Costa Coffee in Wiltshire

Thank you Melksham Costa for always providing us wonderful coffee and a lovely experience when we visit (which is a lot!). All of the staff are great, especially Kelly & Jordan who go out of their way to provide a great experience. Look forward to seeing you in there again soon, Beth & Paul ☺️

I paid for a latte with cream on top, but what they put on it didn't taste like cream. It was a very sweet, white, fake tasting mixture and I don't know what it was made from.

I like the coffee roast at Costa. This one located central to Melksham is a convenient, the view not so great.

Ordered 4 cold drinks all watery and sloppy, new milk whip drinks were full of ice and whip on top was coffe coloured milk, no flavour to it. Service was just standard nothing to shout about

Always a delight visiting here, whether I'm with my children or solo. They treat us all well, have gorgeous food/drinks, and are great people who definitely care about their customers and enjoy their job.

The staff are always friendly and efficient I'm a regular at the melksham shop,so the manager knows my order 😎

Very hard to find a parking place right next to the shop plus one of the female staff on Friday wasn’t friendly .

Been her twice now with my mum and its definitely perfect very calm, relaxing and she enjoys coming here. Staff are Fantastic, very helpful and understanding 👍 thank you Melksham Costa

We found this Costa Coffee and we found Very good we sat outside in sun.the sandwich just right not dry the coffee is good, the food and drinks + the ladies are very friendly and helpful. I think you should go there. Just around the corner there is a free parking for 2 Hrs Good for disabled people . So go there and see for yourself

Costa coffee Melksham provides amazing service and amazing products. You can tell they take pride in their service as well as top quality products. The whole team especially Rachel, kallum and Anna are amazing and really personalise the experience with their conversation and joy!! The team is what makes it amazing!!

A lovely cafe with a warming atmosphere! Staff are super helpful and friendly! Shout out to Rach as she always puts a smile on my face and makes a stunning coffee! Would recommend this costa , one of the best ones in the area. Thanks for great customer service guys!

Clean, conveniently situated and has outdoor seating. Very friendly staff.

My coffee didnt taste as it usually does . I had a mocha. Wasnt as nice as others I've had but I think it comes down to who makes it. Not the best one I've had .

Floors not clean, tables not clear overall dirty. Only 2 staff and very busy. Needs more staff to help clean, sweep and clear tables. Staff were pleasant considering that they were very busy.

Sandwiches were ok but coffee not so good. Had to wait 15 minutes for coffee as staff were so slow. The young boy behind the till had no idea how to use it and was absolutely useless. Felt sorry for girl working with him

the service was polite, tables were clean and the wifi was good... i mean, it's a bl**dy coffee shop! you could take your granny there and she'd love it! costa seems to be getting a proper reputation about being a spotty dog gaff?! if you want a decent brew and have a few quid, go there! xo.

Lush coffee as usual but the staff seemed a little bit chaotic and disorganised. Busy a Christmas period no doubt!

There were 5 uncleared tables when I arrived which were still there when I left 25 minutes later. Only 3 people were served after me so there was plenty of time for them to be cleared and the place tidied up a bit. It was more or less the end of the day however it should still be cleaned rather than the 2 staff chatting!

It was Very, very busy, but was served within 5 mins. Staff friendly and helpful.

Its a great shop with friendly staff and the high quality coffee you've come to expect.

Best coffee and great staff very helpful

2 lovely young staff members serving this afternoon but at least 10 dirty tables and the rest had people sat at them and we had to clean the trays off a table to be able to sit to have are drink and we where in there for about a hour and never once did they come and clean a table . Really bad do you not think???

Standard Costa shop, in and out just for coffee, stuff were very friendly but the prices are steep if you want some food.

Quality Costa. Just what you need in this town.

This is the second time I have visited the Melksham costa in several weeks. Both times the place has been really dirty. Tables have not been cleared. The dishwasher has been broken on both occasions so paper cups have to be used. The only smiles came from one member of staff who was serving, the other two staff members were rude. No one smiled and they just appeared to be stood around doing nothing. This restaurant has dramatically gone down hill in the last few months. Needs improvement.

This place is awful, unstocked, miserable staff. Dirty. Give it a miss

Costa trowbridge is one of the messiest costa places i’ve seen. I tend to avoid it

We love Costa and the service in Melksham is always friendly. The staff always chat to us and make us feel welcome, even with our Granddaughter who sits in a high chair and chats babble to everyone.

Excellent service, excellent customer service and great quality hot chocolate a little expensive but you can't get hot chocolate as good anywhere else so worth it.

Not been to our local costa in melksham for a while & after our visit today may leave it even longer till the next.... most of the tables needed clearing & everything is in need of a damn good clean! (Even the spoons were dirty)....We moved tables as table & chairs were very dirty & not cleared (which we did ourselves) but the next was no better I had to sit/hover on a chocolate covered chair... (also noticed others were dirty) Just felt grotty today & in need of bringing back up again... hopefully it will happen as it is nice to have a Costa in town but untill then I may go elsewhere for a coffee fix.

Tables are always full of empties. And the coffee is never hot enough.

Had a few not so good coffees from other Costas but since someone else way buying I gave them a second chance. Cannot comment on the store but the coffee was back to its decent quality I have grown to expect. Never the best I have tasted but certainly better than Starbucks.

Arrived late morning, here were loads of uncleared tables, but not many customers. Got our usual Americano,s, they were dreadful, weak and tasteless. Went to use the toilet , the floor was wet and covered in toilet paper, the toilet seat was wet and loose, Whole experience so disappointing , especially when compared to 24 hours earlier in Dorchester branch.

Costa now have quite a bit of competition and is beginning to feel a bit "rough" in comparison to other, nicer cafes nearby. I've been a few times when you arrive and there are loads of uncleared tables. Also attracts a lot of people with small kids leaving the place in a right mess, and the staff don't have time to go round sweeping the floor after people have let their kids throw food around. I only go for take outs now. If I want to sit down I'd go to Grounded.

Friendly staff, not much choice in pastries considering early Saturday visit

Good location - not knowing Melksham we had to drive past a couple of time's to find somewhere to park the car - but realised there was a car park directly behind the store (free on Sundays) but otherwise pay and display.Great staff, well made coffee's but the place does need a makeover - just looking a little tired and dated!

I visit this store occasionally however it isn't one of the better stores. It could do with a make over as most of the tables wobble badly and the toilet facilities are more often than not, unclean. I do see staff locking themselves in there to clean but this obviously is not regular enough.The counter is often sticky and the doors feel like there are going to break off the hinges when entering and exiting.Little things go a long way. They have a section in the middle of the store containing news papers and local magazines etc. I often notice the magazines a tatty and stuck together like a drink has been spilt on them. Also, cutlery never appears to be very clean. A Heads Up Guys!The store offers in door seating as well as a small out door seating area.I can't give more than a 3 out of 5 for this store. If the staff weren't so friendly I'm afraid it would only be a 2.

I love the coffee but the place itself could do with fixing up especially the toilets are awful.
