Had a really good quality breakfast here,everything was cooked perfectlystaff are very pleasant and service was very quick.value for money was excellent. Will definitely visit again when we are in Warrick area.

Had the full breakfast with chips as an add on. Fried bread was well over done and cold along with the tasteless sausages and cold beans. We got our breakfast within a minute so obviously had been made a lot earlier and not fresh freshly made. Everything was from frozen like the crinkle chips which from frozen were tasteless, cold and flaky. The eggs had been done a while so were tbh piss poor and the hashbrowns were warm but again all from frozen so bland and tasteless. If I was the chef I would NOT let the food go out in that state.

Best breakfast around for the price .

Went in today for food as it looked a nice little cafe, we hadn't picked the menu up an the waitress was at the table ready to take our order, when food came jacket potatoes were a little under cooked with very little filling, as my mum as coming to end of hers she found a hair on her plate which put her off finishing, when went to the till to pay an explain what been found, they was looking to see if it was one of our hairs, then she explained could of been cook cause had no hat on, they did not apologise to mum at 1st an said they gave us a discount which wasn't much, I did go an see them after as they never apologised to my mum in the end when walked out the owner come rushing out an gave my daughter some free tickets for the mop

Eat where the locals do! A lovely little cafe serving home cooked food. We dropped in for lunch on a rather rainy Monday and had proper old fashioned chicken and leek pie with boiled potatoes and two veg. Prices are very reasonable too with great service.

Had two breakfasts two days in a row here. Anne was really great and welcomed us right away.Good quality breakfast for a very reasonable price. Anne even greeted us later in the tilted wig where she saw us waiting for an evening meal.lovely lady. Many thanks.

Bit of a dried, burnt omlette this time unfortunately but they're usually very good. The breakfast was superb as always. You also need to add beans as an extra for the omlette side choices please!

Steak was not good as expected

Had a sandwich to go. It was lovely and priced very well However the coffee was horrible. For £2.50 a decent coffee would be nice or reduce the price

Awful dried up lasagne . The only sort of decent thing on the plate was the frozen crinkle cut chips which were nice and hot. The waitress was awful she seemed to be rushing us and therefore we didn't really get what we wanted. Plenty of better places to go and eat in Warwick.

Dreadful food. As much as I want to supprt small businesses, a cremated slice of dark meat and a kraft cheese slice on a dry roll is not a cheeseburger. And the chips…OVEN chips. That’s unforgivable. Must do much better.

nice cafe but slow service and my friend brought some food we both brought a ham and cheese sandwich with salad sorry to say but my friend sandwich had some mold on the cheese she did say something and it got rectified some money was taken of our bill they was run of their feet the incident was handled really professionally and the manager older lady dealt with it really good it was something that my friend saw on her plate of ham and cheese sandwich it was full of mold i hope it was a one of incident. Teas was lovely really lovely teas but i had to ask twice for cola it seemed crowded and really buzy that day. Unfortunately we are not sure if we want to come back here it was slow service and with the cheese incident as well my friend wasnt happy at all we came here on 8th june 2024

Popped into the Tuckery Cafe for lunch. My wife had the Steak and Kidney Pie, new potatoes and veg. I had the Big Breakfast. Both meals were excellent and not overpriced. We will visit again Thanks

Food was great, delivery was also great - however, I put the wrong delivery address on. Luckily, I managed to drive over to my home address to collect- our driver was perplexed but very understanding.

We went in for some lunch when visiting Warwick. We both chose omelette which were delicious. Service and staff are attentive. The prices are really good, highly recommend a visit

Ate breakfast here three times early morning and each time the breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable. Staff friendly and attentive, service quick. Ordered variations of the breakfast and each one delivered correctly. Great start to each day.

breakfast was OK but the chips were stewed.my shake was very sweet,on the menu it said made with ice cream but It was like normal milkshake.but usually the breakfast is usually really nice.

Had an 'all-day' breakfast on Tuesday. I think the 'all day' refers to how long you'll be on the toilet AFTER you've eaten it. And even that isn't correct. It's now Friday and I'm still sitting on my toilet as I write this and the sewage treatment works have had to do overtime. Enough said...

Had rotten apple juice and my son has been throwing up since. Awful.

Looked nice from the outside, but the service was pretty poor in that we felt rushed to order and eat. When the food came (all had full breakfasts) some of the items were overcooked and some undercooked. Pity. Warwick is a great tourist location and all of the other eating establishments we have visited in the Town have been of a good or excellent standard. I should have read the other negative reviews here and other sites.

Not the most classy of cafes, but good at what it is. There is a wide range of food and drinks available and all at very attractive prices. A coffee and a bacon roll for less than £5 ain’t bad! The roll was a plain white one (no choice offered) and the bacon a bit fatty but I’ve had worse. The cafe is right in the heart of the old town, which is a great location. The area must attract a lot of tourist pounds during the high season but I’m not sure if this is the type of place they would eat at if they are looking for quality The Tuckery is more sausage and chips than Cream Teas. Great if you want some basic nosh and a mug of tea, and who doesn’t at times, but don’t go here expecting anything more than that. I’m not so sure about the claim emblazoned on the menu about being “passionate about food” but there is no denying that this is a good value venue.

I would like to thank Emma for her note included with my food. I truly appreciate her explanation and her generous apology and kindness. The food was spot on and very plentiful. Delivery was quick. Sadly though the food quality has constantly been disappointing. Over the past few orders of the mixed grill meal. From Tuckery cafe. Has not included what is on the menu. I've not received the mushrooms for weeks now. The onion rings are hit and miss. Today I had only one rasher of bacon. Instead of 2. There weren't as many chips. Plus, why was a few leaves of iceberg lettuce, bits of cucumber and salad tomatoes included. As it had become hot and soggy in the mix of a hot meal. Served in a polystyrene container? Not a very appetising combination. Tuckery Cafe, what's happening? Your mixed grill, originally was very good. I hope you can raise the standard of this particular meal or reduce the price. Due to the inconsistency to what's listed on the menu for the mixed grill meal.

Overall it was a nice meal but I've noticed that the past few meals haven't contained all the items listed on the menu. Which is why I won't give full star rating. It's a shame as when I had first ordered the mixed grill meal. I got everything listed on the menu. So it was worth the £12.99 charged. Now I can't help feeling as if I'm not getting the full meal but still being charged full price.

Food was absolutely rotted so greasy not recommended at all. Please take my advice.

My steak had shriveled up into a bite sized piece of beef. Plus I had no grilled tomato. What was there though was tasty and I still enjoyed it. So thank you Tuckery cafe and just eat driver for delivering a good hot meal.

I'm surprised this is one of the top three places for breakfast in Warwick. The cappuccino was disappointing and the tuna toastie was pathetic. The bread and tuna were both so dry with only little bits of tuna scattered onto the bread. It's a hard pass!

Did the job. As others have commented it is a no-frills place but the food was good, the service polite and very quick - and all reasonably priced. So what more could you want! Great to be able to sit outside and enjoy the autumn sun as well. Just wanted a sit down and some food - before we pushed on again - and it did exactly what we needed. The only slight odd thing was that I was told there were no toilets inside and had to walk to the public toilets about 150m away. A bit strange as i thought such cafes had to have them by law..but...hey..

What a lovely cafe, had a Warwick breakfast it was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful and brilliant value for money. We sat outside it was a beautiful day. Thank you to the staff

As usual my mixed grill meal was very yummy. It was nice to have a fried egg included. The steak was a little grisly this time but that can't be helped. Again I highly recommend this meal for all meat lovers. It's a great meal for the price. Better than many other mixed grill meals I've had from other eateries. Thank you Tuckery cafe and just eat delivery service.

The food was good but it had gone cold. Hence the lower rating for the first time. Plus the chips were fewer than normal.

Forget about Wetherspoons. The food here is freshly cooked really speedy service. Great prices would like to give 10stars.

I've visited The Tuckery a couple of times over this summer on day trips to Warwick. Particularly like that it's dog friendly even inside (on first couple of tables only by the door but that's fair enough). The menu is quite varied from sandwiches to full meals. It's reasonably priced, the prices reflect what you get. It's not a greasy spoon cafe but it's not refined either. Portions are generous and service quick. Happy to return whenever I'm in Warwick.

Great service as always. A little disappointed with the chilli filling in the jacket potato. As it was so dry and overcooked that it had no taste to it. Usually I have the mixed grill meal, which is yummy. So I gave just 4* for the chilli. The ploughman's lunch looks great and I will enjoy those over the next few days.

Stumbled across this little cafe and couldn’t be happier we did! Food was top notch and we was seen to very quickly. So much choice on what food/drinks to have, nearly ordered everything! If we’re every passing through the area again we’d be sure to come by because I’m already missing their breakfast!

To put this review into context, my Partner and I took my Mother to Warwick for a nice relaxing drive and walk around the town. She wanted to treat us to a drink and bite to eat. My Mother liked the look of this cafe from the outside, so we went in. The Lady serving us was friendly but got confused with our simple order of 3 breakfasts, we had asked if we could have scrambled eggs instead of fried, and toast instead of fried bread. I ordered a Cappuccino and my Partner a Latte. When the drinks came, they both looked the same, and both tasted the same! Yes, I'm a coffee snob, but even for a 'Greasy Spoon' (see later) Cafe, with a non-barista coffee machine, the coffee's should taste a little like their name! The mugs were not 'dishwasher' clean and one had dried egg on the side. When the food came, the scrambled eggs were so dry and overcooked, they were chewy and were virtually devoid of colour. The sausages were again overcooked, to the point they were dried out and hard to cut with the blunt cutlery. The toast was clearly cold when the margarine (not real butter!) was spread, which hadn't melted. My Mother was concerned how loudly one of the staff was coughing in the kitchen area. At least this was after we had had our food delivered! Overall this experience was not very pleasant, and we all made references to the above issues. My earlier reference to a 'Greasy Spoon' cafe is not meant to be disrespectful, but as a seasoned traveller, I've had my fair share of 'Full English Breakfasts' over the years. On a positive note, the hash brown was nicely cooked and the bacon and chips were okay. At the time of writing this review (6 hours after visit), two of Us had poorly stomachs within 2 hours of eating. I also found it unusual that the cafe had no Customer toilet facilities. Unfortunately, this experience in The Tuckery means we won't be making a return visit.

The quality of food was excellent value for money, with good customer service, nothing was too much trouble. In todays economic climate you can eat well on a budget without compromising on quality.

Took an hour for delivery. Chips were cold and hard and cheesy chips were soggy and cold. My burger was burnt. I may order again as prices and portion sizes are good. My son enjoyed his tuna toasty and the side salad with burger was very nice. Hopefully it’s an off day.

Absolutely fantastic meal. Thank you so much Tuckery cafe. Everything is cooked just how I like it. Personally I don't eat the fried bread. Apart from that the mixed grill is great. The ploughman's is also brilliant for the money. That is my dinner tomorrow. Please don't ever stop serving these on your menu. Of which is full of all my favourite meals. Tuckery cafe is my favourite place for good British food. The just eat driver is lovely too.

Absolutely brilliant traditional Cafe, breakfast are to die for. A real mug of tea, nothing is too much trouble. Full breakfast : bacon, sausages, fried bread, beans, tomatoes, eggs, chips, hash brown just wonderful all for UNDER £7 !! Ham, egg & chips £4.50!! Generous portions. Lovely staff, great service. Highly recommend this hidden jem

That tagliatelle pasta is the best I have tasted

The cheap breakfast seemed very appealing until we entered and it looked like a soup kitchen, my partner had to quickly answer the phone to a number we didn’t recognise and the woman from the counter was soon up in our space even though it was clear we was on the phone and not ready. This put us off massively so we left.

I love Tuckery cafe. Their food is a reasonable price and always arrives hot. Good portions too. I have noticed that sometimes the mixed grill is missing some items listed. This time it was the fried bread and mushrooms. I must double check again to make sure these are still part of the mixed grill meal. I'm sure they are. Apart from that. I highly recommend this cafe to everyone who loves true British nosh.

When our food arrived it looked very nice and it was very good and tasty. The atmosphere from the staff was great very friendly.The overall price in this cafe is very reasonable. Definitely will be going back.

There are a number of cafes/Pubs selling food in this square and you get a fair bit of food for the price at this cafe very friendly staff who will look after you if there is any problems by all means ask the staff and they will go out of their way to correct it to make your visit more pleasant

Cheap but tables not clean and not cleaned when cleared. Cup was dirty, young waitress was friendly, but rest looked like they didn't want to be there.

Food was overcooked this time but still tasty.

My daughter had the lasagna, it was very tasty I had a jacket potatoes, it was ok but the potatoes could have been cooked more, the tuna was lovely We would order from the tuckery again

I come here with my cycling chums on club rides. We arrive at around 11:00 and usually sit outside. There is a good choice of food and drinks on the menu, at reasonable prices. I don't eat meat and usually order a toasted tea cake, my chums order various, bacon & egg, sausage sandwiches etc. The people at the café are well organised and the service is to a very good standard.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from the Tuckery cafe. I now rate this my joint favourite take out restaurant. They produce the order really fast. The food is enjoyable and always arrives hot. It's excellent value and nicely cooked food. As far as the steak meal goes. The ploughman's lunch is also excellent in value and quantity. Worth the 5star rating for sure. The delivery driver was also very polite and friendly and kind. So, I'm completely satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you to all concerned with my order.

I love the Tuckery! It would be under-playing the place to say it's a no frills establishment, but quite honestly you just don't notice your surroundings when your food arrives. The three adults and three children in our party had a range of food - lots of choices to keep the kids happy. My farmhouse breakfast (which I have had before!) was as amazing as always and brilliant value for money! Deliciously cooked, overflowing plate and quick service! All of the staff are always great. Our waitress today -Jo- went out of her way to tailor our order to us. The Tuckery will always be my favourite place to eat! 5⭐

This was the first time ordering food from the tuckery cafe. I enjoyed the food. It arrived hot and tasty. The steak was well done which is how I like them. The ploughman's lunch was very enjoyable too. Overall I am happy with this new cafe and I will definitely be ordering from here again.

My colleague & I had a working "Full English" Breakfast with Tea & Fresh Orange juice, Toast & Marmalade & it was truly excellent! Great food, super service & a nice friendly atmosphere in the Cafe. Places like this are both hard to find & essential to keep patronised as they reflect everything that is good about "local" facilities rather than the larger Multi regional Coffee Shops that are appearing on every street corner & at which your spend 15 minutes queueing up at just for a couple of hot drinks.

Couldn't fault The Tuckery at all! Such a warm and friendly place to be and always welcomed by the lovely waitress Jo, who is always happy to take your orders and enquiries without fuss.

The food wasnt bad but it gave me and my dad food poisoning?

We ate breakfast here each of the three mornings we were in Warwick. Thought it would be good as there was a steady stream of locals and trades people using it. Cooked breakfast treat each morning and nothing was too much bother ie changing certain items for others in a meal. Ie mushrooms instead of chips etc. Each change request was delivered without error. Really enjoyed our visits here.
