Decided to go here having missed out on lunch earlier and it was very nearly closing time. The food and drinks were were great, the owners/staff were friendly and welcoming and it’s a fabulous setting, especially at the outside tables. Good value too

Lovely cafe - sandwiches were good, proper big mug of tea and a friendly owner. Great village as well. Ps a clean loo as well!

We visited for coffee and cake - good but at £12 for the two of us, quite expensive. We'd taken our own sanitising gel - none on the table or inside - but when we asked to 'wash our hands' were told there was no loo. No apology - just a broad smile. We were directed to the public lavatories at the top of the village. We thought all places serving food in the UK were obliged to provide these facilities - even when were not so Covid-conscious. I'll be taking this up with the local Council.

We were on holiday in Leyburn and decided to visit the Brewers Fayre for Sunday Lunch. Very pleasant staff greeted us and we had a very enjoyable Sunday lunch. Good variety of roasts and vegetables. Would suggest booking for Sunday lunch

A most welcoming village pub with a range of local beer and others on draughty. We were to early for meals but enjoyed a relaxing few hours in the pub

Costa are Costa and you get a good coffee but sometimes the staff let the experience down. Called on a Saturday afternoon. It was quiet. A smile and a bit of conversation would have been pleasant. Felt like we were being a nuisance for actually asking to be served! Plus, there were 3 staff on, few customers, but noone clearing the mucky tables! 🤷🏻♀️
