Great place to relax and chat, wonderful atmosphere and decor, good service, music great but slightly too loud though, turned down a little would make chatting easier. Fantastic place though, I love!

Great bar and delicious cocktails, celebrating my granddaughters 18th Birthday, been before nice atmosphere and will return.

Always great, for somewhere with a small bar, you never wait long for a drink and it’s got a great vibe. Considering it has no DJ, you feel like you are in somewhere being played to. The cocktails are good, door staff friendly, show the football, what more could you want.

We were visiting Norwich with family and wanted somewhere to sit and have a drink where we could also take our dog. This place was perfect. It is decorated beautifully and looked very high end (but without the extortionate prices).

Nice interior and atmosphere, delicious cocktails. We were with a child of 12.5 years old and we were told that we can be with him in the pub until 17.00. It suited us because of the train to London, however it is not clear why children are allowed only until 17.00.

It was interesting sitting inside watching people looking at the place. A lot of people missed out on a great place because it looks quirky from the outside. We loved it

James made my birthday experience! Was very attentive and friendly, brought us a desert and shot without being told it was my birthday! Food was lovely and great value with a nice atmosphere. Would recommend to a friend!

Visited this establishment many times and each time not ever disappointed, warm, inviting pub, friendly customers and fantastic staff always greet you with a smile 😀 I, like to give a shout out to Tyler though who now I've been informed is the manager, 100% customer service on his part, can't do enough for you, well done Tyler and the staff for making my visits so welcoming, love this place & highly recommend you give it a visit.

Always one of my favourite bars; only thing letting it down is the poor state of the loos. Great choice of drinks, good cocktails and decent offers. Despite having a small bar, they understand that getting enough bar staff to serve people quickly is what earns money as no one ever kept to a budget after they were pissed! … no, they probably don’t even keep to the hours they commit to be out, so better to keep serving!

My god what did they do to the espresso martini! Taste like vodka and water! Not as it use to be! The cocktails use to be much better!

The night before NYE and this place was buzzing, always great music, great drinks, attentive bar staff and nice seating, if only the gents toilet was better cleaned it would be a brilliant bar.

A return visit as we’d lived this place for a cheeky drink when we were last in this city. I opted for the same cocktail, but was disappointed this time. Nowhere near as good (different server?) Snacks also more disappointing, but the beer was good!

Great pub. Friendly service, a mixed, happy crowd, all pleased to be in the same place, not scared to talk to one another. Great decor, music thats loud but not so loud that you cant speak to one another, sport on the TV's.... basically the kind of place that reminds you that life is about living, enjoying yourself, and meeting new people. Well done the Wildman.

What a delightful find in the city centre! We popped in for a quick drink and the barman was friendly. Great cocktail choice and my husband finally got his local bitter! Nibbles were really reasonably priced (tortilla chips with three dips for £4)

Had a great lunch, toastier and nachos, and a couple of drinks. Sandwiches were great, service was fast and friendly. They had sports on and great music. It has a charming decor. Would definitely go back!

Popped in here a few years ago, and this was an average pub, but wow, what a transformation this place has had.Classy pub now, lovely decor, great ales and cocktails, and fabulous staff, we were served on the Saturday daytime by a curly haired girl in a green dress, and she was more or less looking after the whole of the bar (obviously assisted by the staff behind the bar)Great pub, can’t wait to go back

I'm appalled how this pub treats minority groups after tonight's visit. Good location but very open about rejecting certain social groups. Avoid

He tenido suerte de conseguir entrar 3 veces en las últimas semanas, pero tienen que rechazar a un sinfín de personas, lo que demuestra lo populares que son.

Lovely atmosphere and a really broad choice of cocktails, accidentally popped in during happy hour so very reasonably priced too! Would recommend:)

We came for a night out and we were welcome with amazing drinks and amazing service, our waiter was called Osten and he was great, gave us amazing service and was overall a lovely lad. Thanks Austin

Came here yesterday evening with a couple of my friends and had the best time. The atmosphere was great and the staff where lovely and friendly and had a great evening. Definitely be visiting again

On a pub crawl in Norwich so stopped in for a pint, but stayed for two. Although not a traditional pub in one sense, it has everything you want: friendly, fun staff, excellent beer (well served), different places to sit (sofas, tables, a bar) or stand and Sky TV but with the sound down so as not to be intrusive. Loved it.

Recently went to this pub for our office Xmas party...22 people paying 15-20 quid each. Buffet was rubbish with very limited range of stuff: cheese biscuits, cheese straws, crisps, bread rolls, bit of salami. Price included 3 drinks - e.g. 3 bottled beers. Not enough space set aside so no room for half of the attendees to sit down either. Hope this venue does not get booked next year!

This bar has very quickly become my favourite in Norwich . friendly staff, great cocktails (they make a mean Negroni!) and hip atmosphere. The Toasties and soup are superb. And you get to meet Alan, the pub dog, who is a real charmer.

Another fantastic pub in this great city. Charismatic bar staff and good choice of gins. You get a better clientele in here. Only downside is the stairs to a poky toilet.

Came here today for the first time in a few years. What a difference! The refurbishment inside is amazing and so much nicer. As for the cocktails - I can honestly say the best I've ever had - especially the chocolate orange-tini. To top it all off, some of the best customer service I've come across in ages. Super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Acabo de regresar del almuerzo. Casi retirado debido a que el menú es bastante limitado, pero hay suficiente. Todos tuvimos tostadas. Todo diferente. Queso y pesto. Atún. Queso y chorizo. Todo fantástico y muy abundante. Pinta o una bebida alcohólica más una tostada por diez libras.Solo jerez y mosaico. Lo suficiente para mí, creo que normalmente hay otra cerveza.Llegó el viernes por la noche también después del trabajo y fue embestido. Encantado de ver. Deben estar haciendo algo bien.La renovación se ve muy inteligente. Los baños de hombres ahora están abajo. No estoy seguro si estaban antes.De todos modos impresionante. Definitivamente volveremos.

Popped in on a rainy Sunday lunch, what a lovely new place! All refurbished beautifully and good selection of drinks. We decided to have something to eat and the menu though incredibly limited is quality and well priced, we will definitely be back

We had some lovely cocktails here before heading off for a meal. It was almost completely empty when we first arrived and we were served some delightful drinks. Would recommend!!

Just popped in while waiting for the next bus and ordered half of lager shandy it was a whooping £3.10 questioned two bar staff about it and the answer was it was the cost of the lemonade! Got to be cheaper to drink brandy :(

La puerta se había atascado para abrirla por lo que estaba sangrando y la mayoría de los clientes mantenían sus abrigos puestos. Servicio indiferente de la camarera.

We visited here on the first day it reopened and had an enjoyable drink. The staff - all new were very hospitable. Looks good for the future.

Pop in here for a quick drink and stayed for a few more. Friendly atmosphere. They were setting up a disco when we left and I understand live music is also played here regularly.

Dropped by with some friends and had a great time. Fantastic quiz night and great beer. Major improvement from last time I went which was a while. Great to see a city pub offering a selection of craft! May this continue

We made this part of a friend's 40th birthday pub tour and although we visited it on a Thursday at 4pm it was busy and had a good atmosphere with a good selection of rums.

A nice small pub serving real ales etc in city centre. Good selection of beers etc and worth a visit .

estábamos pasando este pub un sábado por la noche después de una comida y estaba rockeando así que nos detuvimos y pasamos una noche fantástica! el pub en sí es bastante compacto, pero esto se agrega a la atmósfera. La noche fue como una noche de cuarenta, con big band y música de swing tocando y mucha gente bailando y bailando y pasándola bien. había muchos tipos de personajes diferentes allí, ¡todos pasándola bien!

One of the best music venues in Norwich - always a great variation of all types of music - staff are welcoming and friendly, good ales and other types of drinks.

Popped in for a drink, Decent bar used by locals and students alike, great atmosphere the staff were spot on and enough going on to keep you entertained for a few pints. Give it a go.

Visited 23/11, found this a very quirky and unusual drinking establishment, popular with students and older people alike. Dog friendly and helpful staff

This pub has lost a lot of its identity since I first came in here. Its become just another city centre modern bar. The beer is good and the doorstep at the weekend friendly. The loos are down some quite steep steps so tread carefully.

Conveniently placed near the centre of the city. Choice of seating options for wide age range. Beer good. Clean toilets. Friendly service.

Good spot to meet people, its on the corner and the name is quite obvious to spot.A proper but clean drinking pub. I didn't try the food .The toilets are well kept and clean.What more can one say.Its a clean pub, with clean beer and clean toilets

Stumbled on the Wildman by chance for a quick bite for lunch and were not disappointed. Cosy inside with nice seating areas. Friendly barman who served our son his first ever purchased pint as it was his 18th. Bar menu good - scampi, cheesy chips and nachos all good and cooked freshly to order.

Popped in for lunch as my husband likes to check out haunted locations:-)Nice interior,not as old looking inside as we expected,but clean & bright.Staff friendly,checked out menu,a little dissapointed by lack of vegetarain food,no jacket potatoes on day we went so i opted forca ploughmans(with out the ham),husband went for burger & fries,food turned up quickly and my ploughmans was lovely,lots & lots of cheese,pickle,and a warm baguette,husbands burger was huge,homemade and apparently really tasty:-).Would go again and hopefully they will have jackets next time :-):-)

We enjoyed our visit here for a drink and a snack lunch on a wet Friday in Norwich. The barman is friendly and the men enjoyed the good selection of beers. Also, seemed very reasonably priced. We had a pleasant lunch and although this pub may look a bit basic don't be put off because it is well worth a visit and we would definitely return.

Have recently visited the Wildman, couldn't ask for anything more from them. Great choice of food at affordable prices and great choice of ales and other drinks. Did visit the Wildman in the past when they had different owners, and I thought how much its changed for the betterAbsolute worth a visit for either a quick bite and drink during the day or for a meal or drinks in the evening

Very friendly barman! They had Aspalls on tap - enough said!Menu looked good but we had booked to go elsewhere. Definitely returning to try the food.
