Had a lovely meal for our friends retirement. There were over 30 of us. The food was hot and fresh. The staff were amazing getting our meals out at the same time. Well done to you all. Thank you.

We had dinner here with friends on Thursday night - the food was lovely as usual and we had amazing service from Chrissy - she is very friendly, efficient and extremely bubbly, we had a really good night. We also had lunch here before Christmas and had great service as usual from Angela, we will be back again next week for lunch.

How refreshing to get fantastic customer service from a smartly dressed young man, with a bubbly personality, it's so rare these days. Although the restaurant was extremely busy our server Connor took time to explain everything to us. He was very tentative & made our evening very enjoyable. The food was lovely & served very quickly.

Summer was our server and she was very nice and lovely, chicken burgers are delicious like always, cooked to perfection.

Had a wonderful meal at the Harvester recently. Even though I was by myself, the staff still looked after me very well. I was served in a reasonable time, and the food was piping hot and delicious! Had the corn bread for starters. New item, so thought I'd give it a go. Really really good! Did accidentally eat one of the chillis (I can't handle spice) and one of the waitresses very kindly grabbed me some water, as they could tell I was struggling. Had the Barbacoa burger for main. Again, really tasty, and very filling! Had the choux bun for dessert. Would have liked a bit more sauce on the plate to help cut through the sweetness, but I can't complain too much as it was great, and that is just a personal preference. I spoke to a few members of staff in the visit, and all were great! I believe I was treated and initially served by Jodie, who was lovely. I think her name was Penny. She helped me through my spice incident and a literal life saver! Lastly, I was served by Chrissy, who was one of the friendliest, most polite, and funniest servers I have ever seen, and was an all round joy to speak too! Couldn't recommend these staff any more. Overall, had a really positive experience, and would recommend and go again. Not just the food, but also the staff.

Our waitress was amazing Ariel her name was. She went above and beyond. Dressed up for xmas and gave my girls a balloon bracelet each and let them pick something out of a goodie bag too. When we said it was our youngest birthday, without even asking for anything to be done she gave my girl her desert with candles and sparkler and sung happy birthday. It really made it extra special. Food was also lovely too

Went for boxing day meal, food was lovely and staff went above and beyond to look after us, even though we were a small party of two. Special thanks to Sophie our server who looked after our needs so well. Looking forward to our next visit.

Pleasantly decorated for the holiday season with a warm and cordial welcome. Our server Connor was entertaining, knowledgeable about the menu and attentive; his humour and recommendations were nice and made the experience more fun. Would visit again.

5 star service from Crystal and Emily. I have been using this restaurant every Thursday for a few weeks now for breakfast ( which is lovely ) and I have to say the service and atmosphere are amazing. Crystal and Emily are very attentive to my daughter and they make us feel welcome everytime. My little girl looks forward to seeing them both. See you in the new year 😊

Nice lunch and an OK breakfast. Chicken skewers were fantastic, unfortunately the poached eggs with the breakfast were hard, the staff were happy to re-cook the eggs but they were just as bad 2nd time round. On the upside all the food is fresh and reasonably priced.

Four of us went out for dinner. Super friendly staff, our server Morgan was incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was tasty, hot and served quickly. We spent around 2 hours from being seated to paying and leaving but we didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ve had some mixed experiences in the past with this place but tonight was definitely a highlight.

Took mum for tea tonight and the food was as good as usual and the Service from Chrissy was excellent. Friendly and very helpful. That's why we go there 😁

Booked a table for a fa.ily dinner .Ariel our waitress was extremely helpful in helping us choose our food as we have a vegetarian and 1 with intolerances.Food was well presented and tastey couldn't fit in a dessert. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended to give it a try

We came for late lunch at the Harvester Emily H was fantastic, very chirpy and great with the children. Food was excellent and tables were spacious Will return again in the future, Thankyou Harvester Team.

Unfortunately the food quality had deteriorated due to the busyness of the restaurant. We were left with two of our three meals that we couldn’t eat. The chicken had been on a hot plate and was rubbery and over cooked. The chicken tikka flatbread was swimming in Avery spicy sauce which meant the flatbread was soggy. The vegetables were inedible. The salad bar however was excellent and I enjoyed the broad bean salad especially

Called in for lunch on the way home from a rugby match. 2 of us have food intolerances. The young lady who served us was very helpful, giving us time to check the menu answering any question, then checking with the chefs to make double sure, we were safe with our choices. The food was nice and came out hot. The place was clean and tidy.

It's a harvester that does what a harvester does, although it does it very well here. It's popular and generally busy. The service is good and the staff are friendly. I regularly go here with the family and will continue to do so.

never had any problems with the quality of the food but tonight the top of the bun was missing from the burger when we got home I called to let the harvester know as I done a collection order they said I could go collect the bun that was my only option for this mistake but by then the rest of the food would of been cold and we wanted to eat as a family so I used a roll I already had at home but that it ruined the meal

Went for dinner here while staying at the travelodge next door, the food was very nice, including the salad bar being very fresh, we bought 2 bottles of the harvester sauce after trying them too, I don't know who served us, but she was very polite and friendly all the waitresses looked rushed off their feet as it was so busy, but all seemed to be doing a great job,

We had a lovely meal and catch up at lunch time. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everywhere was nice and clean and would recommend and visit again soon.

Good new menu food options, lots of variety, someone had steak which looked good but was a bit chewy. Service good although staff spread thin, drinks took a while but well apologised for it. Atmosphere is nice, a little on the chilly side for my liking. Lots of tables packed in too. Seats are needed as often full! Very popular. We love the salad bar, such a nice addition. Good discount voucher available.

Please can the General Manager, Ben Liversage explain how all food from India and Pakistan contains the same ingredients and is all cooked the same. I'm interested to know how this isn't a cultural generalisation about Indian and Pakistani food and culture. Mitchell and Butlers' Head Office will be informed.

Lovely restaurant that fitted us in as a table of 8 following our day trip out. Sophie the waitress was very attentive, polite and looked amazing as she was dressed up for Halloween. Only downside to our night was the chicken was dry, everything else was good. Would recommend and would definitely visit again if we were not on holiday.

I visited for a 4N Networking meeting and was amazed by the quality of the breakfast!

Booked a table but had to wait 30 minutes to be seated and then when sat clearly a table that was for 6 opposed to 8 so quiet a squeeze. Food was good and service very good just a shame we feel squeezed in for our booking - literally...

Last minute decision to go for tea. Walked in and they had a table for 3 despite being really busy. All staff were friendly, and our server Penny was ace. Her outfit for Halloween was awesome. Food was great, nice n tasty, came out piping hot. All fantastic.. shame we are only here for one night. Would deffo come again.

Brill lovely food reasonably priced recommended 👌 nice quick tea. 50% good banging unlimited breakfast 8.99 bacon sausage 😋 beans hash brown mushrooms 🍄 eggs 🥚 scrambled fried or poached. Unlimited tea and coffee and toast. Defo worth a try 👏 👌 👍🏻fried slice banging 😋 breakfast gone up to 9.99 but still bargain. Just ad few extra items lol 😆 no unlimited breakfast menu changed a lil 😋

Harvester has always been somewhat inconsistent in terms of quality, but I’ve noticed a real improvement over the past year. My family and I visit regularly, and we’ve always found the staff to be friendly, the service efficient, and the food consistently delicious. The ribs and chicken were cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming—they always find a good spot for us. My only suggestions would be to offer cod instead of haddock, and although corn on the cob is out of season, it would be great to see it back on the menu. Special thanks to Ariel, who was particularly cheerful and attentive during our visit today she is an asset to your team 😊

Had a nice meal just me and my son on Saturday the 19th, we loved the salad bar and the kids meal was fantastic, only issue was that I was served a chicken meal when I ordered halloumi however this was quickly rectified so no big deal. Our server Morgan was absolutely fantastic, she was brill about my son's allergies and made sure his food was cooked in the oven and not on the grill, and when the chicken issue arose she was quick to sort it and just absolutely lovely. Will we definitely be back soon, good food, pretty good prices and great service:)

had an absolutely amazing experience here this evening at the potters kiln, i came here for my good girl tea for being an amazingly cute small bean at work. unfortunately i got sacked so i wasn’t very happy but Ariel knew how to turn my frown upside down. had a super amazing charcoals chicken breast super moist and juicy just how i like it. will deffo be taking my new boyfriend here for my first date, hopefully he will love it hehe

We have visited many times, the last few visits I must admit the food isn't as good as it used to be. There was a problem with one of our meals, which resulted in that person being unable to finish. Our server, Emily H was fantastic, we got a result we were happy with, which we didn't have to ask for. She was very attentive and friendly, genuinely seemed happy to help. Cannot fault Emily at all, her service was definitely 5 star, not only attending to us, but many other guests, seemed a bit run off her feet but still managed to see to everyone so well done! The food was ok but not exactly outstanding, the had run out of a lot of items. The chocolate brownie was disappointing, really dry and bitter. We would probably try somewhere else next time to celebrate a birthday

Went in for dinner, was sat right next to the door which was constantly open so absolutely freezing. Urber delivery drivers all standing around us and manager getting extremely flustered. As for the food my husband had mixed grill which looked like it was thrown on plate and over cooked ( very dry) I had bbq rack ribs with a portion of onion rings, couldn't eat them as hard and burnt, the chips were cold and soggy. Not a good experience at all, waited 10 minutes for butter to be filled up for rolls and salad bar was a complete mess.
