Not the place for an evening out. A busy, noisy campsite pub. One meal was unedible, waitress didn't seem concerned when I complained. Had to speak with management before I got my money back

Asked to leave site due to not saying hello to management when walking in the pub . Had a terrible week at work and really didn’t want to talk to the managers when I walked in , one manager approached my partner and said if your missus is not going to be friendly and talk you can leave the site , he didn’t exactly put it like that as he was very aggressive. Other managers wanted to sort it out the next morning but we decided to leave the site on our own accord. This is badly run by the management that are in and now they are spending malicious lies saying I was asked to leave because I felt Mens privates in the pub . This is very silly and a terrible thing to say . Shame on you

Cannot rate the Unicorn highly enough. Stayed for 3 nights b&b for a fishing trip. The quality of the food was outstanding, the full English breakfast was fantastic and HUGE. Value for money was great and the beer and accommodation was great too. Only gripe would be the WiFi did not extend to my room. Overall a great trip and will be back

We stayed B&B for 3 nights last week, the room was basic but cheap & clean. We ate 3 breakfasts (included in the price) & 3 evening meals at the pub. The food exceeded our expectations based on the price charged & the service was quick for breakfast & evening meals. The breakfast room was really nice & they have plenty of outdoor space overlooking the river Severn. The staff were really friendly & helpful, one of our party had a problem with the plumbing & it was promptly sorted. The pub is quite noisy & family orientated but last orders were 10pm so the noise didn’t go on too late. On our last evening a group of 20 or so of us ate together & the food was served all at once with no one left waiting.

We popped in for lunch while staying nearby. The pub is located on a campsite and the food was ok but pretty average. I ordered the lasagne and it was overcooked and hard around the edges.

New owners and nice friendly atmosphere. Arrived for family meal about 1pm on a bank holiday which we had pre-booked. All food cooked fresh and all enjoyed the meal. Recommend for families as there is outside room and children's play area. Staff were all very helpful and I hope the new staff make a success of this enterprise.

Evening Meal visit - good selection and excellent prices. I had chili with 1/2, 1/2 rice and chips. Chili had the right amount of heat for me, rice fresh and chips hand made. Tasty. The inside of the pub has been refurbished and is clean, comfortable and not overdone. Dogs are still welcome, on lead, off furniture and in bar area. Central log burner is nice feature heating bar and restaurant. We were made very welcome and will happily return.

Only 2 out 4 real ales available. After 15 minute delay told they have run out of Steak pies. No other customers. Place in desperate need of investment, refurbishment and a lot of TLC.

Had lunch here, prices good but food nothing special, better places to eat near by. Its quite a quirky pub which could really do with a bit a a re-vamp if not just a good clean.

Called here as part of a group. Landlady extremely rude, didn't seem to know what she was doing. Couldn't find right measure for wine. We were the first customers of the day, she was aware we were calling so I thought she would be more organized. Pub was very dark and dingy but toilets were modern and clean. Due to rudeness will not return.

Situated just above the River Severn and next to a camping ground, we stopped on a walk for lunch, usual pub menu, we ate ham sandwiches which were good, drank an excellent pint of Hobsons bitter, but the pub itself looks tired, worn and overall was not very welcoming. Would not revisit nor recommend

The cafe is efficiently run and we enjoyed the rooftop seating in the sun today. Unfortunately the scone was stale. Quite a shocker for me! What a shame :(

I must echo the views of others. A really lovely restaurant spoiled by sparrows landing on the the table where cakes are being cut and on uncleared tables. Very unhygienic - there must be a way to stop them coming into the tearooms. Never encountered it anywhere else. Health and safety would have a field day!
