Very helpful staff. Food tasty and well presented. Not a lot of atmosphere but our stay was Monday and Tuesday.

Good food and beautiful surroundings with the lake. Attentive service and no long waits, yet unhurried atmosphere. We will return no doubt.

We were a large group of 80 people of Indian origin and enjoyed our experience at the restaurant. The chef and the kitchen staff went out of their way to serve us vegetarian food at every meal We enjoyed the hospitality and service The waiting staff were exemplary in their service with their friendly disposition

We headed to Frensham Great Pond for a nice day out and planned to find a restaurant for lunch. We found this hotel and restaurant with convenient parking and as the kids were hungry we ventured in as the food looked good on photos we’d seen online. It was a strange set up. It felt like more of a conference room than restaurant. The food was ok, but certainly not worth what we were charged unfortunately. A very distinct lack of seasoning on all dishes. The service was great and very professional, but the food fell below the mark, especially for the amount we were charged. The bar menu was more inviting and cheaper. Also, I regret to say that I suffered an upset stomach within an hour of eating here which lasted the rest of the day. Definitely needs attention, has potential to be really nice, especially at this location.

I've stayed for 4 nights in the hotel this week and dined in the restaurant each evening. Anton has been amazing. Super friendly and superb at his job. Remembers what I like to drink. A real credit to the restaurant!

Stayed a couple of times and the staff are always really attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast has been served by Anton every time I have stayed and is always delicious. Fried eggs are perfection. Would recommend!

Beautiful view and really amazing friendly staff, the menu was what u would expect from a pub burgers, steaks, currys their are some vegetarian options if you are that way inclined. Over all a very peaceful relaxing meal

A great stay. Outside doesn’t do it justice. The place is clean and the furniture is modern. Staff very friendly and breakfast was good. We didn’t dine as at a wedding.

A beautiful place on the water in the middle of nature. The staff is very nice and very helpful. I grant them wholeheartedly that it is busier here in the summer months

I booked at table for 10 pp. We drive one hour on the other way of our destination to have a meal at Watermark and when we arrive they say the kitchen is close the say to us they can only make a sandwich for us 😑😵‍💫. Why you take online reservation for food if the kitchen is close. Very disappointed. I had to find a other restaurant for my family ASAP and for 10 pp last minute wasn't easy. Definitely not recommend

Delicious Sunday Roast, the beef was just cooked perfect and the freshly steamed vegetables just made it yummy

The food here was very nice and fresh for both lunch and dinner. The breakfast however was rather disappointing.

Amazing Sunday roast dinner served by the friendly and attentive waiter Dhruv. The vegetables and cauliflower cheese were cooked deliciously and complimented the selection of beef, pork and chicken. Nothing was too much trouble even when extra gravy and Yorkshire puddings were requested. We were left so full but the cheese board looked so appetising that they offered to make us a smaller version which was just enough to share with the others. The views of the pond from the restaurant were great, we will definitely be visiting again!

Sceptical after reading reviews, but decided to give it a try. Sunday roast was very good, quality products, plentiful and served hot. Service was friendly and prompt. We couldn't ask for anything more. Well done.

Awful service, waited over half an hour just for an aperitif. Food was average, at best. No atmosphere, very clinical

Pictures and reviews did not at all reflect the quality of food we received. Quote misleading. Heated up pub food and shop-bought olives/hummus. Service was great otherwise.

Vish was fantastic all throughout meal. Very attentive and made the meal for us.
