Probably the worst KFC meal I have had in years. The chicken pieces were small, over cooked and near inedible. The restaurant was dirty with rubbish piled on the window cill. Bins full. Some items missing from our order. Went to counter to enquiry why. "Oh, we haven't got any left". Duh!

Probably one of the better kfcs out there in the local area. Having to remove stars because the gents was out of order and disabled toilet was locked. Price of kfc is getting slightly high for what it is now also

Update: tried this kfc to see if there was any improvement. The whole place stank of the toilets of a number 2 it was soooo bad! Walked straight back out. I couldn’t understand why there was so many people eating in there! So unhygienic!!

The whole restaurant smells like the bathroom it's absolutely disgusting you can smell it for outside the main entrance. The staff are rude and obnoxious, the female managers attitude was unnecessary I would never eat here again.

Ordered from screen and requested table service as I am wheelchair user and restaurant is quite difficulT when busy. “Put in number and we will bring your order to table” when my order was ready Counter assistant kept calling out number. I held up my number but still no response just kept calling out number. Luckily a fellow customer took pity on me and went up for my food. Table service with no table service as they put it.

Excellent Service & Great Food at KFC Westgate Wakefield! I recently visited KFC Westgate in Wakefield, and I had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly, especially Saeed, who was extremely helpful and kind. The food was delicious, served hot and fresh, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick and efficient. I highly recommend KFC Westgate Wakefield to everyone looking for great food and excellent customer service. Will definitely be visiting again!

The hall is dirty. There is no toilet paper in the toilet, it is dirty. For 11 people waiting for an order, there is 1 person on staff.

Poorest KFC I've been to .. restaurant is freezing cold , told heating as been broke for months , missed food from the order..

Run by kids who didn't give a monkeys. Expensive third rate junk food. Have been there once before. Nervous about hygiene.

had zinger special and boneless banquet meal. The portions were small for the price, gravy was thin and a bit tasteless not like it used to be. Chip portion really small. kfc gone down hill over the years im afraid

Excellent Food & Friendly Service at KFC Wakefield! I highly recommend KFC in Wakefield to everyone! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. My personal favorite is the Zinger tower burger absolutely delicious! The staff are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service, making every visit a great experience. If you’re looking for high-quality food with a welcoming atmosphere, KFC is the place to go. 5 stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Could be a bit more cleaner and customer family

I don't recommend anybody for dine-in. Because I visited almost three times but their in-door temperature is very low we can't sit there. The central heating or heating system is failing even their staff suffer from this. Hope the store manager notices it but this time I don't recommend anybody.

The delivery was on time but was not very hot. The beans and gravy were hot but the rest of the meal was bordering on Luke warm. We had to put some of it in the microwave for a few minutes to heat it up.

Worst KFC ever. The restaurant is dirty and cold, tables aren't wiped down, and you can't get napkins to wipe them yourself. The food was dry and old. The coating on the chicken was hard, and the chicken itself tough. Even the chips were cold. We won't go back

no beans at all when i ordered 2 and got a gravy and i ordered a chocolate chip cookie and got a white chocolate chip cookie

food was fine delivery driver rude abrupt and down right lazy if i wanted to pick my food up from miles away i would have collected it he couldn't be bothered to get out of the car and we had to meet halfway after he finally rang

The resturant is freezing cold. Its the middle pf winter and there is no heating at all. Food went cold in seconds. Stay away from this one its dragging down the kfc name. Poor customer service and lacking decent cleaning. We also had to wait far too long in a freezing and empty resturant for our food.

The toilet was in bad condition

It's been a while since I have been here. And I have to say the restaurant was spotless, the food was hot and the team were helpful and friendly. Knocked a star off as the restaurant seemed to have no heating and was quite cold. I ate and was straight back in the car to get warm.

On one of the coldest days of the year the air conditioning was blowing cold air . Restaurant should have been closed. Just kept drive through and take away open.

Food was ok. But not correct, ziger meal had no chips, strips by themselves fortunately came with chips.Service was no help with ordering. No heating on very cold inside. No warm drinks available was possible the worst part of visit, -2 outside only cold drinks.

I wanted some fast food so I ordered the food, in the description it saying 15-30 mins delivery, I ordered over 2 hours ago, now, after over 2 hours I received a message saying my order has been delivered. My food never arrived . 👎🏻

Order is seldom correct: last 3 orders have had items missing, or the wrong items added, or even better 'congrats you get free xxxx' lovely... but then they forget to put it in with the order. 😆

unfortunately delivery and quality were great but the chicken and hot wings and chiwere cold and reheating just doesn't do it
