The Potter's Kiln Harvester in Waveney

Considering our order was very large. Everything was still hot and cooked well. nothing was missing. delivery took a little longer than originally stated but we were kept fully updated with times. delivery driver was pleasant too. We will definitely order from this Harvester again.

the food was exceptional however delivery time said 45 minutes and took an hour and half to arrive in the end.

Very good food. Also when booking 30 minutes before we popped down my dad is blind and needs extra light. When we got there they had already make sure we had a table close to the window and also checked if it was bright enough. Our server was very friendly. Food came out quiet quickly and did not feel rushed

Great night in the restaurant the best thing about the night was our host Ariel she was amazing a real credit to the restaurant. The food was pretty good as well. Well done Ariel defo one for the bosses to look after!

We ordered the food an hour and a half before we wanted it but actually received it two hours after we received it. Only ordered it due to not feeling well enough to cook but the delivery time for average food has put me off.

Emily H. served us here this evening, and top notch service it was. My son has lactose intolerance, Emily was helpful in advising on options for him, and offered plenty of options, even as far as getting items for him that are on the salad bar from the kitchen as to avoid any potential contamination, although this wasnt necessary it was great that she offered to go out of her way to ensure my son received a safe meal as well as the salad bar selection. Emily was nothing short of perfect with her service, and i only came to write this review as a shout out to her, she deserves recognition! The food was good, i do find £17 for a chicken burger a bit expensive, though the "free" salad bar has to be accounted for in pricing, the salad bar items are cheap to produce, and the chicken burger and chips maybe £2.50 in ingredients. Kids menu is great, lots of choice, my 4yo chose rice and broccoli with his burger, interesting combo, and was very happy he got vegan ice cream for dessert,

I was served by Ariel who was very friendly and had a professional attitude. I didn't have to wait long and my order arrived really quick. On the whole a very pleasant experience and 5 stars to my waitress who was a blast.

After going to JPH we needed lunch and had been told The Potter's Kiln was worth visiting . We were both very impressed with the surroundings and service. Food was very tasty and we hope to eat there again soon. Particularly impressed with Angela, she was so pleasant and helpful and made us feel as if we were rather special. Thank you!

Meal good and steak was cooked to everyone’s liking (medium rare for me) medium well for my daughter etc. no complaints about the food everyone enjoyed what they had. Just a heads up don’t come here for a quiet meal it’s not that type of place. They cater and cater well for families.

The food was nice but expensive. A posh Hungry Horse, including the customary onion rings. We had a 50% off voucher, which made it just worthwhile.

Very clean and welcoming. Manager was very friendly and kind. The waitress Ariel was amazing. Very friendly, jolly, helpful and on the ball. Food was fab and great value with the 50% off codes.

Please can the General Manager, Ben Liversage explain how all food from India and Pakistan contains the same ingredients and is all cooked the same. Came here for a nice evening dinner - Ariel who served us made our evening very pleasant & enjoyable.

Had a breakfast with my grandson, at the Potters Kyln, Lowestoft. While the service was OK and the staff pleasant, the food was absolutely dreadful. The bacon was like leather, the sausages were burnt and solid, the mushroom was sodden with oil? the beans were congealed and my poached eggs were tasteless. On top of that, the food was barely warm. When I suggested that the food should be freshly cooked, I was told that it was(freshley cooked) as breakfast started at 9am. It was now 1020am! I would absolutely NOT recommend it and that's why, I would suggest, we were the only customers.

We all had a wonderful time! Chrissy was lovely, polite and funny, very warm and friendly, excellent service, a credit to Harvester!

Staff are friendly and helpful. They don't hassle you but so check everything is ok. Regular eating spot for me and my partner

Arrived without booking, very friendly greeting, food was excellent and extremely good value, our waitress Gorgia so helpful it was a pleasure to be there and enjoy excellent food, highly recommend.

We went for my sons birthday meal & couldn't fault it, our server Ariel was absolutely lovely, food was quick & cooked perfectly.

All good once we were moved away from the noisy family. Playing electronic devices at full volume is not good.

We come here a lot but won't be returning. The manager (tall slim man) incredibly rude! The salad bar was half empty and looked dirty with food all over the place and the disabled toilet needs a deep clean YUCK 🤮

Had a great meal with my little lad, just he and I and what a treat! He had the best burger of his life and I had an incredible monster rib eye steak (defo bigger than what the menu said!) perfectly cooked, tender and delish with that signature Harvester chargrilled finish, superb! We were served by Penny who was just perfect in every way too! Polite, professional and friendly she’s an asset to the staffing team. To top it all off I had collected stamps on the app so the whole bill was just £12.98! Brilliant, will be back!

We had dinner here with friends on Thursday night - the food was lovely as usual and we had amazing service from Chrissy - she is very friendly, efficient and extremely bubbly, we had a really good night. We also had lunch here before Christmas and had great service as usual from Angela, we will be back again next week for lunch.

How refreshing to get fantastic customer service from a smartly dressed young man, with a bubbly personality, it's so rare these days. Although the restaurant was extremely busy our server Connor took time to explain everything to us. He was very tentative & made our evening very enjoyable. The food was lovely & served very quickly.

We visited on Saturday 28th December, taking my mum out for a Christmas meal. The staff were all polite and helpful and our waitress was smiley and cheerful. Hubby had pork belly while mum and I had the festive roast turkey. Couldn't fault the food. Looked good tasted good and reasonably priced. Unlimited salad bar with a good selection of foods although this time we didn't use it as the main meals were filling enough. Will definitely go again.

Easy to book on line, accommodated our request for wheelchair access with no problems. Manager was welcoming and helpful. Food was good and reasonably priced but for us, the whole evening out was enhanced by our server Morgan. She was absolutely delightful. Morgan was attentive without being overbearing and was efficient and friendly.

Summer was our server and she was very nice and lovely, chicken burgers are delicious like always, cooked to perfection.

Had a wonderful meal at the Harvester recently. Even though I was by myself, the staff still looked after me very well. I was served in a reasonable time, and the food was piping hot and delicious! Had the corn bread for starters. New item, so thought I'd give it a go. Really really good! Did accidentally eat one of the chillis (I can't handle spice) and one of the waitresses very kindly grabbed me some water, as they could tell I was struggling. Had the Barbacoa burger for main. Again, really tasty, and very filling! Had the choux bun for dessert. Would have liked a bit more sauce on the plate to help cut through the sweetness, but I can't complain too much as it was great, and that is just a personal preference. I spoke to a few members of staff in the visit, and all were great! I believe I was treated and initially served by Jodie, who was lovely. I think her name was Penny. She helped me through my spice incident and a literal life saver! Lastly, I was served by Chrissy, who was one of the friendliest, most polite, and funniest servers I have ever seen, and was an all round joy to speak too! Couldn't recommend these staff any more. Overall, had a really positive experience, and would recommend and go again. Not just the food, but also the staff.

Went for boxing day meal, food was lovely and staff went above and beyond to look after us, even though we were a small party of two. Special thanks to Sophie our server who looked after our needs so well. Looking forward to our next visit.

Our waitress was amazing Ariel her name was. She went above and beyond. Dressed up for xmas and gave my girls a balloon bracelet each and let them pick something out of a goodie bag too. When we said it was our youngest birthday, without even asking for anything to be done she gave my girl her desert with candles and sparkler and sung happy birthday. It really made it extra special. Food was also lovely too
