If you want to vomit and feel ill all day go here! No hygiene at all, they serve rotten, gone off sour drinks at top prices. I purchased an matcha drink that once I got on the train I noticed was completely off and mouldy with bits of spoiled milk churning around with mould. Unfortunately I drank some before noticing, vomit inducing taste, felt so ill all day! Vile place. They do not respond to complaints either.

Spent £4.20 on a coffee to have on the train. Before I had a sip the bottom of the cup fell out, covering my legs in coffee. Perfect for a cold morning. If you're charging such exorbitant amounts, at least invest in proper cups that don't explode.

I don't mind paying over the odds for breakfast at a station. I chose this over Prets as it is a local company. Had the weakest not chocolate ever and sent it back. It was still all milk and no chocolate. Had a pre cooked bacon roll that was microwaved and served cold in the middle. Bacon was greasy and bland. If you are going to Brighton walk pass this place and head to Joliffes in The Lanes for great quality food at a cheaper price .

Coffee is brilliant. Friendly staff. But the bacon sandwich. I'd rather have it cooked, I'd eat a pig raw in the woods if I want ed it like that. Clueless. Took one look at it straight in bin, not even a bite.

Nice and clean unlike the Pret next door. Good customer service and beautiful decor. The food is nice and the coffee is really good.

Very decent coffee for us both for our journey home, I’ve had too many bad coffees from previously unheard of local coffee places at stations so this was a real bonus - I only wish I could’ve got another on the train as I started to dip halfway home. A flat white and an espresso much enjoyed but a mark off for the size served, the smallest I’ve seen.

Whilst waiting for our train, we strayed into the waiting room. I had cuppuccino and a baguette, and the coffee and the baguette were awesome. Friendly people, good food, what more can you ask for when waiting?

I've only had good experiences at TWR at Brighton St. and I've been visiting regularly since it opened. It's a great place to meet people before heading into Brighton, it's a lovely place to wait for a train, and it's trendy and they make good coffee. They have plug sockets and books, should you need them. They always have interesting cakes and drinks available, and I regularly buy raw brownies in there, for the train home. I noticed this week that they are now offering AeroPress and V60 coffee, which is excellent! I love both of these methods for home brewing and it's nice to see them available outside. They also sell AeroPress filters, which is a gold nugget of a find. I'm guessing that this is because of safety concerns, but it always bothers me that there's no bin. They have a metal tray, but I feel bad putting my rubbish in there. The wooden tables are wonderful, and there's always enough room to spread your stuff out, if you're having a read, or doing some drawing/studying.

If you can remember i'ts there and find it in the first place, the waiting room is ok if you need to grab a quick coffee and croissant before work or waiting for your train or friends. A good selection cakes, crisps, snacks and hot drinks. A bit pricey and seating / tables made out of wood and not at all comfortable! Definitely needs updating to attract waiting customers. Personally not my idea of a place to wait. I prefer the other one which is a bit more homely.

They have wifi, but it's not very good. The staff are nice. It's no longer called 'The Waiting Room', it's now the Passenger Lounge and the google maps reference is wrong as well, but I'm letting trip advisor know that, so by the time you read this, it may have been corrected. The cafe is in the station and it can be quite chilly, especially when they leave the door open. The food, drinks and atmosphere are good, just a bit noisy with the train announcements.

Owned by the same people the Flying Coffee Bean, which is also on Brighton Station. The coffee is great, and the bacon or sausage sandwiches not bad at all! Also a nice selection of cake bars.

Cute little café in the station. The coffee was great and had lots of cakes on offer. I did feel that it was a little pricey however and there wasn't a lot of seating. I did like that there was books around to browse and games although the games were all missing parts. I loved the waiting room feel.

The Waiting Room cafe at Brighton Station, opened just a few weeks ago, is excellent. The friendly and attentive staff serve a range of coffee that hits the spot every time. Their lattes and double machiattos are up there with the best coffee shops in town, and I've tried them all. Popping in for a drink, you are immediately drawn to the range of food on offer, and all of it looks delicious, from the pastries to the soup to the baguettes to the potato wedges. A favourite of mine is the chorizo melt, which is a highly generous treat in a bun, with the added option of gherkins. Who could refuse? And all for £2.85! The seating area is spacious and generous and, whilst seated, you can stay in touch with your train news via the speaker on the wall, which, happily, is not intrusive. There is even a children's area, plus books on the shelves and free wi-fi. I ate my melt and sipped my machiatto whilst looking out on the vista of the newly improved station. Truth to tell, I have returned several times to The Waiting Room when I haven't even got a train to catch, and I have the stamps on my loyalty card to prove it. It really is a cool place to relax in. It is stylish and full of ambience. Go there, I urge you. You are certain to return.

The sheer size of this pub is awesome. It epitomises the concept of a sports bar with TV's everywhere. There is tons of security so it is safe, and great service at the bar. Wonderful!
