Ordered for delivery 16.45 to 17.00 hrs. Pizza turned up at 16.10. Guy offered to come back but I expected same pizza back later so took it. Just about cold, tasteless cheesy chips also cold and bland. Really sorry to say worst pizza we have had 80% of pizza gone in bin total waste of money.

App says 'create your own pizza £9.99' Went in last night asked for a chicken pizza with sweetcorn on 1 half and apparently they couldn't do it as we didn't order online, what kind of rubbish is that? So just because we walked in and ordered, they couldn't put a handful of sweetcorn on? Absolute joke.

I ordered a takeaway delivery on wednesday 23/10/24 and it hadn't arrived after an hour and a half, I called back, I was told it was on it's way, two hours later the curry arrived, I paid the full amount £16:40 got my meat balti, steamed rice and three chapatis. It was freezing cold, the rice had to be binned straight away as I personally do not reheat rice, the chapaties were cold I put them in the airfryer for a couple of minutes, they came out hot but dry. The curry had to be microwaved. It tasted lousy, horrible, the salt in it seemed too much the heat was not natural tasting, simply because it had been overcooked in my microwave. Your fault..you may be saying.......well... if I wanted a microwave meal I could have bought a good one for a fiver, but I didn't want a microwave meal I wanted a takeaway freshly cooked meat balti. All in all a very bad experience and will not be ordering again...EVER!!!!!

The world has gone mad. This would have been over £80 without discount. Robbers. 3 pizza and a couple of starters £56 😂😫… to have COLD starters that were half cooked. Going on all the previous reviews of 1 it’s clear management are blind or in denial. Shocking.

Ordered £35 worth of food. The app said it had been delivered when it definitely hadn't! Turned up after an hour, luke warm and had to go in a microwave. Staff unhelpful, delivery drive clueless, customer services gave me a voucher after I had already told them I would never order from Hemsworth again!! No refunds given. Should have asked for a Papa John's voucher instead!!! Avoid if you want a no-hassle experience within a decent time scale and warm food!

Lovely food helpful and friendly staff. Never been before but booked for 4 of us. The food was lovely and the staff very attentive. Even had a laugh with us when we asked for chopped up green chillies. Big mistake mouth was on fire.

Second time ordered both times wrong food terrible service

Pizza had raw onion and jalapeños thrown on.. Overheard staff mention somebody had ordered and not collected so i'm assuming i got the left over pizza which looks to have been butchered to match my customisations. Pizza was luke warm even though i had arrived before it was ready to collect via app and box was covered in sauce which has never happened before so had been messed with.. just a handful of raw onion and jalepenos thrown on to a cold pizza.

Great family restaurant, always friendly staff the food is good quality, if you want a good meal with nice atmosphere this restaurant is always the top of my list.

We went to the Viceroy to celebrate a friends 60 th birthday. It was easy to book a table for 12, no deposit requested, no fuss. Good choice of dishes on the menu. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The giant family nan breads were impressive. We all had a great night, thanks to Safi and the rest of the staff.

Food came and it was all freezing cold, chips tasted like they was warmed up from night before, pizza stook to top off box and boxes looked like they had been stamped on, complained waited another hour for replacement food still not food after another hour wait 2 hours from when I ordered food

Just ordered a takeaway for the 20th+ time, (was previously one of our local favourites), and sad to say the previous good online prices with automatic 10% discount for all online orders over £15 has gone, and unfortunately so has the service... The meal was delivered for a fee, but then critically missed the key rice dish, which had to be redelivered, and the lamb bhuna dish disappointingly had a strong taste of beef... The 10% discount is now only given for cash collections...so beware, and we will only use Just Eat for the Viceroy in the future, which does offer online discounts... We will find another for deliveries and hope this helps others..

This is the 2nd issue in 3 months. The app says it's delivered then it finally arrives 30 mins later and not very hot. Very hungry after waiting over an hour so ate anyway. When you call they say 5 mins and it's not. Not sure I will give them a 3rd chance.

very bad delivery service, waited 50 mins for delivery so i called them up and they’ve had to make me new food..?

Said delivered on tracker had to ring up as it wasn’t delivered . They said they couldn’t find the Adress which they know as they’ve been before . Sent the same food which was freezing the chips were stone cold tasted awful never again

Delivery said 6mins on tracker but over an hour wait for a cold pizza and no drink. Told by driver that they’ll send the drink with our next order - so never going to get that. Tried to stop the driver before he left as pizza was stone cold on arrival; called the store and was told the driver would be back to “assess” whether that’s the case. Offered to return myself and was told no by the store. Been 20mins since that and still waiting. First time ordering from here and likely the last.

Pizza was good chicken wasn’t very nice

Sadly we had a very bad experience. Order placed through the app and was showing as out for delivery. A 6 minute journey took over 30 minutes with the driver tracking showed him heading in the wrong direction. Well it arrived luke warm. The cheese in the stiffed crust was nearly solid. Spoke to the store and was told another order would be made straight away and be sent out asap and to send the order back with the driver. Another 40 minutes later and it still hadnt arrived, called the store to be told it would be another 15 minutes before the order was even ready. Shocking customer service.

Over an hours wait, to get a pizza which looks like has been in a box that was stepped on. Thank you a lot Domino's, for the prices being charged I'd expect at least more care with food delivery

Ordered a pizza for collection as we know therr delivery is a joke had an email at 7.14pm to go collect , when got there they had lost our pizza so had to wait for another one to be made 757pm when we left the shop gets it home wring order what a joke so it's going back ....Dominoes sort it out !!!!!

False advertising rip off. Impossible to use app. Deals advertised for £29.99 delivered but was charged £36 with no cost breakdown. Also other deal clearly says 40% off EVERYTHING (dominoes words) then excludes EVERY side, drink and desert. So just 40% off pizza then 🙄 Have reported to trading standards, it's blatent false advertising. Will never use again.

Do not order if you want to receive your food within 1hr 30 of ordering it. Sunday night ordering at 11.20pm and still without pizza at 12.35am. Store closed 35mins ago!? Personally not ordering from this store again.

Never get my order right always missing ingredients everytime I complain I never get compensation so I don't order dominos unless it's for collection n I'll check the entire order in-store or car usually it's wrong either way

Slowest delivery I've ever had, said it had been delivered on app but then 25 mins later it turns up, everytime I order nothing goes right, I'm gonna have to not order from here anymore and would advise no one to order from here, shocking !

Either don’t turn up with full order or then don’t bother to cut pizza or try fob you off 100ml ice cream when it states on the meal deal 500 for them to try still getting out of it haven’t a clue surprised they even know how to cook the food !!

Ordered a vegan pepperoni pizza to find they had made an actual pepperoni one this was after they had already missed it from the order. Yet the store argue it’s not possible. One of the other pizzas we ordered was vegan as well and they look nothing alike. As a meat eater previously I know what real pepperoni is like.

You still owe us the cookies , garlic bread and dip we paid for and rung about that you said you was gonna send out but still have not !

Posting this review for my brother because he is too nice! He ordered a Domino's as he does most Fridays after a long week of work. My mum answered the door to the delivery driver (who was already down by the gate leaving with the food after he'd literally just knocked!) He then passed her a pizza and went to leave with the rest of his order. My mum knew he'd also ordered an ice cream but didn't know there was anymore to it. He reluctantly gave her the ice cream and left. Anyway turns out he'd also ordered wedges which the delivery driver must have known because he sat outside in his car for a while as if waiting for us to chase him before leaving. He has put a complaint in but nothing has been done about it yet. No refund or the food he literally never received. Absolutely disgusting service from this delivery driver. Not doubting the company as I've never had any issues myself but this guy was out to keep the food for himself it was so obvious. Something needs doing about it.

Past few times iv ordered from dominos the driver supposedly can't find my address, and ended up at home bargains, how that makes any sense I have no idea yet he was repeating to us the correct address rang up to complain and make sure he had our address even though he definitely did. The guy on the phone was quite frankly rude and wasn't any help at all.

Waited over an hour for pizza to be delivered- it sat in quality control for over 20 mins and took 30 mins to deliver only 4 miles away paying delivery charge of £1.99 for a cold pizza to arrive. Phoned to complain and was told that they would make fresh pizzas but couldn’t assure me it would arrive any quicker or warmer. AVOID!

Wow I feel like I dropped on the work experience lot .Needless to say we didn't get our pizza.

The pizzas were nice, just a shame about delivery service, The driver "apparently" had no change so I lost out on £3.50.

If i could rate no stars i would!!! It was appalling, waiting an hour and a half for food that never turned up. I called the store multiple times and he would continue to tell me its on its way. After waiting so long we decided to cancel the order, i wouldnt use this dominos.

If it’s not wrong, it’s cold/undercooked and if it’s not cold it takes hours to arrive! It’s a joke n the place needs sorting for how much the pizzas cost!

The food that arrived was ok however the rest of my order I had to wait over an hour for because the driver forgot it. once I called up to explain the inconvenience the person on the phone just said I’ll give you it next time you order… after I demanded a refund or for the rest of my order to be delivered we sorted the problem Just seemed like they got there payment and wasn’t bothered afterwards. Wouldn’t recommend this Domino’s another one yes maybe but I won’t be ordering from this one again

I ordered a pizza last night and it never came and I'm still trying to call them to get a refund

Ordered on line and after payment it tells me 30 to 37min. After am hour I called to find out where it was and was told it is now in oven, I asked why it has taken 1hr to prepare it it and was told they are busy, I asked why I wasn't informed of this, she told me the Web site doesn't reflect when there busy, I told her that if they no this then they should contact people to give them the choice if they want to wait even longer and was told thats not something they do. I asked to speak to a senior and was told they are busy but my order will be with me in 30min, I said if I don't get it in 30min I want a refund. 8min later I get a msg to say it is out for delivery. The food was tiny and a waist of £25

Accidentally ordered the wrong pizza (my fault) so I went to collect the correct pizza and left with 2 extra pizzas and multiple extras for free! I was so amazed I turned down the extras as there was at least 8 box’s but they insisted I take them I’ve had problems before but just shows they do try their best to rectify a problem. Also the girl who served me was very polite and helpful great customer service all round. Thanks

Scammed me, pretended to refund me , it's been a week and still absolutely NOTHING in my account. This place needs closing down ASAP they can't even get an order right and it takes 2 hours to arrive. Woman on the phone tried to bribe me to take a free pizza instead of a refund. Then told me I had been refunded. Still nothing. Taking the P*SS out of the village.

My son and friends order from here regularly, we are really disappointed! pepperoni pizza requested with domino's herbs my pizza was literally ruined with them, I think the lid came off the sprinkler. The delivery driver always walks off with the change constantly, after spending between £20-£30 and alway takes the drinks, the driver says never got change and hasn't been sent with drinks, for the price the customer service is a rip off, constantly complaining 5+ times, and no changes made. THIS IS A LONG OVERDUE STATEMENT!

Expensive for what you get prefer kfc proper food and cheaper prices

The food took an 1hr and 45 to get to me (2 mile Radius) our oven was broken and due to kids wanting pizza we ordered . The food arrived stone cold and we didn't even have a way to heat it up.

Food hasn’t arrived even thought it says delivered and they aren’t answering their phone. Update… it arrived after 2.5hrs with half the stuff missing and a load of chicken bits instead when our order was vegan pizzas.

Regular customer but it is so hit and miss. The picture shows a pizza with extra cheese that I paid extra for. Half the pizza doesn't even have cheese on it nevermind extra! If my boyfriend didn't like the double decadence base so much I would never order from here again. Tight with toppings, missed items from order, refusal to refund or send out missing items are just some of the issues we've had in the past 6 months.

I rarely post reviews or my thoughts in general, but as the last 5 times I've ordered from this place there has been mistakes made or some other annoyance Ranging from taking an hour and a half for food to arrive missing items or just flat out wrong order all together. I won't be ordering from here anymore. Not worth the price for the quality you get.

First time at Domino's and it will be the last.... The wedges were cold, the pizzas were horrible and overpriced.
