Open times says Monday 10-6 . Arranged to meet someone here. We drove a good distance as it looked very attractive. It was closed and a staff member advised never open Monday. Very disappointed. Times need to be updated

Afternoon tea was shocking if you’re dairy free. I emailed and asked for a dairy free option! They forgot when I got there! All I got was around of sandwich’s one finger cake and scone you could of built a house out of

Such a disappointment! Came here today, for my mums birthday afternoon tea, messaged over a week ago to confirm one dairy free option! Got there they had forgotten! My mum enjoyed hers, dairy free sandwiches were ok, nothing wow! Could only have 2 dairy free cakes, as they had forgotten! The scone was rock hard, complained so they took it away and reheated it which made it worse! The young lady was rude and the old lady behind the counter actually laughed at me and said she 'didn't have time to stand and argue with me'. AWFUL PLACE! Old ladies were very rude! Offered me £2 off as the scone was hard ! Never again! And the toilet was a portaloo outside the nursery!! What’s this place called tiny teapot or little teapot? Either way I’ll never be going back there again! 😡😡

Fantastic afternoon tea at The Little Teacup and extremely good value. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There was a large party in for a birthday but it didn’t affect the service. Good atmosphere and nicely decorated tea shop. I understand a proper toilet is being built! I have also been for lunch which was excellent. I have been recommending to other friends

It was going so well until we asked for another teapot of tea and black coffee.i asked for more hot water and she said it comes out of coffee machine .well if you have tea its only hot water i wanted my cup filled up.not half a cup.and the teapot for 2 was only half ful and she said it was only for two.so we asked another lady and with a nice smile gave us more hot water for both.the other ladies attude was not pleasent at all. We had two ploughmans lunch and a three chesse sandwich.one lemon cake. Toilet is a porter loo. Didnt fancy that at all. I personally wouldnt come back. The lady with her attude turned me right off.

Located in a small garden centre, which (to be honest) we usually drive past - that's a mistake, this is a really nice "old fashioned/proper" teashop. Only open for a few months, but already building a good (and well deserved) reputation. Nicely decorated, great food, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff - what more can you ask

The cafe used to be a nice place while it was upstairs and somewhat secluded, overlooking the entrance, now it is where the customer service area should still be unobstructing the entrance beyond the barriers The cafe was built downstairs and stilk to this day you cannot use your card to pay at the till, you use a digital touch screen covered in greasy finger prints and then pick up a digital table number which seems never to have been cleaned since it was new There are some tan seats which look as though they will get filthyquickpy and a number of tables already scratched, stained and dented to choose from, with seating by freezing cold windows provide unobstructed views of people in the car park staring in at you as though you was a zoo animal. The food is all cooked in the same oil, despite nearly being given someone else's order twice with no checks done at all, and another hostess asking if we had even ordered m anything, rudely, it finally arrived, only the overweight oily server had his badly chewed thumb inside of the bowl, I saw him serving others food and he seemingly makes a habit of putting it in there, which was an enormous out off of the food The food was greasy beyond comparison, tasting only the hot oil which was evident ally used to cook fish fingers in at some stage of its life, giving the potato a disgusting burnt fish taste, I used the paper napkins, a bundle of five of them, to drain the oil out of a single hash brown croutons, disgusting, I left half of it and well not worth the price, currently £2.60 for a can of coke which can be had in the store for 70p Parkihg is available, the front of the store fills up quickly and the other spaces are miles away from the entrance now that the utterly stupid decision to close off the middle doors to the store, an important fire escape route, was taken, because they did not want to employ an extra security guard. The problem when rebranding, is that the rot remains, so long as the same people stay in charge.

Nice Costa, always busy and the service is always slow in comparison to other branches. That said the staff are very friendly and always helpful. Food and drinks always good quality, hot and fresh

Like Costa, but feel the toasted sandwiches seem more bread, not enough fillings expensive now don't have them
