Friendly staff which is always great to experience.

A very small Costa, good service.

It’s not often customers leave a positive review on these things, but that’s what I’m doing! I absolutely love this Costa! The banter and fun that the staff have together makes sitting here a very pleasant experience. Particularly today as well. The Costa was clean, including the bathroom. I’ve been to the other Costa in Devizes. But The Brittox location far outweighs in positivity and inclusion. The coffee art is ALWAYS amazing when Anna (I think that is her name) on staff that day. Jordan is always so welcoming and I find that he has a good rapport.

Nice coffee store, did forget to add loyalty beans but quickly put right and apologised. Coffee was great as usual. Would certainly use again if in area.

Not impressed by the server today, served americano in cups without saucers and they were added later after asking for them. Come on, you can do better than this!!

There was only one member of staff on by himself and he was doing an excellent job. Our coffees were great, would happily return.

We got to this Costa at about 3 pm and as there was no cakes on display I asked if they had any salted Carmel brownies. I was u Informed they didn't have any left. So we settled for a coffee and a caramel snack waffle. We had sat down for 5 mini the the staff started putting out loads of cakes on the display, low and behold the salted caramel brownies were the first to go out. So annoying. The staff just stood around talking. Not great service at all.

Store is a bit tired but staff good

Always always a pleasure here , 3rd visit . Notice to say takeaway cups only as staff shortage , one member of staff working her a** off and still the place is clean and tidy and the memeber of staff extremely friendly, coffees good … After a disgusting visit to the amebsury store a few months back , this one definitely redeemed costa for me . Whoever is working today 5th nov 22 is a credit to costa !!

The regular coffee shop that needs no introduction. Coffee and cake, please.

A corner location, helpful and efficient staffs, great coffee and excellent service. Unfortunately, the interior did not create a good impression. The floor was dirty and littered especially the entrance, and the toilets did not smell neutral and could do with some attention.

Food is amazing but there soya milk is discusting

I like this smaller of the two Costa stores in Devizes and coffee and service both up to standard BUT I think the store could do with a refresh. It's looking a bit run down and tired.

I'm fuming, I ordered a medium and got a small so I went up again and ordered another medium yet again a small DO NOT RECOMMEND

My first time in this particular Costa. It's smaller than most others I've been in and wasn't very busy when I visited.Shout out to the excellent service from the staff though, the person with red hair especially was really friendly, super polite and attentive. Thank you!

First time I have sat inside a coffee shop in a year and they were great, everything is spaced out and organised plus the coffee and cake were lovely

Been coming here for a few weeks now every wednesday & i have to say what a lovely friendly place it is,staff are great & always on the ball with great service.If your in the area its well worth a visit.

Very busy . Staff very cold and not friendly . Hot chocolate more like coffee . Panni was nice. The white chocolate and raspberry muffin was crumbled not happy at all and the price of £8.85 was way too high.

The dirtiest windows in Devizes. Uninterested staff and the usual bitter coffee from not cleaning the machine. Why did I bother?

Don't waste your time or your money. Worst service and worst coffee that I have come across. Initially ignored at the counter, then was called rudely to collect my coffee after being initially told it would be brought over to me. This person should not be in the service industry. My flat white was like weak dishwater.

Nothing to shout about. It's pretty much the same as any other Costa you will go in. The staff were reasonably friendly. They could spend more time interacting with customers to make the experience stand out a little more.

Quite expensive for what it is but no worse than any other high street coffee chain. That said, tasty coffee and a good selection of snacks and cakes. Good seating, toilet facilities and a paper to read as well as WiFi. Recommended.

Fully familiar with the Costa offerings. Came in here and found theres not a free table that was clear. Didn't stay, left without a coffee.

My morning stop on the way to work most mornings. Very freaindly bunch, always feel welcomed and they are good at remembering people's orders which speeds things up. there Christmas cups make good tree decorations lol

Its set out in a strange shape. Staff are friendly but slow to clear tables. I go there normally once a month for a coffee with my son.

Fridge was not working but they had a list that was pinned up so it was ok

Polite service but slightly detached - no suggestions as to how to wait for your coffee to be ready - wait by till or sit down.

Coffee rushed and as a result had no taste. The 2 femail staff could not smile and did not say please or thank you at any point. They looked totally disengaged and unhappy. Big huff off young girl making coffee when I mentioned that coffee tasted wrong. No sockets anywhere to plug in a laptop or charger

A branch of Costa Coffee. Very good selection of hot and cold drinks including coffees, teas and chocolates. Good range of toasties, sandwichs and cakes. I like the toasted tea cakes, plenty of currents in the tea cakes. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Flora and Kate gave me and my mother amazing service today, so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend coming here such a lovely environment

10.00 am and no croissants again. Often have no butter for toasted tea cakes. It's a joke not a cafe.

Devizes Costa is a good place to meet friends. It had a welcoming, pleasant environment and serves one of my favourite coffees.

Always good service, this place is a little on the small size but there is a larger coffee house in the Market place which is a 3 min walk away.

We have visited this Costa branch a few times and although small is very relaxed. The staff are friendly and easy to talk too as like most of the Costas we have visited. We recommend visiting if in the area.

I wasn't very impressed with this Costa Coffee. The service was not very good I had to wait a long time for my drink and funny enough people came in after me actually got the drink before me. I had to ask again for the coffee and there was some apology offered but I just thought they were very disorganised and not on the ball . to make matters worse the drink wasn't up to the high standard that I usually expect from costa coffee and so therefore I was actually thoroughly disappointed

Really friendly staff. Drinks are always great. I visit Costa very regularly, and it is certainly one of the best ones I've been to! Can't fault it!

Nothing special, nothing poor, a few scattered seats and an antique door. No skimmed milk or blueberry muffin, so we just had a latte and left with nothing.

Met a friend for a coffee and catch up. We got seated easily and served quickly. My friend had the newly introduced iced doughnut and I had a cookie, both were very nice and fresh tasting.

This Costa has been going through a staffing mish mash lately, however this hasn't impinged on the quality of goods or services. My one complaint would be the excessive use of the air conditioning. I understand that the Baristas are busying around and they must get a bit warm but the customers come in for a pleasant warm atmosphere and many times I have had to cradle my cup sitting in my coat!! We always look for a table as far away from these air units as possible but it's not always available. We will still frequent this place but armed with a woollypulley when the warm sunshine isn't showing it's face.

Called for coffee and was served by a helpful young man called Ashley. The whole experience was very good and would definitely recommend this establishment

Love coffee and Costa is one of the best

This is the second, smaller branch of Costa in town. Always had fast, efficient service in here. Usual range of snacks, vast array of coffee & hot drinks. Free WiFi.

The ladies who work here are incredible. The management is top notch and the service is always friendly!

I'm tempted to say that Costa is Costa, so if you know anything you know what you will be getting. That is, the same as every other Costa in the world! The staff here were good, the shop itself well cared for, and the coffee - you either like it or not!

Costa in the Market Place is always very clean & welcoming.

Without getting too excited, the Costa in Devizes really is quite a pleasant place despite it being frequented by Tolkien's Mewlips. The baristas are always friendly and always provide a speedy, professional service. The location is fantastic, being a corner shop which looks out across the busy highstreet to The Brittox (main shopping precinct) The business of the place today meant that there was seriously limited seating though it is evident that this is a popular haunt. The range of cakes available is always good and the opportunity to pop in and out with a decaf skinny latté for work is seriously convenient. The unisex toilet epitomises a physical biohazard and today the porcelain pan looked as though someone had set off a firecracker in a pool of tar, but this should not reflect totally badly on the venue but more on the loose bowelled clientèle which seem to dirty the place up and over finger the free newspapers. I dip in and dip out and conveniently take advantage of a splendid latté on the hoof.
