Great cafe with friendly staff and volunteers, and tasty food. Always a good atmosphere. There is a play area for kids, and they sometimes have volunteers running activities and crafts for the children. They have a selection of books to borrow or read at your table. It's a great place to come socially, or to do a bit of work with a coffee.

First thing i liked was that there is a lift to the first floor which is good . The cafe area is bright and very spacious with an additional room to the side . The menu is quite limited but everything is freshly prepared to order and exceptional value for money . The staff who I think are all volunteers are very friendly and very helpful.. everywhere is clean will definitely be visiting again very soon ..

Firstly the cafe is bright, attractive and clean and service is fine. I am vegan and gluten free which is not usually a problem these days when eating out. I wanted a jacket potato but they had no potatoes (despite being above Tesco) so I asked for falafal instead, but they didn't have them either. I was told the menu was out of date but they hadn't done a new one yet. I ended up with carrot and coriander soup (I suspect it was tinned) and bread and a side salad. Despite saying I was vegan a lump of butter arrived and a dollop of coleslaw was on the salad. There is a notice in the cafe saying they have a leaking roof (they are owned by nearby St Mary's church) and that they have enough money to fix the roof but want to apply for a community grant instead, and asking for customer support. They don't have my support for this as these grants should go to groups who genuinely need funding, not the wealthy church who collect money from parishioners then keep it in the bank! The snack was cheap but I'd rather spend more and have a decent lunch.

Lovely to go alone with a book, meet friends or work. Choice of sofas or table seats. Great choice of food, perfect for lunch. It's also wheelchair accessible with accessible parking, lift access and accessible toilet.

Met with friends here for coffee today and I can’t speak highly enough of the place. Been shopping in Cheadle for years but never realised this was here. It is easy to find, above Tesco supermarket and accessible from the car park. Tasty food at very reasonable prices, refillable tea or coffee all served by friendly volunteers. Will definitely be back.

Had another amazing meal here. Definitely recommend the steak and ale pie, with a jug of proper gravy. Service was fantastic as usual.

I have been coming to this fab cafe since it opened with my children when they were younger with other mummies and have also used it as a business space. The staff are always really accommodating and since the pandemic have worked really hard to accommodate everyone they can whilst making everyone feel safe and welcome. The food is fantastic and we always recommend it to everyone. Even during a difficult time with the rules changing all the time they are still smiling and making everyone feel very welcome

This was my third visit to Feed since moving to the area and unfortunately, it will likely be my last when it comes to food. I decided to try their Sunday roast this time, but it turned out to be a major letdown. While my partner enjoyed her meal, my experience with the roast beef was disappointing enough that I ended up leaving the entire meal. The beef was tough, undercooked and had the unappetising appearance of something that had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The roast potatoes were equally underwhelming — dry and stale, as if they had been prepared the day before. The greens were burnt and the gravy was watery and flavorless. To their credit, the staff did ask for my feedback and offered me a free dessert, which I declined. Instead, they gave me a complimentary cookie and removed my partner’s drink from the bill. While I appreciated the gesture, I would have preferred if they had addressed the real issue — the £20 I paid for a meal I couldn't eat. Sadly, this experience has solidified my decision not to dine at Feed again. The coffee is still great, so I may return for that, but as for the food, I think I’m done.
