SUPER FIND. We ran ahead and the landlady said we could park our motorhome in the car park overnight. Booked a table for four adults and the food was absolutely incredible and amazing value... great outside area though it was two chili for us to sit on the evening we went so we sat inside. Lady was very friendly waiting staff very pleasant indeed and the food was top notch couldn't vote a thing about this place friendly pub with great atmosphere. A***** WILL DEFINITELY RETURN

Having not been in the pub for several years we decided to have a meal here on the basis that it served food all day First impressions were not good as a customer was effing and jeffing at his dog as we entered The external presentation is depressing if you’ve got a lovely pub in a lovely location clean it I was all for leaving at this point but pressed on as we had had an extremely trying day On arrival the badly written menu on a chalkboard explained the food I ordered at the bar and we sat in the dog area as we had one At this point the experience improved The food was really very good quite a unique menu with a Thai in influence the food was tasty well presented and plentiful I think I’d go again the cook can but please sort your presentation out

We ate here on wednesday evening. The food was absolutely incredible!! I had the Korean honey marinated chicken thigh flatbread, and my partner had the southern fried chicken burger. The portion sizes were very generous, the food was 10/10, and the chef and staff were so welcoming and kind. A little hidden gem this pub, full of history and character. Called on a Saturday evening for a last minute meal for 7 people. They managed to fit us in for about hour before the kitchen closed. Menu was not what we expected for a country pub but was enjoyed by all. Amazing Asian menu with great portion sizes and flavourful dishes. Deserts were also lovely. Could definitely do with advertising their restaurant more so it’s visible when driving past. Ignore the older reviews well worth a visit. We recommend the bao buns and ribs!

First visit, my husband had the Thai green curry which he said was very tasty just a little 2 hot for his taste, I had the panko chicken strips with chilli jam, the chicken was a little tough but I did enjoy it, the chips are the best I've ever eaten and never seem them done like this they were a V shape, lovely and crispy, the staff were very friendly my only criticism was it needs an eye for detail the window frames had cobwebs inside and outside also the window frames could do with a clean, corners and back of the toilet door near the lock was dirty from fingers, revisited today with my son, I had the goats cheese salad, what a wonderful mix of salad items it was very colourful it was a shame the goats cheese wasn't warm to bring the taste out, my son had the Asian beef bowl he said it was too salty which was a shame as he said it was very tasty but couldn't finish it due to the salt, presentation of both items was excellent

I spent ages researching pubs in local area for a large group with children which served good food and was nervous as to what nether my friends would like the choice. I needn’t have worried! It was amazing from beginning to end! The landlady was welcoming, telling me dogs and children were welcome, she could reserve us a big table for 12 and when we arrived we could choose where we wanted to be in the shade under the substantial awning. The men were very happy with the drinks choices, as were we ladies. The food was amazing and I couldn’t decide what to have. I had food envy as everyone’s looked so good. Everyone said their meal was outstanding and the puddings were divine. Thank you for accommodating a large group and giving us such a fabulous lunch.

We gathered family for son’s birthday tea and we all had a great time. Bloody lovely food. Asian inspired meals along with classic pub offerings. Decent portions too! Staff were super attentive and on the ball, especially dealing with a chaotic large group. Don’t be fooled by its local country pub exterior, it’s certainly gives that (I say this as a positive!!) but offers a modern menu not stuck in a country pub rut. When you drive by and it catches your eye, stop and give it a go. We’ll be back at the first opportunity for sure!

Being Easter weekend, my wife and I decided to take the opportunity to go out for Sunday lunch and chose one of our favourite restaurants, Three Horseshoes, to do so. We particularly like this premises because, as well as serving great food in their restaurant, it has a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere of a friendly village pub. A rare thing when many village pubs are turning into restaurants with very little atmosphere left. We ordered beef and lamb, respectively. Both dishes were tender and delicious and in a generous portion. They came with a well cooked and varied selection of accompaniments. We followed this with a spectacular Easter themed, Easter egg sundae, which was as tasty as it was visually impressive. All in all, great food, friendly service and a good atmosphere. A very enjoyable Sunday lunch

We were bowled over with the flavours of our food choices. The chef clearly knows what he is doing. Asian bbq ribs and my husband phangyang chicken. Some of the best food we have had this trip. Sheila was both welcoming and knowledgeable with regards...

Great meal had here on Saturday 😁 food was delicious 😋 We felt a little rushed though 🫤 our main course came when we were still eating our first course and was asked about dessert very quickly after finishing our mains🥴

What an excellent choice of meals, starters and main courses and a specific lunch menu too!! 5 of us all had different meals and a pudding each as well. Everything was perfect. Good value for money too. The pub has been decorated and furnished well - tables not too close together. And the staff were amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Probably one of the best pub lunches we've had for years.

Super friendly and the burgers are amazing. Would probably travel back here just for this place. Chilli loaded chips are also fantastic

I’ve been here for a few afternoon teas and lunches. The food is always lovely and cooked well, the themed afternoon teas are always really fun and a great treat for the local area. However the staff are not very attentive, they give you your food/drinks and leave you! It states unlimited drinks but they don’t ask if you need more, they don’t even check if your food is okay or if you need anything. At one point my friend said ‘excuse me’ and tried getting the attention of staff at the table next to us and the staff member just walked away, when we finally managed to ask for more tea they huffed like we were an inconvenience. There were also loads of hairs on our food, I think they were blowing around because they just kept appearing, maybe because they allow dogs. It’s a shame because I love the afternoon teas but it has put me off.
