I have ordered meals from you many times and I love your food. Unfortunately you have put your minimum order to £20 plus delivery so I cannot afford that and will have to go elsewhere Unfortunately!

sagaloo missing potatoe, naan burnt on one side, chicken overcooked

Could it find order when got to restaurant so waited a while then when home food was cold hard and kids not put on properly so lots of leakage in the bag! Going to stop going here and won’t recommend at all

Food stone cold. Lamb Samosa and Keema naan are the worst I’ve ever had. Biryani tasteless. Order delivered 60 mins late. Very unhappy.

Been ordering for years and always consistent which is great as you know what you are getting. Notice this order, that the portion size was less on the mains, but price the same, disappointed by this.

Ordered a couple dishes to take away tonight. Really disappointed as when we eat in it is fantastic food. The chicken was dry and seemed left over and the Bombay aloo potatoes cold and partly hard. We certainly won't order take away again. Wondering if was cos we ordered early before official open times and from day before

I have been having food from here for years and this is the first time I did not enjoy it. It was cold and the vegetable curry that came with the biryani was just potato and onions and very greasy. It was delivered by a very cheerful and helpful young man.

A classic old skool indian - it is tastey good food hot plates and does what is says on the tin!. I work and travel in India and was very skeptical about this place from the front but don't be put off out back is a british style indian restaurant. They serve classic dishes and it was busy on Saturday night. The peshwari nan was delicious Channa Dhal excellent and sag paneer delicious! This is local ..it aint Dishoom or Mogli...its a local dependable classic indian that seems to be doing what you need on a Saturday night ! Great service . Thank you .

Lovely food as always :) never had a bad meal from Tandoori Nite! Delivery was ten mins late, which was not a problem, especially as we were called ahead to tell us this and food was still hot on arrival! But we appreciated being notified Great service as well as food.

There was something crunchy in the food that really shouldn’t have been there. Chicken was dry and over all a let down…waste of money.

As always, Tandoori Nite produces the best Indian food. I cannot fault any aspect of their food and refuse to order anywhere else.

Waited nearly 90min for it. Was no longer hot. They had also forgotten the onion salad. Very unusual as they usually do well. Disappointed

I had King prawn curry and Tandoori salmon, And they were both delicious, very flavoursome! I shall certainly be returning to this restaurant.

Had a great evening, the food from the starters to main course was presented and tasted excellent, will definitely be going back for another meal

Turned up at 8pm, cold!!! If I wanted a microwave curry I'd have gone to sainsbury! Probably would have taste better to be honest. No one enjoyed their meal, poor quality and small portions. Even the rice.4 king prawns in the King prawn patia £11.50, thanks for that. Worst service and indian food I've had. Never again.

Excellent food. But two lots of onion salad were missing out the order. But will definitely get from here again.

Chicken was so dry, we didn't eat it. Sag aloo had no flavour at all, just tastes of boiled potatoes and spinach, no spices at all. Very disappointed

I have used this Restuartant loads over the years, but sadly my lamb madras takeaway was tasteless and watery, the popadom was great however

Food was lukewarm when received. I am assuming it was sitting around waiting for collection and delivery. Would have been perfect if it arrived warm/hot .

Had a nice meal here last night, but my father in law had the Mirchi Gohst (lamb) dish and had really bad food poisoning. Was really feeling rough. Everyone else seemed to be unscathed, but he's been sick as a dog. I'm sceptical about lamb in some restaurants, but my wife had the lamb shank and was fine. I personally would just avoid the lamb dishes.

Great food but shaslik didn't come with extra sauce as requested so very dry

Our local favourite restaurant, being going there for years. Great menu, attentive staff and good value for money. Recommend the Tandoori Mixed Grill and mushroom rice, old favourites like the lamb Madras are super but be prepared to wait a bit longer which is fine, while they work the magic!

This restaurant used to be lovely but has unfortunately gone downhill. Chicken was dry and chewy, vegetable samosas were very bland- thoroughly disappointed as use to be our favourite Indian

I'm staying nearby on business and used this Indian restaurant. Service was excellent, food was very good, ambience was comfortable and prices reasonable. I'll definitely be back when work brings me back here.

Have used Tandoori Nite for many years. Quality and portion size is consistently excellent. Staff are very welcoming both inside the restaurant and for takeaways.

Has the chef changed here, we have ordered many times and one this occasion the food was very disappointing. The flavours were not as rich and the sauces bland. We have always been happy with the quality of the food but on this occasion it was just not the same.

This place is a solid Indian. Had the vindaloo which was very good alongside a chicken madras and plain naan. Along with drinks and rice price came to £36 for two people

Unfortunately well below par. All dishes were very greasy and lacking in flavour - which is usual for this restaurant

I just didn't recognise the curry to be a chicken tikka masala, it wasn't red , it was orange and a bit watery.

Mediocre. Very stark lighting was my first thought, very clinical. No music, no atmosphere. Chutneys were not freshly made, which isn't a bad thing, but with competition doing things better, perhaps they could think about small things like that. Charisma.....none, all staff looked fed up. The food was hot but all the dishes were the same colour 😕 . It wasn't bad but wasn't great. Think, tbh we have been spoilt with modern Indian restaurants, who don't use ghee and everything is prepared from scratch. I suppose a good old fashioned Indian restaurant if you're not looking for an atmosphere or a change of menu.

I am sitting here shocked to be writing this review on Tandoori Nite. We've eaten and ordered food from them for years. It was definitely our favourite restaurant and the food has always been totally unrivalled in both flavour and quality. My previous reviews can attest to this. Tonight, for the first time ever, it was really awful ! First, it arrived late. Something that is obviously forgivable, after all these things happen! However, the food was at best lukewarm, while some dishes were even ice cold. The delivery bag was absolutely sodden and swimming in grease, as were the main dishes themselves. We literally had to drain them over the sink prior to reheating them in the microwave. When reheatedit was bland, almost to the point of being tasteless. All in all, it was a total disappointment. It saddens me to see how the mighty has fallen.

Ordered 3 different curries, ranging from mild to hot, they all tasted the same, which was bland flavour, and no spice in any of them. Meal was cold due to late delivery. Ordered 2 Nan breads and one was wrong flavour ordered. Spent £50 and the best bit was the popadoms.

Excellent food, but the chicken tikka main did not have salad or mint sauce with it. great except that.

The chicken was really dry and chewy and the sauce/rice was very watery and lacked flavour.

Unfortunately are food was cold, considering the money we spent on this delivery, I am not impressed. Heating costs add up these days and we waited over an hour, which I understand in busy times, but expect hot food as I’m less than a five minutes from restaurant.

The food was delicious and professionally prepared. It felt like the food came straight from India. I called and added somethings to my order which was no hassle at all and was given a friendly professional and efficient service. Fancy something warm during this cold nights? This indian food will make you feel like you are lying in the Indian sun. So nice to have a beautiful Indian so close by. Eaten in before too and the service is always good and we left smiling! 😊

The restaurant is only a few minutes away, so I expected the meal to arrive piping hot (having just been freshly cooked). Sadly it arrived warm, not hot. This leads me to believe that the delivery was later than it should have been.

Im a regular here, sadly the tikka was anaemic, small & not on a hot sizzling dish as it usually is..they took it away assuming to be replaced by a more appetising starter. Sat for 15-20 mins. No sign of any food. So we left! 😔

We have lived local for 16 years always used Tandoori Nights. Last nights order was tasteless, full of water and dissapointing. Come on, the worst meal after 16 years, you can do better!

Consistently the best Indian restaurant in the area of thanet, been here 50 times over the last 10 years and never have any complaints or heard anything bad, might have to wait for your food a little bit longer, if busy but the food is excellent and best tikka masala in Kent, prawns have down sized though, which is a shame if king prawns, these were not unfortunately, but still a nice meal.

Unfortunately ordered Lamb Biryani and got chicken which was cold.

Ordered for a set time. It didn’t turn up, we called and was told it was just leaving and would be with us within 10 mins. We phoned back another 30 mins later and was told the exact same thing- they clearly forgot to make our order! When it did arrive, parts were lukewarm and the mango chutney was missing.

Disappointed due to incorrect item, and a dish that was really not as expected.

Moved to the area within the last year and tried various other Indians but none to be my taste. This one is perfect. We have ordered several times now and it is piping hot when it is arrives and very tasty.

All the curries which we ordered were of the highest quality. Large tender chunks of meat were present and there was no oil residue. The lamb vindaloo was one of the best I’ve sampled.

Recommended by our Air B&B host..... My king prawn pathia was good, my wife's Chicken tikka dansak however gave her severe food poisoning, she has been very ill for 2 days and we had to cut short our break and come home.

Very fast delivery in early evening. Suspect may have been leftover from previous evening as almost every item really dried out and poor quality. Really disappointing. I rarely leave feedback... but actually returned take away to restaurant counter. Offered refund but I declined. Didn't want money back - just not to be mugged off with such poor quality food. Shame.

Lovely meal. Flavours in the King Prawn Korai were sublime.

First time ordering from here after trying all the takeaways in the area and was pleasantly surprised. There was loads of food - enough for a second meal today, it was piping hot and delivery was quick. I am very disappointed with other takeaways in the area. and am sure this takeaway will be a firm favourite. Well done to the staff.

We ordered before the restaurant opened for delivery half an hour after thinking it would be a quiet time. It actually took 35 mins from their latest establishment. Food completely cold, not even warm, so now I am waiting for the oven to heat up so I can heat my dinner, I could have cooked it myself in that time. Very disappointed especially as we are having take away because we’d booked the restaurant with friends tonight but we have covid. Double disappointment
