Beans & sauce & tomatoes missing?

Food always hot and correct. Vegetarian sausages seem to of gotten smaller and changed brand. Staff always friendly. Receipt machine wasn't working and I had to go and get my hot drinks and it felt wierd not being asked for it just incase I hadn't paid. Very busy in there though always on it with cleanliness too

I keep on checking in the hope that this restaurant has improved. Well sad to say it hasn't the portions are small and the quality is very poor.

Went here this morning for the "ultimate" breakfast. Two issues: 1. it promises Heinz baked beans but they were more like "basics" beans, small and in a sugary sauce. 2. Only one sachet of condiment is allowed with an order, further ones are 10p each. Rather than dropping Heinz's brand name (and I agree with boycotting the profiteers) there should be Morrison's own brand condiment on each table. Other than that the food was fine but in future I will look for other places that are not as penny-pinching.

While the fish was ok, the chips were poorly cooked and not pleasant to taste so ere just dumped. Because this restaurant was so good in the past I keep giving it a try but the standard is now so low that it has become not worth taking a chance that the meal would ne of reasonable quality.

I ordered a breakfast and asked for 2 items to be substituted for more of other items. The meal arrived with none of the substitutes made. If I was not allowed substitutes a phone call explaining this would have been good customer service. As it was I was very disappointed and had to throw food away.

Can be very busy at times which turn into lengthy waits for food to arrive and by that time you have either finished your drink or its gone cold. More staff needed to cope with demand at times.

Spent over £15 on breakfast and only allowed 1 small sachet of tomato sauce per meal. Absolute joke . Hash browns were cold mushroom wasn’t cooked on the underside and coffee wasn’t that nice. Would not go back tight c****

Noise the chairs make when moved is cringe, we ordered full English breakfasts, they looked like children’s portions, the tomatoes barely cooked and green. They forgot to give us our toast. Just very unpleasant experience, this place never changes.

Reasonable prices, good standard of food, service can be very slow, ones tea can go cold whilst waiting for ones food, otherwise, a nice place to be in, I use it often

We arrived, any empty tables were not cleared, we cleared the empty plates and asked a waitress to wipe the table down. We were told we would have to wait, then watched her chat with another colleague for 5 minutes. We then went to the till to order and given a rant by the operator that due to them having to serve, clean and cook there would be an hour wait. Dirty! Sticky! Packed with customers… and ONE HOUR to wait for food! No warning sign put out! No staff informing customers! We only found out when we went up to the counter to find out why we had been sitting waiting for 45 minutes! We had ordered on the App, To be fair my Veggie breakfast was finally served hot and was tasty enough! Not my favourite place to eat but my husband is keen on value for money so it had become his cafe of choice whilst out grocery shopping! I don’t plan to return !

Had a really lovely vegan breakfast today. Morrisons own vegan sausages were delicious along with mushrooms hash brown beans toast and smashed avocado . Will definitely be back!

The food was slightly cold and there was no way of knowing without trying which sausages were normal or vegetarian. Will not be ordering again.

The food was cold and there was only one mushroom. The menu said there would be 2. The fried egg yolk was hard. I won't be having it again.

Breakfast in Morrisons New Brighton Oh dear asked for no beans and tomato had to send back as it came with them, then sent back again as stone cold even the girl who took the order said same ,,the toast was just warm bread in fact the toast was warmer than the breakfast got a refund at the customer service desk and the Lady said to her colleague this seems to be a regular thing from the cafe a lot of refunds !!!!! This reflected on my food shop as didn’t do one never mind plenty of other places to go

Went to have a quick something to eat with my dad.Looked at the menu which looked old and lack of choice.Ordered my meal and was told they didn't have it so ordered something else.Picked up pot of tea and a mug which was dirty.Picked up knifes and forks and nearly was sick as they were all filthy and caked in food.I quickly washed them under the boiling water.Waited for food which was cold.Couldnt be bothered telling anyone because staff weren't interested as it was nearly closing .Left all the food..disgusting.Tables and floor dirty.The whole place needs jet washing its gross.Wouldnt go back.

Breakfast was undercooked. Attempted to resolve and both restaurant and just eat couldnt care. Only second tome ordering from here and the last time the order was cancelled after an hour with no reason.

Provided one receives everything all is well, but let something be missing and the whole facade of excellence crumbles. There's no point in providing excellent food if it all doesn't arrive is there.

Has to be some of the best chips I've ever tasted, delivered fast hot and crisp on the outside and all fluffy on the inside.

Great choice of menu, service is really good, obviously plenty of parking, and has petrol station on site as well.

Me and dad had a lovely breakfast barmcake bacon and sausage.And a drink each can't fault it very tasty.The place was busy nice atmosphere.Staff constantly going round clearing tables and cleaning them for the next person.Made a nice change and set us up nice to do our shopping.We definitely will be back another time.

The Most disgusting wast of money Horrid, not famous not special, NASTY batter the fish only the middle part was edible but smelly, the ends massive chunks of only batter and the cheapest soggy chips Yuk Yuk Yuk, and just eat do not give refunds.

I went this morning to buy a plant. (Morrisons Squires Gate, Blackpool)They are actually selling dead and dying plants for £20!! I went to the nearby Lidl and bought the same type which was a healthy specimen for £7.40! Also, I've been going to that Morrisons for last 5 months and whereas most of the staff are friendly and welcoming, some are definitely not. And, while I'm on one, the petrol station never has an plastic gloves or paper towels and is bedecked with diesel and petrol spills and stains. It is generally grubby. It's time to look elsewhere.

Food arrived quickly. Ordered a brie and cranberry toastie, it was generously filled & delicious! Garlic bread and coleslaw, garlic bread was a tad underdone but was ok. Will definitely order again :)

Not been at a weekend but from working in the area for a few weeks, I feel compelled to compliment the staff and probably management at this cafe. They have to deal with a lot of older people, some of whom are unfortunate enough to be in wheelchairs, and the professionalism and calmness from the young ladies working this cafe is inspirational. So far the food is at the top of what you'd expect from a supermarket cafe and I wouldn't expect anything more. I haven't had cold food yet and I expected the deep fried fish to be greasy underneath as it's, well, deep fried. But even in the busiest times that I've seen, all the tables are clean, the detrious is fully cleared away or in the process of being cleared and the staff are friendly, confident and doing what they're paid to do. They must have good management to do all that, especially given the size of the place. It's as good as the shop's salad bar with yesterday's ice cold potato curry salad thing and peppers that tase of mold, is disgusting. Kudos to all the staff and management at this cafe. Wish the grumps in Telford Asda could come and learn from you. Wish you would run the salad bar. (No, I'm not on commission).

Went to morrisons cafe today the service was terrible no one working the till there was a queue Forming not one member of staff on the floor dirty tables when the staff did appear two young girls the taller one of the two all she was wanted to talk instead of getting some work done

I’ve ordered here before and it was great however today I ordered two breakfast brunches both had no eggs. Which is disappointing considering the price and wait for it to arrive. I also paid £2 for toast and just got one slice. I’m hoping it’s just been a busy day for them and they will sort the refund as the order before was great.

Had breakfast in Morrisons cafe on Squires Gate Blackpool for the first (and last) time on Saturday 30th April. Ordered a veggie breakfast and waited for 20 minutes for it to arrive even though the cafe was almost empty. The breakfast, when it finally arrived, consisted of 2 tepid hash browns which tasted of nothing apart from old frying fat, a " grilled tomato which was stone cold, hard and bitter, a cooked mushroom which was cold, old, encased in a rubbery skin and coated in old fat, 2 veggie sausages also cold and tasting of salt and nothing else and a cold poached egg. On a side plate was a slice of toast soaked in cheap cooking margarine. Absolutely the worst food I have ever had anywhere. The 1 star is for the young female waitress who brought the food and was polite and cheerful...a star.

Morrisons cafe was always very busy before the Covid Pandemic that's lasted 2 years now and it has taken a while for people to come back to the cafe, but it is worth coming back because of the lovely food they serve and the Friendly staff, also the prices are very competitive and they have put screens up for people's security during the Covid Pandemic. I would recommend Morrisons cafe and store.

Such a table 21 for my self ordered breakfast on a table that hadn't been clean for 20-minutes the table was absolutely taped in or breakfast residues and beans absolutely disgusting close this place down and mediately

Almost no options for gluten free, asked for alterations to food so I could eat but was told they can't... Would love to know what they expect gluten free people to eat??? I got told to eat elsewhere... Shame my child wanted to eat here cos he was hungry so I had to sit n wait for him to eat... Very hungry myself.... Shame on Morrisons cafe... The supermarket has a large range of gluten free food maybe you should shop there? Just a suggestion....

Awful breakfast, cold and unappetising, sausages looked like they were cooked 3 days ago and continuously reheated. The tables had been 'wiped' with a dirty cloth and certainly not wiped properly. The only redeeming feature was the yorkshire tea. They really need to try a lot harder. I would not eat here again unless they up their standards.... a lot.

Thought it would be nice to have breakfast before we started to shop.What a mistake that was,The three of us had a full English.Its something we very rarely eat.Well we won't be eating there again. It was very quiet and we were served within 10 minutes by a lovely young girl who was very polite. The table was sticky,the food was cold,the sausages were wrinkled up,mushrooms were wet as was the scrambled egg the bacon was ok the pouched egg was a joke.The best thing was the toast and a pot of Yorkshire tea.Come on Morrisons your standed has slipped, not only in the restaurant but as a whole.Its like shopping in Tescos and Aldi.Ive been using you since the day you opened,I may have to reconsider my shopping habits....

2 adults, 1 toddler, was told there was a 15 minute wait (we did go at 12:30 so expected) food was hot and fresh, staff polite and helpful. Tables were cleared and sanitised pretty much immediately. My little one loved the junior fish meal. Definitely would have again.

Lovely freshly cooked breakfast, served fairly quickly and by a lovely young, helpful girl I didn't get the name of. The only two things that stopped it getting top marks are the undercooked bacon - which seems to be a thing for Morrisons cafes. Also the lack of real milk and a teaspoon for the pot of tea. Sorry but there is no excuse to serve hot drinks with that awful fake milk and wooden stirrers. If I pay to sit and eat/drink in a cafe I want those two things, it's not much to ask. And you can't blame Covid, you're already serving real cutlery anyway.

surprisingly nice Xmas lunch at a very reasonable price....gave the apple pie a try ...again not bad at all pouring cream would have been....staff genuinely engaged in customer service...delivers for the money well done
