Std Wetherspoon's bigger menu selection than some others

Love a Wetherspoons and this one’s a particular favourite. Staff always polite and friendly, quick service and a great selection of wines and craft beers.

Look...I've been a fan of Wetherspoons for years...and especially the drinks prices, curry and breakfast. On day 1 I was well pleased...excellent value large breakfast with bottomless coffee; beef madras up to usual standard in the evening; excellent drinks value. And the young ladies both morning and evening fantastic service with a smile. Day 2 - breakfast and then off for golf; load up because no lunch; ordered porridge and scrambled eggs on toast. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. The porridge was literally a bowl of dry solid cardboard papier mache. I tried one mouthful. In a hurry so moved on to the scrambled egg. Toast good but 3 eggs totally wasted to make a granular skinny portion that even dredging with tomato sauce could not disguise. So...instant indigestion for the rest of the morning. I know its fast food but how can ANYONE let such disgusting 'food' leave their kitchen, let alone carry it to the table and not think "I'll take that back." If you read my other reviews you'll see that I am very fair and ussually very positive but... Come on Tim...sort this out...I'm a loyal customer with a seriously bad experience.

Plates were cold.Eggs were cool, Ham was cold which I didn't mind and jacket potato was hot.

Great breakfast at a good price.

Visited a couple of times whilst staying nearby, had a couple of different meals and soft drinks. All was as I have come to expect from the chain, good price, prompt service, well prepared hot food and all staff very pleasant......highly recommended.

Amazing place. One of the best weatherspoons I’ve been to. Been away in St Anne’s so been here a few times whilst I’ve been away. Service is fast, always somewhere to sit. The breakfasts are wonderful too. Cannot wait to come back next time I’m here again

Had dinner on a Tuesday evening with a couple of friends for Steak Night. The staff were lovely enough even if they forgot my drink, and the atmosphere was nice, no problems there, but the food was disappointing and there was an unpleasant smell I think from the carpet. I ordered the gourmet 8oz sirloin, medium well done, and it was uncooked on the inside, so chewy that every mouthful took 3 minutes to get down, and full of gristle that most of it ended up in a serviette. I took the rest home for the dog because it was too exhausting to eat. There was also a horribly strong smell of mould which I think was coming from the carpet (table 7) which made me wonder if it’s a health hazard. It needs sorting out pronto. In spite of it being a friendly place, I’d be reluctant to return, and I definitely wouldn’t order the steak again, nor sit at table 7.

Food good but had a long wait. Nice sunny hot day very busy so hence the wait. Will visit again

Great pub to visit on a sunny day and sit in the large beer gardens at the front.

Nice Wetherspoons and nice area outside were we enjoyed a couple of drinks.

We were visiting Lytham and couldn't miss dining at Wetherspoons. We enjoyed the Lasagne which hasn't been on the menu very long, although they did used to have a lovely beef lasagne and vegetable one but they went off the menu a few years ago. We enjoyed it as it is very tasty and a good size portion and you can have it served with salad or chips, so we ordered one of each and shared the salad and chips between us. Service was good.

Usual wetherspoons food ok prices great. Always try to find a wetherspoons wherever we are.

Poor delivery on the app 10 minutes plus and brought the wrong drinks. Beer and cider ok, table clean. Staff polite. Gents good.

Visited Saturday evening with friends. it's your usual weatherspoons. Always a walk to the bathroom (though fat better than some, at least there weren't lots of corridors upstairs 🤣) Lots of scaffolding at the moment which takes away from the beauty of the building and means they have lost some outdoor seating, I'm also hoping that this is why there were bins everywhere and it's not usual for customers to be surrounded by bins. Staff were all friendly enough, it was quite busy so we found a table outside which we cleared ourselves. Those small plates though, not small plates. That was a lot of food.

Lovely wetherspoons. Very clean, great service not very good WIFI though, but only for ordering our food. We were otherwise engaged in conversation and enjoying food and drink. Toilets nice decor and very clean, only wetherspoons I've seen with a washbasin placed lower for children yo reach. Well done, Lytham St Anne's Track Boat Inn Our meals are not included below, nor is the BBQ chicken pizza.

Usual great service, variety of craft beers and cheap prices.

The food as really gone downhill at all wetherspoons. Nowhere near the amount you used to get. Chips are tasteless. Food and drink deals are no longer cheap.

Jam packed as you’d expect in a tourist spot, but was easy to order and food was quick. My friend ordered on the app, but we ordered at the bar which was quicker 😀

Mixed grill has shrunk in the wash. It was missing a piece of lamb too. Difficult to distinguish between beef and pork. Quite bland.

A good Wetherspoons, well worth the trip out from Blackpool centre to St Anne's. The town is pleasant enough in itself, but the spoons is good too. Busy & bustling, you can still find a clean table and get some decent food. Good prices and friendly staff just add to this nice find in what can be a rather raw part of the country.

Food really poor this time. Also most tables were full of dirty plates.

Definitely one of the better Wetherspoons, it’s our favourite and the table service is always fast.

Great Wetherspoons, gets very busy especially when the weather is good but gets little sun in the afternoon /evening most days sadly.

Fabulous breakfast at the Trawl boat, great for an early start. Quick service and appreciate the free coffee refills.

Just visited this pub for the first time in ages now I remember why I stopped frequenting the place. It is ok for a pint but the food is not the best. I had steak pudding chips and mushy peas .to be honest it was poor . It came on a large plate but the portion was tiny I actually counted eleven chips the pudding was rubbery o viousley not fresh and the whole dish was just warm .it seems nothing changed sin e I last went in before covid wo t eat there again sorry guys

It's a nice pub. I played darts and pool with my nephew. We didn't have food.

Great service from a waitress called Levi! She was terrific. Great personality. She grafted all shift, never went back empty handed and she never stopped smiling. A real credit to Spoons!

Never been to a ‘spoons’ before so was looking forward to a nice meal. Food was very basic and portions were tiny. Unfortunately the staff have no manners and have no sense of propriety or polite communication . Awful awful place.

Nice pub shame about the food. Ordered medium rare steak and got. Medium well, wife's chicken was dry and over done

I attended with my family today with small children .after ordering my food ,I was rudely and unprofessionally approached by a male member of staff who leaned over into my face and shouted "can you remove your child outside as your disturbing the customers .they can't eat their food and concentrate as your child is making too much noise " .in front of a full pub . Many customers witnessed this happening and was appalled by the way he spoke to me and also complained to management. I felt so degraded and embarrassed. My child cried once and it was actually another child who was screaming not mine . I'm am so upset at the disrespect and degrading behaviour of this member of staff . Not once did I get an apology

Pub dirty with tables full of used glasses, plates. Draught beer was really not good. Didn't stay long, shame.

Very good staff all in the Xmas spirit and happy to help, had a brunch, all hot with runny eggs great . Clean and tidy and fresh will be back.🎅revisit May 24

Friendly staff and served quickly via app...we only called for a drink, but they were running a limited menu and I suspect it would have been far busier...nice seating area outside too for the sunnier days.

Not a great fan of Wetherspoons, but certain ones are well above the average... We were on 2 night break in St.Annes and ended up eating and drinking in here both nights. Previously called in last year, so knew it was alright... hence why we cam again. Good food, great prices and great service

Called in on Tuesday afternoon for lunch with my disabled mum. We had 2 very nice pizza's and a drink sat outside. I went in to the bar for 2 tea's and having mobility issues i struggled. After ordering the tea i relised i had left my puse in my coat pocket outside I cancelled my order as i knew i wasnt going to be able to climb the steps outside again so i just grabed a water. A lovely waitress named Lauren appeared at our table 5 minutes later and explained she couldn't get me tea's without an order but if i downloaded the app she would bring the tea's out. She talked me through the download showed me how it worked and brought us 2 teas with a small glass of milk. Lauren hadnt been the bar person that had served me inside so i guess she had overheard the conversation with the bar man who was also very nice. So a big thank you from both my.mum and I for the service and Lauren you are a credit to hospitality x

Top notch place, cool food and beer at the right price

Wir haben uns dort für ein Getränk an einem Donnerstagabend aufgehalten. Wer sich unterhalten möchte, findet auch trotz der Lebhaftigkeit einen geeigneten Platz. Allerdings kann es sein, dass man auf einen bequemen Barhocker klettern muss. Zumindest für die Getränke wird an der Bar bestellt. Das Essen für andere Tische sah gut aus. Bei wärmeren Temperaturen kann auch auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus gesessen werden.

When me and my wife go to Latham we always go to this pub one of the best weatherspoons we have been to for atmosphere and pleasant staff.

Food was served hot and tasty with no frills

Nice northern wetherspoons pub with nice real beer. Better than most spoons pubs. Seems to have less of the sticky floors and uncleaned tables feel than many.

Fabulous and spacious lovely on a sunny day plenty of seating outside what's the date if you can use the app to order drinks and food staff are fab

The atmosphere was spoiled by the screeching and shouting of a particular large group. Unfortunately they weren't asked to quieten down by the staff who were all quite young

Curry Thursday. Last night six of us chose the large Jalfrezi. Mistake! Poppadoms were soggy. Naan bread was cold. Portions were smaller than in the past. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Excellent service from very friendly and happy young staff The staff where so happy in there work even thou was a bank holiday.

Arrived at the pub aroud 6.30pm everything was fine. Had a little complaint about the drink been flat we had ordered dubble rum and coke and both drinks were very flat. Later on around 22.00 my mother went to the bar and she was refused any service. We had just send over £50 just on food, yes we were celebrating a personal event, the bar staff had refused all service and pretty much as us to leave. There wad four adults sat having a meal with a few drinks and some reason was asked to leave. My experience is totally dreadful . Be sure my word will be spread across the area sharing my experiences with the pub. The staff this includes management need some training with costum and hospitality. It's shocking.

Love it here, always pleasant staff and friendly people.

Normally a good pint, but this time it was awful. A YOUNG girl pulled our pints, they looked like dishwater, when I pointed out that there should be a nice creamy head etc the BOSS grabbed the pints, squirted more beer into them a plonked on the bar, as if to say, take it or leave it, terrible attitude and they're usually so good.

Cold food, ordered tea and coffee and I get served an empty cup, I understand pouring your own refill but if you order a drink you expect it to be in the cup!!!

Table for 5 today. Very busy, almost full, we found the last table, and ordered via their app. We thought as it was so busy the order woukd take some time. 5 mind later, our drinks were served, followed 6 mins later by our food orders. Couldn't believe the speed of service, everything properly cooked, hot, and very tasty. I know that people sometimes criticise Wetherspoons service, and quality, but when you factor in the modest price, low priced drinks and great service, we will always go back. Enjoyed our lengthy visit and we certainly will again!!

Went here once for dinner and twice for breakfast during a short stay in the area. Speedy service on all three occasions despite it being busy on two of them, helpful bar staff and food exactly as you expect from a ‘spoons: cheap and decent. Thank you.
