He estado aquí bastantes veces antes y siempre he encontrado los bagels deliciosos, especialmente el falafel y el salmón ahumado y aguacate. Sin embargo, cuando está ocupado espere un poco - son bastante escasos de personal a veces y tienen un lugar de trabajo muy pequeño para hacer estos bagels, así que una vez que tomó casi una hora antes de comenzar a comer. Si alguna vez estás en Bath, este es un buen lugar para tomar un buen bagel! Pd - si no te gustan los bagels puedes cambiarlo por una baguette o un envoltorio + tienen rollos de salchicha, pizzas y puedes convertir el bagel en una ensalada

Si eres judío – o simplemente un humano – tu gunna estará decepcionada con su proporción de pastrami a mostaza – una mísera rodaja y un mar de mostaza – eran encantadores pero necesitan ser menos tacaños.

¡Personal terriblemente grosero! Estuvo allí durante años sin nadie delante o detrás y fue completamente ignorado por las 3 chicas detrás del mostrador que estaban charlando. Cuando le pregunté ‘disculpe, ¿está sirviendo?’ La respuesta fue “¿qué quieres decir?” de manera conflictiva. Nunca he estado en ningún lugar donde se haya dado un servicio tan grosero. Si estás leyendo a esta señora, ¿qué tal una lección de servicio al cliente? Podrías haber dicho «lo siento, estamos muy ocupados, estaré contigo en un momento ! ! ! ! » Nunca entrará en el umbral de nuevo.

Elegí el bagel vegano con guacamole y jalapeños. No sé si es alguna de las dos o vut desde entonces he tenido nauseas y calambres estomacales. Me preguntaba mientras me servía sobre la frescura del guacamole que no era casero.

Lugar encantador para el almuerzo. Estaba muy ocupado hoy debido al Mercado de Navidad de Baño, pero el personal era amable y servicial. Merece una mención especial la chica que trabaja arriba en el área sentada - ella fue corrido de sus pies, pero todavía era servicial y amable. El Bagel era bueno también!

Un celíaco muy feliz. Es muy difícil para nosotros encontrar lugares para comer en cualquier lugar. Visito Bath regularmente y recién encontré este lugar! A pesar de tener un área de preparación muy pequeña, tienen un espacio dedicado para preparar artículos sin gluten. El personal entiende totalmente la importancia de evitar la contaminación cruzada. Había ahumado salmón y queso crema en pan tostado sin gluten muy agradable (casi tan bueno como un bagel, aunque por supuesto un bagel GF sería la guinda del pastel! ) Volveré y te recomendaré en foros sin gluten. Gracias chicos!

Llegamos a Bath a tiempo para almorzar y nos dirigimos a este lindo café. Hablamos en serio de nuestros bagels y esos chicos definitivamente están ahí arriba. Son fantásticos con deliciosos rellenos generosos. Gran servicio amable y entusiasta encima de la comida fabulosa, nuestro viaje fue a un súper comienzo. Visitamos por segunda vez 2 días después y descubrimos que los bagels provienen de un panadero judío en Londres, por eso son tan buenos, son el verdadero negocio. Además de grandes bagels su café es el mejor también. Nunca he oído hablar del café Bristol Twenty, pero es realmente delicioso. El personal es una delicia - en la visita de 1 calle a pesar de ser literalmente corrido de sus pies y claramente agotado que eran divertidos amables y amables. La segunda visita fue temprano y vacío y tuvimos una encantadora charla con el servidor sobre las gaviotas de baño! Muy recomendable.

We were looking for somewhere to have lunch after a tour and a lot of walking. We went to the Whole Bagel because they seemed to have a nice choice of fillings. I had a wrap with falafel and my husband had a tuna bage. The food is made to order and the fillings were good both in quality and quantity. The service was good despite the busyness. I would recommend it.

This is a real jewel in Bath. We felt very welcome, thanks to the friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful. There were no complaints when our big family group all ordered different fruit smoothies! Didn't get a chance to savour the bagels again today but, last time we had them, they were fantastic. We can see why this place is so popular 😋 Will have to visit again!

Perfect spot for coeliacs, dedicated space for preparing the gluten free food, amazing service with amazing food (even the gluten free bread was good)

Hi, I just wanted to say I came into the Whole Bagel early this morning (just opening) for a very much needed coffee and bagel! I was greeted by the most lovely, lively and cheerful young lady, who made a gloomy cold morning so much brighter. I was served great food and coffee, well worth a visit.. made my day😀

I’ve been to the whole bagel a few times,it was always a favourite of mine for lunch but unfortunately I have noticed the unfair treatment of staff recently and wait times increasing. An older woman who appears to be the manager of some sort consistently speaks to younger female staff members sarcastically and rudely causing visible distress. Some of them even seemed to be verging on tears due to the demand during busy times and being “understaffed”:( If you can’t deal with the demands of a lunch time rush hire more staff! In great need of new management. Unacceptable.

Dropped in for breakfast was greated so warmly by what I can assume is the owner/manager. Fab selection of bagel choices and the bagels were very tasty.

I was on vacation with my friends, and we all were starving, so we looked for a place to eat brunch, somehow, we ended up there, and I must say, this is the best bagel I’ve ever eaten!

Waited over 30 minutes for one cold bagel at midday on a Wednesday - so hardly peak time. Bagel was lovely, but wouldn’t visit again due to the wait. having now read the reviews - while I was waiting-this is normal. Also unnecessarily wrapped in paper.

We wanted a quick sandwich before visiting the Roman Baths and this place was perfect. Everybody could have a choice they liked and there was even a gluten free option for me, a coeliac. Good value for money in the city centre.

This cafe is small but still easily accommodated our party of 5. A good selection of breads and fillings, happy to make alterations to the menu items as each order is freshly made. Staff were pleasant and overall feel is good.

The interior of the establishment seemed a little bit aged, but(!)… the staff was very friendly and the bagels were really delicious. We highly recommend the falafel bagel!

Stumbled upon The Whole Bagel whilst looking for a place for lunch, and decided to give it a try. The menu is quite large and has a number of vegetarian and vegan options. The bagel bread is nice and not too soft, but not too hard either. Service was good and prices were very reasonable, so all in all a great find.

They say that good things come to those who wait... and this is definitely the case with The Whole Bagel. Let's begin with the obvious stuff: the bagel was delicious. I had the bacon and brie and it was great- fresh ingredients and well-made. The problem comes with the the wait time. (We visited on a Saturday lunchtime which is clearly their peak time. ) The Whole Bagel have a strange duel system where they are preparing for both take-away customers waiting by the counter and those who are sitting upstairs in the restaurant area. I feel they simply don't have the capacity with staff numbers and space to achieve this effectively. This unfortunately results in a very long wait time, both in simply getting your order taken, and then receiving the bagel. The bottom part of the shop also becomes crowded and is confusing for new people entering the shop to know where the queue begins and who has already ordered. I was one very hungry boy when I finally received my bagel which may have improved how good it tasted! The food is great. But if you're in need a quick bite, Whole Bagel may not the best option.

We were looking for lunch while meandering around Bath and found the whole Bagel with space upstairs. We ordered a salad and a prosciutto and brie bagel respectively. The two blueberry smoothies came quickly and wee super tasty. The food came a bit later. The salad was very plain, we expected more for the money in all honesty. I had asked how big the bagel was when ordering and when it turned up I wished I'd ordered two, it was slightly bigger than a McVities digestive biscuit! The filling was all very tasty but it was small. I also ordered a poppy seed bagel and it turned up with about 10 seeds on the top! All in all, fresh tasty food but all very small and disappointing value.

We came here twice during our trip to Bath and we only came for 2 days! We had bagels and baguettes, they were great, quite service and we sat in their courtyard to eat. Maybe a little bit more filling for the baguettes would be good! Recommend the Brie & Prosciutto and then Bacon & Brie!

I bet you’ve experienced it… a packed town, a hangry husband, endless food choices, and all you want is a trusted go to that you know will hit the spot. We’ve visited The Whole Bagel on more than one occasion now as we can get very indecisive in a state of hunger. Generally, we’re keen to try new places every time but The Whole Bagel keeps us coming back for more. We’ve tried many combinations of bagels but we’ve settled on our favourite: the dreamy Spanish Club. The ingredients always seem fresh and of a very high quality considering the price. It’s very customisable and i would say if you like a bagel then you DEFINITELY will love these ones! Can be busy at times, but staff seemed well equipped to cope with the lunch time rush. We’ve never been left waiting longer than 10 mins for our bagels, and boy they are worth the wait :)

Returned here having enjoyed these bagels during our last visit to Bath. We weren't disappointed, just as good as we remember! Would highly recommend the smoked salmon and avocado, yum yum!!

My third trip to the whole bagel after discovering this gem on a Bath day trip. Great to find such a lovely lunch spot which caters for coeliac requirements, as all of their fillings can be made with gluten-free bread and toasted. Will definitely keep returning!

Stopped here for a sandwich while exploring Bath street and was surprised by the delicious bagels. I had the Salmon and Avocado, which was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also had two really good smoothies, which was perfect for a summer day.

We waited at least 30 minutes for a Bagel , Tea and Coffee. We noticed customers who had ordered after us were having their order delivered before ours. Eventually the Bagel arrived but not the drinks, they came later by which time we were parched.The Ham and Swiss Cheese bagel was very nice. I had to ask for milk for the tea.We may try another visit in the future but very disappointed with our first visit. The staff were friendly and very apologetic about the delay, it was obvious our order had been forgotten.

My bagel was extremely dry, and not the one I asked for! The filling was average at best! For a place that specialises in bagels I was extremely disappointed considering the price too!

We have visited here a few times and it's a great little place. Lots of choice on the menu, my personal favourite is the New Yorker. It's not the cheapest place to go but service is always good and good quality ingredients.

Mi novio y yo estábamos visitando el baño por un día para ver los mercados navideños.Nos topamos con la tienda de bagels ya que no conocemos muy bien el área y no nos decepcionó.La señora que nos atendió fue muy servicial y conocedora, después de haber sido diagnosticada recientemente con enfermedad celíaca, no estábamos seguros de si iba a poder ordenar mucho; este no era el caso en absoluto.Utilizan un pan sin gluten en lugar de un bagel, ¡pero sabía increíble! ¡Fui por la opción española y fue el sándwich gf más sabroso que he probado hasta ahora! ¡Mi novio también disfrutó muchísimo del suyo!Lo recomiendo encarecidamente si estás en la zona, sin duda volveremos cuando estemos en Bath:)

Love this place. Recently started working in Bath and discovered The Whole Bagel about 2 mins away from work. Currently going through the menu as its only a small amount over £4 for a bagel and you get a lot and it's delicious. Each new filling a try is better than the last. Definitely try this place.

They have a great selection of 7 bagels and fillings to choose from. They also have a gluten free option and wraps. I have eaten here three times now and have enjoyed the food every time.

Smoked salmon, cream cheese, rocket etc on a seeded bagel, gorgeous, Followed by the chicken, bacon, club, tomato plus avocado bagel the next day, equally fab! You won't beat this for quality and a superb product!

fab little place which one of our friends had visited previously and recommended. Did not disappoint. The choice of fillings was as broad in range as you could hope for. Was visiting Bath and stumbled along this place for lunch. We had the Smoked Salmon bagel and the Spanish Club bagel and they were both delicious. Had a nice seat outside on the benches. We felt it was a very reasonable price for the quality, service and location (in Bath!!)

Having spent time walking around Bath we decided it was time for lunch. Walked passed many small cafes but The Whole Bagel drew our attention. We had a table for 4 upstairs. Very clean and tidy given there was a constant flow of diners. Loved the menu, loved the Sicilian bagel.

Sat in the cafe and nobody else was there, waited 10mins and had to go and ask if I could order. Sat waiting for 35 mins for my bagel to arrive and again had to go and ask if it was on its way, I was told his colleague forgot to make it so he was doing it now, by this point I'd been there for 45mins with nobody else there. Bagel magically appeared 5mins later with no apology.

Went in with friends looking for a quick bite to eat. Selection was good, although only 2 vegetarian options. The bagels then proceeded to take over 30 minutes to arrive. Once they did finally arrive, they were good, but slightly soured by the fact that they took so long.

Being gluten intolerant can be a pain when you’re not a fan of dry food but the gluten free sandwich I had here the other day was the best I’ve ever had. So much filling and extra tasty, I can’t wait to go back again! Only issue is that I would’ve liked to go and eat inside the cafe/restaurant bit they have but it was full- goes to show how good this place is.

We had spotted this place the night before and vowed to return for breakfast. We were not disappointed. The bagels were fresh-baked and there were many toppings available. The Americano coffee was excellent. There is seating inside (upstairs) and outside. The staff were very friendly and customer-focused.

We travelled from Bmth to Bath to see the Bath rugby match. We headed straight to the Bagel shop having been there before. Hoping for a sit down with a coffee and Bagel. I could see the barrier was up saying the seating area was full. I asked it we could wait and was told that it would be at least 25 minutes as everyone had just gone up! Really?! I placed our order and saw people coming down the stairs so asked if we could go upstairs. I was then told the prices were different which was fair enough I was happy to pay more but he told me the cafe had been closed for 10 minutes for the staff to re set!! As I opened my Bagel the seating area barrier was down and people were going up! We left very disappointed. Poor Service! Won’t return

Popped in when we were limited for time and needed a quick lunch. Very good bagels, fairly uninspiring sitting area (they need a door closer for the WC as many people leave it open). Great fruit smoothies. I did not understand why we had a little pot of crisps when we were served... No need for that. Stick to your bagels.

Such good, and fresh, food. Well worth a visit. I had the Spanish Club one, and my partner had the pulled pork one (but doesn’t like slaw so they kindly swapped it out for her with roasted peppers without charging - a rare gesture nowadays).

My wife and I went for a nice lunch found it by accident. What a nice well priced cafe staff were very friendly. My wife had the New Yorker and the pastrami let down the bagel. I had the pulled pork bagel which was great.

Discovered this shop a couple of days ago. We ordered two different bagels and a Caesar salad box - both to take away with us. Staff are friendly, efficient and very fast at getting orders ready. There is a fantastic range of different bagels you can choose from (would highly recommend the pulled pork and apple coleslaw!). You can select the type of bagel bread you wish to have. We were asked if we wanted extras on the salad such as dressings and croutons, this is great if you are trying to watch your waistline. Takeaway boxes are sturdy, there is seating upstairs and in the courtyard, but if you are in a rush or want to go to one of the many local beautiful parks of Bath, then this shop is ideal for efficiency, price and location. This may just become a regular stop off.... Do you do loyalty cards?

Perfect place for a lunch in Bath! Lots of fab choices of fillings and great that they have gluten free bread for people like me! Really tasty 😋

I ordered the New Yorker and my partner ordered the Swiss cheese. Both were filled to the brim with ingredients and tasted wonderful. Would definitely recommend.
