Great place to go visit for the sports!! Staff are the best around!!

Wonderful service and atmosphere, hosted by Alicia, Jess, Georgia and Lucas. The desserts were absolutely filling and end to a wonderful experience.

Came here for lunch with my mum as not had food here since it was spoons.it was absolutely delicious I had a BBQ burger it was the best burger I have ever eaten.friendly staff and well worth the money.

Food was fabulous! The vegan option was NOT curry! Thank the food gods! It was a beautiful crispy, filling mushroom Wellington. Hubby had beef and venison pie which he loved too. Kids' meals were epic! £5.50 for dinner and a pud. The kids had sausages, fish, and a vegan burger. Clean plates all round. Puddings very tasty too. Staff were lovely and even after a few till issues I'd still say they were 5* staff. 1 adults, 3 kids less than £75. Bargain!

Nice pub with a quirky atmosphere.... Staff are lovely... only report is my cheesy chips at £5.... thought it would be just a little more than a quarter of a potato worth.... personally I'd be embarrassed bringing such a tiny portion out. For £11 more you'll get a roast dinner.

phenomenal food and drinks. great pub with a lovely beer garden and very friendly staff. the staff aren’t shy of having a conversation ive heard they have alot of events lines up on the fridays (live music) for the next few months definitely worth a visit!

Didn't end up eating here, as you have to pay for pub parking (that is refunded if you buy something at the pub) and the parking machine was broken and wouldn't accept coins or card. Staff suggested we park elsewhere! A patron said "you don't want to eat here anyway!"

Absolutely fantastic. We had a lovely Sunday lunch, Lamb Shank and Triple meat roast. We were served by Hannah, an absolute credit to the Swan as she helped out massively on our orders we also got to met the chef Lilly who prepared our dishes. Will definitely be back for great food and service, thanks again hannah.

We had an amazing meal and celebration of my grandads 95th birthday. The staff were charming and helped as much as they could. The food was incredible for the price. The garden was lovely and indoors was clean and comfy. 10/10

Amazing food and fantastic service from our server Hannah, who made sure our experience was perfect! She gave us great advice on the menu and made sure we had everything we needed. Food came out almost immediately and Hannah made sure we never had to wait to put in an order for drinks at the bar even though it was busy. Great atmosphere with a suitable lively bar area and well accommodated seating further through the pub, set away from the main bar. Really nice old pub and lovely, welcoming and considerate staff.

Went to the Pub and was Greeted by Morgan who gave me the best service ever getting the Football on the TV highly recommend and great service

Easter Sunday family meal, 8 adults and 1 child. Cosy atmosphere, great food and service, good selection of drinks. Staff went above and beyond lovely Easter egg hunt and Easter book for the children. Great price, highly recommended.

The Swan offers order and pay through the My Pub app. We ordered through this and the service was quick. Despite being a Friday evening, the restaurant part of the pub was quiet and we had our choice of seats. Food was great, I had hunters chicken and my fianceé had chicken pie, both were delicious and portions were good. Staff were friendly.

This is the 6th time in the last week I've popped in for a well deserved post work pint, when other drinking venues in the area are closing at 8pm. These guys work their butts off to quench our thirst, i don't all their names yet but jess alicia leo morgan and jimmy were most excellent bar staff. But the standout performer is Will di Caprio. He marshalled the bar tonight with an expertise I've never experienced prior to this. Unfortunately the only downside is the ultra safe music choice of Michael Bublé and his ilk thats on the speakers tonight

Went to the swan for Mother’s Day , the service was great , got really taken off by one of the mangers Morgan , she really knew her stuff and if we had any issues or questions she sorted it out within a second, great place defo recommend , the food was top tier as well.

Went for a birthday meal for my mother and the food and service was amazing! Massive compliments to the chefs and a big thank you to the staff who made her meal a great experience. Will definitely be coming back!

Took my 2 children with me for lunch. Great food and reasonably priced. We sat inside next to the fire. Comfortable seating. Friendly staff. The only issue I had was access to the restaurant area as there were a few steps, and I had the buggy to move. Will definitely go back for food again!

Was in Haslemere today on Business, decide to call in to the Swan, Must say it was an inspired choice, i was great by Dan the manager, who walked me though the selection of ales that were on offer. The building has an traditional pub feel to it, i was shocked that it was part of a large company. I decided to order the hand battered fish and chips, the batter was crispy and encased the moist fish perfectly, the chips were crispy and warm. I highly recommend a visit to the Swan if you are in the area.

Shocking terrible food under cooked waited over 1hour for microwave food not on I strongly advise people not to eat there over priced poor communication by staff chefs are very rude and very un hygienic.

The Swan is a quality pub where the Landlord (Daniel) and staff (especially a chap called Jack who I got speaking to) properly seem to care for their customers. Can highly recommend for anyone new to the area / looking to come down to Haslemere!

Beautiful historical pub with low wooden beams, fireplace, lovely little areas for cosy dinner or just a drink or two. The service is absolutely fantastic, we were a group of 13 people eating and everything was perfect, our roasts were delicious and served very fast. Great pub! I would love to return. Very few customers Tuesday lunchtime. Food disappointing. Had to return broccoli and get replacement as it was cold. Pie tasty but hard crust. Moules only tepid. Charged extra for more lime in a weak lime and soda.

Absolutely brilliant experience and very much dog friendly. No restrictions and the dog menu is incredible, my 2 dogs absolutely adored it. Our food was superb, plenty of food and the staff were so friendly, attentive and couldn't have asked for more. It made the 2 hour drive worth it. I can really recommend on all perspectives and me and the dogs will definitely be back. Some pubs say they are dog friendly but this one really is!

A lovely old pub in the heart of old Haslemere. The staff were helpful and obliging and the food was very good. However, I have marked it down because when we went there for lunch on a cold November afternoon, the dining area appeared to be heated only by a coal effect gas fire which did little to heat the room. We were not the only ones affected, as we noticed other diners putting there coats on to finish their meals. A great pity, as this spoiled an otherwise lovely lunch. Maybe we'll give it another try next summer.

Super cozy and warm pub, all the fires lit with sofas next to them, lots of rooms/areas.

What to say? Well after being turned down for a breakfast at a local pub I can’t fault Dan and his team. Value for money and a well presented breakfast! Spot on! 🙌

First visit for me and only had time for a couple of pints. Inside it is a mix of new and old, with the nooks and crannies of an old building with the fittings and fixtures of the new. Had a chat with the landlord (I assumed) who was very knowledgeable about the products he sold. I did not have time to eat there, but would not hesitate to do so. Overall impression is a well run pub, fighting like most pubs have to these days.

Held a wonderful celebratory dinner with 15 friends recently at The Swan. Thanks Gilly and Ray for exceptional food for a big group on a really busy Saturday evening. Service excellent. Bar staff really helpful and friendly. Great drinks enjoyed from Prosecco to Baby Guiness. Will definitely celebrate here again

Great food, staff and ambience

A good selection of ales, lagers and wine available. Monday is a good day for any cask ale at £2.50 per pint.👍The staff are friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome and normally treats are available for them. Food is very good value and quality. My favourite is the English Breakfast, I don't know how they can do it for the price. All big sporting events are covered on their multiple screens. Parking is available at the rear for a cost, with a refund off the first round. Do yourself a favour and pop in.

Had Sunday lunch today. This was the only item on the new menu that was not increased in price. Now I know the reason why. The portions were about half the size of a fortnight ago. Sorry, but the last time for me.

Late lunch. My husband had the hunter's chicken and I had the pie. Food was good and fresh. There was plenty of it. Husband was stoked that the Ale was on special on Mondays. Great friendly service.

Fantastic venue , have bought our team here regularly for a Sunday roast dinner- when playing locally! we’ve celebrated a few of the players birthdays here too. Have always catered for our needs! Daniel and the bar staff have always been extremely helpful!!

Friendly welcome, service a bit slow due to staff shortage. Food was great when it arrived and plenty of it. A word of warning, a paid for car park is at the back, make sure you get a printed ticket to claim your parking fee back. A Ringo receipt on your phone is not acceptable.
