Travelled 60 miles because we enjoyed it last time we came ordered beef and got three little pieces size of a fifty pence piece don't know how they go on with small carvery definitely not value for money

Went for carvery with family. Had to ask for fresh meat as what was out was bone dry from being sat under lights too long. Server not happy at my request and said "I suppose I can". Veg was hard, instant mash and toasties like boulders. Staff couldn't have cared less when I complained and gave them my full plate of hardly touched food. DIABOLICAL FOOD AND SERVICE.

Tuesday night First time here for my partner and I. Food was very good and atmosphere good also. Deserts great also with a few games of pool also

Wish I had not chosen the carvery. Very little meat and dried up veg. Other non carvery meals coming out looked better . Outside looked very dark and not inviting, had I not booked I would have gone somewhere else. Drinks very expensive. Once we had eaten some of our carvery we could not wait to get out of the place.

Went today, family of 3. We all commented on the poor quality of the food. The meat (beef & gammon) whilst tasty was cut very thin. The rest, very disappointing. Cauliflower cheese had very little cheese and was watery. The roast potatoes were like rocks. Overall we were all disappointed with the meal.

It was very nice and the pigs in blankets were very nice and the Yorkshire puddings were very nice and tasty

The Trawlerman is a gem! The staff there are incredibly friendly, and Donna, in particular, was a superstar. She made our evening extra special with her attentive and welcoming approach. The whole vibe of the place was spot-on—relaxed yet stylish, creating the perfect atmosphere for a fantastic dining experience. Not only was the staff exceptional, but the food was also out of this world! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavour and made with fresh ingredients. The menu offered a delightful range of options, and each plate was expertly prepared. The cosy yet sophisticated ambiance added to the overall charm, making it a go-to spot for a great time. I can't recommend The Trawlerman enough! From the super-friendly staff, especially Donna, to the incredible food and inviting atmosphere, this place is a winner. Staff are belittled in front of customers, for not buying a Christmas top to wear for work!! It was embarrassing to watch and embarrassing for the member of staff.

Planed a evening with colleagues looked at the opening times on line , only to be thrown out by a rude and arrogant bar person, at 10pm last orders not sure if this was the manager presumed not as there was zero customer care or expectation. basically did not care if i contacted head office with my complaint or not sad would never return
