! ! ! ! No escuchó en absoluto...

Before meeting friends in The Raven Pub to celebrate a friends birthday my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into The Tiny Tavern ,been here before ,always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit . I like the look of this tavern ,interior is superb ,light and airy ,lovely decor and furnishings ,a cool looking serving bar and lots of seating options both inside and outside ,it's a great bar to chill out in. We ordered a guinness in here ,these were poured in the correct manner even allowing time for the all important settle ,we kicked back ,chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular bar. Guinness served in here was really good ,thick ,creamy and most importantly freezing cold ,the barmaid who served us certainly knows how to pour a quality guinness . We really enjoyed our guinness in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time. The Tiny Tavern is easy to locate along Walton Vale. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, open from 10am. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Walton Vale is a great area of the city to drink ,lots of great pubs and bars here ,one I always look forward to visiting is The Tiny Tavern . This is a great looking pub ,it's a light and airy pub,a cool looking serving bar ,pubby decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options,a proper chill out pub. We were here on a Thursday evening ,pub was busy with a great atmosphere ,a study of their beer range and my twin brother Stephen and I opted to have a Mahou green beer each which this pub serves on draught,we are both big fans of this great Spanish beer,it's a light, hoppy and unpretentious lager style beer bursting with taste and just so easy to drink especially when served freezing cold as in this pub, hardly surprising it's so popular and busy with beers of this quality. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and as on all previous visits to here we had a great time. The Tiny Tavern is easy to locate along Warbreck Moor. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, open from 10am. Well worth popping into if you're in the area.

Called in while my son was in The Royal hospital. Asked for the small breakfast but no mushrooms or tomatoes. The owner was very pleasant but after he served my coffee (I did ask for a latte but an ordinary coffee came) he carried on chatting with a bloke sat at a table. Then he went off to the kitchen. A few minutes later my breakfast came. It looked as though most of it had been deep fried. It came with mushrooms which I didn’t want, no baked beans. The egg made me heave, dirty brown white and a broken yolk undercooked centre floating in the white albumen. Bacon was a crisp and the sausage cut in half and deep fried. The toast came just buttered in the middle. Would never eat there again. I took pictures but can’t post them on here. Apart from the bloke sat at a table I was the only customer.

Wraps and bowls are good. Really like the halloumi hummus side and the salt and pepper sweet corn ribs.

Had a few beers here with friends and watched a football match that was competing with the karaoke. One of the punters saw himself as a bit of a singer . For karaoke to work you've got to be really bad, and be aware of that or really good. Sadly Alan was the worst type, not quite as good as he imagines himself to be. ...* Edit* ... Quick reply from Black Cat has helped jog my memory. Disregard the review above as I was mistaking the Black Cat for another bar in the City. I did have a few beers here late one night as, if I remember correctly, they were open later than the other bars. It was rammed. The service was good ,looks like they have a few good events in the week.

I really enjoyed the broccoli with roasted hazelnuts & pigs in blankets. My waitress from Brazil was very friendly and checked on me often. Nice decor.
