Absolutely wonderful food and service. Great mothers day roasts and the chef catered for my daughters request for a dessert not on the menu. The beef and lamb were so tender and loved the veg and the Yorkshire pudding which was as big as a soup bowl. Thanks Kiko and team

Amazing food. Massive portions, no way to eat them whole. Everything taste fresh, full of flavours and just delicious. Chef will work around your needs/adjustments with no problem, you can tell him your favourite ingredients and he comes out with great dishes 😍 Recommend for family outing, playground in the outside area is a big plus for parents who want to eat tasty food while children play 😋

We arrived just before 3pm and were the last to be served food. I was nervous that we’d get some kind of ‘leftover’ dishes but all of our food was excellent and freshly made. The staff were very attentive and polite, too. The only slight annoyance was that the music was pretty loud, so most of the customers had to talk really loudly to compete with it.

I’ve never been so disgusted by the service we received here and in the end, the service ended in us walking out. We emailed in advance to book a table for 6 of us for a Thursday night. We were there from 8:30 to 10pm and we were served once and received 1 round of drinks, whilst the tables around us had glasses piled up on their tables from being served regularly throughout the night. During that time we approached the bar at least 4x. The final time resulted in a woman, I think with a Scottish accent coming to serve us. When she approached us she didn’t say hello, she didn’t apologise, she was extremely stand offish. On ordering, one of the girls asked what beers were on tap. The waitress mockingly laughed, and said “seriously” in a sarcastic tone that was extremely condescending and patronising which left us all speechless, awkward and uncomfortable. We were that taken aback by the treatment that we actually just walked out after she left our table. It was honestly a horrible experience. It was our first night out after lock down. It felt like the staff didn’t care at all for us as customers. They were more concerned with the other tables ( that had far more than 6 people on each) that I can only assume were regulars since at points we saw a waiter sit down and join them on the tables briefly. We were polite and patient but were not met with the same tone. I can understand things get busy and it’s difficult coming back after a long time shut down. But all it takes is an apology and some sort of effort to remedy the situation? Instead we were treated as major inconvenience. We were at the pub 90 minutes and received one round, which is pretty astonishing. I don’t know who is in charge of running this pub. But customers should not be treated as we were. I hope that my review is taken seriously because it’s just not okay to treat and speak to people like that.

Called the pub to ask if we needed to book a table . Told 'no' they were not taking bookings but just turn up at 20.00 . Cycled 4 miles and arrived at about 19.45 and greeted by a couple of lovely young bar staff , given a menu and explanation of the process of ordering etc (as per Covid). Went to bar at 19.55 (CLOSES FOR FOOD ORDERS AT 20.45),told sorry Chef has shut up kitchen . There were at least 4 people waiting to order food having been given menus . Chef can clearly be seen drinking his beer in background . Ask who is DPS (Designated Premises Supervisor ) and he will not be in till 22.30 to cash up . I have to say the 3 very young bar staff were very polite but had no idea that the DPS should be contactable at all times. The 'Chef' I spoke to later in the bar and he was clearly well oiled, bit of a difficult conversation as he did not speak much English . Very disappointing for a pub I have been going to for years but I do notice its up for sale so please please someone but this pub which has huge potential and keep the 'Welly' Arms going .

A local venue my brother and his family use. I drive over to see my Dad, before he flies back home. I'd not been in this pub for many a year, but was immediately impressed with the decor and the two fin and friendly ladies working that night. Easy to notice an excellent array of Ales, predominantly Brakspear, as well as a vast selection of lagers. The Guinness we had was top drawer. My Dad, having been here a couple of times already in recent days, recommended the chicken burger, which along with the fries and coleslaw was very good indeed. A proper chicken breast and the meals were very nicely presented. The kind lady made my Dad a superb Irish coffee to end a very nice evening.

We moved into the Bracknell area recently and someone recommended this pub to us. We were pleasantly surprised by how much it suited our tastes - nice welcome, attractive decor, pleasant efficient service, interesting menu and good food (we ate 3 courses each) and not too expensive. They have a new chef, which the locals were saying has made a huge difference. Will definitely give it another try, in the not too distant future.

We arranged to meet friends here for a few drinks after dinner as it was a rare warm evening and we all live locally. Being a Sunday evening last orders were at 10.30pm and the bell was rung to let everybody know. Last drinks were bought and many people including us were chatting outside on the decking area, the patio heaters and lights were switched off and then a very rude staff member came out and told us all VERY rudely to leave now. We politely asked if we could just finish our drinks, he said no we had to leave now. We were all really shocked & taken aback by his attitude. We fully appreciated that it was Sunday evening and therefore earlier closing but a more tolerant and a friendlier approach could have been taken by this gentleman. Instead it has left such a nasty taste that we wont ever go back.. .we were spoken to like we were a group of beligerent children. Totally unacceptable.

Came here as near to where my friend lived. It seemed ok, but as the evening went on it got busier with "white van men" who got louder and louder. There was a family with 2 young teenagers just lounging in the bar on i-pads occasionally shouting at their parents. The food was pretty poor, nachos were cheap and cheerful, and my friend had a meat pie that had been microwaved so pastry was inedible. They did not charge for that but my friend left hungry. To be honest we just felt intimidated by all the loud people in the bar and left as soon as possible.

I live 100 Mts away from the Welli so it is very convenient when I have business visitors that I take them there. Today was my first visit since the new menu and it is such a shame. The new menu is essentially burgers with a few specials. Normal pub grub favourites have been removed. The beer is still good, and the outside space will ensure it is always popular in the summer, but not as a place for something to eat.

Very impressed with both service and food. Atmosphere was very nice with not too loud music and very soothing decor. Fresh flowers on the table. You had to order food at the bar which was quick and easy. First course I had camembert which was the right temperature served with warm fresh bread, delicious. My son had nachos which was a large portion and very tasty. I then had beer battered fish which was really well presented with lovely crispy batter arounda large fish perfectly cooked. My son and daughter in law both had the scampi and I have to say that none of us finished it but only because we were full. I had to make room for the Turkish delight cheesecake and vanilla ice cream and I was glad I did. Overall a very nice experience and I would definitely go back again and recommend this bar/pub/restaurant.

So you have shopped until you dropped in the Marks and Spencer/Tesco Centre in Camberley and you need a Pub Lunch, well you have a choice of the M & S or Tesco Cafe's, well you do not have to just make the detour to Sandhurst which is about a mile and a half and there you will find THE WELLINGTON ARMS which is a welcoming Hotel / Pub which provides good food and good drink,it is also a Hotel but I can not comment on that having not used that part of the house. I have always said that the manager/licensee is the driving force of any establishment and at "THE WELLY" the point is proved, The draught Beer is first class and the food, Pub Lunch, was served with the usual mixed salad which in many cases appears to be the left overs from the previous day but the "Side Salad" that accompanied my sausage and onion baguette (£5.95) and the freshness of my wife's baked potato.with cheddar cheese (£4.95) shone out, my beer was first class and the attention to detail given by the manager and staff was also first class, Yes it is well worth the detour when in the area. Total cost for Food and Drinks £19.75 well worth the visit..try it you will be very surprised

Admittedly we were only calling in for a pub meal having seen how busy it was in the garden, and maybe that was the problem that they had been so busy, but the food was pretty average, the tables hadn't been cleared for what seemed ages, and the food came out without any cutlery. When we asked for cutlery we were directed to where should have collected it from, only to find there wasn't any, so we had to ask again. The crispy potato in the prawn salad was soft and luke warm, and the 'large' portion of homemade chili was small and at £9, definitely overpriced. Will not be visiting there again in a hurry.

Place was busy but queues were made worse by the lack of attention or interest shown by the lady behind the counter! Visited The Manor for the first time in many months. The thing that used to set here above other Wetherspoons was the staff. They always appeared a happy and polite team. Whilst there were some familiar staff who were as friendly and efficient as ever, some new faces were very blunt and to the point. We even heard two staff chatting and they seemed to be competing to see who had the "best" story about being rude to a customer....
