This is a little gem of a place.Superb food. Not to be missed if you like truly delicious Indian food. Ravi the waiter provided such a delightful table service. All 4 of us LOVED the dishes we ordered Pumpkins saag was a new one on me..........but a stunning accompanent to Vegan Dosa Highly recommended.

Went here on a Friday night, and was glad I’d made a booking as the place was very busy. The food was amazing and a bit different to your normal Indian fare. We all found something we loved on the menu, including my vegan sister-in-law. I think we could have all ate our meals again. The seer ice was equally good. I would thoroughly recommend.

I think the full Indian Breakfast is best breakfast in town, and for under £10! Love it!

We had the Indian breakfast which was absolutely delicious - staff were lovely and so attentive and welcoming - most delicious and best value breakfast in Cambridge!

It was a great experience and Ravi served us. A calm and pleasant person who made our time worthwhile and made us feel comfortable with our little son.

Great menu with something for everyone, obviously popular as it was full and the atmosphere vibrant. Staff are great and we ate well at a good price.

Meh, lots of better Indian places around here. We got a bunch of starters to share. The food is not super authentic - could use more flavour and spice. Dosa was not crispy at all, tough as leather. Chicken 65 had a nice texture but could have been spicier. The kale chaat was really weird, it was like I wanted to avoid the kale part. The lamb bon bons had slightly undercooked dal that I was burping hours later. Overall ok, really nice decor and might be nice especially in the bright colourful areas but nothing to rave about.

A must-go in Cambridge! They have amazing foods! great selections with great price, a lot of plant-based options and they are absolutely doing a great job in bringing us authentic flavors! Reservation might be needed because they are so busy at peak time - but think of the quality of their foods, that explains everything! Would highly recommend this place!

Delicious lunch spot, dosa looked fabulous on the table next to me but I went with paneer thali and it was great. Onion bhaji also was very tasty.

A very nice place. It is simple and priced accordingly. But the food is good, nice quality ingredients and rich taste. It sells exactly what it is advertising: fine recognisable Indian food made with care and served with kindness.

Came to Cambridge for 4 days for work, came back twice it was so good! Really affordable, lovely staff and best of all, all of the food tastes amazing 🤩 Tried different stuff both times and could recommend them all!

The food is delicious, we ordered Dosa, roti and mixed vegetable curry. Though the menu is quite mixed, it's neither south Indian nor North Indian menu completely. You will not find everything on the menu. But they also have a thali option which is good. And the masala Chai & filter coffee was also flavorful.

great variety of food with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. The lunch and dinner options are both amazing. Authentic Indian food, and some unique and very tasty dishes like the crispy kale chaat!

This is just great food. Colleagues from the Punjab suggested this and they were right! Chefs specials taste fantastic and the staff are very attentive. We are coming back!

The food in itself was tasty ..however it arrived practically cold??? Literally Luke warm ?? So £36.00 later we were very disappointed and would never order again

Enjoyed multiple meals at The Tiffin Truck during our 4 day Cambridge visit. Definitely a notch or two above your average Indian restaurant with quality food (light on oil, subtle spicing) and both North and South Indian menu choices. Service is fast and efficient and attentive while the decor and atmosphere of the space is tasteful and welcoming. Definitely coming back here again and again!

Nice staff and quick service. Food was really authentic and nice. I suggest you go here early and go with friends. The ambience is Mexican…you’ll get it if you go here. :)

Went for lunch with friends, their Thali was amazing... we also had lime soda and filter coffee which was very good. Service was very kind and helpful.

I have visited with my friends yesterday. Excellent and friendly service. Mango chilli martini cocktails were awesome and Ennai Kathrikai was top notch as well. Will definitely come back.

Modern India restaurant located at Regent Street, Cambridge. Comfy environment and nice staff. Butter Chicken and fresh made Nan bread is yummy. Good combination w Dosa.

This place is strategically located and worth checking out for Indian food lovers. I had basmati rice and the chef’s choice of fish curry! I had the best Indian fish curry which I have never had anywhere in UK since I moved to England. The food portions are right and the fish tasted so fresh that I had to ask the Waiter where they get it from. Value for money 90/% Service 90% Location 100% You can access it by wheel chair! They even had spicy Indian chai which my husband and I love! It was our dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant they have the vegetarian and vegan options. Just pop by for lunch or a quick snack or dinner you will not be disappointed. Will definitely come back!

Actually turns out delicious (better than expected), especially for tomato fans. My first thali ever! The dishes are all flavorful. The dal is so warming and tomatoey. The lamb comes in large chunks, lean but not tough. Also tomatoey but has a stronger ginger note. The chickpeas are tasty as well. Always a fan of chickpea and the cloves make it different from the Middle Eastern style. The samosa is also a lovely pocket of mushy peas. Tomato soup and yoghurt are quite refreshing. The pickles are really powerful. It seems that the veggie dish today is the potato… the cumin seasoning is not bad but I already have enough carb on my plate (enjoyed the chappati and pappadom and sorry I’ll remember to ask for less rice next time. It’s fluffy and nice tho). The thali portion is just right for an indulgent meal without over stuffing myself. And I didn’t feel hungry even after six hours :3 Fish curry was recommended over lamb by one of the staff member but I am hungry today and craving red meat. Maybe next time! The Love Cambridge deal works nice for me to give it the restaurant a try (because one of my Indian friends had opinion against it :3) It turns out fairly good, although most flavors are tomato-based and hence quite predictable. Will be happy to come back for the normal price. Waiting time is tolerable, though the neighboring table did miss an item and had to cancel. The smell of the incense is so good.. very different from the expected aroma of spice and gives a calming feeling. It’s the first thing that stroke me. Almost empty before 12. There are dark and brighter areas with vibes of dark lanes and sunlit courtyards. I was led to the darker zone near the front of the shop which hurt my eyes lol. — Second time in three days :) as said I’ll be coming back after the restaurant week too. Tried the fish curry today. To be honest I prefer lamb. The fish boiled in tomato soup is not extraordinary or flavorful enough and slightly dry inside. Tried an upgraded thali. It’s interesting that the bites are preselected according to the main item. (Indian omakase :3) The fried chili prawn is crispy and tasty. The fried onion is quite burnt on the other hand. The dal today is more cinnamon flavored, not as exciting as the last one but still nice. The gulab Jamin is indulgent, dangerously not too sweet and has a lovely grainy texture. And I definitely appreciate that masala chai is not sweetened by default :D wonderful with milk and tea leaves and spices without added sugar.

Excellent Indian breakfast at good prices

No complaints at all, delicious food. Definitely spicy, lots of variety. Very different selection to a standard "curry night". Recommend the Thali, great portion for lunch. Also a great selection of drinks and Indian desserts. Authentic food, cooked well.

Food wasn’t too bad, but it gave me a stomach bug for two weeks. One waiter was lovely and friendly but the other was quite rude and abrupt. The lady giving our food had no consideration and was just throwing the plates down. They seemed more friendly with others, and it also took more than 14 minutes to get a receipt at which point we just went to the till and the guy didn’t even apologise. Never ever stepping foot into this place again. Please train your staff for customer service and it would be a decent place

I went with my friends for lunch past week. Had a crispy kale chaat and pepper chicken which was so delicious and one of my friend liked their garlic naan which was so good! Mango lassi is so yummy as well. Staffs were so attentive and friendly. We will definitely go there again.

The starters were amazing. The main dishes were okay. Mango lassi was very delicious. Rose milk was a disappointment.

I discovered this gem with friends and it's been my top spot ever since. Tried nearly everything on the menu; it's reasonably priced and offers generous portions. My favorites includes, Chicken Biryani, Mama’s Pepper Chicken Curry, and the delightful Rasmalai for dessert. While walk-ins are welcome, booking in advance is wise due to its perpetual popularity and bustling atmosphere.

Dined in with my friend, she ordered a Kashmiri Chai, she could only have this with oat milk which they did not have so the worker ran across the street to grab some just so my friend could have her desired chai, very kind of them. Overall it was overpriced, as most Indian takeaways are. Being Punjabi myself, the food was to as flavourful to my liking but you could see the attempt was definitely there and there were quite a few customers of other nationalities there who seemed to be enjoying themselves so going off of that, it seems like a nice place for people that are new to the diverse flavours of Indian cuisine. They have a loyalty system for students which is nice and it is nicely decorated. Overall, would I go again? No. But was it a nice experience on the day, yes decent.

Indian restaurant but irony is they are racist towards Indians. The seating is favouring white people giving them the seats with a better ambiance and so is the food with no spices. Don't label your restaurant as indian if there's nothing Indian about it

Very friendly and helpful staff. Super-quick service. Very lively atmosphere and beautiful photo frames. We had Masala Dosa and Mango Lassi. Lassi was quite nice ! Dosa was served piping hot. Tomato chutney was really yummy, and very well-prepared ! Taste of Sambar could be slightly improved.

One of my favourite restaurants in Cambridge. Delicious food served very quickly with generous portion sizes, especially for the bites which were the size of a full meal.
