Great little pub tucked away off the main road. Good range of beers, lagers, spirits etc. The White Hart does not serve food, but is well attended by locals. The staff are friendly and welcoming as are the locals that we spoke to. We were stood up watching the England/Ireland game in the 6 nations as all the tables were occupied. A group of 5 ;ocals on a large table moved round and invited us to sit at the table with them, which we did, and got to enjoy the game and some local banter! Like all pubs in Bradwell the White Hart is dog & child friendly. I would definitely recommend this pub.

Called in for a couple drinks in January, lovely log fire, very welcoming. Prompt service and soon the place filled up. A really nice touch the landlady (just taken over the pub) brought sandwiches and pork pie to tables, excellent quality, and service like this is a rarity nowadays. Highly recommended.

Dropped in with friends for a cheeky pint or two before dinner. Nice little local which is very dog friendly. Reasonable selection of ales on tap - my favourite being the Hobgoblin. Smallish selection of pub grub but all looked decent - we didn’t have time to try any ! Popular with the regulars at the bar and a good atmosphere.

Fantastically warm and cosy atmospheric pub, full of character and history. Very friendly bar staff with quick service. Great background music too! Someone has good taste! Completely unpretentious venue, and clearly very popular with locals and visitors alike. We have felt welcome and comfortable on all our visits and particularly enjoy taking our drinks out to the little green opposite the pub and watching paragliders wheeling in the air above the hill nearby. Charming setting, nestled amidst pretty historic buildings. Take a few minutes to read the bittersweet dedications on the benches on the green - they'll make you smile.

The food is amazing. Hats of to Rick the chef.... I am not sure what nights or days they serve food but when they do, it is probably one of the best places to eat, and I have eaten a lot. The presentation is great and it tastes even better than it looks, I can not wait to go back. It might be worth booking as the pub does not have the biggest seating area. It is well run, and very welcoming. There is not a lot of parking space on the road outside and it is up a steep hill, but its well worth the visit.

After our hike nearby we stumbled upon this pub. We were welcomed by the landlady who was nice and friendly. As locals arrived at the pub you can tell they really enjoyed being at the pub and also a dog friendly pub. We ordered the homemade chicken and leek pie it was delicious! The gourmet burger and chips were also good. The landlady was very helpful to direct us to the nearest convenient store and recommended a bnb to stay in next time. Overall this was a wonderful find and we will visit again soon.

Was recommended this as a good place to have dinner that would be happy for us to bring our doggy companion. We found it very welcoming and the lady serving us was very nice and helpful. Good selection of ales and the food menu was very enticing. My partner and I shared the fish platter for starters and then each had the BBQ pork feast which was delicious in addition to being a very generous portion and reasonably priced. It had a very cosy atmosphere and we stayed for another drink. Would highly recommend.

Read the website whilst staying in the village to check. Last time we were in Bradwell the White Hart didn't serve food but we had since heard it had changed hands and now did. We looked at the menu on line before going and checked the serving times. When we arrived we were told they were not serving food, disappointing. The website should surely reflect what the place is offering.
