Would just like to let people know how lovely our visit was her last week. We arrived just as breakfast was finishing but were still offered the service. The lady serving was incredibly friendly nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money and wide variety of choice.

This was the first time I ordered online from their menu leaflet and it was one of the nicest meals I've had delivered from any local takeaway. Creamy lasagne with lovely, cheesey sauce, fries and a crispy fresh salad. Lovely.

Great Pub Poor Food - visited this with my 2 girls and Mrs’s. The website boasts a great selection of foods… looks almost too good to be true… because it is. Upon enter ring the pub you are meet straight away by a great staff member. She is energetic polite and you feel this is going to be a great experience. The Barman equally great. Again I thought this is gonna be good! My girls ran off to play on the London Soft play double Decker Bus whilst we looked at the menu. Once we had decided I went to order; 8 chicken Wings Pulled pork Nacho’s 1 Roast Dinner 1 kids meal - Chicken Nuggets & Chips 1 Kids Meal - Mac & Cheese 8 Chicken Wings (Signature Wings) apparently. Disgusting! Dry chicken that looks and tastes horrific, like it’s been left out in the desert of a few days then some basic BBQ Sauce slapped on them served cold. The owner needs to try these! And tell Me I’m wrong! Pulled Pork Nacho’s Came out on a wooden board with holes for the dips and Nachos. I thought, oh this will be nice. Then I caught eyes on the Pulled Pork. I was not pulled pork it was minced pork… I think… I couldn’t taste anything TBH. Disgusting & cold. No fresh cheese. I mean Jesus Christ no fresh cheese baked on! What is the world coming to? Honestly you wouldn’t feed it to a tramp. Roast Dinner Actually not bad this one. My wife didn’t mind it. Plates are too small for the amount of food, so you have to go digging. But not bad. Kids meals Mac & Cheese looked like something out of the Alien movie. Watery sauce no taste bland undercooked. She hated it. I’ll be honest they would be better going Tescos down the road and buying the oven version and just serve that. Because theirs are rank. Chips over cooked nuggets were like hockey pucks. Please… can the owner just sit with his/her family and try the food. It’s a disgrace. Tell me I’m wrong. This chef and menu needs a complete overhaul. Such a shame because this pub has it all. Never gain would I eat there, nor should you until this is sorted.

The advertised " shepherds huts " are crammed into the back garden of the pub with access via the smoking area past the " children's play bus" which doesn't appear on any advertising . Our view from the windows was of the wall of the next door industrial estate with scaffolding boards and a bucket of stagnant water with rusty paintbrushes for variety ( see photos) The "kitchenette " or "kitchen " depending which publicity blurb you read consisted of a small kettle, two cups, two glasses and a bottle of water. There is no "fire pit " just benches and a table. The hut was grubby with cracked tiles missing grout round the sink and shower in the bathroom, no hot water except for the feeble shower. The pub itself is in desperate need of decorating with peeling wallpaper and paint and loose wiring running along the walls between the tv's. If we had known the real condition of the place we would never have booked a weekend here, the publicity photos seem heavily edited . We have asked for a refund through our booking agent but this has been refused by the owners, we are currently taking legal advice as to our options.

Perfect place for a short stay. We had a 1 night stop over enroute from Suffolk to Polperro to break the long journey up. Loved the hut. It was quaint, cosy, clean and had everything you'd need. The most comfortable bed, we were not cold during the night despite it being a hut. Service and food at the pub was lovely as well. The manager couldn't do enough.

We were bought this via Buyagift, and decided to use it for our anniversary trip. We stayed in the Shepherds hut at the back, and it was rather cosy. The only downside was that we couldn't turn off the outside light on the hut so it shone through the curtains, but we just switched the pillows round to the other end. The food was really good - excellent comfort food at a great price, and we ate in the restaurant one night and placed collection orders for the other. The salad bar for dinner was really nice (couldn't find any bread though there was butter but that was our fault for not looking hard enough). I would highly recommend the Messy Druid Burger!! Desserts were fabulous! Especially the sticky toffee pudding. Breakfast was lovely, yes the waffles and croissants are pre packaged but just warm them up in the toaster. The bacon & sausages were nice, as was the scrambled egg. What really made the weekend were the staff - everyone was so welcoming and friendly as soon as we stepped through the door! It's not a 5* hotel.., but we did get a 5* reception and we'll definitely be back soon.

We booked this place as it looked a bit quirky and near to Stonehenge. Check in was seamless where we were taken personally to our accommodation which was a lovely quaint little old shepherds hut. It had all the amenities you need with a double bed and 2 single beds above. A clean bathroom and team making facilities. The room was warm and cosy too. We are in the restaurant and had the calzone which was amazing. We had 2 pint pitchers which saved us a few quid. All in all it is an amazing place to stay and eat and would thoroughly recommend

I was not impressed with the food when we had a meal here. The soup was served with a burger bun, not very warm for our dinner and tasted very out of the freezer nothing home prepared. Cutlery was not very apt and trying to eat dessert with a tablespoon was difficult. When asked for smaller spoon was told we don't have any, and the next course was coming out before previous course had been cleared. When asked if they could take the used dishes away, was told we havnt got time. Will not return there again.

We were bought a gift for Christmas. Which included a 2 course meal each with a bottle of Prosecco(I didn’t know about the Prosecco until I spoke to my mum after we left). 2night stay at the shepherds hut and a spa treatment each. When we arrived our first impression was we were in the wrong place it was very tired looking from the outside and was no better when we went in. The hut itself was ok a bit dusty but it was ok. When we ordered the food came out very quickly. The food was pretty poor but edible I had donor kebab which was served on an old flakey varnished wooden thing and my partner had an under cooked pizza. We both had sticky toffee pudding for dessert which was cold they did get us fresh ones when we complained but they were still cold in the middle. We gave up after that. And we didn’t get the Prosecco. We were booked in for our spa treatments at 9am and 9:45 am on the day we were leaving at 9:05 we called the number we got to say it wasn’t open and was told that we should of had an email compensating us with a £40 food voucher as the woman who ran the spa was in Portugal but we were never sent an email. We were told that they will be in touch with us at some point with some sort of compensation but I’m not holding my breath on it. On a while I feel like I’ve been conned my parents spent nearly £800 on 3 of these trips for me and my sisters 2 of us have been so far and we’ve both had very similar experiences. My sister who is due to go in oct has been told they can’t have the treatments either so she got to stay there and eat there poor food for 2nights. If I were you I’d spend your money else we’re. My parents will be putting in complaints with bye a gift so we’ll see what happened there.

The whole experience was astonishly bad. Decor was tired, food and drink presentation was sloppy. Chairs were wrong height for tables. Music blaring tv blaring. My kebab was presented on a peeling wooden board with lettuce thrown around a chip basket and china bowl. Staff were pleasant but bored because ordering was electronic...totally unnecessary. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there. Needs a total refurbishment.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights in one of the shepherds huts adjoining this awesome pub. The hut was great. Warm and cosy with a very comfy bed and full amenities. Also, some great artworks on the ceiling by a local artists. The pub itself has the feel of a proper olde worlde place. The staff are all welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ate both nights and can easily say I had the best burger and best pizzz I’ve had in a long time. Outside is great too. Plenty of room and tables to sit in the sun and a mini recreation of Stonehenge. If that’s not enough, there’s even a whole double decker bus that’s been turned into a children’s play area. And, there’s loads of things locally to fill your day. All in all, absolutely superb. We wouldn’t leave if we didn’t have to and will definitely be back soon.

Stopped off by chance after being diverted between Plymouth and Kent. BEST DECISION!! 1st they have perfected the mix of old village pub and modern eatery that appeals to tourists. With their soft play bus outside and able to order on the app it is very accessible and welcoming for families. 2nd, the food is absolutely phenomenal! They have a mix and match deal that will appeal to people on a budget and, I’ll be honest I was expecting the food to be fine, spoons level food, I was blown out of the water. I had the henge calzone, my daughter had the margarita pizza and my brother had the dirty Druid burger. The portions were huge and the quality was out of this world.

Wonderful old pub-style accomodation with comfortable beds, hot showers and excellent food. The family meal was so large that four of us couldn't finish it all, amazing pizza and chicken wings, lovely beer and service that can't be faulted! The staff literally doted on us during the meal and the room was warm, bright and exceedingly comfortable. Very close to all the local attractions and quiet in the morning despite the local early morning traffic. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice family weekend stay.

This is a somewhat mixed review. There are features we liked but other things give it a poor rating. I booked this Inn online far in advance to be close to the public trail to Stonehenge. We arrived Friday, May 26, 2023 about 4 PM to check in to the Shepherd Hut we had reserved. This seemed like a very cool idea from what I saw online. The huts are converted old railway cars. I should mention the cost for one night is 139 British Pounds ($177 USD). This is unbelievably expensive for what we received. Our "room" was only 1/2 of a small railway car. Very tiny space, barely enough space to put our 2 small luggage pieces on the floor and still be able to walk inside the room. We also had to move the luggage in order to get in and out the door. The bed is shoved up against the walls on 3 sides. Bathroom has a very tiny shower and sink. The separating wall from the other half of the railway car is so thin we could hear the occupant on the other side talking on his phone and understand every word. Also there are holes in the floor where we can see the ground below. The high price does not include any other amenities, no TV, the view is a gravel lot in back of the building where they also keep the garbage cans for the restaurant/bar. There is NO Breakfast included in this high price either. It seems the booking website is very misleading on what you get for your money. The bar has a printed menu for drinks, but for food you have to use an app that is very confusing to order from. For a dinner we ordered: deep fried Halloumi, and 2 orders of Scampi. All was very greasy (like all fried in the same old oil). We thought the "scampi" was shrimp but it was some unknown tasteless substance. All 3 came with fries and glasses of white wine. We don't like white wine and there are NO substitutions allowed. This meal was very expensive for what we received and paying for too many fries we did not eat. One lady bartender was friendly and nice to us, but so busy at the bar she had no time to answer any questions, All other staff basically ignored us. In the morning we left early to get some breakfast elsewhere (still hungry from the inadequate dinner). The building was locked so we had to force open the big gate in the back in order to get out. It was not easy. I would recommend staying away from this place.

I’m 40 years old this year, grew up in the countryside and genuinely love an English pub. I have driven past this pub for years and wondered why it’s always empty and finally had a chance to go in last night. I now know why. I can honestly say this is genuinely by far the worst experience I have ever had. The service is non - existent. It turns out you’re meant to download an app and order by that. Although I only found that out a day later when I rang the manager to complain. The waitress that did begrudgingly assist us, was incompetent. She couldn’t work the tablet she had been supplied with, even to order drinks. When she eventually did she didn’t know what the drinks were and got the order wrong. We asked for a lime and soda, and she forgot to ask for the soda! The lager is overpriced. We ordered lager shandies and were charged the same price as for a pint of lager. When we queried it we were told to put up or shut up. Incidentally the price of a pint of lager is more expensive than some West London bars. The food was inedible. I’m a farmer, I’ve never left food before. But precooked chicken that has been reheated in the microwave, when it hasn’t been properly cooked in the first place is NOT SAFE. I tried the chicken it was only partially cooked and smelt like mouldy cheese. My friend ordered a pizza, that had clearly been cooked / made elsewhere, as it too had been microwaved, and it was served in a cardboard box! Unbelievable. When the menu says it comes with a sauce what it means is sauce out of packet like you would receive a Macdonalds or Burger King. When food did arrive it was thrown at you across the table. It was served so quickly there was simply no way it could have been cooked properly. I did eat the halloumi and some of the chips and even that has made me feel unwell, and I have a very robust constitution. To cap it all, the service was so bad that the we got locked in the pub by mistake as they had forgotten we were there. The advertise that they have a military discount but funnily enough they didn’t this evening. I tried to address matters with the manager Dan, but he was offensively aggressive, shouted and swore, and refused to acknowledge any problems, and simply said don’t come back. I want to support good pubs to get back on their feet, but this is a genuinely awful pub, managed by an obscene individual with no customer service skills at all. I cannot emphasise enough, don’t bother coming here. I have since reported this pub as it was so horrendous. I have never done this before.

I really wish I'd taken a photo of my meal last night because I don't feel like I could adequately describe what was served up. I opted for the pulled pork chicken, of which was basically lumps of soggy fat on top of a dry chicken breast. Honestly it looked like whale blubber. My partner had nachos, which were advertised as coming with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese and jalapenos. However it came with what seemed to be like tomato puree, two whole jalapenos and a lump of sour cream. He also ordered the BBQ chicken wings, which were basic chicken wings with a rationed squirt of BBQ sauce on top of. We got a basket halloumi meal to share and although the chips were nice the halloumi itself was soggy. The waitress wasn't rude but didn't seem to know what she was doing, we asked to upgrade to dirty chips and were told that it wasn't possible. We were then told that we had a free drink with the basket meal but had to order another to be able to get it. And then we had to ask her for it 10 minutes after our food arrived because it had been forgotten. The covid measurements were impressive and we felt safe and reassured by the temperature checks, rules and hygiene. Overall the food was pretty awful, overpriced and disappointing. Although the coleslaw and garlic mayo dip were both delicious.

On arrival at the Stonehenge Inn, we arrived with some trepidation given I am seven months pregnant with our third child and we are visiting during Coronavirus. We are on our way to a funeral in Cornwall (from Maidstone, Kent) and decided to stay here to break the journey as son and daughter are 4 and 2.We were immediately relieved that outside of the pub were two quite nice looking, quirky pump action, barrel style sinks, as well as hand gel. Having said “you wouldn’t catch me in a pub at the moment” a few weeks ago, I was, I don’t mind admitting, quite scared about leaving our house but a funeral of a close relative is of course an exception. Inside is a tablet to record your personal details for Track and Trace purpose and another tablet that takes account of your temperature. We were taken to our room by a charming member of staff who was also our friendly waiter that evening at dinner. The room itself (family) was capable of holding three children and two adults so plenty of space for us. Very happy - and pleasantly surprised - by the room which was £70 including breakfast. Dinner was amazing. We chose to sit outside in the little individual booths they have which made us feel safer, given I’m pregnant. We had calzone, chicken fajitas and the children shared a pizza. Very reasonable prices which was further sweetened by their current meal deal.Fajitas were especially well presented. Staff were really nice, waitress even pre-warned younger guests to mind their language around our kids - which we wouldn’t have asked for! It was very thoughtful indeed. Waiter was equally lovely and charming and threw in some ice cream for my son - we were going to make the kids share! The beds were fine, I would have preferred a slightly deeper mattress but otherwise comfortable. Shower was fine, all looked reasonably clean - not spotless everywhere as there was a little dust here and there, but quite acceptable, really. Breakfast was included and was perfectly nice - the children and husband ate well. My stomach, being limited by a baby, was sated too. It’s clear there has been significant investment here and everything certainly looks like it’s been recently renovated (haven’t been before). The fire pit looks incredible, as do the little caravans that presumably one can stay in. The room we were in overlooked the mini Stonehenge which is really rather twee and I love.Really nice stay ahead of a harder few days in Cornwall saying goodbye to a loved one. Thanks Stonehenge Inn!

I booked 2 rooms here for me and my friend. It wasn't the cheapest but it was near a family member. I had a phone call earlier in the day to say that my friends room lock had broken on her room. So she would have to use my room as it wouldn't be fixed till 6pm. I was told these things happen. I agreed as I was not feeling well and trying to organise a party. When my friend saw me she said the room was ready and door was fixed. I came back later than my friend. To find my room door open and my room freezing cold. I have medical condition where the cold really effects me. Then there was shouting and noise coming from downstairs till 2.15am. I then get woken up by banging at 5.45am . Then get a anxious call from my friend who was locked in her room. I have to go out in my pjs. And we can't open the door. So she has to take the key off and put it under the door so I can let her out. So I speak to the cleaner when I left to explain ( as there was no-one else about ) she says she will get someone to ring. Well nothing. I have since rang 5 times and emailed once with a promise of a phone call back. Nothing. Overall. Customer Service non existence and owner rude.Room big and comfortable but noisy and freezing cold. Lone woman feeling safe... not when you arrive late at night and your door is open. But that's ok because they just lock you in the room in the morning. Breakfast- oh no breakfast .So overpriced stressful stay and can not comment on the food or drink .

We stayed for 3 nights for a wedding near by. The bed was big and comfortable. Large bathroom with bath and shower. Breakfast is not provided. They are very busy with coaches and do buffet lunches for them. Also evening functions. The restaurant is busy but we didn't have to wait long for food. All the staff were helpful, happy and friendly. Nice atmosphere in the bar area. Local families etc. Overall a very nice stay.

While the food could technically be considered edible, it lacks any discernible qualities that would be considered appetizing. It is also quite dirty and full of tacky decor. I would not pay money to eat here ever, but it is by Stonehenge so there is the convenience and the people are polite. Try to eat anywhere else if you can.

We stayed here in October last year as a b&b and it was so lovely we decided to stay again in June, alas this time it was not so nice, in October it was £85 for 1 night stay and in June £115 but no breakfast and I can't see why it was £30 dearer. When you look at the websites it nearly always says B&B so I assumed we would get breakfast. Also the room had a smell of dirty fat and kept me awake on and off all night.I think this pub must have been taken over by a company and it is just not very nice now.

We booked days in advance but when we arrived they had no record of our booking. The place was packed with coach parties having lunch. I pointed out one empty table but was told it was reserved for another coach party! We had to stand in the bar area for 15 minutes before we were offered the table I’d originally pointed out! The carvery was ok, the service was eventually ok, the ‘background’ music was intrusive and the toilets were disgusting. We had an octogenarian in our party and not once was she given any thought while we were standing around. I originally rated this fiasco as ‘average’ but the opinions of my fellow diners is an overwhelming TERRIBLE!

We had read some really bad reviews about this place. Admittedly the decor is a bit dated but it is a good place for a stop over near Stonehenge. The evening meal was very nice, rooms were basic but clean and perfectly adequate. loads of hot water after a long day's walking. Breakfast was also very good. It's best quality is that the staff are really helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them if you ask. The Stonehenge Inn might not be 5 star but I don't feel it deserves the recent bad reviews it got.

Stayed at this venue February 2018. The room was very basic but that was all we needed. We stayed for 2 nights as we were visiting Stonehenge and surrounding areas. The inn is situated very close to Stonehenge. We were staying on a bed and breakfast basis . We were so impressed at the breakfast that we ate at the inn both evenings which was excellent value for money.

Me and my partner decided to go for a meal, and this looked like a great place. A great menu and the food didn’t disappoint! I had the carvery which was brilliant and my partner had the cheese burger, the presentation was spectacular and she really did enjoy it! It was so good we decided to try a dessert each, I had the Alabama Hazelnut Chocolate Fudge cake, which kid you not was be best dessert I’ve had in a long time! My partner had the Toffee Teaser which was amazing too! One thing I would say, was the service was a little slow. Our desserts turnt up before our dinner plates were taken away. But that happens, definitely won’t stop us going back! Great prices, wonderful food! Strongly recommend!

My wife & I decided to have a Sunday roast and with all the places seemingly booked up or no longer serving any hot food I rang the Stonehenge inn & was offered a table for two. On arrival we were shown to our table & our order was taken. We opted for the carvery . The meet & the vegetable were cooked perfectly & the service was excellent. We have eaten here before & the quality of the food & service is as good as our first visit. Well done everyone & thank you

I popped in to the Stonehenge Inn this evening as I was in the area visiting friends. The two young staff were extremely helpful and very polite. There was a europe-wide issue with Visa and Mastercard at the time of my visit, and they very helpfully informed me that it could take some time to process card payments, I opted to pay with cash instead. I sat at the bar and witnessed them advising other customers in the same helpful and polite way, and everyone seemed to be aware of the issue. One customer elected to pay with cash whilst I was at the bar, then came and rudely informed the bar staff that he thought his John Lewis credit card would work, so he wished to have his cash refunded and then pay with card, the young man (Chris he said his name was) very politely apologised and explained that he did not have the ability to refund as the transaction was already completed on the till, the customer walked away from the bar rudely saying that he would take it up with the manager, the young lady behind the bar (whose name I did not get) apologised again to the gentleman customer. I was left aghast at the way the customer spoke to the staff, and was incredibly impressed by how they continued to treat the customer so wonderfully in the face of such rudeness. I understand that bar staff at nightclubs might come to expect rudeness fro intoxicated clientele but this was absolutely horrendous. I left a large tip in their pot to make up for the one that the other customer clearly thought it beneath him to leave. They are a credit to their profession.

Visited April 2018 with a couple of friends in the morning for breakfast. Breakfast was underwhelming, and served with mushrooms which we all agreed tasted and looked as if they had gone bad before being cooked. Friends got coffee, which was 'help yourself', from a fairly old/basic looking machine. As expected the coffee wasn't particularly nice, so they didn't even finish their first.

I had beef and pork, plenty on the plate (if not too much). Pork was falling apart it was so good and beef cut well with a normal knife. All veg very well cooked again with plenty to choose from.

We went here for breakfast on a Monday morning. The place can get a bit busy but when we were there no coach party arrived. We tried eggs, bacon, sausages and hash browns along with a full English. No gluten free sausages or bread was on offer at breakfast. But they were willing to offer bits of breakfast menu together. Good coffee. Good service with a smile. The mushrooms were not great and the bacon could have had a bit longer under the grill, but it was overall a good experience.

We arrived cold, wet and hungry after a tour round Stonehenge and received the warmest of welcomes. We had a dog with us and unusually were offered a table anywhere in the building. (Dog owners will be only too familiar with the strange corners we often get offered!). The carvery was to die for and the staff friendly and efficient. We returned the following day as they also do rather good breakfasts...

Used to be regulars here but haven't been for about eighteen months but thought we'd try Sunday afternoon carvery this week. There was some tension between certain staff members and the chef who carved at the counter was not in a very pleasant mood, in fact the plate of 'meat' one of us received was just a load of excess fat. If someone had been interested in asking us how it was, or even cleared our plates and asked if we'd like desserts we would have complained but no waiting staff were about at all throughout the whole time we were there. This place used to be great about three years ago with friendly banter from the chefs and staff but it's a sad place lacking in any customer service now so we'll be giving it a miss in the future. There's a Toby close by which we will use instead from now on. Disappointing.

Visited here last week for my birthday. We all had gammon, egg and chips with tomato and mushroom.. Some of us were going to have carvery but there weren't any lids on food and didn't look very appetising. Another customer was seen picking up some of the food with his hands. I thought our meals were very good and plenty of it.. I did have a sundae for dessert. It was nice but too many sweets in it.. Staff are very helpful and very pleasant. Could do with a lick of paint. We had one meal from the carvery and two from the menu. The carvery was freshly put out and the meat was good. However, the roast potatoes and parsnips were hard. The horseradish sauce was very vinegary and didn't have the right consistently or taste. The rump steak was quite fatty and in places chewy. The chips were good. I had to return my Halloumi burger as the lettuce was limp (and not worth having on the bun) and the raw onion dried up. (it was returned with a much fresher piece of lettuce and tomato). The Halloumi slices (2) were very small. This meal cost £8.99 and was not worth the money as it was mean in portion. We visited this establishment a few months ago and the choice of menu and the quality of food was much better. It was very disappointing and we will not be going again. (Tip: if you want to present a clean and tidy eating establishment try and clean the tables more regularly so they don't feel sticky to the touch and also wipe the glass door to the front so it is not covered in hand/finger prints).

I have a dairy intolerance and was served a meal with butter, slaw and mayonnaise after I had told them about my intolerance. The meal was taken away and I was served a Ham baguette with most of the meat inside being just fat and I found spread in the roll. The mustard turned out to be mayonnaise with mustard seeds in it. My family member asked for Fish and chips yet she was served Fish with French fries. I ended leaving the cafe completely disgusted and will never return.

My family and I (two adults and a child) recently visited Whatley Manor for afternoon tea 09/10/23. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations, prompting this review. Despite booking a regular afternoon tea, we were charged £43.50 instead of the confirmed £37.50, citing a festive surcharge. Disappointingly, there were absolutely no noticeable festive elements to justify this added cost. Upon arrival, we were seated at a stark white, unadorned table, devoid of any seasonal decorations or even water glasses. The music being played just after we arrived wasn’t festive either. Our initial drinks and food were served promptly but for £140 (the entire amount of food in the attached photo), the value was awful. It consisted of three stale items, the Battenberg slice if you’re interested, accompanied by minimal service (no follow up on food and additional drinks and we had to go and find staff to ask to pay the bill) and a complete absence of the promised festive ambiance which after all was what the surcharge was for. Overall, this was an expensive and unsatisfactory afternoon tea experience. We have since had the festive surcharge refunded which we appreciate but I wouldn’t go back again or recommend the afternoon tea as an experience I’m afraid.

Someone recently wrote that staff were paid above average wages, I would like to tell her they’re paid minimum wages, and all too often they’re employed as temporary so they aren’t entitled to the annual bonus, sickness or holidays, although even the bonus has been non existent in the past two years either.

Have a lovely stay here with friends, booked a triple room. The room was spacious and very comfortable, we booked an evening meal here and the owner was very helpful with the Thai menu as I'm unable to eat spicy food and her recommendation was delicious ( pad Thai noodles with chicken). Lovely breakfast and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again 👍
