The delivery was on time but was not very hot. The beans and gravy were hot but the rest of the meal was bordering on Luke warm. We had to put some of it in the microwave for a few minutes to heat it up.

Food was cold and my can of pop was warm how is that possible

food was fine delivery driver rude abrupt and down right lazy if i wanted to pick my food up from miles away i would have collected it he couldn't be bothered to get out of the car and we had to meet halfway after he finally rang

Worst KFC ever. The restaurant is dirty and cold, tables aren't wiped down, and you can't get napkins to wipe them yourself. The food was dry and old. The coating on the chicken was hard, and the chicken itself tough. Even the chips were cold. We won't go back

Didn’t get all of my order with 2 fries and popcorn chicken missing meaning I didn’t get my meal!

The resturant is freezing cold. Its the middle pf winter and there is no heating at all. Food went cold in seconds. Stay away from this one its dragging down the kfc name. Poor customer service and lacking decent cleaning. We also had to wait far too long in a freezing and empty resturant for our food.

The toilet was in bad condition

It's been a while since I have been here. And I have to say the restaurant was spotless, the food was hot and the team were helpful and friendly. Knocked a star off as the restaurant seemed to have no heating and was quite cold. I ate and was straight back in the car to get warm.

Food was ok. But not correct, ziger meal had no chips, strips by themselves fortunately came with chips.Service was no help with ordering. No heating on very cold inside. No warm drinks available was possible the worst part of visit, -2 outside only cold drinks.

Order is seldom correct: last 3 orders have had items missing, or the wrong items added, or even better 'congrats you get free xxxx' lovely... but then they forget to put it in with the order. 😆

Food is usually bang on, service is slow but they are extremely busy most of the time and I'd rather have properly cooked food that is served hot/warm than food that's been sat on side all day ready to serve.

The quality of the food was poor. The chicken pieces were tiny, overcooked and tough and the chips hadn't been seasoned. Not really the quality I have come to expect from KFC.
