We paid £20 as a couple to go to the Saturday evening sunset event. Unfortunately it was not great. We arrived at 6.30, by 7.15 still hadn’t got a drink despite asking several times. We were then told it was only cocktails, my partner is not a cocktail person and we only booked as it said we had a choice of beer wine or cocktail. Poor cocktail menu 2 with 3 choices all very similar. However we decided ok and finally got a drink. After then asking another 3 times to order food we left at 8.20, totally no organisation whatsoever! It was a shame as the singer was brilliant and location great but service totally awful. Complete waste of money!

We’ve always loved Tiffany’s but todays trip had been awful. We’re currently 55 minutes in and still waiting for our food. We had to ask for our order to be taken as we were ignored once seated. Then told (after ordering) there’s a 30minutes wait on food. Now, on asking how much longer it’ll be, the waitress was too scared to come back and talk to me apparently so someone else was sent out instead. Ridiculous.

Surprised to find this place along the pier, it certainly added value to our visit, a little calm given the noise in the amusement area. Staff were excellent, shame we didn't know there names but well done and thank you. We both ate the battered cod and chips which was well presented and at a reasonable price.

Very disappointing. This is the cafe at the end of Weston pier. I ordered a Cappuccino with an extra shot but was served with coloured water with no evidence of coffee at all! If you like a decent (or even half-decent) cup of coffee this is not the place to go. I also ordered a slice of "Strawberry Victoria Sandwich". What I got was a tall cupcake with a dollop of kids' squirty cream and half a strawberry on top. This was served on a dolls house-sized plate, the same size as the cupcake base, so there was nowhere to put your cake fork down (or even the stem of the strawberry!). The height of the cupcake meant that it was impossible to eat without making a mess. Finally, the cake was delivered after a very long time and when we'd almost finished our drinks. Best to avoid this place.

Shocking customer service. Apparently the card machine was down. Wanted me to get cash out of the slot machines to pay for food. Only to want my name and address for further assistance. I was asked to sort payment via head office from email. I left Tiffany’s as this was offered by James. Only to be asked to come back from a member of staff to say the card machine is working. So not professional. Embarrassing as I was with family.

We went to Tiffany’s today 14th august on the grand pier in Weston super mare and had the afternoon tea. On the afternoon tea was 4 different sandwiches tuna mayo, egg mayo, cheese and onion and ham and lettuce on white bread and brown seeded bread. For the cakes there was cherry Bakewell, lemon, chocolate brownie, Victoria sponge and a scone which came with clotted cream and strawberry jam. To drink all 3 of us had a very big pot of tea. We all order a cold drink as well and the 3 cold drinks was orange juice, blackcurrant squash and orange tango. We will be back at Christmas time.

Impromptu visit to WSM with the elderly in-laws. Weather was great for March, so we decided to head to Tiffany's for a coffee. We added a big bowl of cheesy chips to keep us going until a meal in Bristol later. Coffees were steaming hot, along with a well filled bowl of chips that we picked over between us whilst chatting. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. When we paid, I was surprised at what good value it was! Thank you for a great visit and we'll be back soon with the whole family..... don't panic, we will pre-book!

We had booked a table, arrived on time but it took 20 minutes for our order to be taken. There were 3 of us, and I had ordered mushy peas, which found their way onto both the plates of my son and partner, so cross contamination between plates happens which wouldn't be great if you had allergies or were veggie/vegan. The chips for my fish and chips looked lovely, really brown - but they were actually flavourless and not that crispy or cruncy. The fish was nice, the batter was very greasy. My partners fries were lukewarm. The rest of the food was good enough. Another weird/rude thing, I was still eating and one of the servers came over and wanted to clear plates - she took my sons and partners. The servers were all polite and friendly.

Honestly cannot explain how bad this place was from start to finish. We decided to have a walk down the pier so the kids could visit the arcade etc and then subsequently decided to go for a coffee. We chose Tiffany’s because of the views of the surrounding beach etc and thought it looked decent, how wrong we were. We ordered two cappuccinos, 3 cokes and 2 fries for the children. It took probably 25 minutes for the drinks to arrive and another 10 for the fries. The fries tasted as though they’d been re-fried from yesterday, they were so dry and crusty! Coffee was disgusting. Then all that leaves us the service! Hope these guys aren’t working hoping to make money off tips because it was worse than the produce. Slow and lacklustre would be the way I’d describe it. Booked afternoon tea as a birthday gift for a dear friend - so dissapointed. In short someone needs to grab a hold of this. Cannot fault the food but the service was atrocious. No pots of coffee. Cups on tea plates - no saucers. Had to ask for plates then had to go and get them ourselves. Every cup of tea/coffee served was spilt. This is such a pretty setting, a fabulous room which is decorated so beautifully yet the service was the poorest of poor. Grab it hold....sort out the staff, give them a decent uniform and a pride in their role. To have a super afternoon tea I'd willingly pay £12 - £15 per head.As it is - not recommended

We have been here previously for afternoon tea and had been impressed both by the food and the service - hence our return. We had pre-booked a table for four - three adults and one child. We were shown to our table where the floor was littered with food remnants of the previous party. I politely asked if this could be cleared up, which they did. We ordered afternoon tea for three plus a Brownie with vanilla ice cream.Eventually, one serving platter of afternoon tea was presented, plus a Brownie with strawberry ice cream. The platter contained one tub of Roddas cream, no jam and clearly insufficient items for three people. After querying this, (twice) a further platter was presented - but still with no cream or jam. Only one pot (albeit large) of tea was served but was just not enough for three people to have two cups. Plus, the cups were actually coffee cups - not larger tea cups. The whole afternoon - a double birthday celebration - was spoilt by having to constantly go back and forward to the counter to explain their shortcomings. Thankfully the 50% off (Covid bonus) applied as I would NOT have paid full price for what we received. From the off, the waiter and waitresses appeared to have difficulty in understanding our order, which seemed to us to be very straightforward. The food itself was very good and the location is great too. Such a shame the occasion was marred by disappointing and inexplicable service.

Just returned from a disappointing visit to this ‘restaurant’ where they no longer take your order at the table but you have too choose from the menu and then walk up to the desk to order. When I asked if perhaps a bit short staffed today the reply was that ‘we don’t do that any more’. Ok fair enough we had come for the afternoon tea for two and asked for meat free sandwiches. Well, four quarters of egg mayonnaise (2 slices of sliced supermarket bread) and four quarters of cheap supermarket cheese slices with a few bits of onion were our offerings along with a few uninspiring cakes. Really not nice at all and for £20 just no good enough. More an upmarket cafe now than a restaurant, the drop in standards was not reflected by an equal drop in prices. What reason to no longer take orders at the table and those ‘vegetarian friendly’ sandwiches were just shocking! As locals who have frequented this establishment many times for the fab view from the end of the pier and usually good service and food we now won’t be going back.

nice views over looking the sea, very nice cakes.would be better if could choose your sandwich filling and if they seated people with kids away from other people as gets very annoying listening to peoples kids crying at the table next to you.will visit again in future, for 20 quid for 2 people you cant go wrong.

My friend and I enjoyed a lovely lunch at Tiffany’s at the end of the pier. We both had baked potatoes with different fillings from the menu and they were served with a lovely salad. Service was excellent and the waitress friendly. The cost of the meal was very reasonable and we had a window table with a gorgeous view of the beach and sea.

well where do you start. on arrival we were greeted by lovely staff who showed us to our seats and assisted us with the two wheelchairs clients too. the views were amazing .5 of us went for afternoon tea there and were not disappointed. freshly made sandwiches and a vast variety to suit all pallets. then to the cakes selection along with fresh baked scones clotted cream and jam. loose lea tea was lovely and reminded me of my childhood days.

When I was advised that we were going to Tiffany's for lunch, I thought great. I imagined a seaside restaurant with great views from the end of the pier, with grand features and tables laid out with formal table settings. However, on arrival, the tables were not laid out with table cloths, they were wooden tables! It was like an english seaside cafe, The decor was tired as well - a lick of paint was needed and the curtains in need of a wash. Service was good, and we were seated and served quickly - although the menu lacked variety, I chose fish and chips, and although the fish was freshly cooked with crispy batter, the portion of chunky chips was a bit on the small side, as were the garden peas.

I’d been here before with friends for afternoon tea and was so pleased with the service. When it was my friends baby shower I recommended we went here and I’m so glad I did. There were 8 adults and 5 children. They set up a separate children’s table for us. The majority of us had afternoon tea which we pre booked. It is amazing value. You get so much and anything you don’t eat you can take home. They also allow you to choose your sandwich flavours. We arrived early to set up which was no problem and we had a fantastic spot overlooking the sea. It was perfect. Whilst we were there I did notice they do a baby shower package where they provide all the decorations etc. We didn’t realise this and brought our own but it’s great to have that option. I would highly recommend it for a baby shower.

If you are seeking an excellent fish and chips meal then there seems to be no better place than Tiffany's. The fish and batter is cooked to perfection and the service matches the food quality. If you still have room, I can also recommend the apple strudel and ice cream. We have visited Tiffany's several times over the years and the service and food quality has always been the same, even the view needs praising.

We recently visited this restaurant for the first time. We were only the second customers to enter the restaurant it seemed and the staff were standing by the bar. I was on my own with hungry baby in arms and trying to get through the double doors with a pram.

This is a relaxing place to be even if you just want a cuppa. But I recommend the afternoon tea for 2 not too pricey and very filling. Service can be a little slow but just look around you and look at Weston sea front while you're waiting.

We live very locally in WSM and visit Tiffany's on a regular basis, sometimes for meals, sometimes just for a light sandwich lunch or cake / coffee. We have always had a very good experience and find the staff especially George one of the supervisors to be excellent, very polite and efficient. The food is always well presented and of a good standard. Clearly being on the pier the customer level fluctuates enormously depending on the weather and time of year so we tend to check in advance and often make a booking. Most of the customers are very nice, last Sunday there was a very large Christening party who had the most glamorous tables possible, on the other hand we have observed very rude customers who clearly are fresh out of a pub and are can be quite demanding.

Visited today when it was almost empty, with my mother-in-law & father-in-law for a late Mother’s Day treat. We paid £1 each to get on the pier (even though we said we were coming on for Tiffany’s only). We arrived at about 2.20 and ordered an afternoon tea for two & a cream tea. The manageress came over after about 10 minutes to say that because the kitchens were obviously closed we could not have afternoon tea, but could have a cream tea or cake as they could be served from the counter in Tiffany’s.

Went here for Mother’s Day with 4 adults and two young children.Waited 10 minutes for our table as it was not ready for our 3 pm reservation,no problem as you expect it to be busy on Mother’s Day. Once we did sit down we were not offered a drink so waited 20 minutes until l could wait no more and went to ask.

We have been coming here since it opened and have visited regularly. This year we were extremely disappointed to see that the menu has changed and now resembles something that you could get at a chain pub. There isn't even home made cake on the menu any more or even ice cream. The food now doesn't resemble the tea rooms that it was when it first opened.

I was told there was nothing available GF for lunch & it's not just being told that but how I was dismissively told by a young male member of staff. There are Baked Potatoes etc but I wasn't told that. I'm a regular for Coffee etc so I know the staff are usually excellent....
