for soft drinks which was nice!

Didn't stay long enough to eat or even have a much needed drink after a 2 hour drive! Had great trouble with the lift and at least 5 members of staff saw this and didn't even try to help. After about 15 minutes of staff members walking past me a staff member (who was very busy and carrying food) assisted. The dusabled toilet is in the most stupid location and surrounded by chairs, nobody was particularly happy to move so i could access the toilet. Will never go in there again. Too many tables and chairs crammed in making it impossible for me to fet around. Awful place!

The pizzas we had were absolutely delicious, all staff served us very politely and the service was very speedy. Couldn’t fault anything.

Somewhat of a mixed levels in this one, but in all a decent size pub. And you don't need to climb a large flight stairs to get to the toilet.

Excellent food went on steak night steak cooked to how I asked middle rare lovely staff food came out quick and excellent pudding going back to our holiday place very happy

Latest version of the app is glitchy and staff say the WiFi is problematic. I like ordering via the app (I hate having to go up to the bar for service especially when it's busy)

Good service decent food.prices for food are dearer at sea side locations. But food good. Beer price is reasonable to considering its overlooking the beach.The menu much better then it was.my recommendation here is the 3 plates forc£10.95 best value I found.Food still very good Quick and hot. 2 good meals with drinks for £19. Lasagna excellent by the way

A particularly good wetherspoons this one. Food hot, tasty and excellent value for money. Busy and noisy but a really nice friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended

It was a busy lunch time but there was a calm atmosphere as the building is split into sections. Overall a very pleasant experience. The staff were at their best not only in serving but in clearing and cleaning too. Top marks. Would return when next in Weymouth.

It's simply the best Spoons. I love the Nachos, the pizzas, and the vegetarian burgers. Also, as a luddite dumbphone-user it's great that ordering at the bar is still just as assumed as using the app.

Very reliable, coffee stop today, excellent value, good service. Enjoyed a sirloin steak & salad. Meat was succulent, perfectly cooked medium.

Air con was blasting out and the noise was horrendous in the top bit but just because it was so busy. Should have sat downstairs, much quieter. Lasagne was lovely, you just can't go wrong for the price.

Our experience was on a mid week night at the height of summer. Food was easy to order and arrived quickly and we regularly use Wetherspoons and would say the quality was average. Pub was extremely busy and the bouncers had to retrieve a small group of lads who’d clearly been indulging in a pint or two and on the verge of causing abit of trouble. Probably the location of our table didn’t help as we were right next to the bar, but it felt like eating your meal in a nightclub. Probably a more pleasant experience if you go at lunchtime if you’re looking to eat.

Will not be using this place again , dirty tables flies busing around , staff serving don’t know what they are selling, getting the order wrong and when asking saying you only payed for a small burger, when definitely asked for a big one 🤬

Yesterday, we placed an order at your bar through the website. We waited for half an hour, but not even the drinks were brought to us. I approached the waitstaff to clarify the situation, and they told me, "You couldn't have placed an order through the website; you need to use the app." However, we did place and pay for the order through the website. The waitstaff informed us that they did not receive the order and showed us the list of orders for that table, where our order was not listed. After discussing the situation with the waiter, he explained that the money should be refunded to our account. I then placed another order with the same waiter and paid for it in cash. Today, the money was debited from our account, and after speaking with our bank's support team, they told us they couldn't help because the funds were already transferred to you, as the "service" was considered completed. In the end, the service was paid for twice but provided only once.

Very reasonable pricing for an English breakfast and the coffee is with free refills....... situated within 5 minutes walk from the beach and cold welcome.....also some great meal deals

Very rude, condescending staff ( long white haired lady). Corrected my pronunciation of shawarma exactly how I said it. Then realized why there attitude was so bad as they were drinking pints on duty, this was just after mid day. Very unprofessional, will not go back

Had a steak, very bad, sent back, got another and the same. Had to leave it, what a waste as had steak in lots of weatherspoons pubs and always great. BUT we were refunded and all sorted by a extremely helpful manager

Speedy service, and some staff are lovely. However one member of staff was apauling. I complained about some food, he said "are you not going to eat that" then snatched the food out of my hand and stomped off. After complaining to the manager he attempted an apology which was pathetic and not acceptable.

A pub from the Wetherspoon chain, so it shares a menu with many others in the country. With plenty of seating on several floors and small lifts for wheelchairs and strollers. It has high chairs for small children. Good prices and very fast and efficient service.

The best wetherspoons I have ever been too. The food is by superior and the service is second to none, so kind friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This is the first review I have ever left whilst still at the venue. The chicken wings are a hit in our family, my partner and son have been twice in two days for them.

Now confirmed as our favourite of the two 'spoons in Weymouth. Busy but not so tightly packed and feels cleaner and more relaxed.

Food was good. Think the heat got to the waiting staff a bit. A few of them were walking around completely oblivious and wasn’t very good at handling the evening rush. Overall tho it’s a decent spoons and will be coming back.

Some people knock Wetherspoons...fair enough but not this one as its streamlined, quick polite with quality food and beverages at the best prices

Wow, best ever weather spoons in the UK I have ever visited. On 28/7/24 I visited from the local County of Poole. It was like a gorden Ramsay service. Great Presentation of the food. Well done to the manager and staff 😀:)

Absolutely amazing Wetherspoons, the best we've ever been too! Without a doubt, we will be visiting again. Great staff, quick service, food and presentation was something I've never seen on Wetherspoons and 5* and a perfect atmosphere and vibe. I'm actually shocked it's a Wetherspoons, and thought I'd walked into the wrong place with how perfect this place is. Highly recommended this Wetherspoons and will be visiting again in the future 😀

Decent enough spoons, better than the other one in Weymouth

Dropped in for lunch with my elderly mother in a wheelchair. Upside is that there is a wheelchair lift but two lifts need to be used to get up to bar level which does take a while and in our case meant we had to move some chairs as on the lower level a table is placed just in front of the lift. That said the lift is there. Food and drink good value and quickly served as always and staff were very helpful.

Lovely pub - I have never been let down by a Wetherspoons!

Stopped here for some tea, nice quick meal, ordered on the app which is good when you have children and when it's busy. Drinks came out quickly followed by the food. Good lively atmosphere would recommend good choice of food and drinks for all ages. You get what you pay for like all spoons restaurants.

As far as a Wetherspoons goes this is a decent one. Servers are nice, food is decent, and it's always full of people. That can be an upside and a downside. You get what you pay for, my only complaint would be that since it's always packed, the staff are stretched thin and so sometimes the tables could do with cleaning. But that's most pubs. Expect to spend £10-20 per person but that is for food plus a few drinks each. Parking is just round the corner, away from the beach.

Excellent location and excellent service and extremely good value for money

We have been in many Weatherspoon pubs but this one was by far the best. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The service was perfect and all food that was ordered was hot and excellent quality. Would highly recommend this bar.

Although they were busy and had an issue with the drinks machine (which they did fix in a timely fashion), they made sure our individual requirements were met and were very helpful. Thank you again.

There were lots of stairs, so it was really uncomfortable with the baby pushchair. But they do have a lift for wheelchairs, so that's good. It's a big restaurant, so there's plenty of space for everyone. We went there for breakfast, and it was very nice. The staff was friendly and nice. Everything was good, so I would recommend it.

We didn't eat here but we visited twice. It's an interesting lay out over a few levels (lift available). Food looked good and staff friendly. We would go again, it's a very popular place.

Holidayed in Weymouth for three days this week. The William Henry has a more upmarket ambiance than the other Wetherspoon, The Swan. It had a better choice of ciders, and the one beer I tried (Thornbridge Jaipur IPA) was excellent. Note that local cider are an amazingly cheap £3 a pint, while Weston's Old Rosie was a more typical £4.34.

Had a Jalfrezi curry and a stella with a colleague, food was good and service was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff. It was clean and tidy

Well located in the area of Weymouth where most of the shops, pubs, eateries are gathered. The usual standard that we all expect from a Whetherspoons establishment. Can't fault this one as wifey & I went here @ different times during the day/evening during our 6 day hols. Check it out when you're in the area.

Quick service, friendly staff. Food is great value for money. Right in the town centre so really good for a pre drink. Small outdoor space in the front for smokers. No parking.

Wetherspoon was the one place with all options. Food, drink, beer, coffee. I had my Lunch, dinner for 3 days here. Unlike other Wetherspoons, this place is not extremely crowded so, there is always a seat available if you would look around. Staff were friendly and helpful. For people who are new to Wetherspoon, it’s one of the best place to have decent food(served in least possible time), decent price and multiple food choice for both vegetarian and non-vegetarians.

I work across the uk & visit many Wetherspoons, on this occasion a staff member called Alex is the only person to ever ask me am I enjoying my food & is it satisfactory. He is a credit to the business
