New dart board is great and the food was lovely, staff were lovely and great value for money, will definitely be coming back

New dart board looked really nice and staff were very friendly and the service time was quick. There was a good variety of drinks options

Meal arrived tasted very nice but cold. Nobody came to ask if okay. Had to go and find someone and she said I will speak to the chef but did not hear anything else. As I am a chef myself it had not been proved and should MOT have been served.

Great dog friendly place, food was amazing and a good price, hard working team especially chelsea working hard behind bar helping with everyone needs and gives the dogs treats before they leave

Just get confused about having dogs in this place when it says dog friendly. But u get told put your dog on a leash but not quietly to you across the pub. I have a black cockapoo doesn't bother no one always by my feet. But I see other dogs not on leads that are much bigger than my dog of the lead. But up the victoria pub no problems. The person who has a real bad attitude and very miserable person in this pub Is Dave or David. I do think customer care training is needed. As I'm in the catering business of my own. First thing customer relations is what brings the customer back.

Terrible service ordered food 4.30 incorrect order twice and only got food at 5.45 staff said it wasn't there fault no apology offered on the third occasion they brought up a wrapped takeaway chicken burger with no chips and that was returned

Brilliant food great customer service, service with a smile, solved every issue within minutes. Desserts are my best part so delicious

This sizzling is one of the best sizzlings I’ve been to. The food comes out sizzling and there is a great variety of food on the menu. Drinks are always served promptly, and the team are lovely.

Very disappointing, it was not busy and we had to wait over an hour for our food which when you have a 7 year old with you is far from ideal. There was no apology also our soft drinks were not fizzy therefore had to be replaced. Have been here lots of times before bit will now think twice.

Very expensive drinks. More expensive than any other pub I have been in. Badly printed bar receipt very difficult to read.

Haven't been there before but really liked the atmosphere. They have a pool table and the food is great. Ruby behind the bar and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Defo coming again!

Only 3 of the 4 meals turned up. Spoke to staff and the checked and all they could say was at least did not pay for it. Their attitude was shocking. Could not give a toss. Pub was quiet for a Friday night. I think that sums it up.

Absolutely AWFUL service. This is the second visit and both times the wait time was unbearably long. We waited for over an hour for desserts, after asking TWICE they finally arrive and the sticking toffee pudding was half frozen? We got a refund for it but that’s not the point, the wait made it an unpleasant experience the waitress wasn’t even clearly tables so what they were doing god only knows. Wouldn’t recommend and would never come back. Sort it out!

Came here for a catch up with friends I hadn't seen in a while, food took forever to come out and was dry and sad looking when it did finally arrived. Went to complain to the young girl at the bar with glasses and a fringe for her to just loom at me with discuss as if I was lying to her about the appalling state of the food. She then refused to get a manager. Let's just say I won't be returning to this establishment again.

I have been to the Tyler’s twice in the last 2 weeks for food and drink and I was very happy with the quality and range of the menu. It seems that the restaurant has turned a corner from what it was a year or so ago, I would definitely recommend a visit. Well done to the team for their hard work

3 tables included my table in the whole of the restaurant, one table of 6 had complaints of food missing and wrong orders , our table had to wait untill the complaints table had there order re cooked , which took over an hr for our order to come out ,could eat my food with my fingers without worrying about getting burnt it was just warm ,chips were under cooked ,two tables of six one table of 2 how would they of coped if the restaurant was busy .

Very disappointing experience. Ordered a starter yet one of the mains came first and had to wait 10 minutes for the next main so couldn’t even eat at the same time - waited too long for steak knives and steak sauce and both steaks were undercooked. Both the garlic bread and onion rings were burnt - were so disappointed we gave up bothering to complain in the end! Only good thing was the wine! Don’t plan on returning.

Me and my partner went out for a relaxing evening meal, ordering was easy at the bar as instructed but the starter was ok didn’t like the fact the sauce was poured over instead of being offered as a dip as advertised on the menu. The mains were below par, a sizzling chicken fajitas well think gas went out to set the meal came out hot with onions half cooked, the steak meal firstly got given the wrong one, once given the right meal had to enquire where the onions rings are also the big mushroom, onions rings arrived with the excuse got no mushrooms left with no offer of other veg, apologies or something taken off the bill. With how the meal was we wasn’t interested in a pudding. We moved to the bar for after drinks which was ok but when we was asked to leave soon after the 2nd bell for which we understand there was a friend of the bar staff allowed to carry on drinking. While I have used this pub for 20yrs I’ve never seen it so disorganised with staff while trained should not be there. While going through a pandemic the pub was run by Antonio on his own superbly with great supporting staff who now want to leave as the new manager does not want to build on there qualities, which is a waste of other people’s efforts in training to build a business going forward.

I recently went to Tylers Rest with my daughter and not only was the food delicious and value for money but the manager, Antonio provided us with friendly and professional service. Will definitely be back.

We've been coming here for a while and are never disappointed. Good food at reasonable prices with excellent service from the staff, especially from Antonio, the Assistant Manager. He is always so welcoming and is one of the reasons we keep coming back.

From the moment of arrival to getting my food . Was a really relaxed feeling . Friendly staff . Extremely informative without being authoritive or condesending about the Covid safe one way system and other precautions I wanted a lightish but wholesome meal. Also wanted a drink that I could not order on the app. No problem to our fantastic friendly waitress Iesha . Such a friendly and helpful approach to everything and everyone. New experience ordering food through the app but this is the covid era.!!.Food was very good and even delivered a blue steak. The skillet was really hot so kept the food nice and warm. Ordering drinks was okay with a five minute time lag from order to delivery of drinks. Would definitely eat here again
