KFC Wakefield - Westgate Retail Park in Wakefield

Never ever again visiting this dump. Just been and the staff talk to you as if your lucky to have their attention. Place stunk like a kebab house.

Can't order at the counter. Use the finger licking screen that a bloke who wiped his nose with his hand then used the screen. No utensils napkins or sauces offered. The place smells like a toilet. Will never go back. Next time I want chicken I will go to Popeyes. KFC is absolutely rubbish. Such a shame as it used to be a great product

Cold, pay more due to delivery and the added amount onto the actual food and get the smallest, most dry bits of chicken and hardly any chips. In store it is not like this.

I was missing food and the meal it’s self wasn’t warm at all.

Food had practically been thrown in the bag. Gravy had exploded all over the food purchased and ruined all the food on arrival. Bag had split and all packaging was covered in gravy.

Twas a good experience ordering for the first time and decided to use again, unfortunately it ended up being a terrible experience, wrongly packed my food and i was starving. Called and they ended up saying i will have to wait for 2days for refund

Asked for mayo on both wrap meals and one as bbq sauce and the other as a spicey sauce too hot for the child

Completely the wrong order sent & nothing we would have eaten. Also spent over £25 on my original order & what was delivered isnt even the same value. Having to go through the rigmarole of requesting a refund. What a farce.

Lazy driver wouldn't leave his car. I'm disabled and had to ask my neighbor to collect. Very disappointed

The food came 70 minutes after the first original delivery time given. It kept changing delivery times every 10 minutes. Absolutely appalling delivery service. Yes you allow slight changes but this was ridiculous. It was like a child randomly putting different times in. Even went up to over a 2 hour wait at one point! Certainly won’t be using Just Eats again. We’ll stick to more reliable services like Uber.

I ordered food on Saturday at 3:30 PM and it was delivered on Sunday at 10:55 AM. It was awful.

One side missing (as always), didn’t get coleslaw!! Only 10 chicken strips instead of 12! Why is it always wrong from Wakefield branch????!!!! And why nobody does anything about it? We have been tolerating it for 2 years but it’s getting ridiculous! I will be raising a formal complaint to just eat and KFC head office!

KFC! Not a lot to add. Lovely chicken, prices ok. This particular branch was quite untidy. Tables and floors not wiped regularly enough.

Not very professional with delivery drivers even ignorant not acknowledge you that you are there then complain when you give order number staff need retraining or fire and hire new experienced staff who have customer service skills

the food was freezing and the pop was warmer than any of the food what a disapoinent

Forgot a popcorn chicken and bbq sauce

I ordered a zinger burger meal. The burger came and was only a little warm and a hour after I felt ill and was throwing up. I went to the doctors and explained and they have told me I have food poising and I have been given a prescription for this. I have also had to stay over in hospital due to this.

Such a disappointment of this kfc, this hasn’t happened to me once it’s happened more than once.My order has been wronged 2 times and still costed me more money on top.The service to customers is so bad because they make them wait such a long time and still serve them cold food.The workers are too slow but still get the order wrong how disappointing. I’d never suggest coming here which is such a shame.

i had specifically ordered a ZINGER wrap with a hash brown & lettuce with no coleslaw. they managed to mess up my order not once but TWICE. Not only did my order have coleslaw in it when i specifically said no coleslaw & the second time, they gave me a fillet wrap instead of a zinger. i’m extremely disappointed in the customer service. staff were huffing & puffing when i raised my concerns. will not be coming again.

Avoid they give you the wrong sides and the chicken is dry and they can't even count how many pieces are in the bucket what's more shocking is just eat customer service no refund given because it's within their policy

Great food but missing a drink for one child

Got delivered raw chicken, I called the restaurant. Let them know that they have give me raw chicken and that my wife who has a weak stomach, was profusely vomiting her sandwich out of her stomach. The man on the phone said he doesn’t think it’s raw but refused to receive a photograph via email. So I reminded him that basic food standards is making sure your meat is cooked. And with no proof that your meat was raw, how are you going to do the checks and procedures necessary. He then lightened up in his small little brain and agreed for me to send a photograph, however he gave me an incorrect email that the email will not go through to, so enjoy this salmonella burger image !!!

Last August, I left a review here which asked (rhetorically) if this was the worst KFC in the UK. It really wasn't good. Just over a year later and what a transformation! The last few orders have been consistently accurate, warm and very tasty and quickly delivered. Like the KFC we know and love! So WELL DONE guys, great job! 👍👍👍👍👍

Hot wings were over cooked and tasted hard. Used to be alright here but now it’s the worst, won’t be returning.

Bargain buckets are now exactly that, not cheap meals but seem to be the scrapings off the floor, gone down hill fast

This place used to be the best kfc in the area now the worst. Food is always late when it comes it isn’t right. I ordered the new buffalo tower it is was nothing like the description. The chicken was over cooked the bread was stale and the burger looked like it had been thrown together. When you go through the drive through you wait forever and the food is usually wrong.

Well must say the manager patryk I think he was called was rude as anything. Cause I wanted mini fillet burger with original mayo. Opened it well had say half of bottle od mayo on my burger and allover my breadcake. The bread are just broke up and there was a dot of mould on the side. It was missing the lettuce too. It was also cold of the chicken fillet. No sorry no offer to a fresh one. I just said I have money back and I warned him I was doing this he said OK. As I was leaving the staff 3 of them laughing. Luckly I was rushing or I a would have exploded.

Driver got lost, so the food was cold, didn't even speak English nor read the address properly. Whoever selected the chicken was on a mission to supply the worst cooked food ever. The sides were not even made up correctly. Lesson learned, never again.

Never have mashed potatoes! Don't like how you can't change from chips to another side anymore.

I asked if there were any cans of pop instead, got told they were for deliveries only...bruhhh?? What's the difference?? Anyway, just wanted chicken, didn't wanna start arguing so walked out with 4Piece chicken and orange juice

Can't complain about the food. Usually hot and fresh. Tables are often messy and staff reluctant to clean tables or empty the bins when overflowing. Definitely feels like they can't be bothered. Went in today and music so loud it was like walking into a nightclub. Asked staff if they could turn it down. Reluctantly turned it down a little and asked if that was OK. I said no, buy they didn't turn it down any more, so I told them I was leaving and walked out. Staff honestly didn't care less. I don't usual leave negative reviews, but felt this needed mentioning. You don't generally want to shout over loud music at 3.30pm on a Monday afternoon.

Food never arrived, checked with KFC and just eat collected it. Hope they enjoyed eating my food

I noticed most franchise staff have very bad attitudes and zero customer service skills, not only at KFC because they hire, youngesters with my respect to them but they hire them because less cost wage only, and because they are big brands so they dnt give fk what people says unless every one stop feeding them with the money, that time they will look 8nto the matter because all they care is how to make money for USA
