Have to say, only a slight slip with the steak. But the bar staff member and kitchen were more than happy to correct. The staff member Jay, is a credit to the team. He’s very polite, rectified our mishap very quickly and sufficiently. Thank you and sorry about my picky eating habits. Would always recommend the stag and hound. Friendly staff and always welcoming. Thanks Jay for making our experience another positive.

I quite like the stag and hounds. The beer is always good and the staff are friendly. My only negative thing I could say was the last time I visited (Tuesday), I went to the toilet and there was a man who appeared to be pleasuring himself at the urinal.

I recently visited Stag and Hounds and I was blown away by the amazing service. The staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Lucy who made sure everything was perfect for us. Will be coming back!

I recently visited Stag and Hounds, I had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm, cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way (Especially Lucay) to ensure we had everything we needed!

The staff at the stag and hound are so friendly and welcoming and the food is amazing and so reasonable . The pub has a great atmosphere and is very family friendly you can even bring your dog . I always recommend the stag and hound to all my friends and family.

Been a while since we were last in the area. The pub is still as good, inside & out, clean & welcoming. Had a fantastic Sunday lunch. I had a chicken & avacado salad, stunning! my partner had the rib of beef to which was the best they'd ever had! The staff were welcoming courteous, friendly & nothing was too much trouble, highly recommend 👍

We came today for lunch with my daughter. It was very early so the pub was almost empty. The food took more than 30 min to arrive considering it is most likely premade/frozen. My pie was burnt and the veg tasted off. My daughter's pizza was so burnt and dry that I sent it back. The new one that they brought was still burnt but I kept it as my kid was hungry. They tried to explain that this is how all pizzas were going to look like but it is burnt. Big shame.

This was the most disgusting service I have ever seen in my life. We’ve waited oven an hour and a half for our food it is actually disgusting. The service is appauling. The non stop lies being told the food will be 10 minutes like 5 times at this point. Disgusting service I would never go here again. Only 2 chefs in the kitchen completely understaffed. What a disgusting appalling service

Excellent Service, Peaceful, Great Food and 2 Sports screens a little small, a small car park but enough space to park on the main road or near.

I ordered a Sunday Roast to be delivered from the Stag And Hounds Public House and it was absolutely delicious, it was really well presented, really hot and really good value, I would definitely recommend it. The food also arrived in good time.

Naomi's performance on karaoke night was mesmerizing, and her impeccable service was truly remarkable. Lucy consistently exudes friendliness and effectively contributes as part of the team. Tiffany's thoughtfulness towards the dogs, ensuring they receive treats and plenty of attention, is undeniably amazing. As for Sarah, her passionate nature sometimes comes across as moody, but it's just a reflection of her deep dedication.

Went here last week with my work colleagues. the bartender Naomi was very helpful, polite and had a great customer service attitude. the food was 10/10. I will be coming back with my girlfriend.

Waited over 45 mins for food that didn’t arrive. Went to the bar to enquire was told there was a mix up over another tables food and had to be re cooked. Was advised our food was being plated still no food after 5 mins. Requested a refund and left. No apology before to advise there will be a delay. Shame bar staff friendly.

This is my local pub and my go to place when I want to socialise. We have been going there for several years now. It is a great place with a friendly, family type atmosphere. The staff are amazing especially Naomi she is always smiling and seems to get on great with all the customers. I had a tasty meal and drinks with some family members the food was well cooked and tasted amazing! A great big thumbs up to this pub xx

Group of 4 we went up to order our food got told an hour waiting time… no choice so said yes fine. Over an hour later our food comes wrong only to find out our food went to another table so had to be recooked. Finally our food comes, one wrong again and one missing. Finally one of them comes back and the salad was disgusting old brown lettuce and a few onions. The other took ages and when it arrived not cooked properly everything raw!! It’s a Friday night they know it’s busy so why not get extra help in the kitchen and a waiter who understands and doesn’t look at you blankly when you ask him how long before our food is here please!! Such a shame the service has gone down hill as I’ve been going there for years.. Come on guys get your act together!!

This is my favourite place around Enfield…the Sunday’s roast are just delicious…. The staff in general are so cool and friendly with everyone, safe parking and fair prices honestly…great place 😍

We attended a wake at this pub a few weeks ago n we were only there around 1 & half hours but unfortunately received a parking ticket. We were not expecting there to be a charge in a pub car park. We saw NO signs. No staff told or asked us if we paid. It obviously isn’t that clear about the parking as in a previous comment you wrote that u had squashed the charge for many of the guests so NOT CLEAR! The hot food provided was nice but the sandwiches were very dry obviously either been left out for some time or cheap bread. Wouldn’t go back the parking ticked made it a bad experience on a sad day.

I paid for a wake here. Did one a few years ago at this pub. Sandwiches were dry. Cooked bits were cold when they came out. Didn’t see sign in pub about registering car. As such a small car park didn’t think this would have been sold on. No one at bar told us to put in registration. All the family got £60 fines even though we could prove being there. Won’t arrange anymore events here. Such as shame.

Stag and Hounds has been one of my very best favourite pub. A good atmosphere, fire on a cold days, good food. I invited guests from South London and was excited to visit the pub today. What a disappointment! We waited for the food long, very, very long. When it finally arrived: Oh, my dear God! My schnitzel was burned and so very, very dry. My chips was so over fried and so hard. Taste: none! Children dishes was also lacking taste. I was embarrassed as I have been speaking so highly about this pub. I know they have a new chef and I was excited to see how the pub menu is better and food delicious. Definitely next time pub of choice will be another. Such a shame. Stag and Hounds has had such a good reputation for many,many years. So, so disappointed.

We celebrated my husbands 70th birthday here. The separate area at the back was a perfect space and the buffet was very tasty. Staff were extremely helpful. We could play our own music and a lovely time was had by all. Thank you .
