App says 'create your own pizza £9.99' Went in last night asked for a chicken pizza with sweetcorn on 1 half and apparently they couldn't do it as we didn't order online, what kind of rubbish is that? So just because we walked in and ordered, they couldn't put a handful of sweetcorn on? Absolute joke.

The world has gone mad. This would have been over £80 without discount. Robbers. 3 pizza and a couple of starters £56 😂😫… to have COLD starters that were half cooked. Going on all the previous reviews of 1 it’s clear management are blind or in denial. Shocking.

Ordered £35 worth of food. The app said it had been delivered when it definitely hadn't! Turned up after an hour, luke warm and had to go in a microwave. Staff unhelpful, delivery drive clueless, customer services gave me a voucher after I had already told them I would never order from Hemsworth again!! No refunds given. Should have asked for a Papa John's voucher instead!!! Avoid if you want a no-hassle experience within a decent time scale and warm food!

Lovely food helpful and friendly staff. Never been before but booked for 4 of us. The food was lovely and the staff very attentive. Even had a laugh with us when we asked for chopped up green chillies. Big mistake mouth was on fire.

Second time ordered both times wrong food terrible service

Pizza had raw onion and jalapeños thrown on.. Overheard staff mention somebody had ordered and not collected so i'm assuming i got the left over pizza which looks to have been butchered to match my customisations. Pizza was luke warm even though i had arrived before it was ready to collect via app and box was covered in sauce which has never happened before so had been messed with.. just a handful of raw onion and jalepenos thrown on to a cold pizza.

Great family restaurant, always friendly staff the food is good quality, if you want a good meal with nice atmosphere this restaurant is always the top of my list.

delivery took far too long & incorrect order sent.

Just ordered a takeaway for the 20th+ time, (was previously one of our local favourites), and sad to say the previous good online prices with automatic 10% discount for all online orders over £15 has gone, and unfortunately so has the service... The meal was delivered for a fee, but then critically missed the key rice dish, which had to be redelivered, and the lamb bhuna dish disappointingly had a strong taste of beef... The 10% discount is now only given for cash collections...so beware, and we will only use Just Eat for the Viceroy in the future, which does offer online discounts... We will find another for deliveries and hope this helps others..

Food came and it was all freezing cold, chips tasted like they was warmed up from night before, pizza stook to top off box and boxes looked like they had been stamped on, complained waited another hour for replacement food still not food after another hour wait 2 hours from when I ordered food

We went to the Viceroy to celebrate a friends 60 th birthday. It was easy to book a table for 12, no deposit requested, no fuss. Good choice of dishes on the menu. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The giant family nan breads were impressive. We all had a great night, thanks to Safi and the rest of the staff.

This is the 2nd issue in 3 months. The app says it's delivered then it finally arrives 30 mins later and not very hot. Very hungry after waiting over an hour so ate anyway. When you call they say 5 mins and it's not. Not sure I will give them a 3rd chance.

Said delivered on tracker had to ring up as it wasn’t delivered . They said they couldn’t find the Adress which they know as they’ve been before . Sent the same food which was freezing the chips were stone cold tasted awful never again

Delivery said 6mins on tracker but over an hour wait for a cold pizza and no drink. Told by driver that they’ll send the drink with our next order - so never going to get that. Tried to stop the driver before he left as pizza was stone cold on arrival; called the store and was told the driver would be back to “assess” whether that’s the case. Offered to return myself and was told no by the store. Been 20mins since that and still waiting. First time ordering from here and likely the last.

Pizza was good chicken wasn’t very nice

Sadly we had a very bad experience. Order placed through the app and was showing as out for delivery. A 6 minute journey took over 30 minutes with the driver tracking showed him heading in the wrong direction. Well it arrived luke warm. The cheese in the stiffed crust was nearly solid. Spoke to the store and was told another order would be made straight away and be sent out asap and to send the order back with the driver. Another 40 minutes later and it still hadnt arrived, called the store to be told it would be another 15 minutes before the order was even ready. Shocking customer service.

Over an hours wait, to get a pizza which looks like has been in a box that was stepped on. Thank you a lot Domino's, for the prices being charged I'd expect at least more care with food delivery

Ordered a pizza for collection as we know therr delivery is a joke had an email at 7.14pm to go collect , when got there they had lost our pizza so had to wait for another one to be made 757pm when we left the shop gets it home wring order what a joke so it's going back ....Dominoes sort it out !!!!!

False advertising rip off. Impossible to use app. Deals advertised for £29.99 delivered but was charged £36 with no cost breakdown. Also other deal clearly says 40% off EVERYTHING (dominoes words) then excludes EVERY side, drink and desert. So just 40% off pizza then 🙄 Have reported to trading standards, it's blatent false advertising. Will never use again.

Do not order if you want to receive your food within 1hr 30 of ordering it. Sunday night ordering at 11.20pm and still without pizza at 12.35am. Store closed 35mins ago!? Personally not ordering from this store again.

Never get my order right always missing ingredients everytime I complain I never get compensation so I don't order dominos unless it's for collection n I'll check the entire order in-store or car usually it's wrong either way

Slowest delivery I've ever had, said it had been delivered on app but then 25 mins later it turns up, everytime I order nothing goes right, I'm gonna have to not order from here anymore and would advise no one to order from here, shocking !

Either don’t turn up with full order or then don’t bother to cut pizza or try fob you off 100ml ice cream when it states on the meal deal 500 for them to try still getting out of it haven’t a clue surprised they even know how to cook the food !!

Ordered a vegan pepperoni pizza to find they had made an actual pepperoni one this was after they had already missed it from the order. Yet the store argue it’s not possible. One of the other pizzas we ordered was vegan as well and they look nothing alike. As a meat eater previously I know what real pepperoni is like.

You still owe us the cookies , garlic bread and dip we paid for and rung about that you said you was gonna send out but still have not !

Posting this review for my brother because he is too nice! He ordered a Domino's as he does most Fridays after a long week of work. My mum answered the door to the delivery driver (who was already down by the gate leaving with the food after he'd literally just knocked!) He then passed her a pizza and went to leave with the rest of his order. My mum knew he'd also ordered an ice cream but didn't know there was anymore to it. He reluctantly gave her the ice cream and left. Anyway turns out he'd also ordered wedges which the delivery driver must have known because he sat outside in his car for a while as if waiting for us to chase him before leaving. He has put a complaint in but nothing has been done about it yet. No refund or the food he literally never received. Absolutely disgusting service from this delivery driver. Not doubting the company as I've never had any issues myself but this guy was out to keep the food for himself it was so obvious. Something needs doing about it.

Past few times iv ordered from dominos the driver supposedly can't find my address, and ended up at home bargains, how that makes any sense I have no idea yet he was repeating to us the correct address rang up to complain and make sure he had our address even though he definitely did. The guy on the phone was quite frankly rude and wasn't any help at all.

Wow I feel like I dropped on the work experience lot .Needless to say we didn't get our pizza.

Waited over an hour for pizza to be delivered- it sat in quality control for over 20 mins and took 30 mins to deliver only 4 miles away paying delivery charge of £1.99 for a cold pizza to arrive. Phoned to complain and was told that they would make fresh pizzas but couldn’t assure me it would arrive any quicker or warmer. AVOID!

The pizzas were nice, just a shame about delivery service, The driver "apparently" had no change so I lost out on £3.50.

If i could rate no stars i would!!! It was appalling, waiting an hour and a half for food that never turned up. I called the store multiple times and he would continue to tell me its on its way. After waiting so long we decided to cancel the order, i wouldnt use this dominos.

Really need to listen to my self and stop ordering from this particular dominos establishment. Every time I order from this place it is a bad experience! If it’s not wrong, it’s cold/undercooked and if it’s not cold it takes hours to arrive! It’s a joke n the place needs sorting for how much the pizzas cost!

The food that arrived was ok however the rest of my order I had to wait over an hour for because the driver forgot it. once I called up to explain the inconvenience the person on the phone just said I’ll give you it next time you order… after I demanded a refund or for the rest of my order to be delivered we sorted the problem Just seemed like they got there payment and wasn’t bothered afterwards. Wouldn’t recommend this Domino’s another one yes maybe but I won’t be ordering from this one again

I ordered a pizza last night and it never came and I'm still trying to call them to get a refund

Ordered on line and after payment it tells me 30 to 37min. After am hour I called to find out where it was and was told it is now in oven, I asked why it has taken 1hr to prepare it it and was told they are busy, I asked why I wasn't informed of this, she told me the Web site doesn't reflect when there busy, I told her that if they no this then they should contact people to give them the choice if they want to wait even longer and was told thats not something they do. I asked to speak to a senior and was told they are busy but my order will be with me in 30min, I said if I don't get it in 30min I want a refund. 8min later I get a msg to say it is out for delivery. The food was tiny and a waist of £25

Accidentally ordered the wrong pizza (my fault) so I went to collect the correct pizza and left with 2 extra pizzas and multiple extras for free! I was so amazed I turned down the extras as there was at least 8 box’s but they insisted I take them I’ve had problems before but just shows they do try their best to rectify a problem. Also the girl who served me was very polite and helpful great customer service all round. Thanks

Scammed me, pretended to refund me , it's been a week and still absolutely NOTHING in my account. This place needs closing down ASAP they can't even get an order right and it takes 2 hours to arrive. Woman on the phone tried to bribe me to take a free pizza instead of a refund. Then told me I had been refunded. Still nothing. Taking the P*SS out of the village.

My son and friends order from here regularly, we are really disappointed! pepperoni pizza requested with domino's herbs my pizza was literally ruined with them, I think the lid came off the sprinkler. The delivery driver always walks off with the change constantly, after spending between £20-£30 and alway takes the drinks, the driver says never got change and hasn't been sent with drinks, for the price the customer service is a rip off, constantly complaining 5+ times, and no changes made. THIS IS A LONG OVERDUE STATEMENT!

Expensive for what you get prefer kfc proper food and cheaper prices

The food took an 1hr and 45 to get to me (2 mile Radius) our oven was broken and due to kids wanting pizza we ordered . The food arrived stone cold and we didn't even have a way to heat it up.

Food hasn’t arrived even thought it says delivered and they aren’t answering their phone. Update… it arrived after 2.5hrs with half the stuff missing and a load of chicken bits instead when our order was vegan pizzas.

Regular customer but it is so hit and miss. The picture shows a pizza with extra cheese that I paid extra for. Half the pizza doesn't even have cheese on it nevermind extra! If my boyfriend didn't like the double decadence base so much I would never order from here again. Tight with toppings, missed items from order, refusal to refund or send out missing items are just some of the issues we've had in the past 6 months.

I rarely post reviews or my thoughts in general, but as the last 5 times I've ordered from this place there has been mistakes made or some other annoyance Ranging from taking an hour and a half for food to arrive missing items or just flat out wrong order all together. I won't be ordering from here anymore. Not worth the price for the quality you get.

Big guy refused to sell me a collection perfection 2 topping pizza which is on the menu at 7.99. Instead made me pay 10.99 and the pizza was awful tasted like sanitizer. The toppings were thrown on and not slapped right was old dough 100%. Doncaster branch is much much higher standards.

Ordered via the Internet using PayPal. It's 30 minutes late and I am about to open a dispute with PayPal. Ring them 3 times and no answer. I called, was put on hold for 8 minutes. Then i was told its coming out of the oven. The website gave a delivery timeline of 29 minutes not 90 minutes. I was told it's not their fault as they are busy. The manager when I finally got him at 13 minutes at 23:50 was easier to deal with than whoever was on the phone initially. My advice is to absolutely avoid at all costs. The manager offered to start the order at 23:50 when I originally ordered 70 minutes beforehand.

Ordered pizza on line the meatball 7" was not cut and the American hot was soggy it was disgusting and you need to lean your workers how to cut up pizza

My first time I have ordered from Domino’s, and sorry to say my last The price you pay is outrageous., plus they took about 45 mins to get here and one of the orders was missing. Had to phone them. They did apologise , and it did come quickly. No extras and no discount for this order or the next. Not that we will be using them.

The food is great however the delivery is just awful the drivers can't speak English and have no idea where there going and can't understand you over thr phone, I think this is a disgrace as its a hot food delivery not a tescos delivery, can you please sort this issue out we only live in hemsowrth and happens every time!

Never had an issue. Foods good and delivery is always spot on, early sometimes. One criticism, wish they'd fetch they're doughballs back.

Watched on the tracker as my pizza was made and ‘quality checked’ in 20 minutes - then delivered an hour and a half later cold. Clearly quality checking just equates to leaving on the side. Not worth getting delivered from here.

Me and my boyfriend ordered our first Dominos today, we got 7 piece chicken, large cheese pizza and garlic bread, when we paid for our order (we paid cash) we realised we were missing the garlic bread before we could say anything the driver was gone. I called the shop and they said they were busy either they add it to our next order or deliver it today, I asked to deliver it today this was at 2pm, said it may take an hour I said that’s perfect fine. Fair to say at 9:20pm at night still did not receive the garlic bread and we also can’t get our money back. Fair to say not ordering from there again.

Went for the lunch time deal 7 inch pizza £2.99 fairly good price compared to evening time when the prices are just extortionate. I bought 4 of them and a box of the warm cookies spending £17 . The wait was OK not too long. When they gave me the pizza's I asked for 1 of the garlic sauces they normally put on the box the manager informed me that you don't get a free sauce with the small pizza's. I wasn't asking for 4 just 1 for my son it's his favourite. I proceeded to tell him that it's all over the walls in Domino's that the sauce is free to dip your crust in but really that's a lie which is ironic because after reading these reviews and seeing the manager calling the customers liars it would seem to me the liar is infact him. Furthermore I had spent £17 had I have bought a medium or large pizza I would have been given a sauce so surly spending £17 warrants 1 free sauce. Anyway he told me I could pay for them 50p each so I bought 2 to make sure my son would be happy and told him I'd be leaving this review. Absolutely shocking customer service. I would have understood had I only bought 1 small £2.99 pizza but I bought 4 and a box of cookies. I hope your sauce was worth it because I will certainly not be returning!!!!!!! I may even email head office perhaps they ought to look into their franchised businesses because some of them are letting the Domino's name and reputation down.

Poorly put together pizza's, bbq sauce was too much, toppings not even. Love domino's but worst one ive been to.

Lady driver has outdone herself. she was not nice and screamed at me. she couldn't find the address, I wanted her help, but she couldn't listen to me. she screamed at me all the time and did not come to the word she said she wouldn't bring me food. I will never order anything there again, since such people work there. If someone works as a driver, he should know the area or be able to use GPS. I've never had such a problem. you just lost a client.

Pizza came in great time, we had a small pepperoni, all I can say there was more tomato on the pizza it had wet all the box, it was rank, potato wedges were dry. My last order was awful, I need to stop wasting my money on disgusting food at high prices

Store manager accused me of lying to him as I requested no Hot Sauce as I have an intolerance for it causing my body to go red and swell up and ordered burger sauce as a substitute. I received my pizza and it had Hot Sauce hidden underneath the Burger sauce all over the pizza. Of course my entire body immediately was burning and my face is red and swelled up. I rang the store manager and he did not offer an apology he stated that he made the pizza and he definitely did not put any red hot sauce on. I told him I had a severe intolerance to this and if I had an allergic reaction this would have caused an even bigger issue for me but he said "well you don't have an allergy and you should of told us" which I specifically did on the web order. I explained to him that there was the red hot spicy sauce underneath the burger sauce and he firmly told me that he made the pizza and he definitely didn't put spicy sauce and he claimed he made it himself and stated he did not make any mistakes and accused me of lying to him. The store manager would not offer me an apology as he firmly believed that I was lying to him and sent someone to pick up the pizza from our address and bring it back to him. I asked him when he receives the Pizza and reviews his video footage I want a call-back of a personal apology from him which he said to me he will do. I have attached pictures clearly showing the hot sauce on the pizza. I have yet to receive any call back of an apology. I will definitely be taking this to the head office.
