Had a Sunday roast with family. All very good, it's pub with very good food, nice sharers, good main, lovely deserts. Ice cream, made from buffalo milk was the best. Will definitely return and therefore highly recommend. 👌

Took a friend visiting from Japan here for an evening meal on a Thursday night. Lovely relaxing evening with great food and friendly service. Kudos to the whole team for running a great pub.

We visited the pub yesterday and were blown away,great space,child friendly with a crafts room kept my son and his friends entertained coupled with a play area. Excellent variety of Sunday roast, delicious. Service was excellent.

Excellent (and new) brunch menu. Wide choice: traditional breakfast; smoothies; toasties; sarnies; plus some interesting takes on brunch; and some lunch-type offerings. Brilliant.

This is a lovely venue for both locals and visitors. There is always a good crowd when a rugby match is on at Twickenham. The staff are great and make sure that the wait for your next pint is never too long. For those with a daring spirit you can even attach your ticket to the ceiling (If you have lineout experience!).

Had a fabulous evening here. The staff are friendly and attentive, great atmosphere, and there's lots of space- and fairy lights- out back!

Very expensive beers. Beer garden stinks of smoke and cigarettes, no ventilation. Smoking should not be allowed if there is a roof! Will not be returning

Attended a birthday party in their private garden area. Loads of space, well presented and even a little climbing frame for the kiddies. Buffet food offering was superb too! Indoor function space available too which looked great too although we didn't use it. Parking likely to be a nightmare outside of Sundays as its all residents parking aside from a small number of short stay metered spaces.

We organised a drink event with some food in the pub. The whole team at The Turk's Head were incredibly helpful both with the planning and on the day. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff we came in contact with.

Staff are very nice and warm. The chicken burger was dry. My mum had an upset stomach two hours after eating the tomato linguine. Overcharged double for the meal so be vigilant.

Very nice pub, wide range of drinks available. Nice mix of modern and traditional. Very pleasant beer garden. We at traditional pub fare, burgers chips etc. It was nicely cooked and tasty. Service was good. The price is what you expect to pay in London. We went because we had tickets for the excellent Bearcat comedy club attached to the pub.

Was in a private function room for a party. It was nice.

Love the pub, second time I have been, this time we didn’t eat just had drinks, always lovely and open with a great vibe. They have good prices on the wines and nice wines to select from same with beers. Definitely recommend especially on the way to twickenham for the rugby.

My son's 8th Birthday party the table looked fantastic the team had written a a card and a gift which was totally unexpected and made my boys day. Brilliant Pub, Great Food and the team are amazing, can't say how fantastic this pub is!!!

Good place for an expensive pint but the food price and portions dont align - big price, small portion. Need to offer better sized meals for kids and adults. We had the £16 salad - it tasted ok but it was gone in the blink of an eye and I needed to eat more when I got home.

Awful today, the 10k run in a very hot day, they were not ready. No tables, no air on, kids waiting 45 min for food. Run out of food, so they stopped taking orders , shirt of staff, tables reserved for sponsors… but empty

Last night the Turk's Head hosted 8 of us for Mum's birthday. They could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. Didn't question the fact we had our own cake and even threw in a bottle of prosecco. The food was delicious and well priced and the selection of ales and wines similarly excellent. What a fine team you have as well. Thank you

Wow. What a fantastic pub. Customer service is 10/10. Greeted upon arrival, warm and friendly welcome. All the staff were lovely. First time here and safe to say I'll be back. Came here this afternoon with 2 others for drinks and lunch. Service was consistent throughout our stay and super efficient. Food was delicious. I had the burger which was amazing and the chips were honestly the best pub chips ever!!! My brother had the salmon which was devoured and my SIL had the shepherds pie which she also loved. Kid and dog friendly too which is always good.

A great pub pre games at Twickenham. Great London Pride reasonably priced at £6.50 on a match day. Read elsewhere that The Admiral Nelson (a pub I used to drink in for years) were charging premium prices. Nice beer garden and not too backed though it does get rammed for the Internationals

Such a lovely pub, staff are so lovely & friendly. Its a very community based & Likes to help others which is very rare to see. Have eaten here a few times and as we live it here so much, we’re having our wedding reception in their hall (all family parties are popular to). Dogs are also very welcome to this pub (event he naughty loud one like ours). Ollie is the nicest man you could meet…all the team are just lovely. Can’t wait till our wedding in October this year x

Only popped in for a quick soft drink before an appointment, but what a beautiful pub with friendly service! I didn't order food, but the menu looked amazing. Traditional, but with modern touches. Great, clean loos too!

A really lovely pub. However the security guard wasn’t as lovely. Kicking friends out for no reason and telling others they will be kicked out for speaking too loudly. Just to clarify the pub is great but I hope the security guard isn’t there again.

Went in for a quick bite to eat this lunch time and, as ever, was impressed by the delicious food and price of the weekday lunch menu (club sandwich = large and tasty). Was also nice to see staff who are friendly, attentive and looking after the pub instead of playing on their phones during any downtime. Much better than other local pubs and eateries.

Haven’t been in this pub for many years and doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon. The pub is fine plenty of character and lovely staff, service was good. Ordered a pie which was dry and overcooked and a pint of London Pride which was overpriced and of pretty poor quality. Possibly the worst pint of Pride I’ve ever had and having been born and bred in the area I’ve drunk a hell of a lot of London Pride, it wasn’t helped by being served in a plastic glass which I understand due to the Rugby at Twickenham but not necessary in the Comedy Venue next door.

Love going to the Turks head. Have been on a few occasions for drinks/roast/pre comedy drinks and it’s always been such a nice atmosphere. We did have a nut roast and it unfortunately came out a bit small so mentioned this and they added on another piece and even some extra roasties. Normally hate complaining but it tends to be the way with vegans getting a bit short changed with portions, especislly as you wouldn’t normally get Yorkshire puddings and cauliflower cheese for the same price. The staff were so friendly and nice and we will definitely visit again!

Friendly pub with lots of space and a big function room at the back they use for events. The beer is Fullers and we'll kept and the atmosphere is good.

Visit after Eng v SA Rugby match so Pub packed.

Visited prior to game vs All Blacks. Nice big pub with extended outside covered (now inside) rear. Great to stand on the pavement outside in a residential area for a drink and chat. Nice food pre-game in the restaurant set up and great service. Post match good meeting point for a couple of drinks before heading home

Went to The Turk’s after the England match to meet up with friends and watch the Ireland game. The game was on the multiple screens but for some reason the pub was playing loud dance music! Several people asked the bar staff to turn the music down so people could enjoy the rugby but there was nothing doing! This used to be a rugby pub but not anymore! On a side note the men’s toilets were completely awful, with pee all over the floor and sink blocked so nowhere to wash hands!

Over the road is Hotel for staying a night after Twickenham.

Great pre-match pub prior to a game at Rugby HQ. Fully prepared for the pre and post game crowd. Also, less manic than other rugby crowd favourites like the Cabbage Patch or Orange Tree. Only a 15-minute walk to HQ and a good post-match venue for a post-game celebratory or sorrow-drowning pint, avoiding the massive queues to get on a train at Twickenham Station...chill out, have a pint or two (or several if your team won) and go to St. Margaret's Station which is a 5 mins walk from the pub.

Visited before and after the rugby. Was able to be served almost immediately even though very busy. Friendly and clean.

We had our wedding reception at the Turk’s on Saturday, it was absolutely perfect, Olly, Hugo, chef Nav and all the rest of the team were brilliant - helpful, accommodating, lovely space, delicious food, everything was great, couldn’t recommend more highly!

Extremely expensive for the quality of the food that they offer. I have just paid £17 for a salad that I couldn't eat.

They have made massive improvements during the lockdown. It is huge now. The staff is so nice and the variety of beers are good. I have not tasted the food yet but already it is one of my favourite pubs.
