The waitress was really nice the general manager, was a bit weird talking about murder and the holocaust, out loud, if I was Jewish I would of been offended. Food was okay abit burnt and dry.

Visited for a veggie roast. Menu didn't include what the vegan roast consists off (it wasn't much) and the waitress insured us the will put more on the plate of other things such as potatoes. Reasonably priced Free parking WiFi Clean toilets Kid friendly

Nice pub to enjoy a great breakfast, buffet with plenty of choice of everything, hot food was well cooked and good quality. Welcoming staff and a relaxed atmosphere.

The bar staff were very attentive to my needs and prompt in service, they knew who was next in line as the place was busy with drinkers and dinners,Caitlin and Sam did a brilliant job covering the bar and the diners and a nice bit of banter was had with the 2 off them,will definitely go back again,well done.

As a group of local residents we have been dining here on a regular basis since it opened about 15 years ago. The quality of food can vary depending on who's on the microwave. But the staff are usually l good and very pleasant. Yes, as card holder's we had the 40% discount but we didn't expect the portions to be 40% smaller. Clearly company policy but fish pie in a small cereal bowl with a few peas, 3 pieces of chicken in a curry, and a burger the size of tiny mug. We think you've lost the plot.

Very disappointed evening. Very slow service, exceptionally small portions, even forgot one of the main meals, although the waiter did apologise and said it was his fault. I had to go and ask for someone to take our order for sweets as we had waited so long. The whole experience was a complete let down.

Several vegan options available. The vegan cheeze and onion pie was lovely. All staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Ewalina was our main member of staff and she could not have been more helpful. Just a lovely experience all round. I will be returning with family. The place was also very clean and tables were cleared as soon as diners left the establishment. Ewalina needs a special thank you.

Overpriced rubbish, the food quality was weatherspoons level with a high price, I do not recommend.

As ever the meal was good value for money served by a lovely lady name of Kiera who was friendly, attentive and genuinely enhanced our dining experience.

The worst Sunday roast ever. Prawn cocktail had no taste , garlic mushrooms were greasy , Sunday roast we never got half the stuff we should of had . It says hand carved meat , probably was before it went into a packet then to top it all off charged wrongly. Only thing nice about the place staff was friendly

The Warrener is a great place to eat. The food is good and the service and ambiance is very relaxed and comfortable. Our waitress, Kiera, was very polite and welcoming as were all the staff we encountered. I booked a table when we left for the future.

Very pleasant sunday meal for mothers day. Our waitress Bonnie was very attentive and smiley. The place was very busy but service was good.

The Warrener restaurant is amazing! It’s a must for breakfast, lunch and dinner! We have done all and we absolutely love it! Sarah the manager is amazing! Lovely lady who couldn’t do enough for us! Wonderful team. Never once had a bad experience in over the 200 visits we have done in 3 years ! Ps… Sarah you deserve a pay rise!!!

Great service made very welcome by Conor could not have done more to make it an enjoyable birthday meal with friends. Even presented us with a card and box of chocolates. Thank you ! Though did notice the food portions were smaller than last visit.

Lovely service from Lucy M, attentive without being intrusive. Unfortunately the roast beef had sold out, but we both had burgers instead which were good.

Met a friend for breakfast who introduced me to this lovely place. As soon as you walk through the door it has such a lovely warm amd welcoming atmosphere. The staff are so lovely and friendly. We chose the all you can eat breakfast and it did not disappoint. The sausages are so yummy and they cooked the eggs fresh for us. The breads and pastries are so soft and fresh. Lovely fresh fruits, yoghurts, cereals, orange juice and apple juice, teas and coffees. Just so many options. I loved it so much I just had to take my family the following day. They thoroughly enjoyed it!!! Definitely our new go to.

Nice Premier Inn restaurant and bar. Good for a meeting with lots of bays and tables well spaced. Drinks were good and service was very good.

Visited this pub as it is connected to the Premier Inn Thetford - the usual arrangement that food as part of the hotel booking was included in the price of the hotel stay, but the pub is, apparently, a separate business. Nice pub but could do with a refurb - tables and chairs were wonky with some chairs being so worn out they were uncomfortable to sit on (ripped/worn out fabric covers). Our evening meal was lovely; the breakfast buffet the next day was also spot-on. The only real criticism is we were originally shown to the rear of the restaurant at a massive table for 8 (when there was only four of us; mum dad and two young children). I did get the impression that we were ushered through to this table as it was where the families were sitting. Sadly, there was the usual assortment of people who can't control their kids behaviour in a restaurant and were causing a nuisance to other diners by running around and making a noise. My kids are no angels but they do know how to behave in a restaurant so we asked to be sat at a table for four in the main part of the restaurant. This request seemed unexpected from the staff member who agreed to re-seat us. Hey ho!

We visited the Warrener for a family meal out. The staff were excellent and very attentive. Good atmosphere and nice food. We were looked after by Scott who was pleasant and attentive we couldn’t have asked for better. When we go back we hope that Scott is our server for the evening then as well.

Excellent service and nice food - Lucy M was particularly helpful and attentive. Staying over after a hard days work, this was exactly what I needed.

Our server Ewelina was absolutely great, such a lovely lady. Food was spot on and the co tail was served in unique and funny way.

We met up with friends at the Warrener for a birthday, and enjoyed the meal. We had a guy called Charlie serve us for the evening. He was very helpful and sorted all our needs with professionalism. He was chatty and kind for the duration....

I'm a regular at the Warenner and have absolutely no complaints. Caitlin on bar always serves me with a smile and enthusiasm. Her Irish coffees are the best! The other servers Josh, Kiera,Bonnie,Conor, Michelle, Scott and Sam always do a fantastic job every single time I visit. Jules on the desk in reception is always lovely too :))

***Update*** 23/02/2024 - The service from Conor was really good considering it seemed quite busy, especially on the food side of things. All our culinary and drink specifications were met and exactly what we asked for, which mirrors my previous visit; so I cannot fault The Warrener or their staff. Our main courses arrived quickly and my Chicken Tikka Masala was very tasty indeed. No complaints from my entire party regarding the food. My only minor critisism is that the table menu did not say anything whatsoever regarding the offer being ‘two meals for £11.99’ on main courses until 6pm Monday to Friday. If my mother-in-law hadn’t of searched online on the off-chance and found this out, we would have ended up paying a substantial amount more; and this needs to be rectified I feel. Thank you for your service and myself and my family will once again return :) Date of visit: 21/10/2023 - The service from Ewelina was excellent.. above and beyond in my opinion. My Hotdog was extremely tasty and the Peri Peri dip was fiery (hot) to say the least. All very reasonably priced and my wife and I will definitely return now that we have our loyalty card, which was upsold to us very professionally at the end of our meal by Ewelina - Thank you !

Please bear in mind the restaurant was not busy with a maximum of 6 tables actually being sat and eating. So we got to the restaurant and it took a while for us to get seated the young gentleman (lovely fella) sat us however while being seated im assuming the manager was shouting over the bar rather rudely to him while (there was another tattoo’s younger lady rushing around serving patrons sitting at the bar bless her she looked like she needed a little hand) which already set the tone of the evening, then while being sat it took a while for someone to come and ask for our drinks, and we assumed it was due to lack of staff however we noticed two younger staff one male and one female just standing at the till round the corner chatting. We placed our drinks and 20 minutes later we never received our drinks nor did the two gentleman sitting next to us who were sat near us and they were sat before us. So our table got up and left. In total really not worth going here you want a nice family meal out.

Where do I begin! First of all absolutely disgusting service. Staff were all miserable, not helpful. Wouldn’t ever go back! Went to the bar to get drinks and they run out of pink gin (Gordon’s) and the manager and the bartender said thank god for that can’t deal with that anymore. Not offering any alternatives or anything. (Bit Rude) Ordered food. Waited for over an hour for starters wasn’t busy or anything, when the starters came out we had to grab our own knife and forks, but there was no forks so had to wait for 10 minutes for them, and when the waitress bought them out she didn’t hand them to us, she put them in the basket on the table and had to grab them ourselves. During our long boring wait , we had no one come over and ask if we’re okay or anything, would you like anymore drinks or anything! Another hour had passed for our main, again not busy at all, when it came out , no apologies for sitting there hungry and bored. Another 45 mins waiting for out deserts, we had to ask the miserable waiter where our food was and she wasn’t bothered at all, she went to find out and waited another 10 mins. whilst waiting we see her serving other tables she bought them out and she said they’ve just made them! No apologies or anything absolutely disgusting service. I don’t have high expectations but stone me it was Horrendous!!!

We stayed at the Premier Inn adjacent to the Warrener for 2 nights. On the second night we visited the Warrener for dinner and some drinks. Prices were reasonable, and the service was prompt and friendly.
