Hired the barn for a baby shower , setting was amazing , afternoon tea was well displayed and tasted lovely . Worth a visit

Average food visiting The Star today with friends,pleasant staff ,the pub a bit dark in decor and ambiance.Our food was nice and hot!very little gravy with meals ordered.Upon visiting the ladies toilets not a good site kicked in panel of wood!nasty toilet brushes in pool of water,generally in need of daily TLC, neglected!

Very nice staff and good atmosphere; background music is great. Dog friendly. Plenty of outdoor seating. Good position for a cuppa and cake while out and about in Cowbridge. Now offering fine foodfayre from the M&S range of delectables alongside the usual delectable selectables. Link your Waitrose card to the Nero app for some extra little benefits.

Nice place ,had lunch wellness bowl but I have to say half the plate was rice ,you can choose tuna or feta to go with salad and rice but when can was 1tbs if tuna .

Very helpful and polite staff! Nice coffee and birthday cake FREE! This is a standout branch as far as Costa are concerned. It's busy every time I visit. Table's could be a little cleaner is my only negative and that was because we wanted a window seat 💺. All good for me, I will return!
