Popped in for a full English, Flat white and a cup of tea. Nice relaxed place, great sea views. Various food items purchased from menu and all were VFM and excellent.

Lovely reasonably priced restaurant down on the beach. Excellent food and service, plenty of nearby parking 😎 Restaurant new proprietors first summer season and now has table service. Brilliant out doors space and roomy characterful inside

Ordered kids fish fingers ,chips and beans OMG I wouldn’t feed that to my dog at least buy Birds Eye your still making a massive profit !!Shocking even the sea gull rejected it 🤦‍♀️

Looked at the menu in advance and saw they had gluten free burger buns and pizza bases, which as a celiac was great to see. When I got there they told me I could only have a chicken salad or chicken burger - nothing else from the whole menu. I of course understand there is always risk of contamination in a kitchen, but there was no explanation of processes and how they try to minimise these EG, perhaps difficult in a pizza oven so they have to do it in the oven instead. They flat out refused and said the chef ‘felt uncomfortable cooking for me’ unless it was those two dishes. The chef themselves didn’t come to speak with me, I was speaking to some poor girl who was about 15. They had things likes Nachos (corn) but said I couldn’t have them with no explanation. Confusing - why serve GF buns but then have burgers which were not GF??!! Service was very slow but the staff noticed this and took our drinks off the menu was very appreciated. I left so hungry.

A really lovely place to go if in the area, we just had coffee so can't comment on the food but it's a great place and the staff are all lovely. Shame breakfast isn't on until a bit longer though.

We had a great lunch, it was prompt with friendly service. Food was hot and delicious. I had the mussels with focaccia and it was some of the nicest mussels I’ve ever had. Others had the excellent fish and chips and burger. The chips are to die for. Bonus points for the water brought out to us without asking. All in all excellent. Can’t wait to come again to sample the pizzas next time!

Had a meal for two and four rounds of drinks. The menu that's been uploaded by someone here is out of date, pizzas now £2-3 more. Paid £33 for two pizzas, when the change came back it was short as they'd added a 10% service charge without asking & nothing mentioned on the menu. Pizzas had a large crust with no topping, but nice dough. the middle with the toppings was a bit soggy though. Could have done with a garlic dip or something for the crusts. Rounds of drinks each 1 white wine soda and 1 beer varied between £12.80 and £14.05.

Nice little place, upstairs to the Stonesreef bar with an outside beer garden/roof terrace, inside bar with live sports on tv with pool tables then a quieter dining area seperate to this with long windows overlooking Praa Sands beach - so there really is something to suit everyone. We had pizzas and a couple drinks after a day at the beach. The pizzas and garlic bread were unreal (still dreaming about the cheese pull haha!) Great flavour and decent sizes to share. Definitely recommend if staying in the area!

Was down the road from where we stayed. Not a massive menu but food superb. Can recommend fish and chips or the chili nachos. Had table looking out to sea. So relaxing watching the sea while eating. Staff very friendly. Orthodox a visit

Me and My Fiancé went for a bite to eat the staff where cheerful and friendly the atmosphere was relaxed but still well occupied. The views of the beach where amazing . My Fiancé had the chorizo pizza and it looked amazing . I had the house salad with grilled chicken and it was beautiful. service was quick as well . Really nice place overall .

Just been for breakfast it was really nice everything hot and cooked really well ,no trace of fat on our plates after we finished.would recommend to anyone .

Very nice pizza the staff were very nice the view was outstanding but welloe please do not follow your other place the Victoria inn with your extortionate price of sparkling wine The mark up was too much and changed our minds about coming to you the next night for dinner

Visited Sat night for a birthday meal not busy but welcoming. Fish was cooked fresh and plenty of it. Good range of beers and dog welcoming. Only slight drawback was they turned the coffee machine off so no coffee after 9pm otherwise very good.

Fantastic location with fantastic views on a wild winter morning. The food was excellent (full English, small English & eggs Benedict) piping hot and generous portions all very well presented. The service was both prompt and friendly from the lovely Ilona who definitely deserves a pay rise. Can’t recommend this place highly enough and in the words of Arnie the Terminator “I will be back”

First visit to the welloe and what a place and a find a cracking place and awesome food had a pizza 🍕 and it was very big and thoroughly delicious my wife the chicken burger also looked delicious as well a must visit when in praa sands also like to mention the staff very friendly and service with a smile along with excellent service with the food

What a difference a change in management makes - a huge improvement in this case. A clean, bright space overlooking the sea. Staff were welcoming and friendly, service was prompt with a wide choice of drinks. Menu had a shorter choice but suspect it’s a case of everything on it being delicious - we visited once for dinner and once for breakfast and the food both times was outstanding. Anyone that visited this place under its Sandbar guise and was put off….reconsider! It’s like a new venue and I highly recommend.

Came in for dinner and must say the food was good. Ambience less so. A lot of discarded food on the floor, which really shouldn't be left to linger. And a lot of dogs, including one on our visit which was just left to wander around. It actually made some headway with the food on the floor, but didn't add to our dining experience. I wouldn't rush to return to this place.

This is a great little place. Right on the beach with the most fabulous views - can’t beat it. We ate here 3 times - really tasty pizza, chips, burgers and fish and chips. Great iced coffees too. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good service. Super fog friendly too - complete with dog treats. We will definitely return on our next hols.

Yesterday, I gave a 1 star, now deleted review, as the restaurant had not opened for breakfast and I vowed never to return. Glad I did, we had a really great lunch at a reasonable price in a fantastic setting and the staff performed well in busy circumstances. For their first full season , remarkable and will definately return and hope they will let me side step slice of humble pie.

Changed from what it used to be, The Sandbar. Typical beach bar side pub, nothing special, it’s functional and has a fabulous view over Praa Sands. Food is good although my chicken salad was chewy but in fairness they were apologetic and wanted to give me my money back, but I told them to put it in charity tin on the bar!

This place is absolutely fantastic. We stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant while visiting Praa Sands. The pizza was gorgeous, the views were amazing and the staff were superb. I wish we had found this place sooner!

What a fantastic experience! Massive light and spacious restaurant/bar with views directly over the beach and sea. Bar was extremely well stocked with a fantastic range of drinks and great cocktails with local ingredients We all had pizzas.. we eat a lot of pizzas and these were really good.. chewy, fresh, hot. Staff lovely, food served quickly. Returning tomorrow eve for much of the same

The most amazing grandson birthday experience and the staff simply amazing ( nothing was too much ). Food fabulous ( pizza from heaven and had the thumbs up from my son who himself is a head chef ). The ambiance is second to none and when the lovely staff brought the cake out for my grandson he was chuffed to bits and made to feel so special Definitely a favourite place to go xx

What a beautiful spot! The pizzas were so tasty with a lovely variety of toppings. Great selection of beers and ciders, and the service was excellent. The whole place looks fresh and inviting. Highly recommend!
